Good Arby's adventure have been fun the pay 2x at another location. Food was what we ordered a delicious cup of meat. They definitely brought the meat with this one. They also have a bunned version but who would under the carbs honestly! Check it out soon if you want steak nuggets!!!

So, I understand my review is probably going to sound a little bit overboard or dramatized, but that is certainly just how significant my experience was here. The customer service at this location will absolutely blow your mind! I live about an hour and a half away from here, and I came and ordered from this Arby's 3 times over the course of 2 weeks, and each time was exactly the same. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Not just your typical waiter/host courtesy, no. This was so much more than that. They literally make you feel like a celebrity, like the only and most important person in there, as they go out of their way to cater to you. And it's not just 1 staff member; it's the entire team. I've never had an experience like that, certainly not from a chain "fast food" restaurant. If there is even the slightest wait, you can expect 1-2 staff members profusely apologize for it. Even better, the food reflects their service. Everything is perfectly hot, fresh, and neatly put together. I was even able to fool my husband that the turkey sandwich I got from there came from a classy deli. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I could go on and on, so I think I will definitely leave it at that! If you are in the area, I HIGHLY recommend that everyone tries this place over even your fanciest local restaurant.

Place was not very busy, mid day, ordering, order taker, fine, food pretty good, 2 fish sandwiches, $6. As I am eating an employee comes out of bathroom, puts his boot, he is wearing onto a vinyl seat where customers sit to eat, so he can tie his shoe. So the grimy bathroom floor is now on the seat, for the next customer to sit on.

I would give them a 5 out of 5 but they got rid of their potato cakes. Plus, though they have been giving us more when we ask, they will grudgingly give more sauce. Their Roast Beef Sandwiches are nothing without their sauce. I remember we could buy a bottle of it before. Please bring that back. Another thing good is that their mozzarella cheese sticks are great. So they have that going for them.

Arby's always has been my favorite fast food restaurant. The Manager Steve is awesome. Customer service was excellent. Had a little hiccup with order. But he made it all the way right. Establishment was clean. And Steve went above and beyond to make his customers happy.

Love Arby's classic Staff was great very nice

At first, I thought Arby's was expensive. They are pricey but they're food is good. I love spicy and their diablo dare roast beef hits the spot. My girls like their chicken tenders and they're not a big fan of tenders. I tried one and it was very juicy with the right crunch and amount of flavor. Definitely my go to fast food for spicy and it's even better that my kids can get something too. :)

The staff were so nice, and the wait wasn't long even though they were extremely short staffed. The only issue that I had was that the curly fries in my Arbynator (roast beef sandwich with cheese, horsey sauce and curly fries all inside) were cold. It didn't detract from the overall taste of the sandwich, though, which was splendid. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, because the Garlic Butter Steak Sandwich is amazing, as well as the chicken sandwiches.

This Arbys is always consistent, the food is cooked well and is tasty. The service is generally quick. The server however, is hit and miss but what do you expect when you go through a drive through at a fast food restaurant. Keep up the quality Arbys, it’s appreciated. I’ll keep going back.

I think the food was excellent! I havent had Arbys in over 10 years, but I definitely want to go back again! I had the brisket and roast beef with cheddar, it was amazing. The counter person was quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean. Overall, this is definitely a good experience!!

There were some first-day growing pains for the new Arby's in Elk Grove. The line was out the door, which was to be expected, but they only had 1 register running. Every few minutes an employee would come by and apologize. I ordered two classic roast beef sandwiches, a French dip with no cheese, curly fries and a chocolate shake. The curly fries were as amazing as always. The shake was decent, but nothing memorable. When I got to the sandwiches, that was another story. The French dip and one roast beef sandwich were good, but the other had a moldy bun. I had that sandwich first and it caused me to closely inspect the other sandwiches. They were fine. I guess I was the unlucky one with the one bad bun. The wait time in line will get better over time and the food quality is still good. It might take me some time to go back, but I will go back, for the curly fries, at least.

