Mr. Coby my location was so sweet and kind. And the lovely the lady that took my order smells so good.
I just wanted to praise our experience! We had a wonderful time here! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting and all the staff is lovely and friendly! I especially want to commend Zoey for being an absolute delight and so sweet! She attended to us so well and her smile was so bright! Absolutely adored our time here!
Most of the food was one point as per usual. My favorite herb crusted chicken always great. My only issue was the mixed vegetables, tasted like they needed to be cooked at least 5 minutes longer. I couldn't even stick my fork in them. Oh well.
The steaks are consistently excellent - well seasoned, tender, and cooked correctly pretty much every time I've visited. The food comes out quick even when the place is packed, so kudos to the back of house management for their efforts. The only thing I don't love is that it's loud, and it's hard to carry on a conversation without shouting. But then again, having a restaurant that's packed enough to be that loud even on a Wednesday night means you must be doing something right!!
Always my favorite place to go when I want a nice juicy steak! Sirloin in particular
I recently moved to Las Colinas from flower mound and do a lot of takeout for just a weekly meal and or to feed people coming over and they are on top of it for the takeout. I want to say her name is Melanie, she is so great. She knows my orders and always so sweet. She always ask if I need napkins, condiments etc. I drive all the way to flower mound because of that team and when I dine in it is no different all the same above and beyond provided by all of the staff. Not sure if it’s a district manager thing but I have noticed that flower mound (the best in my opinion) as well as Denton and Northlake are very good. I sadly won’t be back to the Irving one unless the to go changed as I was ordering a basic Cesar salad for a neighborhood HOA meeting and the manager of to go told me that he doesn’t provide catering in a 10 minute timeframe and I can go to cheddars and see if they take that request. Overall Flower Mound is the BEST!!! Love you guys
Best run Texas Roadhouse we’ve ever been to! Food was great and staff was friendly and so attentive. We’ll be back soon!
There to go family meals can't be beat@ huge salad! Plenty of food fot a family of four and only 30-40 depending what you get. They're always super nice. Rather spend that on "real food"thqn fast food which cost the same. Recommend fit w busy night after work!
We go here a lot. This time we had our 11 month old baby with us and we were fortunate that he was feeling playful. Our server was Valencia and she was amazing and played along with him every time she walked by, on top of being a great server. Will absolutely ask for her again the next time we come by. Above and beyond experience.
Food is usually good. Sometimes the steaks are cooked a little off but they are quick to make it right.
We had Angie as a server and that girl is very energetic and a fast server! She was very upbeat. We had walked away from our table not even for 1 5-2 min....not realizing one member forgot to grab our to go boxes and when we returned to get the food the table was cleaned off and another party was sitting there. The food wasnt just leftovers from the meal...it was almost an entire meal due to filling up on peanuts and delicious bread. Therefore the manager (didnt catch his name) was so kind to have a fresh meal made up and brought to us to go. I cannot thank him enough
You'll never get a bad steak here! The Prime Rib just melted in my mouth. Service is always top notch!!
When my wife tells me she wants a primerib, we have 2 choices. Outback (close) or Texas Steakhouse (not so close). We'll, Texas Steakhouse is hands down the better place to go. Whether it's prime rib or any other steak, TS does it right the first time!!
Fun yesterday Evening, with Greg and me, and my Mom! Valentines Day Balloons and Decorations I saw… All of it was nice looking!!! So Greg paid our Dinner.
Always love Texas Roadhouse! Enjoyed my birthday dinner with some friends and ate the finger licking good rolls and a steak dinner! Thanks for always making my TX Roadhouse experience the best! Service was amazing ☺️
The steaks are always cooked to perfection, and the rolls with cinnamon butter are simply irresistible. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the lively ambiance and line-dancing adds to the fun dining experience. With generous portions and reasonable prices, it's a definite 5-star restaurant for me!
Went here for my son’s 10th birthday. The food was amazing, and even though it took a little trial and error to get us seated, the staff made it happen. Our server was great and the food was outstanding. Thank you all for working hard to make this a special day for my boy!
Thank you Anthony for a wonderful date night. The food was delicious. I'll absolutely try the ribs next time! Thank you for a great evening. Have a blessed day!
Awesome experience and an awesome dinner. My partner and I were looking to have a steak for the first time in a long while, so we decided to go after work. While on the way, we remember how long the wait usually is for a Texas Roadhouse dinner, so I looked into making reservations. Unfortunately, I discovered that you cannot make reservations with Texas Roadhouse locations, however, you can join a waitlist. So, I installed the app on my iPhone and we headed to the restaurant. I believe the app will only hold your spot for 15 minutes, so when we were about 10 minutes away from the restaurant, I joined the waitlist. As soon as we pulled in the parking lot, I checked in on the app to let the restaurant know we arrived and we went inside to the waiting area. No joke, not even seconds after sitting down, we received a notification to see the host to get seated. We were seated near immediately. This was easily the fastest Texas Roadhouse experience I’ve had. As a bonus, the food was delicious and it came out of the kitchen fast as well. I have to say the locations further away from the mid cities are usually the better locations. This is a good one!
Hubby and I love our date night's here. We're going through a challenging time of life right now 😢 So, he decided that we needed a much deserved treat. He had his favorite prime rib 😋 with a loaded baked potato, and I had ribs and steak. We so needed it!! Staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere was a little noisy, but a great experience as always. Plus, we went early before it got crowded. 🥰
This is a great Texas Roadhouse location! We arrived around 9:15pm and although they almost weren’t able to serve us due to having a party of 6 with not many servers, the manager made it happen and took great care of us. We were helped quickly and enjoyed great food! We enjoyed chicken tenders, ribs, and steak. Customer service was great!
