Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I come to the depew location a few times weekly. The workers are always friendly and provide great customer service. I give a 9 out of 10 rating. Looking forward to trying the new carribean wrap.I love the smoothies.

This delightful addition to the community offers healthier options for WNY. I highly recommend their tropical smoothie! Management was refined, well-trained, extremely courteous and the facilities were sparkling clean. Please consider this franchise if you are looking for nourishing nutritious meals. Love love this place for smoothies definitely feel like buffalo needs more smoothie places. Only down fall I'd say is sometimes they put to much syrup stuff in it or whatever it is they use other then tht no complaints would definitely recommend to try if you haven't

Super good and delicious. So far I haven't had a smoothie I didn't like... They're really good. You can add supplements such as a fat burner, energy shot, vitamin, etc. They also offer a variety of food including wraps, quesadillas, grilled cheese... The wraps I've had were tremendously good. Buffalo wrap is by far my favorite. And surprisingly the Kale Apple slaw is phenomenal too. I'd definitely recommend this place.

I love these smoothies I order two or three a day literally! You definitely have to add on to some of the smoothies but for less calories and the price is great! The new shrimp wrap and salad is 🔥!!! Definitely recommend and the customer service has always been great! Also if you use the app to order you earn points and money off, and between early morning hours the smoothies are only $3 and some change!

the smoothies were really flavorful. i got the sunrise sunset smoothie, and it was delicious! i haven't tried any of the food though. the servings are kinda huge and definitely worth the price. it looks really casual and welcoming inside the cafe. staff are nice. i felt like i was being healthy when i drank my smoothie lol, i couldnt even finish half of it though

Just had the most pleasant experience! I always enjoy coming here for food but this time I made a mistake when ordering and the staff went above and beyond to fix it for me. They were all so kind and had the best energy, it really brightened up my morning. Thank you staff!!

Nice smoothie shop. Fresh and delicious! My only complaint is they have a Buffalo chicken wrap with ranch dressing! Who does that in Buffalo? Otherwise great place.

Smoothies are great but when we order them delivered through door dash they should be in a bag and sealed up and protected just like the food !

Super excited to hear there is a smoothie place in town. I visit here 3 times within the past month. The first time the drinks were delicious. You tasted all the ingredients in it. My second visit to the Cafe we ordered food and smoothies. The food was okay however the smoothies needed to be made over. There wasn't any flavor and had crushed pieces of ice. The last time I went I had to get the smoothies made over 3 times. The first time the smoothie tasted only like yogurt. The second time it was very sweet and then the third time the smoothies had chucks of ice in it. 🙄

I’ve worked food service and this is a huge no no and honestly really nasty and I’m definitely sad about it because I do enjoy getting food and smoothies from here but I’m honestly just grossed out and don’t think I’ll be coming back, at least not to this location:(

My girlfriend and I ordered from here one day when we were in the area. It sounded good but was absolutely terrible. The two wraps we ordered were ice cold, and they taste comparable to subways weird chicken. The chicken in both wraps was mushy and cold. The sides we paid extra for they didn’t have , and the smoothies were mostly orange juice and ice. It was more of a slushy than a smoothie. The worst part of this whole experience was what happened after I left feedback. The franchise owner Jim Breidenstein reached out to me and was very interested in making it right. Which was actually pretty proactive and surprising. So after a week of emailing back and forth because he was on vacation, which is understandable. Jim came to a solution of sending me a paper check for a full refund of $26 and some change. He reassured me that he would get it sent out right away and a check would be the fastest refund. That was April 11. I actually sent him my address prior to him asking for it, but thought maybe he didn’t see the prior email. So I promptly sent my address in an email to him the very next day. No response. Mind you the response time on 5/6 emails was within hours. It’s been 10 days since last contact and I’ve sent my address in an email probably 5 times in that time period. So why promise a full refund and almost rectify the situation , then just not respond? Says a lot about integrity. I don’t understand how anyone enjoys this place. I’d give negative starts if I could.

The only consistency with this place is that they are inconsistent. Always training new people so you never know what you're going to get for a smoothie. The food is usually decent but I've had some of the worst smoothies in my life from this place. You're better off going to McDonald's for a smoothie because at least there you know what you're going to get. I feel bad leaving a negative review but I think this place needs some TLC from upper management.