I went to through the drive-thru the attendant was very sweet the food was hot. My sandwich was a little on the dry side. I seem to remember Arby's having a great sauce and I am not sure what happened perhaps it was just a fluke. I must say I really like Arby's and I would try it again.

I have only tried the buffalo chicken sandwich and the philly cheese steak sandwich. Both were good but not amazing. But that's to be expected of fast food. I would go back and try other things or to get a quick meal. But I have my favorites that I would pick first. Overall not bad for a fast food sandwich.

Customer service at drive through was superb. Overall good quality was OK, as good as it gets for fast food I guess. The real problem was the chicken strips. They were rock hard and inedible. They were way over cooked and then sat around for a long time.

Clean, modern place so looked inviting. On my visit I expected some crowd and wait since it was the weekend but I didnt expect to have to wait 15 minutes for my order (the 2 for $6 fish and curly fries). Lots of folks were hanging out also waiting but all in fairly pleasant mood considering we all joked on the wait-literally high fives for those who got their orders. Did like that they have a bell to ring inside the dining area that one could ring if you love Arby's/your food. Think it great idea but sadly we didnt hear any bell ringing.with the idle time many were pondering what could be done to improve service so hoping a next visit will find it a better experience.

Went through the drive thru and spoke with Camacho and he had amazing service. He was joyful, kind, great smile, you can tell he's happy and enjoys giving great customer service. His wonderful spirit made my day!

I've been there three times. I order the classic sandwich. The big one on a big bun! On all three orders I got the same sandwich, and it WASN'T THE CLASSIC I expect! Now with drive through, there is the only option is to get back into the drive through again, and I guess the option is to BUY another sandwich! I think the menu is wrong between the two people in pats!

So, I began coming here 1-2 times per month this year as I had coupons; it drew me in. Good marketing strategy; it worked! However, I get the Market Fresh Roasted Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich with crinkled fries; is my go to. For convenience, I always go through the drive thru. It has been good for most of this year until recently. Today was the 2nd time they forgot to put bacon in my sandwich! That's so disheartening and disappointing. :( I don't find this out until I get home. On top of that the crinkled fries have been terrible the last two times. It's like the fries may have been cooked in old cooking oil. The other time before this the fries were burnt. I think I will be staying away from this Arby's for awhile or indefinitely as my recent experiences on the quality of food I received were subpar.

Loooove Arby's and been going through drive thru locations forever (was bummed when the Arden location closed). Went to this location on EG Blvd near 99 yesterday and was bummed by what I felt was a gruff and less than friendly interaction at the speaker, then same fellow at the window. Far from friendly, inattentive (I say "hey, I've got $.35" but he closed the window and proceeded to gather up change anyways) oh well. The curly fries were gross, tasted overcooked and their oil needs to be changed. The sandwiches were actually okay, but the Classic is $5.29 which seems pricey regardless of current fast food pricing. Soooo...'probably won't return. Highly recommend hiring and cultivating friendly staff, and paying attention to interactions with customers. I'm a business owner too, and it bums me out when people either don't get it or don't care. Lame!

Food is usually good here. Have had some really bad experiences, but always try again and it's usually better. A one off night. However, since apparently this store doesn't exist in Arby's feedback site, I'll post it here. This visit, I ordered ahead. I showed up about 15ish minutes after placing the order. I ended up leaving 25minutes after arriving, so 40 minutes in total. The Man up front, whom I've seen a lot and works hard. I assume he's the manager. Was rushing back and forth, and I can understand that they were probably busy during this time. However, orders kept coming in from the front and drive thru. They were being added to the que, but not being filled with any amount of speed. After some time up front and not getting the items he needed to bag and let guests eat/send them with their food, he went into the back and sent someone else up front. Food started coming out fast after he went back, but, now there was a line of, at the maximum was 6 guests deep while I was there. The woman he sent up front just ignored everyone in line, putting the items coming out into the bags and just putting them wherever. I finally got my food and left. I got home and I was missing a good portion of my order. But I'm not going to go back and wait another FOURTY MINUTES to HOPE to get the food I ordered. Things sped up because of the manager yes, but the woman he sent up front apparently couldn't even put the orders together. Its disheartening to see, from a customers point of view, everything in the restaraunt literally hinging on a single employee, manager or not. Whatever they're paying him is probably not nearly enough.

