They messed up my order a few months ago and after speaking with the manager he did refund the order and asked to give them another chance in the future. I had no interest in returning, but figured I’ll give it another shot. I ordered a tuna on whole wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and extra slices of American cheese- for which I was charged extra. When I got home, there was no lettuce or tomatoes and it only had regular cheese, no extra cheese as requested. I’m not sure how they keep making basic mistakes- if you are getting to-go orders, please check it before you leave the location. ***UPDATE*** I am pleasantly satisfied with the response by their manager, Gabe, that took the issue under his own investigation and made corrections. I appreciate the generous dinner on his dime, but more importantly, it shows me he cared to review the issue with his team and take accountability of same errors not occurring in the future. I will be visiting back, and hopeful food & service will be handled as Gabe mentions of Jason's Deli standards. Thank you!

No complaints. Good food. Typical Jason's Deli. Muffins on Salad bar a little stale but too be fair was toasted the end of the day. My kids always love the free soft serve ice cream at the end.

Great sandwiches, soup and salad bar. Free ice cream gets me every time! Bring back beets. Edit- just picked up 57 box lunches, 3 salads, and a loaded baked potato for an event. They were awesome! I recommend them for professional or casual catering.

Drive thru service was fast and efficient but the Pollo Mexicano Baked Potato wasn’t as tasty as I remembered it to be. It was appealing to look at, but dry on the taste side. If it wasn’t for the spicy peppers, the potato would have been tasteless. If I’d dined in, I would have spoken to the manager and asked for a replacement item or a refund.

Tried new BBQ Chicken Wrap, description says “Grilled, 100% antibiotic-free chicken breast” sadly its not really grilled in place. They reheat the frozen grilled chicken and pour the bbq sauce on top and wrap it. Huge disappointment!

This is the second time I’ve gone through the drive Thur at the highland village location and not received all of my order. I ordered Rueben the great with chips and a pickle and a cup of Irish potato soup. It’s like they substituted the soup For the chips and pickle but still charged me for both. Why charge me for the soup if you aren’t going to give me the sides and put the soup in its place?

French dip was not edible. The meat tasted old and the amount of mayonnaise on the bread, made the sandwich soggy. No way this sandwhich was made by an adult. This is not what taking pride in your job or customer service looks like.

Dillon at the register was very rude "what"- "well you need to order a sandwich 1st before your chips" when I ordered the sandwich, he didnt hear me. That is not the proper way to speak to a customer even if you're having a hard time multitasking!. If you can't take an in store order while wearing a headset, TAKE THE HEADSET OFF Dillon

The restaurant inside has gone down tremendously. It was dirty and not sanitary. 9 tables were sitting w leftover food from previous patrons and there were at least 8 people standing around behind the serving counter while the knats swarmed the plates of food onthe tables. Several other patrons expressed the same sentiment that the place was disgusting. So much so we ask for our food to go. Very disappointed 😞
