Eva (I think is her name) was awesome and on point, wonderful work ethics, great people person skills and bilingual. I watched her the whole time I was eating. The manager was great as well easy to talk to and super friendly. Over all a wonderful experience. Thank you ladies.

Good chicken. They got normal and spicy and all other sorts. Awesome mashed potatoes and salad and their gravy is to kill for. Great for family dining or just another lonely sunday with no one but the chicken you are eating to comfort you.

The chicken tenders were moist and tasted freshly made with the perfect amount of batter. The okra was one of the best and the biscuit was different but enjoyable. First time eating at Church's. Wish we had one in Sonora, CA where we live cause we really enjoyed it!

Omg I went online and got a special coupon for 5pc chicken, two sides and biscuits! Loved it, I didn't need more food. It was perfect n staff super friendly and helpful!

Great biscuits, fresh chicken tenders, and delicious mash potatoes. Great location . Not all locations serve the same quality. Thanks for making lunch an easy thing for me after work .

Always the best chicken in town

Pretty small place with pretty tasty chicken. It's much better than KFC and it's fairly cheap. Also, their biscuits are heaven. Highly recommend if you want some fast food that's delicious.

Ordered 3 combos with two extra sides and only got fries and cole slaw two mash potatoes went missing. I think I should take my time and check entire order next time.

Excellent customer service and staff. I forgot to add a Fountain drink and when I ordered it I was given a Large drink free of charge. And the Chicken well cooked spicy goodness.

Best fried chicken! We always get the spicy chicken family meals. Everybody's happy and there are some left overs for snacking later. We usually add on a large order of jalopeño bombers too.

This is one of the most tightly run Church's I've ever come across. The inside always sounds like a war room or emergency room due to the constant beeping and ultra tight quarters, but everyone is moving and the food surfaces look clean. It's quick for how small the restaurant is and, unlike the nearby KFC with their hit or miss food and great customer service, this place always has fresh food that tastes like it was prepared correctly to spec even when the staff are sometimes too overloaded to even take your order. Updates: twice now I found the chicken oddly flavorless, but not consistently across the different pieces. I also noticed a lot of the employees are covered in flour while alarms just absolutely blare in the background. I hope management realizes that the heart of their business when the business is a franchise isn't the product alone but their employees too... And that they ensure there are enough people on staff so that they don't have to scramble like mad.

They're chicken is awesome. Light and flaky. If you like honey though bring your own. Biscuits were delicious with honey butter on top. Has a very small eating area. So many people coming and going it's hard to move. Customers and staff are friendly. Will help you in and out if you're in a wheelchair or using a walker.

Employees want to argue over what you ordered, By giving a different size order to you instead of what you originally ordered; (very strange???)

Fried chicken good. Service slow.. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR ORDER COMPLETE BEFORE LEAVING!!!!!

It's a nice place to stop and have a great meal. It's kept clean and was served promptly.

I give it a 4 because I had to wait 6 min for the macaroni and cheese. Another thing is I ordered to go and my dog couldn't go in.

Good food. However the place where you make your order at the drive trough doesn't really work that well.

Like this better then KFC the only thing is sometimes you might want to call in to make sure there is chicken available. If not you will wait over 20 minutes. Biscuits are my weakness :)

Food was better than I remembered. New menu items were quite good. Try the Smokehouse chicken.

I love the crispy original chicken, the chunky coleslaw, plus the mashed potatoes with the gravy poured over it! Only place with Fanta Strawberry soda, so cool on hot day.

Service is slow. They run out of things from time to time. Chicken is great and competitive prices.

Their drive thru speaker seems to not be working during my visit, but were very kind and helpful at the window. Chicken tastes GREAT!!!!

I hadn't been near a Church's Chicken in a long time. Last year I went to one in Farmington and was disappointed. But I decided to give this one a try and I'm glad I did. The chix wasn't greasy. Tasted great. Service was a little slow, but not bad.

Chicken was nice a hot and meaty. Service was quick. They were temporary out of regular flavor. I got spicy anyway but how does a chicken place run out of chicken?

Good to grab and go, as the restaurant itself is a little small. The food is always looking and smelling really good, and it is really tasty. This place is excellent for a Sunday with friends.

I haven't been there in a while I look forward to stop by when I wuz in El Centro. Just didn't seam the same this time. Workers don't look as friendly and cheerful, the place looks run down. Chicken still good just not the same

I'm from out of town so this was my first time at this location. Everything was average to above average. As usual, they were busy esp the drive- through so I chose to eat inside. Service was prompt and courteous, all the food came out hot, fresh, and we'll cooked. Added a side of deep fried okra... awesome! Would return in a 💓 beat.

Very good chicken, however we ordered spicy chicken and received original instead. This happened twice already at the same place, so I strongly recommend to make sure you get your order right! It could be due to the voice box that is positioned too close to the ground for me to order my meal clearly. Overall, it is a very good restaurant with consistent quality chicken. Luckily I ordered jalapeno peppers, so I at least had something spicy to eat from there. I recommend those who are looking for some crispy, crunchy, fast food chicken, but to just ensure that you are getting what you order.

