My whopper was super duper fresh and super duper neat !!!! First time ever in a whopper in over 3 years .I'm not going to make this an habit but it was good.
Top tier Burger King, food was delicious and came out fast. And the MILKSHAKE my god it was the best milkshake I have ever had in my entire life. I spoke with the manager on duty (I believe her name was Hayden or something similar) about how great it was and she was an absolutely sweetheart and made the experience all the better. My wife also loved her milkshake!
Bought a couple of sandwiches for dinner, nothing special they were as expected. Good experience.

I ordered the 5 pics French Toast meal that comes with Hashbrowns and I chose OJ for my drink, and I paid about $7.00 for that meal. The employee was very nice and I received my food hot and fast.

East coast fast food restaurants do not seem as nice as West Coast restaurants. This one was not bad.
We have eaten at this location many times before, but today will probably be our last. As soon as we walked in, we were surprised by the high volume on the TV. Loud enough, that even at the furthest seat from the TV you could hear what was reported and very loud. I politely asked the cashier if someone could turn the volume down. She said they don’t control it and asked if I wanted to speak to the Manager. I agreed. The Manager rudely said that is they volume they are told to play it at and cannot be changed. Obviously, it was changed since our previous visits. They just lost some regular patrons for their inflexibility and rudeness.
Staff was moving very slowly in completing order as well as understanding what I ordered. One young man got order wrong even after I repeated it several times: no onions,no cheese! Had to wait on fries which should have been ready due to it being busy at drive thru.

It was obvious when I placed our counter order that there were some challenges with employee efficiency. There was a lot of rather loud and negative back and forth comments between staff members. Behind the counter sounded more like a construction site than a fast food restaurant. All food orders appeared to be coming extremely slow. Both the drive-thru window and inside counter were experiencing considerably longer than normal wait for orders. The back and forth verbal comments between employees was very distracting for all the customers that were waiting. The good news is we finally received our order and it was accurate and reasonably well prepared.
We have, historically, found BK to be much better that McDs and others in the taste if their food. However, I am sad to note that they have recently changed the soft buttery texture of their croissants. The "new and improved" round and pale and dry version completely misses the mark, and contributes nothing to the overall taste of the sandwich. Too bad. Once again proves the old adage that "if it ain't broke - don't fix it". My suggestion, don't touch the Whopper.

Corporate America wants to maximize profit while serving you with less hoping you don't notice. And burger king is no different. I went there to get a whopper Jr and fries because I like them. And I got the smallest whopper Jr in history. It's no more than a slider. I wanted a burger not a slider. So I'm done with fast food for the most part. It's always the same. Save your money and make it at home. It will taste better and the corporate people can close they're doors and retire. America made them rich. And now we just walk away with a feeling of being cheated because that's what it is! I'm done. Good luck and have a great day!

This one is for you manager “ Aiden” Came through the drive thru tonight, immediately got attitude from black dude with red and black dreads. We didn’t say anything about it figuring he may have been having a bad night. After waiting a while, we finally get to the window and I asked for buffalo sauce and of course didn’t get any because they didn’t put it in the bag, the usual. After 10 minutes of having the food I realized my burger had tomato on it, after I asked for none. I called and spoke with Aiden who of course also had an attitude, Aiden if you don’t like your job leave mamas. It’s time. I proceed to tell her about the attitude we got at the speaker, the no sauce which wasn’t a big deal to me, and the tomato’s and asked if I can get a remake tomorrow because we are already 10 minutes out. She states “ no I can do it now if you come back” I said no I’m not turning back . I let her know I would be calling tomorrow morning to speak with a better manager who doesn’t mind their job. She said okay and hangs up. No wonder y'all have 1.0 stars. Sad. Get a new job if you don’t like this one, it’s not our fault you feel that way, we bring in the money. Remember that. I’ll see yall tomorrow :) in person.
Ordered 2 whoopers with cheese and fries. Cashier was busy talking on the phone. While trying to hand me 2 one dollar bills before I could put my hands on . It blew out of his hand and across the parking lot. Got my food it was cold. Ate half of the whooper and fries and threw away. This is the second and last incident of this particular restaurant.
Just left this location where I had to wait 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru to get my food then when I asked what the problem was I get called an asshole and told to get lost by the worker in the Drive-Thru
The management and some of the employees that work there are the nastiest I’ve ever experienced in any Burger King! This place should be out of business!

The management and staff were very rude and clearly unprofessional. The entire experience felt chaotic and disorganized. It was concerning to witness what appeared to be several employees acting erratically while on the clock — behavior that suggested possible drug use. Even worse, they violated basic food safety standards. After we returned a meal that was made incorrectly, they brought the half-eaten food back **through the drive-thru window**, passed it around between **three different employees** to “inspect” it, all without gloves or proper sanitation. This is a blatant case of cross-contamination and a serious health code violation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for any food establishment and needs to be addressed by corporate immediately. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values safe, respectful, and professional service.

