This particular location was struggling a few years ago, up until recently they improved immensely in their food. The food is much better than before and the waiters are more eager to attend to you. The pizookie is by far one of my most favorite desserts. It’s worth the trip for that alone. The environment is very welcoming & it feels like I’m in a community. Especially on game nights. Service was amazing. They kept our table clean & organized. Our server Andres especially was very helpful and attentive.

Went to BJs for dinner with a friend. Our server Andres was absolutely amazing. It was very busy and Andres was able to still be attentive, timely and above all very pleasant and polite. Andres even made menu and drink recommendations that were super helpful. Andres was great and his service was amazing!

Came here on a Sunday around 3 p.m. and was honestly surprised there was no wait. No line at all, which made it easy to get seated. The service was great, everyone was attentive and kind. The food was good overall, though some of it felt more like prepared or pre-made items warmed up rather than freshly made from scratch. The biggest thing for me is the pricing. It’s on the higher side, and it would be nice if they offered more value-style options or smaller price points. Overall, it was a smooth experience with good service, just a bit expensive for what you get. I’m not sure if I’ll be back, mostly because of the cost. Not a critic, just sharing how it felt.

Can get crowded so get a reservation before you head out just so you know what kind of a wait time you have. Good thing is that there are a few shops right behind so it’s easy to kill some time if you end up having to. Food and atmosphere are pretty much in line with what every BJs offers. Gotta try their pizzokie without doubt and some tasty avocado rolls.

Hey you guys so I got delivery this time because yall know I work and be tired and lazy but it did not miss this time yall and when my driver do me right and actually come to my door I tip extra. But anyway I gave it four stars because everything did taste fresh, the menu was easy to understand and the driver was on his job. The pizza was good and I love the crust because I'm a bread person even though I'm not supposed to be it's just the taste of bread omg and this crust was on point and pizza sauce was actually good. The salad even though it was basic was really good and croutons fresh and crunchy. They gave me a good amount of salad dressing and it was balsamic. Now the meatballs and spaghetti was just ok but it was fresh but I had to add extra seasonings and I did not like that. The breads sticks were just ok but they were fresh and still hot. Overall this delivery experience from BJ's was really good. I forgot how much I spent but yall know from my posts that I be running up a check so get your money ready for BJ's and this fed my family of four....

I went here because of an add I saw on tv. The offer for lunch is only available on weekdays. That didn’t bother me because most offers are like that. I made a reservation online and wasn’t on the system when arrived. Fortunately there wasn’t a line and we got seated right away. Waiters are very amicable and service was efficient. Some of them even speak Spanish. The only thing that bothers me is that both the tv add and the printed menu showed bigger portions that those that we received. Little disappointed in that way although the flavor was good. However the dessert and the soup were in a very good portion.

This establishment boasts a spacious and well-designed interior suitable for both formal and casual gatherings. During our lunch visit, we indulged in beer, salad, wings, and steak salad, all of which were of satisfactory quality. However, the service left much to be desired. The waitstaff seemed inattentive, requiring us to actively seek their attention. Additionally, we encountered dirty utensils, which detracted from the overall dining experience.

Show up like around 15:30 since that is the best time to get better service. Alejandro J. Was very helpful and friendly order a chocolate Martini and it was ok. Not like Vegas. Order a steak BJ’s original and it was good not to dry good taste and a clam chowder on a bread and Alejandro brought me a blonde beer it was smooth like a Pilsener.

Definitely not a place you order steak. Prime Rib was dry. Medium well was dry then asked for medium which turned out almost well....still dry. Blackened Salmon was good. Cheddar Mash was good. Sriracha Brussel Sprouts was mid. Sprouts I was expecting some type of Sriracha sauce but it was more like Aioli. No Sriracha taste at all. BJ's should stay with fun type foods like wings, pizza, etc. But steak resturant foods and sides....leave alone. Service was great! Cassandra was very nice and accommodating.

I was unhappy with not only the first batch that had 2 egg rolls that looked like they fell apart while trying to plate. But even the second batch wasn’t good. It tastes like the grease was old and but had a sour taste as if the avocado was old or possibly even reused. The Pizza was great, they don’t fall short there in my opinion and I sat at the bar so the young lady look care of us but I can tell she was concerned about our opinion about the egg rolls. Finally I gave her back the second plate after a few bites and decided to call it and request the check. I wanted more food but after that experience I chose to close the tab and split. The Lucky Ducky drink was okay, if you’re a lightweight you are safe to indulge. The Grand Patron Margarita was decent, no complaints

Came here with my partner and was extremely dissatisfied. We both ordered the $13 Poozookie meal and got calamari as our appetizer. The calamari was too salty but managable. He got the bbq pizza with salad while I ordered the Italian Chicken Parmigiana. His BBQ chicken was great. However, my order was burnt, yet cold, and very disgusting all at the same time. I usually never give orders back, but I absolutely had to in this case. I then exchanged it for a pepperoni pizza with salad, but I sadly never received my salad. We took one Poozookie to go and shared the other, which was also pretty good before leaving. Our server was busy but very sweet and accommodating, but I doubt we'll ever come back. We also noticed how dirty the establishment was, which only added to the disappointment.

This was a shocking and unacceptable experience at BJ’s Culver City. I ordered the Classic Rib-Eye 14 oz ($33.99) WITHOUT black pepper due to a food allergy, with asparagus and mashed potatoes. I was served a steak that was burnt, covered in black carbon, and tasted strongly of gas and ash. It was dirty, unsafe, and completely inedible. When I questioned the server, she first admitted it was because the grill was dirty. Then she changed her explanation and blamed it on my special order. That response is alarming. A food allergy and a special request are not excuses to serve contaminated food. I asked to speak to the manager. His response was dismissive and careless. He said “ok, no problem” and walked away without apologizing, without replacing the meal, and without showing any concern whatsoever. I have eaten at many BJ’s locations and have never experienced this level of negligence, disrespect, and lack of basic food safety. This location has lost my business permanently

My server was absolutely lazy and rude, I was supposed to receive unlimited fries with my burger since it was Wednesday, she waited until she brought my Togo container to bring my SECOND serving of fries . The fries were warm, that was an upside. Do not get the lucky ducky. Based on photos, they didn’t even make mine how others looked. Once again a bad thing on our servers part. Left the server a $5 tip on a $80 bill, that should reflect the service we received. The atmosphere was pretty chill, I’d say don’t go to this place if you want to be in close proximity with the whole restaurant. I do not want a response to this review unless the problem will be fixed .