Chicken is always good here. The biscuits are the bomb! I use the app to get the better deals. I gave up on the rewards stars, though. They never give you a itemized receipt because the machine seems to always be "broken". If you pay with card you'll get a CC receipt but it's not the same. If you ask for a itemized receipt the manager will gladly help you out. But they have to go in the back and print it off the computer. Which takes time and still not have the information you need to enter to get the reward stars in the app.

Got our other wrong, took too long ( but it's understandable with our current situation) and the biscuits were dry. It's all about them biscuits man .

Chicken is not as good as it used to be, for me is overcooked. Around the place is not clean (in and out is the same), you can see they do not have enough personel.

Cashier on drive thru either need to clear their mind an listen or get they're machine fixed so an easily agitated and overly aggressive individual/customer doesn't get worked up over tedious repetitive question and answer ordering only 2 meals.

Chicken is a little bit expensive and it's greasy even more so than usual but I know it's fried chicken so what can you expect not too bad overall spend a few extra dollars go to the colonel it's a lot better

I was pleasantly surprised by the smoke house chicken. Really tasty and crispy. They also have the best biscuits!

The chicken it's good, but no what I use to, the size pieces are regular to small, the price it's normal, the service it's fast, I hope you can do better...

What's to say. Fast food sitting under a heat lamp waiting for people to buy it. You get what you get. Employees were nice.

Not great. The sandwiches were underwhelming and gave us stomach aches. They forgot part of the order. Two or so tables inside. No kids menu.

My first visit to this location was during Covid19 and service was SLOW, so slow I had to reschedule my day. I tried the garlic butter combo, btw drink is not included and is $1.79. I also ordered a lemon pie. I was in line 20 minutes when I got to the window and was told they were making my food. The blue Tucson in front of me kept being handed bag after bag, another reason for the delay! I see a worker sprinkling garlic powder on my food... I must say garlic powder dresses up the chicken tenders nicely. I don’t recommend the shrimp. The fries are excellent, in fact I’d go back just for them on their own. Home style crinkle fries, perfectly fried. The biscuit was nice as well. Coleslaw excellent .Now the pie I got was apple and not lemon. For a sec I thought I’d go exchange it. But it was really kind of amazing, much nicer than another deep fried apple pie I know. So have time to spare and this could change after the pandemic.

Very slow drive thru. When you get to the pickup window you notice the prep area is extremely dirty. Haven't been there in awhile now I know why.

There is a young man that is very rude everytime i go so now i don't go thru the drive thru anymore cause im afraid he will spit in my food so i go in & make sure he doesn't serve me. I keep going cause my husband loves it so much but this kid is so rude he mase gestures he is gonna do something to my food

Chicken tasted somewhat fishy which came from the same oil being used that they fry fish in. This made the chicken taste different compared to Church's chicken restaurants I visited in other cities.

I waited for more time than what they said it will be ready the food also the chicken didn't look good it had grilled feathers, this is the second time I have a bad experience so definitely not coming back it used to be very good food and customer service

Food o.k. informed as I was ordering 15 mins. they close! No eating inside at that point!! Maybe the way to go at this location is drive through ONLY. I will not be back!! Note: K.F.C. near by

Smells really bad and the employee's aren't really friendly. September. 3. 2022 my son wanted church's so we went and bought some. Pigeon size Chicken and the batter is thick as it can be looks like the do it twice.

I asked for a water instead of giving me bottled water they gave me water and ice out of the machine and it gave me diarrhea. And I honestly don't know what is Texas Chicken about it and the biscuit slept too greasy taste in your mouth. And I asked for coleslaw and I forgot it.

My first time at Church's Cicken. Not a fan. The chicken strips were bland and very dry. However the fries and biscuit was excellent.

. They’re always out of something, whether it’s chicken, sides, or drinks, and it’s frustrating. On top of that, they can’t seem to get my order right. Whether it’s missing items, wrong pieces, or cold food, it’s a consistent problem. The staff doesn’t seem to care, and there’s no urgency or apology when they mess things up.

I went through the drive-through. He didn't seem to understand what I said so I drove to the front. Then he repeated what I had ordered and it was right. He said it was $10.82. I gave him $11 and he never gave me my change. He didn't give me a receipt or any utensils. I also didn't receive cole slaw. How do you eat mashed potatoes without utensils? The food was good. The customer service wasn't even worth one star. I just started a new job that is only a couple blocks away. I would have been a regular customer if I hadn't been treated so badly.

Really slow and got my order wrong had to go all the way back to get my order right... when I called the woman had a really bad attitude I don’t think thats they way to treat your Customers

ordered one of their specials and not just one drum stick (chicken leg) but a few of them were the size of wings, couldn't believe it, I will never again buy their chicken , couldn't believe how low this business would drop its standards to make an extra buck REALLY!!!

Very bad service . I called 5 times and after the 5th one an unfriendly employee answered and she admitted that she forgot to put me my sides but in a very rude way.