I don't know what it is with this Burger King but they can't get anything right. Order a bacon cheeseburger and it comes with no bacon. Not going to drive back to the store to get bacon on my cheeseburger when it should have came with it
OMG! I cannot believe how this purple haired manager speaks to these employees. This is absolutely absurd. Now I understand why the need to raise the minimum wage. Nobody should ever be talked to the way I heard this manager speaking to the staff. Next time you visit this location, please show your appreciation for the hard working staff. Burger King, please evaluate your current management. Thank you.
This location has the most unprofessional and disrespectful manager in the history of fast food. She has a TERRBILE outlook and is so rude you'll leave wishing karma will visit her.
I don’t normally like sharing negative reviews, but this crew really didn’t care at all this morning. Drive through lady was rude, even after being as friendly as we could to her. The food was terribly prepared. In the same tatter tot order I have soggy gross wet ones, and dry over cooked stale ones. The sandwiches were so flat it look like someone sat on it before handing it over. 21$ and got the worst experience I’ve had in a Burger King. Ohhh well right. 😅
The lady April and another lady at the counter would not give us cream to go to fix our own coffee, said we needed to bring all the coffees back in. Then she gave us sausage egg and cheese and we ordered 2 each of bacon egg and cheese. She said we ordered ham. We only ordered two No. 1 & Two No. 2. Showed her receipt and she had bad attitude and threw sandwiche away. Asked for more ketchup and she gave us two for 4 hash browns. Asked if we could have more and she said 2. Her and the other Lady was most miserable. First time we have experienced anything like this. Will not go again. So sad that they were miserable. Will pray for them, should be thankful to have a good job. 8:45 am Monday.
Terrible experience today at this burger king. Met with some friends that are new to Ocala, we agreed that we would order breakfast after we finalized some paperwork, which is why we met there in the first place. Makes sense to do the paperwork first, rather than order food and let it sit there and get cold. The restaurant was empty, other than one other patron. Sat there quietly going over some paperwork for about 20 minutes when the purple haired lady walked up to our table and stated that we needed to order food or get out. Literally those words, very rude and antagonistic. I decided right then that we wouldn't be giving a dime of our money to order from a place that treated us as if we were homeless vagabons who just want to sit in the air conditioning. I have never been treated like that in an establishment- ever. I was embarrassed that my friends who are new to Ocala had to witness that. Im white, my friends are black and even i felt this was racially motivated. I can only imagine how they felt. We left and went to Starbucks to order breakfast where we were treated with kindness. I will never give my business to a company that allows such disrespect. There were a million different ways that could have been handled, but instead of kindness we were treated as garbage. If she had said nothing, we absolutely would have ordered and ate there. Do better burger king.

