Dutch Bros. Coffee

Great place and pretty fast. My second time at this location because the other two locations charge me $2 extra bucks for what Im getting when they don't and they make my drink just right! What more can I ask for. One of the cute baristas complimented my beanie cap and that was awesome to!.

So much better than Starbucks.

The best coffee shop around, I'm there twice a day everyday. Staff is always excellent, quick, and efficient.

This place is a million times better than Starbucks! You can actually taste their coffee which isn't masked by a ton of sugars and syrups. The Iced Caramelizer and Blended Peach Soda are my favorites. This particular location is wonderful! My husband visits regularly and a few of the employees recognize him and know his order by heart. The last time we visited, he politely informed the employee that when he'd came the day prior that they might have given him the wrong drink. With no hesitation, they comped this most recent order and as an added bonus gave me a free drink that another customer refused and would have otherwise been tossed. No matter how long the line is, they're on top of their game and pump out orders quickly. We can always rely on the super friendly and personable employees here for amazing customer service!

Loved it! Drove to Reno in the middle of the night in a storm with my eyes wide open! Was finally able to get some rest a couple days later when I drove back. But it didn't end there, the next morning I drive about 40 miles from home to the same location just to get annihilated again. Woooooh!!!

My uncle and I stopped by for a treat, they were swamped with customers but service was very fast and friendly. My pomegranate tea was sour and sweet and yummy (as a pomegranate should be) and we really like the way their cups are made.

So so so good! We stopped here on our way to truckee. Got ourselves blended caramel coffees the bomb! The service was fantastic it was our first time there so the guy taking the order was so helpful and patient. I wish we had one close to the bay area.

Dutch Brothers is always good with nice happy smiling people serving you you can't beat it! Also they give you a free coffee on your birthday! I love those Brothers! You get points every time you go in and when those points add up, they'll give you a free coffee then too.

This is my favorite Dutch Bros. Location. The staff have always been exceptionally friendly, even by Dutch Bros standards. This is the newest Dutch Bros that opened in Dixon. It was kinda like a maze getting here, but it wasn’t difficult. Unlike the other Dutch Bros that I have been through, this one has a parking lot, in addition to their drive thru. They also had 3 tables so that you can sit after you’ve ordered and I’ve heard that they will be adding more seating. Oddly enough, I think this place has the potential of becoming a hang out spot. The staff here is really nice! I’m always so lost whenever I come to Dutch Bros, but the girl who took my order walked me through it and helped me customize my drink. I drove out of my way here just for the novelty, but I would recommend coming here if you’re in the area!

The drive-thru is convenient. When it is busy there are additional employees who help take orders and payment while you are in the drive-thru to help move everyone along. The few times I've parked and ordered as a walk-up customer, I've been acknowledged quickly and helped as quickly as they could. This spot can get very busy at different times. However, I believe their Americano is better than Starbucks.

My mom and I bought a few gifts cards in December with $30 on each gift card from this location. Turns out they were never loaded with money on them; they were just empty gift cards. I was given a number to call to get the issue resolved. We played phone tag for a week, but other than that they loaded the gift cards with the money on it with no issue. I know mistakes happen and I’m thankful they were able to fix everything for me.

This has been my regular late night stop on my way back from concerts in the Bay Area while headed home to Placerville. I usually get here around 10:30-11pm and the staff is always upbeat & friendly. I don't expect great coffee from anywhere at that hour but it's always been good and helped me get home. Thankful that they are open when I need them!

Dutch Bros is my preferred coffee place and this one looks really sleek and nice. The only big issue I have is the drive through, which means longer lines than the other one in town. Still, its a good place location wise so major boon.

We decided to pull off the highway in Dixon and stopped at the Dutch Bros Coffee on Pitt School Road. When I approached the window, I noticed a handful of young employees inside, three or four of them, all looking much more alert than I felt. One of them quickly came over to take my order: a small café latte, no fancy foam—just hot milk and espresso, the way it’s meant to be. Two minutes later, I was back in the car holding a perfectly made latte that tasted like victory (and caffeine). The service was quick, the coffee was excellent, and honestly, Dutch Bros saved both me and my fellow passengers from my grumpy, caffeine-starved self. Great job, Dutch Bros Dixon. Keep up the good work!

First time at a Dutch bros...I don't get the hype. Tastes like any other coffee place that makes super sweet drinks. The staff here was amazing though and incredibly nice

After years of going to Dutch I've decided to no longer go. After the last manager left for a week straight my drink was made wrong, the kicker is I always order the same drink day after day after day. The Dutch company has lost touch in training the staff to make quality drinks. If you order a drink it should be the same everytime. I guess more then anythong its disappointing. (BTW I love and miss all the staff) Dutch Corporate get back into quality not quantity!

I have never in my life been in a drive through that took over an HOUR. I went to get a cup of coffee for the drive home, with the sun burning my eyes, to watching the sun set, to then be pitch black. I watched several dozen people go up to the walk-in window and get their drinks within several minutes (a normal respectable time) while every single person in a car waited for an HOUR just to have someone come and take their drink order. I understand that there are sometimes issues, HOWEVER, the people in the cars should have been made aware, then ushered out of the drive-thru to either go home, or to park and order at the walk-in window. I cannot imagine how horrible it would be if someone wanted a quick cup of coffee before a meeting, only to be stuck in a dead stop. There needed to be a much better way of dealing with a situation like that instead of leaving more than a dozen cars in a dead stop in drive-thru with no way to leave and no information on what is taking so long.

No bathroom or indoor seating. Iced Tea is not brewed, it comes from a soda fountain. Worst iced tea lemonade I've ever had.

Never again!! To get up to the window takes forever and once your in line you can’t get out. We are usually on our way to work at night. The wait at this location takes to long! Might have something to do with them not coming out to take orders til we are one car away from window. When I inquired why and why the other side wasn’t open, she was rude and said I don’t know and walked away. My advice is to stop in Davis or Vacaville. Staff are friendly and service is quick.

The leak was small enough that it wasn't noticeable with all the condensation at first but led to a lovely sticky mess in my cupholder and across my seat when I attempted to pick up the drink. Thanks, I really enjoy paying $8 and being forced to detail my car. You can see the drink staring to drip onto the ground from the cup after I set it down.

I went to Dutch Brothers coffee for the first time today to get a regular cup of coffee with some cream or milk and a little bit of sugar. Then they told me they don't have coffee I said but you're Dutch Brothers coffee how can you not have coffee. So the young gentleman explained to me that they don't use coffee they use espresso which has a completely different taste than coffee does. And the only thing that even resembles a regular cup of coffee is something called the Americano which is again espresso and I kept asking for milk and he didn't give me milk he gave me something called breve. Which I guess is steamed half and half which again doesn't taste like milk. To me, that is completely bizarre that they don't actually sell coffee. But I went ahead and tried their Americano with some steamed cream and it was horrible nothing like coffee at all completely totally different. The young gentleman was very nice and he made sure that I got enough cream and enough sugar. But again I wanted good cup of hot coffee. So good service it's a drive-thru there's no atmosphere and I gave it one star for not having coffee how can you have a drive-through coffee place and just sell espresso. It tasted so bad when I got home I immediately had to make some coffee to get the taste of the espresso out of my mouth. And $3.95 for a cup of espresso that tastes like I've been chewing on a tire.
