Tip: The habanero salsa is actually spicy. Grilled pineapple is a great burrito bowl option. Equites are available to go.

One of the nicest mexican restaurants I've been to. Food was super fresh and super flavourful. I was blown away by how good it was. Very strongly recommend the outlet. I am a vegetarian, and ordered a burrito and nachos. Quantity was great.
Everything and everyone was great!! The only thing that disappointed me was the corn in the cup 😭 It was cold and all the places I got it was always hot. Maybe it's just me but it's still good! It's clean and everyone was friendly! Cool vibe!
Great Mexican place in the former Rubio's. We noticed it was open the last time we shopped at the Safeway in this strip mall but we had already eaten, so I made sure to save dinner for this trip. I had the taco trio with pollo verde, barbacoa and al pastor, all with fajita veggies and pinto beans. Spouse had nachos with pollo asado. Fantastic fresh flavors and quality. Very bright interior design. Guapa's will be a regular stop. I hope they do well and don't get bought out by a private equity firm.
This place is a step above Chipotle, the sauces and salsas are pretty good, and their menu of pre-set flavor combinations is also pretty solid. My friend got a custom quesadilla and loved it, and I got one of the vegetarian nachos option (which was *loaded* still, so if you're veg, you'll definitely not go hungry), and we both got Jarritos to drink. They have a full bar, too, which we didn't try at all, so we will have to come back for happy hour.
Solid choice. Had the burrito bowl, no rice. The grilled pineapple is a great option. Nice service and fast. Wish they had brewed ice tea, but they have Tejava or free flavored water instead.
It's great to have this location open again. Similar concept to Chipotle, but on an entirely different level. Great service and the remodel is lovely.
My first time trying Authentic Mexican Food, it is great, tasty.. recommended for Indonesian tourist..

This place is great. The food quality is fun and the menu has everything you’d want including equites TO GO. Definitely worth a try!
Amazing service great food. Honestly one of the top spots in the area Juan is a G
The crunch wrap was unreal. It was HUGE! The barbacoa was delicious, and so were the cilantro rice and the salsas. At a lot of places habanero salsa is still kinda mild, but here it was actually spicy and I loved it. It was also a pretty cute little spot. I will definitely be coming back.
High quality, generous amounts and very clean. We'll be back!
Big Burrito! very tasty, very fresh, and that hot sauce ain't foolin around! You can be safe or you can be daring!
The people have always been so sweet and welcoming. The food is delicious and FAST since it's already ready like a buffet, but they serve you. There's great parking, it's been very pleasant every time I've visited.

Tried Guapas Mexican Grill recently and really enjoyed it. It’s a casual spot with solid food that delivers. We ordered two Taco Trios to sample all of their meat options, and the asada and carnitas were easily the standouts—flavorful and well cooked. We also had the impossible meat burrito, which was absolutely delicious and a great option even if you’re not vegetarian. Their habanero salsa was delicious but definitely spicy. Service was average, but the food made up for it. Prices felt fair for the quality, and overall it was definitely worth it. We’ll be returning and would recommend giving it a try if you’re in the area.
Nice new discovery in MP - this clean friendly upscale HEALTHY chipotle style Mexican restaurant really hits the spot. Starts off with incredibly friendly staff, very clean and inviting restaurant. The food is fresh, healthy and tasty, with lots of choices including a huge crunch wrap style burrito (crispy tostada buried inside). The veggies and sides are all super fresh and you can get spring mix lettuce instead of typical chopped iceberg on request. The house crème is a must as the meat (al pastor in my case) was a tad dry and lacked a full punchy flavor by itself (only reason for 4 star). The house crème corn side (Elote) is really nice also. It is important to note the focus on healthier menu options, if you are looking for traditional fattier cuts of meat or tons of melted cheese etc then this isn’t the place for you. Really enjoyed it and will be a go to over Chipotle every time for sure!!!!

I ordered the Don burrito and it was extra spicy and really good. There was no wait to order and the food came out quickly.

My first time ever going there fairly new they just opened up a few weeks ago I went with my cousin and he likes to try the whole menu pretty-much we got two burritos and nachos his burrito with chicken and mine was Al pastor I thought the burrito was very flavorful and everything inside the burrito tasted very fresh definitely has a Baja feel to it more than authentic but the flavor is still good way better than a Chipotle I would say the nachos were really good the chips are fresh fried are guacamole was very tasty they definitely make it in-house you can tell the difference everybody that was there was extremely friendly and welcoming being Mexican I really appreciated them playing authentic music that my parents would listen to on a daily basis so it made me definitely feel like I was eating at home good selection of beer also have 32oz of Modelo and the dark Corona for the serious beer drinkers I definitely recommend checking them out there a little hidden in the corner of the Safeway parking lot definitely worth the stop thank you for taking the time to read my short review 😎

Chipotle like Mexican place. I went about an hour before closing, near the end of the day so food probably wasn’t the freshest. I ordered a bowl with the pollo asado , black beans, corn, pico, cheese, spicy salsa and lettuce. The chicken had decent flavor but it was way too salty. There was also some small aftertaste that I couldn’t pin that I didn’t particularly like. Hard to justify going here over chipotle. Chipotle is ~40% cheaper, tastes better and I think may also have bigger portions. I do like that they have multiple chicken options. If I do happen to come again I might try another. Service was fine. Place was empty when I went but it looked clean and looked like any normal fast casual place.
Food was delicious ,fresh, everything clean. My low review is because the costumer service was bad my boyfriend and I, went Last week around 9.30 pm we were looking at the menu, in the nigth shift were two tall men looking at us so bad..like if we were Criminals or something like that. They started to talk about us, and making weird faces to each other. We finally ordered, some girls helped us so friendly. We were eating around 10pm apparently the place was going to close .. but the two men started to close the Doors and they turned the lights off. We knew the employees have to leave because of the time. But in my opinion was no a good way to treat the costumers. We didn't finish eating. I believe there are many ways to be polite with the costumers. Is not necessary to make us uncomfortable, feeling like we have to leave the place without finishing our meal. Hopefully the manager or the owner can see this coment.
Very clean, very empty. Went there for dinner around 5 pm. The place is very Chipotle, Baja Fresh style. Non-traditional Mexican eatery feel. My bf was served by the female server and me by a reluctant male server. I don't think I made any demanding requests, but I actually heard him exhale like I'm taxing him to give me some green salsa for my order. If you don't have a self-serve kiosk, then expect to give salsa with food. Well, been there and done that. We will be back only when all the traditional Mexican places aren't open.
