I stopped in today and I just want to give a shout out to Sandra, the gal who was working the drive thru. She is always smiling and very pleasant. It's nice to always be greeted by her. Her customer service is awesome.

Hi unfortunately my dad had a bad experience at this Jack in the box more than one time . On this occasion 8-12-24 he went through the drive through and ordered 2 tacos , a boba drink and some chicken nuggets of some sort (no meal) unfortunately my dad could not hear the drive through person clearly so he asked for them to please turn up the volume, they did not and he still couldn't hear, they ask him to pull forward and he does. He is asked again to repeat the order but it takes a while because the the person does have a thick accent so it take a while to get everything, once the order was put through and the total was 35$ my dad was a lil concerned at that point , so he asked the price again and again the person said 35$ he tried to explain that he did not order enough for that amount, and he asked politely can you get the manager, the manager comes to the window and talkes to the window person and in another language asks if they need to call the police , at this point my dad is confused and would just like to get the correct total, the manager heard him out and checked the order and says sir it is $13.50 , he explained the other person said 35$ thank you for checking. He did get his food and it was good but unfortunately he was not able to understand the person working the window and was given the wrong total. The service has been bad for years here, I'm hoping they get it together soon. It's important to make sure that every employee understands the menu, understands basic math and can communicate clearly to customers , this is important in food service and customer service.

I usually don't review fast food places, they are hit and miss. Unless it's so bad that I must warn others. I walked into the men's room, the smell of raw sewage is overwhelming. You can smell it before you even walk into the hall, all the way out into the dining area. OVERWHELMING SMELL!!! It there not a health inspector that visits this place? Shame on the owners and management for letting it get to this point. Just freaking nasty.

Employees are what we can say, not smart. My coworker ordered food. I waited at counter by register so I could order. Employees saw me but never came and avoided me, so I decided to just not eat. Glad 20 bucks an hour is working great.

I have been to the store in Dixon almost every weeknight for 2 and a half months between 3:00 am - 5:00 am and they are always closed. They say there computers are down. I hi back 30 minutes later and same thing. If I was the owner, I'd be very upset at all the lost customers. I have continued to stop out of curiosity.

Hi, I just got a Oreo milk shake from DoorDash and once that was delivered to me asap, my drink was completely melted, these people were probably kids or something who don’t want to deal with customers last minute. I hope I can get a refund or something soon because this was ridiculous what these people in the store are doing. If it’s close to closing time at 1:30, have the sympathy to just make the order quick correctly.

Horrible experience I walked in and asked for two tacos to go all I had was 20 dollar bills and some change. I handed her a 20 and she said don't you have some change I said yeah but can you please just do it out of the 20 I like to keep my quarters for other things and she says why don't you just give me the change with the 20 and I explained her if this is really a problem maybe I should go somewhere else she handed me my 20 back and I left I'm very dissatisfied that Jack in the box doesn't like breaking a 20 dollar bill. I called the corporate office but after waiting 45 minutes for somebody to receive my very important call I hung up
