I want to give a shout out to Isabel at this location. We had a driver from doordash steal our order and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She made our pizzas and let us know, personally, when it was ready. We have ordered many times here and will continue to order pick-up. I am a very satisfied customer. Ordered from here maybe 3 times, all 3 a great experience. The pizza is great, ingredientes taste fresh. I recommend the Mexican pizza that's really good. Staff is friendly out the 3 times I've gone its been great. It's next to a tortilla place and a grocery store great location.

Placed my order online, it said it would be ready at 6:07. We sat there til 6:25 before someone said our was ready. It was sitting in their warmer the WHOLE TIME. When we got home, it wasn't even luke warm. Terrible Service!!

I can't say much about the pizza as it was cold although we were right on time, and they didn't make it to my specifications on the phone. I ordered a half chicken bacon ranch, which they don't make, but they put chicken bacon mushroom on Alfredo sauce, and half hamburger mushroom that they put on Alfredo sauce also, and added Canadian bacon I didn't order. So we got a side of ranch dressing and hoped for the best, but the Canadian bacon side was not our favorite. The crust was mediocre at best and the hamburger half might have been ok if they had used regular pizza sauce as we had expected. Price was decent for pickup at $17+ for a large and the selection of soda 2 liter bottles was good and inexpensive.

Horrible customer service, not friendly at all & cashier didn’t have a mask 😷 on. Didn’t accept app coupon(stated it had to be redeemed in store & to ask cashier to scan) the cashier said she didn’t know how to use it and gave me the option to get someone else or to just not use; when the other employee came over she simply looked at my QR coupon & said nope those aren’t accepted here, she didn’t even bother to try & they have a sign by cashier to download app to get app coupons to use, then they clearly shouldn’t advertise for it if they don’t accept them

Apparently you can only get one red pepper packet and one parmesan cheese packet per large pizza. How ridiculous!

I had pizza patron many years ago in my early 20s and my wife and I wanted to try it again after so long and I can say that I didn’t like it. First off, the customer service was weird and terrible. The girl at the counter kept looking at me like something was funny, and wouldn’t talk or be friendly. She even started at me when I walked in. Idk if it was because I’m black or what but it wasn’t a good feeling. Probably won’t be coming back and I’d recommend anyone else to go to little ceasers, Pizza Hut, papa John’s, dominos etc. All those places have better quality pizza.

First of all, the pizza was a little pricier than I remember. The pizza is not good. I don’t know if it was just this location, but I’m hoping this is not the new recipes. The pizza was too doughy which is one reason why I like Pizza Patron (the thin and soggier crust). The only thing I enjoyed about the pizza was that it was super hot, but it was definitely not tasty especially with the price increase.

This has been a very frustrating hour dealing with this company. This is going to be my first time to eat here I went online and I looked up the specials I suffered through the horrible website and completed my order to be told at the end that there was an error. I then went inside the store spoke with the manager and was informed that I needed to download the app. I did a seat told me to write in the store I completed the order again right in front of the manager and at the end is still gave me an error code. They acknowledge that the problem was with the website and the app but yet they still did not redeem the promotional offer that they advertised. So I just wasted a whole hour dealing with their incompetent technical failure just to be told at the end that I cannot apply that promotion. I think that it's very rude to add insult to injury and not keep their word
