It taste the way it’s supposed to. But just like all corporate companies they manipulate the time for when it will be ready to make their numbers look better. You can order something for delivery and it will say the driver is out for delivery, but they’re not actually leaving the place for another five minutes and it doesn’t tell you whether or not they have just your order or one maybe even 2 to 3 other orders to deliver before they get to you . So the food is all right, but the service isn’t that great The problem is instead of staffing, their store with enough drivers and kitchen staff. They use their drivers as kitchen staff also.

Legit took a whole hour after I placed my order to get the food, then when it finally arrived THIS is what I opened my pizza box to. And it was cold. On the website it has an option for delivery insurance and all it offers you is a coupon for your next order. If my pizza is gonna arrive like this I dont want it.

(Staff is amazing!!!) …. This was the post from a year or so ago. Now I called ahead to order the 5 topping large pizza for 11.99, and spoke with a nice lady on the phone, I then asked if I could I have extra cheese and the other 4 toppings to be pepperoni, and she said you got it! When I got to the store to pick the pizza up it just looked like a regular pepperoni pizza. So I asked about the extra pepperoni….. wow… that ruffled some feathers! I was told over and over that they couldn’t possibly give me that many servings of pepperoni because of weight or idk, if I order 5 toppings, should it matter what they are? Just a little confusing to me. After this I was told I could not be helped at this store and if I wanted a refund for my pizza. At that point, I would absolutely love a refund, and I questioned politely again why I could not have 4 of the same ingredient on my pizza as part of the 5 ingredient deal. I was then met with this one guy (that seemed to be in charge) saying to not come back to this dominos again. Overall a really bad experience with no explanation and also a bad taste for an establishment which I have previously boasted upon on this same site. Any who, I just wanted a pizza with a lot of pepperoni. 🍕

If I could give one star I would. I ordered thru DoorDash and Dominos uses there drivers to deliver. I never received my order and when I called I spoke to a lady who hung up in my face cause she was ready to leave. I can’t get me refund cause DoorDash wants dominoes to refund it and Dominos won’t refund it cause they think it’s a DoorDash issue. Y’all need to get better communication and customer service cause I will never be ordering from here again you have lot a customer who had ordered pizza from y’all my whole life

i received the wrong pizza i had asked for a regular pizza and i received the wrong one she was on the phone while taking my order and i didn’t even eat my pizza in peace. if i could give 0 stars i would. very rude customer service.

Workers are miserable and delusional. They can't follow directions literally in person or in the car. Food is ok when they actually get it right which only 20% of the time sadly. I wanted to like this store. I really did. Meh

I made an online delivery order and it was missing items. I called and they said they would deliver the missing items but they never did. I called the next day to talk to a manager they said they would refund. They didn't. I disputed with venmo and they blocked it. I called again to talk to a manger to get the refund was told I would be called back. That was two weeks ago. I have still been charged for items I never got and dominos hasn't made it right. Lost a customer forever over 4 stupid root beers for 6.99. Ridiculous. Mad I paid for it and never got it and all the hassle to not even be refunded for the items I never recieved.

Too much sauce not enough toppings and I paid for extra toppings every time I come in or get a delivery the order is messed up in some way every single time I recommend finding a different Domino's if you like dominoes this one is not making the cut! I am not going to that pizza place ever again

This is worst store of Dominos, the late night person at the check out refused to give deals and didn’t even communicated properly over the phone about the deal. I ordered 2 large and 1 medium pizza where I was charged one large 3 topping pizza at $10.99 and the other large pizza with 2 topping at $16.99, when I asked him about the large up to 5 topping carry out deal he refused to do it and stole my money by talking utter non sense. When I questioned him wouldn’t you like making use of available promotions if available and save money, he maintained dead silence. DON NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, you will get RIPPED OFF big time and NO RESPECT OR VALUE FOR OTHERS MONEY. I hope there is negative to zero star to rate this store because from all the reviews no one looks much satisfied with the service or the quality of the food. Hopefully the corporate does something to improve their customer service and food quality.

Okay so, I’m posting this review late because I ordered it last night. Anyways, on Friday night, I ordered a medium 3 topping pizza with extra sauce and double cheese. When I received the pizza, it was missing one topping-the beef. I wasn’t upset or anything, but I called and told them my pizza was missing a topping. Honestly, I may have heard wrong, but whomever answered my call called me a liar under their breath. I disregarded that because I assumed I heard wrong. He basically told me that they can make me a new pizza with all of the toppings and it should arrive in 20 to 30 minutes but they want me to trade the messed up pizza for the new one. I agreed. Well, I called at 7:50 or so and checked outside my door constantly for the new one, but gave up after 8:50 because I assumed they’d call to let me know they were here. A few hours go by and it’s 11:35pm, I’m tired and without my pizza. I go outside and there is the pizza. Sitting there on the ground for hours I assume. It’s cold and bugs were crawling over the box. I never got a call from a delivery person. And now I’m too tired to call and request another one, so I wait until morning. Well, I wake up today and call to at least get a refund. I’ve been put on hold for over 40 minutes. Now I’m frustrated because I spent $20 on food I barely got to eat and a Domino’s store (THAT ALWAYS MESSES UP MY ORDER) putting me on hold for 40 minutes.
