DIEGO is absolutely fantastic!!! I’ve been there a few times, in the AM, drive-thru, and he’s so professional, respectful from start to finish. It’s so hard to find individuals whom aren’t lazy, In this time and age we are in, and Diego definitely shows so much professionalism, and portrays how hard working he is.

I have never had such excellent service at any Carl's Like this one. Diego took our order and everything we ordered came fresh and my lettuce wrapped famous star was perfectly made. a fine young man and an exceptional employee with impeccable respect and knowledge. Kudos to Carl's Jr for hiring a great employee. There is hope for the future!!!

It's fresh food so I understand that the drive thru is going take a little bit but sometimes it's close to 20 minutes or seems like. Now with that the food is always piping hot and delicious so it's definitely worth the wait. Just don't think you are going to be in and out in less than 5. But again totally worth the wait if you plan ahead for the wait. Yummy 😋

Great drive-thru service and food was as expected. Prices on the board are a little confusing. You need to remember to order the number of patties and also the size of your combo (sm, med, lrg).

Carls used to be the place for great hamburgers now they charge an arm and leg for thin thin hamburger meat.. I paid $17 dollars for bread sandwiche..I'll make my own for now on when I feel like a hamburger..

Services was horrible. I was drive thru Malinda working drive-through as a cashier. As I was ordering, she would say is that it is that all I told her give me a few minutes I order french fries and then she said is that it is that all I said no and I order a famous star burger. I ask about the 5 pcs chicken tender it was a little Pricey. At the time I came to the window. I asked her for the chicken five stars tender And then she asked is that what you want let me see if we have them so she went in the back ask the cook apparently there is no chicken star tender ran out that was 10:48 PM September 11. She had no smile she rolled her eyes like she really didn’t want to be there. It was really sad. I just think that if you’re not happy where you’re at I will make you happy you gotta love your job

Ordered some Superstars. They charged me 9.96 for each even though their sign had a different price. Jessica didn’t want to refund me. She acknowledged that it was their mistake but said she couldn’t refund me.

I came I today at 5:18pm Order #16 carry out Patty put my food a dining in. The advised her it was to go. She got an attitude about it like if it was my fault. When she packaged my food, she took the liberty of grabbing the fries from the top and putting her palms all over it when I advise her that I would like new fries she got a bigger attitude with me and rolled her eyes. She said her hands were clean and that shouldn’t worry about it but I just got done watching her touch the counters were customers pay. This lady didn’t care about spreading germs.

This is the worst Carl's I've ever been to. If the ridiculous drive trhu wait want bad enough, I love the Spicy chicken sandwich but I've ordered it on numerous occasions with SWISS cheese and received AMERICAN cheese every single time. One morning for breakfast I ordered the only thing I'd ever consider from them, the loaded breakfast burrito. I received something with a bunch of vegetables in it and when I told the lady it was wrong, she had the nerve to argue with me and call me a liar. Just today the drive thru girl looked my straight in the face asking if I wanted sauce for my fries, I said, "Yes, ketchup please." She reached over and grabbed 2 ranch. These people seriously suck!