Drive Thru is slow and the employees are rude. They always mess up on my order and the food isn't that satisfying. They have bad service.

Biscuits too fatty made out of butter and honey. No water cups. You have to buy it and make more plastic garbage for the environment.

The food isn't not an ideal choice if you're wanting to eat a decent meal; it isn't the type of food you want to eat comfortably. The food is a bit over priced for such underwhelming chicken. This isn't the place you want to eat at.

If you order delivery they will deliver your order wrong either on purpose or incompetence that's the Church's Chicken guarantee tried calling and complaining to the manager and to customer service and not one of them would help or care they just keep referring you somewhere else or it's someone else's fault I don't recommend this restaurant they should fire all of their staff and management

Bad chicken. Had original and spicy recipe. Spicy breading was hard, as if it was reheated several times. Original was missing salt and super greasy. Fried ocras were chewie and flavorless. The only thing tasty were the honey busciuts.

Regular chicken was good but that was the highlight of the meal. Didnt get a receipt, fries were cold, mega bites were small and dry, didnt even get my apple pie that i ordered. Might give this place another try in a couple of months but ill be sticking to KFC from now on.

I didn't see any workers wear gloves here and that is not ok especially since we are in the midst of Covid. The lady who charged me wasn't helpful at all. If you go to KFC they tell you the specials or how you can save money depending on what you're ordering especially if you're ordering the family package. They don't do that here. They obviously don't care.

I ordered through drive thru and repeated my order to them 4 times . The girl still ended up giving my order wrong to me . Had me wait 10 mins for my order so they can end up giving me the wrong items . So disappointing . Than the number they have on the website doesnt even connect you to the store .

Food is delicious but unfortunately the customer service has always been terrible. The employees never acknowledge you; when they do it is with an unpleasant attitude like you owe them a service (inside). Outside drive service is a little better. If they are busy inside they may not even acknowledge you and you might have to park and go inside in order to place your order.

I ordered 3 texas shrimp and chicken combo and had to stand there waiting while watching staff throw food all over the floor and they didn't even give any chicken whatsoever. It's Church's "CHICKEN" I expected to get the chicken I ordered in at least 1 order but no. If I could leave 0 starts to make this review I would.

Jalapeño bombers not recommended . ordered bombers and biscuits . bombers not jalapeño inside only breaded shell everyone . now do you not know that a vender ripped you off so they rip off the customer . is have my receipt and several witness

I got a couple spicy chicken sandwiches and both seemed like leftovers reheated. Buns were flat, and the chicken was soggy and small, and to make it worse, there was nothing else on them. Just plain. I had gone through the drivethru, and ate them on my hour drive home. Just pitiful at the price of food. I was the only car in drivethru, and no one inside dining. I should have seen that as a red flag. Never again. The employee was very nice at the window at least, butnext time I will go elsewhere!

This was far from "fast" food. Stopped here to get something quick while on a road trip. First, I could barely understand what the person was saying at the drive through and then we were told to park and wait for the chicken tenders we ordered. It was about a 20+minute wait.

I love Church's Chicken. But recently, their chicken is not juicy like it used to be. Their muffins are not soft and fluffy any more. Their corn on the cob is no more. They serve the corn in a container, and it tastes like cream corn. I don't like it anymore. Plus it got very expensive.

I am arriving at my house and I realize that the boy did not make me the salad. The chicken pieces are raw, the breads are hard and dry, so I think they are old. I am very disappointed in the service and quality of the products today. I am a regular at this restaurant and I can't believe it.

Recent order today was terrible. Pieces of chicken too dry/hard to eat. Asked for forks, napkins, didn't get. Order wouldn't go through without adding desert, order was over $35. Called several times to ask about not adding desert, went to voicemail and indicated vmail was full. Terrible experience this time around. Will most definitely think long and hard before ordering again. Usually order once a month on average! 😡

I ordered the Megabites and I got what looked like chicken nugget balls. They were plain with no suace. Did not look appetising at all! Then I ordered a 2 piece meal leg and thigh and I got 2 chicken breast pieces. Not a fan of chicken breast. I was Very disappointed. I should of checked my meal before I left but was running late so I just thought they'd get it right as they should, especially since I was the only one there ordering at the time.

Extremely long wait! Waited longer than 15 minutes for biscuits. Didn't realize manager gave me the wrong side orders until I got home. Had to drive back to establishment & manager compensated me with extra mac & cheese. Howeverrr! When I arrived home the second time, the lid from the mac & cheese were broken and pieces of plastic were mixed in with. My daughter found a few pieces in her good so we tossed it! Terrible experience and horrible customer service.

Horrible service. They food is always tasty, but honestly why the bad service. They are rude and always try to push you off. My normal go to order is the #4 which is a 4 pc. Chicken tenders. I ask for large potatoes and small coleslaw on the side and 2 ranch and 2 extra biscuits. And they always seem to charge me wrong or get it wrong period. And when I tell them they charged me wrong or that I am missing something, they get mad at me. Quite frankly it is rude, because I offer a sincere smile and a kind friendliness attitude. They need to improve.