Went to the drive thru tonight, placed our order, but when we got to the window, we were told they were out of beef and asked us if we wanted something else instead. We chose instead to cancel our whole order and go elsewhere. I don’t understand how a place that serves beef as the main protein can run out three hours before closing? But the staff were polite about the situation, we were just disappointed.

Was disappointed in the Country Style Rib Sandwich. The rib sandwich didn't taste like pork ribs at all. It was rubbery and had no taste. Even the barbecue sauce didn't help. The Fried Strawberry and Cream Pie was ok, nothing to brag about. I only ordered these items because I read an article from someone that post, "I tried it so you don't have to. This place must be under new management after my previous 5 star review. This place is drive thru only at this time and on average takes about 30 minutes from entering the drive through, which is horribly set up by the way, to actually getting your food which is just lazily thrown together. This is not a one time occurrence either. I've been here multiple times recently with the same result and will not be returning. Just before the lock down I noticed their dining area was progressively getting dirtier every visit and wait times weren't that great then either. Every other fast food chain in the area seems to have figured out how to run a drive through efficiently. Maybe it's time for a change in management.

It appears that the people who work there don't have a clue, thank God for the manager on his way out took care of the iced tea. I promised the kids that once a week they can try any fast-food restaurant they want. It started out with Taco Bell, then Del Taco and now Arby's. I haven't been to one for more than 40 yrs, well you're not missing anything, food was horrible and for 3 it was $40. Which is restaurant prices, we survived it and it'll never happen again.

Went through the drive through ordered Classic Beef 'N Cheddar & a Large Beef 'N Cheddar with curly fries. The Beef & Cheddar was nasty the buns were soaked in something and fell apart you could not eat them with hands only fork. Beef was cold & soaking wet, the cheese OMG way too much. it was gross. Don't waste your money or time at this restaurant.

Longest line fast food I have ever been in, AND the order was completely wrong. Seventeen minutes, 17, from ordering to getting food. Also no apology for taking so long. I ordered a bacon Swiss sandwich, and got a classic chicken. Ordered mozzarella sticks and got crinkle fries. Unbelievable.

So for starters they put two pumps only on the top of the bun so it didn't look anything like the picture and appeared much smaller than my previous half pound beef n cheddar i got before, so I called to double check and ask why it didn't look like the picture and I believe I spoke with the manager because he said he told who ever was prepping the sandwhich that it was okay and it to serve it like that, then when I got home I decided to weigh the sandwhich to compare with the nutrition facts serving weight and it did not weigh what the half pound beef n cheddar should, it weighed about as much as the double beef n cheddar. So long story short I was given a wrong sandwhich! I was too frustrated to call back.

I wouldn’t recommend nor will I be returning, it’s sad, back in the day they use to be good all around Elk Grove employees don’t care about the food they cook or serve, and they get paid good money to work. the customers are getting ripped off so they get paid more, more then I did years ago working at a food place, pay needs to be dedicated for the service they give and prices need to be cheaper for the food quality they serve because your definitely not getting quantity.

I ordered the buy 1 get 1 roast beef cheddar, fries 2 extra cheese cups. After leaving drive thru I ck no cheese cups. I drove back thru. BUT when I got home there was NO cheese sause on sandwiches. I live good distance from elk grove arbys so didnt drive back. We love these sandwiches but very disappointed in service and paying for cheddar roast beef and not getting what we paid for Linda
