Can't believe I get all the way home and find out that they didn't give me the potato wedges and I really wanted 'um too.

I usually come here once a week for the 6pc wing n wedge combo , today will be my last time the food was old mtx wedges n fries I asked for my order to be remade ,Citlalle Santos had the most disgusting attitude, when I explained to her I didn't want the old food can you make it fresh like I asked at the window , her response it is fresh , i opened the food to show her the cold mixed fries with the wedges and the old wings they heated up to re serve , attitude is all she gave she shouldn't deal with people in a customer service job with that type of demeanor . This one employee made me not wanna give my money to this business

I will be reaching out to corporate regarding this location on Buckner. I came through the drive-through when the woman opened the drive-through window. There was a horrible smell that smelled like the scent of someone who has diarrhea. There was a sick smell when the drive-through window opened. I ordered food barbecue wings immediately maybe 2 to 3 minutes after I finish eating my food I ended up having body chills, and Bad stomach cramping. I have tried to call and speak to the manager. No one is answering the phone. I will be reaching out to the corporate today is February 11, 2026. You cannot be at work and be handling food and you’re sick. You cannot be selling either expired chicken or food that’s getting ready to expire to customers. I am sure I am not the only person that experience getting sick today after eating food from this location.

They run Tuesday Specials and don’t even have chicken!! Never answer the phone!

What's going on at this location I paid full price for 2# 3 piece chicken meals got home and my thighs look like it should've been for a kids meals higher prices but smaller portions I will cook my at home because I refuse to pay for this type food.I have enclosed a closed up the picture make them seem bigger but they're not and the biscuits was dry,flavorless and hard.

I ordered a seven dollar fill up. The bowl was so little they barely gave me anything in the bowl. Didn’t even fill the bowl up then the chicken tenders that were in it or nuggets were so little then they give me these little strawberry things and they were hard and little it was just horrible. The place is dirty. I would never ever again eat here again.

On 5/12/25 when to the drive-through ordered an eight piece family meal with four waffles and a cherry icy go to the window to hear it was $40. I asked the lady how much was the waffles seven dollars for each waffle that’s a rip off went to a different KFC. We sold a waffle for $1.69 and they was only accepting cash no card at this place

I was really disappointed with the chicken—it was overly salty and barely edible. To make things worse, they served chicken nuggets and tried to pass them off as real chicken. What a rip-off! I expected much better quality for the price.

They DO NOT deserve any stars at all. The service, food, and workers are ALL horrible. How dare would y'all allow them to pick up chicken with their hands. Don’t care if they have on gloves or not that’s unsanitary period. When I tell you the Health Department needs to visit this store immediately…..! Everything at this location is old every time I go. This can’t be life and why are they even still open, like get there quickly.

I was rushing to get here before they close at 11 PM. I got there at 11:56 PM and they said they were closed. Even though on their door and on the website, it says they close at 11 PM. Even ask them all I wanted to order was the cranberry lemonade and they said they were closed. So disappointed in the customer service nowadays.

It made me give them a 1 ,but they deserve nothing . Its 1037 pm and they turned the light off and refused to take our order . They do not close until 11 pm. Its Friday night as well. Wow ,just wow how can u run a proper business and service when you lose early. Im just appalled with

This location is terrible. The last four times they have completely given me the wrong order.. I order a large family chicken meal, GRIlLED! Always order it the same, and they always give me fried.. I have complained twice to which I was told it was too late cause they had already given it out.. this time, after I order a 16 piece grilled, they asked me if I was okay with one maybe two fried pieces cause they were a little short on grilled.. what did I get ? The entire 16 piece fried, not grilled as I specified three times over the intercom! Honestly enough to make me never eat at a kfc again, as my diet restricts fried foods! Giving this entire bucket to my dogs yet AGAIN! I’d give zero stars if I could. Disappointed not just with this franchise but with the entire corp.

I always order the honey bbq hot wings and I always say that I don't mind waiting on hot wings. Of course they always lie and say oh they just came out. All lies. They probably just dip them back in the hot grease. The chicken looks like its been sitting out and just heated back up or they under cook it just to say ots hot. I don't think the chicken should red and bloody looking inside. That's not how I cook my chicken.