The Karen behind the counter during the afternoon shift on 09-23-25 rudely interrupted the conversation my dad and I were having to yell at me and tell me that I was wrong and her voice was very irritating with a cackling laugh and she should learn to not involve herself in customers conversations especially without knowing what the conversation is about.
Came through drive thru for lunch and ordered a bacon cheese burger and a original chicken sandwich. After paying at first window I thought it was expensive so asked to see my receipt at 2nd window. The expedition at the 2nd window, had a horrible attitude and got smart with me ( the customer)and her and the manager (also had a horrible attitude)said they couldn't reimburse me because I didn't specifically ask for the deal. When the sign clearly has those specific sandwiches in the deal. Will not be returning. And as I've read the past reviews, maybe this location should be closed. Because clearly they don't value the customers.
Bought a grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken looked and tasted like it was plastic smothered in breadcrumbs
Today, me and my family had the worst fast food experience at the Burger King located at 7801 SW HWY 200 in Ocala. We ordered 4 your way meals with whopper Jr's. We were dining in and we noticed we were missing the whopper Jr's. My oldest son went to the counter and nicely notified the manager, April (if that is her real name) that we were missing the whopper Jr's. She rudely asked my son why did he waited 10 minutes to notify he was missing the whopper Jr's when we just got our food. She did not give us the missing whopper Jr's. My husband got up and went to the counter and ask for the missing food and she ignored him. She accused us to be liars. We are definitely not going to visit that location ever again!
After problems with my knees and back, I didn't want to stand and cook dinner. So I got in the car and drove to the nearest fast food restaurant which was Burger King on 200 in Ocala. Only 2 other cars on line, I quickly gave my order and rolled up to the first window where there wasn't a person....at first. Gave $10.00 and exact changed. I was due $3.00. The singles were given to me rolled/folded. I was rolling up to next window when I noticed I only received $2.00. Not being able to back up, I held the money out the window and told girl at window what happened. She got the manager and i told story again. The manager said move up because I need to count the drawer. I moved up. No food was given to me. I waited 20 min for the manager to come to my open car window and handed me a dollar. No words. I asked for my food. I said no you told me move up. She looks in the car to see no food. She goes in and comes out with my now cool food. I said thank you but you could at least say sorry. In a cold sassy voice said that's why I had to recound drawer! Made no sense. She needs to not be a manager if she has an attitude like that or at least take a management class. We all have problems but being nice is required. I also experienced issues that other reviews I've read. Dirty tables and sticky floors. I'll go elsewhere.
I am extremely disappointed with both Burger King and DoorDash for my terrible experience. I spent over $60, only to have half my order missing. This was a complete letdown, and to make matters worse, neither Burger King nor DoorDash showed any accountability. Despite reaching out multiple times to resolve this issue, they refused to reimburse me for the missing food. Not only did we not get to enjoy the meal we paid for, but we were also treated poorly by customer service. It felt like they didn’t care about making it right, leaving me feeling robbed. I expected better from both companies, especially given the price I paid. This experience has made me seriously reconsider using DoorDash and Burger King.
This Burger King is the pits I have been reading the reviews, and the manager has a bad attitude and seems like the employees do too. If there is an owner you need to check on your business. Because the manager is ruining it. For customers who say that they will not be back. Me included.
Went to drive through I asked for a bacon croissant and a sausage croissant they repeated it on the speaker and they repeated it on the window I opened the bag and it had one overly microwaved sandwich and one regular both bacon and the one that was overly microwaved had one of the saddest most soggiest most depressing singular pieces of bacon I've ever seen in my life, the audacity. I also tried to call the store and nobody picked up.
On 6-18-24 it was the second time in the same month that we visited this BK to dine in. Our first visit we had two coupon specials, sandwich, fries and drink. We ordered our food and then looked for a clean area to sit. The restaurant was not busy at this time but every table was filthy. After my wife cleaned a table with napkins and water, we sat down. Then our name was called to "return" to the counter to pick up our meals in bags. We got our bags, got our drinks and sat down. Upon opening the bag, one of the large fries had a few fries on the top and the rest was onion rings. Some people might like this, but we are not them. We "returned" to the counter to "return" the onion rings to get fries. I was told that fries were not ready, so I sat back down waiting for them to bring(?) us our fries. A few minutes later they yell from the counter, "Fries", and I "return" to the counter. We are both in our 60's and I had recently had total hip replacement and was dealing with sciatica pain, but I had to "return" to their counter because they are too entitled to bring the food to you when THEY make a mistake. On 6-18-24 we ate there again as we again had coupons. Upon entering the location, our shoes were sticking to the floor throughout the entire dining room. (Please see the attached video.) At the counter we were greeted with, "What do you want?" Honestly! Not welcome to BK or what can we make for you, but what do you want. We ordered our two specials, sandwich, fries and drink, and looked for a place to sit. Again, EVERY table was filthy, the floors were filthy, and the seating was filthy. Again, my wife got napkins and water and cleaned both our table and our seats. Our number was called to "return" to the counter to pick up our food. Going back to sit, upon opening the bags of food, I noticed that my Whopper just didn't feel right. Now BK is Home of the Whopper right? I received a Whopper with no mayo, no onion and no tomato. So, I "returned" to the counter with my open face Whopper to show them what they gave me. So the girl yelled back at the grill and told them to make another Whopper. Before I walked away I said, "You can bring that out to our table." The girl at the counter then told me, "We don't bring food out beyond the counter." As I started to walk away not at all pleased with our service, I decided to turn around and ask to speak to the manager, and I use this term for this person VERY, VERY lightly. I'm a big boy and when I've got something to say I usually say it with passion. Some people mistake this for angry and loud. Nope, it's just passion. So, I passionately explained to this female manager exactly what you have just read here about both visits. Her first response to me was don't yell at me, I'm pregnant. I apologized for the volume of my voice but I was really sick and tired of this total lack of service, kindness, and humanity within this establishment. I explained to the mgr that I had recent hip surgery and was suffering with sciatica and if they were going to continue to screw up the orders they can bring the food to us. She yelled to everyone in the restaurant, "You need to understand, we're not waitresses here. We do not go beyond the counter." Hence the problem with their dining area. Per the manager(s), apparently they are not allowed to go beyond the counter to go pick up the trash, clean the dirty seats, clean the dirty tables and mop the filthy floor. I then asked for her name. She refused to give me her name and I know why. If I had a restaurant in the pathetic shape like her restaurant, I would be ashamed to be identified as the manager also. It is clear that management is completely lacking at this location and from reading the last few years of reviews on Google, it has been an ongoing problem. I will follow up with the Marion County Health Dept. and Ocala City Depts. about this location and I will identify and contact Burger King Corporate to address these issues with this location or revoke their franchise. This location needs to clean up its act if it wants to do business in Ocala!

