My rating is based on this being an IHOP. It is 5 stars for an IHOP - not compared to any other restaurant that would be my preference. Only my partner ate here and enjoyed it. I thought the service was great! I only saw 1 lady working and she was amazing. She did it all. Everyone seemed very happy - so go you! The food was served very quickly too. If you are looking for an IHOP, this would be a good location.

IHOP Bouncing back from a deep pandemic spell, fast, excellent service. You have to request everything and anything you need, like salt, pepper, Etc.It’s the new normal. Thank you EPB

Due to the rules and regulations so far, there's not much traffic flowing through here, so lines and orders get filled up quickly. I dined in, on the outside patio. As you can see from the picture, the outside was not covered much. So I asked if my group can be moved to the outdoor patio. They were more than happy to accommodate my request, Elizabeth (server) was great! I honestly felt like the entire restaurant was catering our every request! The most important part, the bill wasn't as high as other locations! Definitely recommend this IHOP over many around the area.

This location seems to be quiet vs. the location in Arcadia. No wait to be seated and food is served quickly. I haven't had a disappointing meal at IHOP before. I highly recommend their Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pancakes. Those are usually my go to. However I did try their Pumpkin Spice Pancakes and those were delicious. Also, download the IHOP app, once you gain points, they have some pretty good deals.

Came here for a nice brunch and ordered chicken and waffles with coffee and the sirloin tip with caramelized onions and mushrooms and a substitute on the pancakes for the salad. I must say the service and atmosphere are impeccable. Very nice staff and place looks clean and very welcoming. This locations is very close to home so I enjoy the atmosphere and people that come here. Now for the food. And I'm just saying this from my own opinion, so please take it with a grain of salt because my taste buds might not be the same as yours. So, the chicken and waffles were underwhelming, it was quite salty and over battered. Had several small pieces and really for the price they offer of 17$ is very expensive for this dish. Pancakes were great as always. The coffee was good had an option for French vanilla creamer or half and half. The steak and eggs are always a hit or miss, I ordered the sirloin steak and eggs $20 and there was an issue with the eggs as I always order sunny side to see if the cook really knows his stuff. Also I ordered medium rare steak as these 2 options were available and are quite difficult to achieve. 1. my dish came out with raw eggs. The edges of course were cooked white yolk and as you know the egg white should be white not clear. Well all of the center of the 2 eggs were crystal clear. Nevertheless, I got that situated. Now for the medium rare steak, yes some bites were cooked to perfection but other bites were fully cooked to the point where they were a bit tough to chew. They flavor was all there. But is it worked it? You decide. Lmk if you do order this same exact dish and see if they improved or not. Their salad was delicious as always and well, maybe I'll come back . Other than that the meal was fililling . Good luck and hope to see these minor improvements as they make a big change .

We went for festive pancake specials. I enjoyed the pumpkin spiced pancakes. They tasted and smelled great. My friend enjoyed the lingonberry crepes. The child enjoyed the Reese's Pieces pancakes. Would have given 5 stars if the waiter was more attentive.

Server brought me the wrong bill and when he gave me the right one he shorted me $2 on my change. Be careful to review when dining there. The food was good.

I ordered french toast, with bacon. Also ordered a side of hash brown's. While waiting for my food, it came to me that they didn't ask me how I wanted my eggs. That's because it didn't come with eggs. Got to be careful when you order 55+ meals. No worries. As I went to the counter to get my food, the hostess almost dropped it on the floor, lucky that I caught it. Come to think about, the french toast wasn't completely cooked. I had to complete that task when I got home. I also thought that the price was a little high, considering what I didn't receive with eggs my meal.

The smallest amount of food I have ever been served for breakfast for $21 -- two 4-inch pancakes, two bacon slices you could read through and an egg. Really, IHOP???!

The lady Raquel that served me the food had no good customer service and is rude also the hash brown that I orders is burnt and the egg had lots of butter who ever the cook was that day needs to be trained better or replaced his name is Jaime it was really not that busy for him to burn my food. also I ask Raquel for the managers number but refused to give it to me I asked for my money back but acted like she didn’t know how to do it so she gave me cash instead and told me that I have kids to feed like lady I don’t care that you chose to have kids when you are poor that’s your problem not mine.
