It was my first time here. Every bite was mouth watering. I forced myself to stop eating my delicious steak so that I can enjoy it one more time. Loved my drinks, stuck to the drink I started with though. Loved the appetizers and dessert!! I'd definitely return!!

Went out for a quick dinner. Very cozy restaurant with dim lighting inside. Beautifly done interior. Great atmosphere. I had a tasty coctail to start and bbq ribs with fries and brussel sprouts. It was truly delicious. File mignon was also great so was the blackened ribeye. Service is prompt and professional. Seems like they have a great happy hour as well! Its a pretty spacious restaurant with a large bar so it doesn’t feel crowded at all.

Always have a beautiful anniversary celebration with my husband at Paul Martin's. The atmosphere is calming, the seating is spacious and the ceilings are high. There are beautiful light fixtures and a small bar with a TV. Steak is always cooked to order, filet is 8oz cooked to perfection. Sides were tasty and generous in portion. Draft brew is crisp and cold. Will return for our anniversary for years to come!

The restaurant is very nice. The interior is stylish and spacious. It has a very romantic atmosphere. All of the dishes we ordered were delicious. We also had a pretty private booth, and if not for some very annoyingly loud groups nearby, everything would be perfect.

This is a very nice restaurant inside, clean, with comfortable seating. The staff was friendly and attentive. My wife and I both enjoyed our entree, but what blew us away was the fresh warm butter cake. That was absolutely amazing that we went back the next day just order that. It had a crispy edge, topped with assorted fruits and ice cream. Paul Martins is definitely worth adding to your dining experience.

The brunch menu offered a great selection, with plenty of delicious options for a three-course deal. The food was tasty, though the service was a bit slow due to a staff shortage. The atmosphere and ambiance were pleasant and inviting.

Chain restaurant serving primarily American food. Came here for DineLA with some coworkers and we availed ourselves of the $15 lunch (your choice of entree that comes with a salad). I got the fried chicken with mashed potatoes - the chicken was in the smaller side but it was nicely crispy and the mashed potatoes were very buttery. We got our food fairly quickly and were in and out within an hour. There’s a validated parking garage. Indoor dining and credit cards accepted. We had made a reservation for our lunch but there were still plenty of tables available when we went at noon on a Wednesday.

We came on their Sunday gospel brunch to celebrate my cousin birthday. I made reservations for a party of 5. The vibe in the restaurant was awesome with gospel music. They had live gospel music and DJ. The singer had an amazing voice and the DJ played many hit gospel songs. The singer sang happy birthday to all who was celebrating a birthday. John was our server who was polite and attentive. We ordered fresh calamari and crab cakes. Most of the group ordered the steelhead salmon sandwich with fries (chief kiss 💋). I enjoyed my spicy chicken sandwich with cajun fries. Our cocktails 🍹 were mix to perfection and price properly. Since it was my cousin’s birthday, she had a choice of slice of cheese cake or a slice of double chocolate cake. There is a full bar with TV’s with sports being televised. Large patio and a private room for private parties. The bathroom was clean. The bathroom is not gender neutral. This is a wheelchair accessible restaurant. There is paid structure parking or valet parking. Sunday, parking is free in the structure.

Service and staff were outstanding on our visit. We were in town for the Metallica weekend show and while searching for a dinner option I ran across this place. Looked at the online menu and was so intrigued by the Rustic Cheddar Biscuits that I just had to go here :). Unfortunately, they were so good I filled up on them and the deviled eggs and didn't come close to finishing dinner LoLz You need Rustic Cheddar Biscuits in your life!!

Unique Dandridge

I visited Paul Martin’s during happy hour and overall, the food was good, but the service really missed the mark. We were seated and ended up waiting over 10 minutes (without menus), before a waiter even greeted us, which set the tone for the rest of the meal. After that, our waiter was switched at least three times throughout the dining experience. Each handoff meant we had to repeat ourselves, track down refills, and wait longer than we should have for basic check ins. To be clear, the kitchen did its part. The food came out tasting fresh and well prepared, and it’s the main reason I would consider giving this place another try. But a restaurant at this level should have smoother front of house coordination, especially during a busy happy hour when guests are expecting quicker service and consistent attention. I’m sharing this in the spirit of helpful feedback because I can see how great this place can be when everything clicks. A little more consistency on the service side and a quicker first greeting would go a long way. I’d happily come back and give it another shot, especially since the food was solid, and I’m hoping next time the service matches it.

This is usually a great place for a group gathering but our dinner did not measure up last night. Service was slow, especially for a weekday, and mistakes were made with our dinners and bills. The waiter was personable but I wonder if they had him assigned to too many tables. It was nice of the restaurant to have comped one of the dinners that was finally served well after all others.

I've wanted to visit this restaurant for a long time, but somehow it never worked out, and now I finally got there. And I'm extremely disappointed, everything we managed to try was a maximum of 3 points, i.e. edible, but I can't say it was tasty. i.e. it's a one-time place, I definitely won't go again.

Underwhelming flavors and decent service. This decently upscale restaurant fell a little short with the delivery of good flavor or presentation for the value. The cheddar biscuits are pleasant but still tasted box-made. The steaks looked pretty solid with really good texture and char. However, the "Brick" chicken was certainly a disappointment as it was difficult to eat, lacked much flavor, and was extremely messy. The service was steady and reserved. The bar ran out of multiple alcohol choices also during a Wednesday dinner. Also, the bathroom sinks are pitiful.