After we returned a meal that was made incorrectly, they brought the half-eaten food back **through the drive-thru window**, passed it around between **three different employees** to “inspect” it, all without gloves or proper sanitation. This is a blatant case of cross-contamination and a serious health code violation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for any food establishment and needs to be addressed by corporate immediately. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values safe, respectful, and professional service.
The Manager, who refused to give her name, was not wearing a name tag would not give a receipt for food we ordered! She was rude and apparently has had several other complaints
Place is a joke! Employees move like snails. Waited 15 min for a whopper jr. Asked for my money back and was told I’d have to wait. Just walked out.
Today, I placed an online order for the 2 whopper meal special. I was parked less than 50 yards away next to the Walmart Pharmacy drive through window. As soon as I hit order, I realized I forgot to change drink from COKE to DIET COKE. I took a minute to see if I could correct my order on the APP. I couldn't so I figured being right there next to the BK I would just as when I got to the Speaker. I was at 12:41. Didn't get to speaker for 10 minutes! When I told the adult lady that I made a mistake and asked if they could make one of the 2 drinks a diet coke, she said NO! THAT THE FOOD IS MADE IN ADVANCE SO IT WOULD BE READY... (Mind you, its been 10 minutes just to get to speaker). I stated not making changes to food, just one drink. SHE SAID IT DOES NOT MATTER, IT COST THEM MONEY TO FIX IT. At this point I was very mad, she was rude and unhelpful, which tends to make me the customer irritated. Technically, I could just pour it out and walk in a get a refill... And I don't believe that not one of the 10 or so cars (by now line was around towards front doors) wouldn't be needing a small coke! I go to BK rarely as I am trying to watch my budget. This was a splurge for me. I don't need to eat there, and probably will not again. Most likely will just splurge at McD or Culvers! At least they are faster and much more polite. Finally got to window to get my food. They did give me 2 diet cokes (wanted one of each) but 2 diet was much better the regular coke😂 Drive through took TWENTY MINUTES!!! Maybe 7 cars were ahead of me when I pulled in the line. I ate a fry at the windows and it was stone cold! And the girl at the windows was not a happy camper. By now, I didn't waste my time asking for fresh fries. I just left. Not a good look, Burger King, in today's economy treating people like they are an inconvenience to their business. I know how hard it is to work fast food. I did it myself for years. But in all the time I worked, I smiled, said hello, and did my best to be sure customer received what they needed.
Ordered 5 egg and cheese croissant, and wanted the meat off to the side as my family does not eat pork, but my dog can still enjoy it. Manger told me she can’t/will not do that as it was a specialty item (2 for $5). It came with the food but somehow was not able to get it off to the side though their policy is “have it your way” let alone it was a simple request that did not affect the order in any way but to put a certain item in a separate box. She was off-putting and no reason for the simple request of something I payed for to be denied. If that’s the kind of incompetence they allow along with the rudeness I’d suggest going elsewhere because if you have simple request like edited items, it will be looked at as an inconvenience and refused based on silly excuses.
Drive thru and ordered 1 whopper. The Quality would be so much better if the bun was toasted. If they are taking a short cut to increase speed/time with the customer they are missing the point to have customers return by improving quality. Toast the Bun
Bought two double whoppers a regular whopper and a kids meal $30. The burgers were literally swimming in mayo and ketchup to the point I couldn't eat mine. I tried to call they don't answer the phone. Never go to this burger king this had to be done on purpose!
The rude lady manager with a giant mustache wouldn’t give me a refund without a receipt even though I had just been there and gave her my food back talk about customer service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone she wouldn’t even give me a small fry only offered me a nugget not even consider, considering I don’t eat meat.
This location needs to do better. Every interaction I've had hear has been disgusting. Clearly there was no home training. The blonde girl with a mullet and mustache that works the drive thru is HORRIBLE. Always mad for no reason and is just outright RUDE ALWAYS. I will never eat here again with people like that running your "franchise".
Do not use the Burger King mobile app at this restaurant! By the time you get your food, it will be frozen! Whether you use drive-through or walk in!

This location has the most unprofessional and disrespectful manager in the history of fast food. She has a TERRBILE outlook and is so rude you'll leave wishing karma will visit her.
