Awesome Rotisserie Chicken.. The people who take your order are behind bullet proof glass. They open a small window to take your money and give you food. I wouldn't send my girlfriend there by herself to pick up food.. But, the food is better than anything I've had in a very long time.

I have NEVER stopped here for the "customer service". I stop mainly for the catfish! The spot is not that big. I would like to see them UPGRADE the cleanliness! Slap on a little paint! You don't have to be 'rundown' just because you're in the Sunny South. For the most part, your menu is OK. Your building and surroundings NEEDS AN UPGRADE. School, SSAN office, nearby upscale homes, a quick jump over the X bridge and you in the DEEP...there is enough local business that YOU should WANT to be more esthetically attractive. As long as you've been around it's OBVIOUS the community 'got yo back'. Be a better Small Business rep...(just saying).

It's good for the price, honestly the food can be a little more seasoned.. but other than that they have been getting my family & friends business for at least 10 yrs. Very friendly, clean, cashier very polite, I ordered a link basket which was very very good, my husband ordered the double meat hamburger basket, he was not satisfied, and when I taste his burger neither was I, hamburger patties were not real beef, tasted like soy meat are a beef substitute, so if they would get real beef patties, they would see a increase in the amount of burgers they sell

Great place, but it’s a walk-up shop so you have to wait there which can be a little nerve-wracking if you’re not from this neighborhood. Women should probably not go alone. Wait times can be long, so call ahead to order if you can, if not you can go to the thrift store right down the street for like 20 min while you wait. Prices are good though, the philly cheesesteak is AMAZING, and you can get a good kool aid pickle here too. Would recommend the American food over the Chinese food.

This burger place has been around for years, I hadn't eaten there in decades.. Tho the burgers aren't as greasy, (a good thing).. they were delicious and the fries were yummy.. You drive up, go to the window place your order, you'll get a ticket and wait to be called.. you can eat in the parking lot or go to the park or home..

Okay... given the variety of food they sell and the fact that from the time they are open till they are closed there is cars in the parking lot, it can be a little of a wait. There are some people that stand around but they never bother no one. I hate the places where you go and people are asking for the world. Its not like that here. The staff is nice and accomadable. The food is always HOT and I have never had anything sub par from here since I first started coming 2 years ago. Price seemed slightly high but for having no problems in that amount of time its worth paying!

My wife and I were driving by and saw this little restaurant that didn't look like much but since we were kind of hungry we thought we would give it a try. So we got out the car because it's not a drive-in and it's not a restaurant where you can dine in but you order at the window so there's a very big menu that you can see through the window and my wife ordered the pork chop sandwich and I ordered the double meat bacon cheeseburger. While we were standing there waiting for our order we started a conversation with this couple that was standing by and asked if they had eaten there before. They answered yes and all the time. They said that they probably have tried everything on the menu and it's a regular place that they frequent. So we received our sandwiches and decided that we would take a bite while we were still in the parking lot. Am I glad that we found this spot because it was the best hamburger I had eaten in years. It was hot, it was fresh, it was delicious, the bacon was Crispy and that was important to me. GUUD LUCK BURGERS ARE THE TRUTH!!!

The place has bars on the windows, people loitering out front, and is next to a liquor store with barbed wire on top, but I still drive down here for fried fish and hot links. Their hotlinks are perfect and smothered in BBQ sauce, fries, and a piece of bread.

I only go to this place for the half chicken in bbq sauce, it was always good until this last time. When I got home it looked and smelled delicious but it tasted old, it was hard and fries were stale. Will hive them anpther try and go from there.

They are good. Still not a fan of the link baskets (funny aftertaste) or their gizzards (don't clean them well), but they have pretty good food. The catfish is awesome, the cheeseburgers and hamburgers are good. The shakes are awesome. They don't have fountain drinks yet, but they have can and bottled sodas. It's in the hood and some people get scared just because of the location, but it stays crowded. Get your food and leave right away if that bothers you. They're pretty good!

I ordered the wing basket and loved every bite. This is an excellent value as you get a lot of food for the money. I look forward to eating there again and recommend this to anyone craving fried food goodness.

For a hood food place that sells almost everything, the quality of the food is top tier for a take out restaurant. We got the 4piece wing basket and the combination fried rice with no shrimp and man it hits!!! I haven’t had food this good from the south in a minute!!!!! I Gotta try the burgers next time around!!! This place is not in a safe area but hey it’s a hole in the wall place. Hole in the wall places always have the best food. So if you’re not scared definitely check them out

Food is pretty good. Just moved here and was told for a good down home burger to check this place out wasnt completely disappointed but not fond of the location. I got a double bacon cheeseburger with jalapenos and fries. Was told the fountain machine was down so got can soda. Guy was polite though.

They have the best grilled chicken salad. They do not have customer service and they are very very slow. If my rating was based on food I would give five but the customer service does not exist.

I was waiting a long time way after my order went in. It was far too long. The quality of the food I ate was not very good. There ice cream soft cones were good. I feel their ability to serve people faster should improve. The person serving me had forgot I wanted ice cream, which was prepaid in my order. Some prices are very high for the quality you get, and the slow service given.

I didn't eat Herr, so I can't vouch for the food. I was picking up an order for Uber eats. It smelled pretty good, but that wasn't the issue. While I was there, standing in front of a heavily barred windows, there were at least 3 fist fights, a severe overcrowding issue, in the parking lot, and just a general vibe of uneasiness. I was slightly frightened for my life. I will not be back at this particular location. I've been at least one other location, and it seemed much less unpleasant. I'd suggest that location.

On this Labor Day weekend, I purchased around $43 worth of food from good luck. Two link baskets add on pork chop and an additional link sandwich. I heard so many good things about this place from my parents for years. The food was horrible. I called to let the manager know. She only offered to replace the pork chop, implying that I could be lying about the taste and the quality of the food. I’m currently being hospitalized and wanted to try something different. Please don’t waste your money there the link baskets were 1 out 5. The hot links tasted old and not a good blend of meat at all.The pork chops look nice on the outside but were dry and hard when you bite into them. Please don’t waste your money here. Things have really changed since Covid with a few of our Dallas known staples. Unfortunately, this has been one of them.
