Usually very fast, but today they were short staff and the only person there had to alternate between cashier and sandwich maker. And this was during lunch time. The person did a great job, but there needs to be more staff working.

The food was good but they didn’t cut my sandwich in half and they didn’t ask if I wanted it cut. I waited for them to call out my order when it was ready and when I noticed that people who ordered after me got their meal I went to check for mine and it was sitting there. No one had called out my order. Also before I even ordered I used the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. They need to work on their speed and attention to detail.

Food: whenever I have ordered the #15 they never seem to make my sandwich right it’s always missing a piece of cheese. The menu says DOUBLE provolone and I either get one piece or none. I haven’t said anything until now because after the 3rd time it’s getting old. You want to charge for everything little thing but then, not give the customers what they pay for. Even this after 2pm deal it’s supposed to be free chips and soda(probably the small size which if fine) but some how this location and some others find a way to charge for the drink even the small. This time when I went the music was so loud I couldn’t hear the employees and they couldn’t even hear me when I wanted to add some food to my order. Check your receipts and sandwiches make sure they give you what it says and what you’re paying for. I will need to start checking my sandwich before I leave going forward or keep leaving reviews until they get it. JJ has all these standards and the one thing I’m glad they brought back is kicken ranch

I would leave one star but the employees were actually really nice and professional. I got the Cajun chicken wrap and I honestly could not tell if I was eating chicken, it tasted like bread and seasoning, even looking at each half you could dangle $500 over my head and I wouldn't be able to tell you where the chicken was. I honestly felt stupid at first thinking "I should have looked closer at the ad" but then I looked it up on Google and their advertising clearly shows little chicken nugget looking things, not bread crumbs, it looks completely different.

I paid $7 for what Jimmy John’s calls a Turkey Little John, but what I unwrapped was basically the saddest middle-school lunch sandwich in existence. The meat was flavorless, the lettuce tasted like it was in witness protection, and the overall vibe was “hospital cafeteria chic.” It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t good either—it was just… existing. A sandwich that clocked in, sat at its desk, and waited for 5 p.m. Maybe I expected too much from a “Little John,” but for $7, I was hoping for at least one shred of flavor. Instead, I got a bread-heavy existential crisis. Next time I’ll hit Jersey Mike’s. Guess I like it Mike’s Way better

Ridiculous wait time for online orders, ordered my sandwich at 7:40 and go it 40 minutes later. They didn't place it in the pick up spot. I asked about about 2 times and they kept telling me they were working on it I ORDERED A UNWICH! To make it even better people who came after me got their in store order first.

This location is our of my way from work and home, but it’s the only Jimmy John near me. Yesterday I went to this location right after work. I got there at 4:30pm and the doors were lock. I could see employees working & I knock. They signed that they were closed. Very frustrating when I was looking forward to a sub and drove very far for nothing!!! No explanation of what they were closed. At least they should of wrote a sign on the door of why they had to closed.

I placed a mobile order for 11:30 am and I got a notification on my phone through the app that it was done at 10:58??? When I got there at 11:25 I asked them about it and they said it was fine so I trusted them . When I finally got home the sandwich I didn’t think too much of it and ate it . I couldn’t even finish the sandwich from how soggy the bread was . I was disgusted . So I threw it away , later that day I started to feel horrible . Fever chills and i was throwing up . That was the only thing i had eaten the whole day I used to love jimmy johns now I don’t think I’ll ever go back and I won’t let anyone I know either.

great subs use to order from them at least twice a week. But I will never order from them again due to their awful customer service they gave me a couple weeks ago. Ordered sandwiches a couple weeks ago and asked for peppers on the side and when they got delivered .... no peppers so I called and ask for some and they assured me they would send some over right away. Well 45 minute later still no peppers so I called again and ask to speak to manager and manager apologize and offered me a free sandwich I told her I didn't need another sandwich all I wanted was my peppers. I wasn't looking for anything free or a hand out just my peppers to enjoy with my sandwich. Well again they said they would send them over and 1 hour later yes another hour no peppers so I called again and told them this was ridiculous and the manager told me that I had stated I didn't want anything so she didn't send them. I got frustrated and told her I would never order again and that this was ridiculous and hung up. I went on yelp and apparently they have a lot of bad reviews so I guess I'm not the only one that's had a bad experience with this particular JJs. hopefully other jimmy johns aren't like this.