I love the food. My filet and baked potato are consistently good. The rolls are so good. My complaint is that lately servers have been asking if "mushrooms and onions on your steak are ok" instead of asking if you want them. Those are an add-on price, so it's unethical to imply they're included like that.
The server was awesome, she nice and attentive to my needs or wants. And even gave some suggestions. I wish I could remember her name. To give her some props. The food was delicious and was brought out in a timely manner, fresh and hot. The atmosphere was relaxed. The dinner people were starting to come in so it was getting busy. They even had a small birthday party happening. Overall this was excellence t ots best. Specially when you are going out to eat. Now days the food is usually bad or the saves is horrible. But, not here atleast that was my experience. Awesome job! 👏🤝🫶
Texas Roadhouse is a whole vibe! 🙌 The rolls alone are worth the trip—soft, buttery, and that cinnamon butter? Game-changer! 🥖✨ But let’s talk about the chicken—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection every single time. Whether it’s grilled or fried, they know how to do it right. The atmosphere is lively, the service is friendly, and the food? Absolutely unforgettable. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out! 😍🍗
I liked their roles, theyre good and especially with their butter. The steak is nice as usual and the cheese is the BOSS. you cannot tell me that anything is better than texas road house cheese.
Great service! The hamburger was cooked to perfection, and my wife really enjoyed her meal — which is always a big bonus. The rolls were fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend!
Very nice experience , the fresh bread is very very delicious , the hand cut sirloin , an the New York strip. were excellent in a perfect meat term, Jacob was very servicial to attend us.
In town for the weekend and my hotel was close by so thought I would stop. I was jonesing for BBQ. Quite a line going in, but since I was solo, got seated right away. Service was great, even the floor manager stopped by to see how I was doing. Went for the full rack cuz I knew what I wanted for breakfast as well:). I am a bit of a meat smoker, and I love my BBQ. These ribs were good. Classic Shake off the bone. My neighbor is a bit of a BBQ and told me to go get some real Ribs, sent him the photo and he even said "That looks good!". They tasted amazing! EVen spoiled myself with the Apple Pie - sooooo good. Food was so good I bought my neighbor their T-Shirt . . .
My son and I have this in our rotation once or twice a month because he absolutely loves picking his filet out of the butcher window. Tonight our server, Christian, was an absolute pleasure to have and very patient with my neuro-spicy kiddo as we normally come on a quieter Sunday or Monday night, and mom didn’t even think about it being a Friday while everyone was out of work and school. Also, Ms Leanne came by to check on everything , as she always does. Our filets were cooked to perfect medium-rare, melted in our mouths with just the right amount of seasoning. Always looking forward to our next visit!
It was great from the start !! We got a table fast and our waiter was already at our table ready to take our drink order! We got plenty of dinner rolls brought to our table!!! Our waiter was awesome he took our order and got everything correctly!! We have been to other Texas Roadhouse but this one by far has been the best one or it was we had a great waiter and who is cooking back there take their job serious!! Because we asked for medium rare and that’s what we got !!! Usually we ask for that and we get lightly pink steaks . No complaints here !! Thanks to Torey Bowman our waiter , you made our night great !! I was sure to ask for his name !! So y’all can look out for him . We will be coming back to this location!! Flower Mound !!!
We headed out for our family dinner to this Texas Roadhouse location, right from seating us to billing us I have to call out the positive, smiling service by Natalie - really stood out. The atmosphere was lovely, luckily not crowded. We tried the cactus blossoms , boneless chicken wings, sirloin steak with baked potato & chili , 23 oz T bone steak and a hot dog along with their signature peach cocktail. All of the food was amazing, the steaks grilled to perfection. The only call out was on the chicken wings , didnt hit the mark but not too bad either . The loaded baked potato was hit. The manager was also amazing and was ensuring high standards of service. Surely a 'will visit again' place.
Great place to bring family to eat at. All the food is wonderful, service is normally outstanding. Lots of country style decor to look at. The cocktails are also really delicious but they can't be taken togo sadly. The best entrees I have had is probably either the ribs or the steak. There is a combination where you can have both but the steak will be a bit smaller.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Texas Roadhouse thanks to Manager Trinity, who truly went above and beyond to make a birthday celebration incredibly special. From start to finish, Trinity was attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. She took the time to add thoughtful touches that made the celebration feel personal and memorable, turning a simple dinner into something truly meaningful. Her positive energy, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. The entire experience felt seamless and joyful because of her leadership and care. Trinity is a perfect example of outstanding customer service, and her efforts made this birthday unforgettable. Huge thanks to her and the Texas Roadhouse team for creating such a special and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back!
Kids and I came in the other day for some yummy butter and rolls 🤪 Food did take longer than normal(but was understandable with how busy it was) and without even saying anything, manager came over and apologized for the wait, comped both kids meals, and even offered us a dessert on the house. Was just something so sweet, and this mama really appreciated it! Will always love a TRH night!
Our server, Zane, was absolutely amazing! He was quick to take care of all our needs and made our dining experience fantastic. We got the 12oz filet, and it was exceptional! Zane made sure we were 100% satisfied with our meal and had our drinks full at all times. Towards the end of our meal, I asked if we could get a dozen rolls to take home, as you do when you go to Texas Roadhouse, and with the 12 rolls, he made sure the butter that was included was regular butter instead of cinnamon butter since I had asked for regular butter at the beginning of our meal. This level of attention to detail deserves to be recognized! Thank you, Zane!
ABSOLUTE 10/10 starting from the moment my daughter and I walked in we were greeted and sat down really fast. Our server Konner was really great as well, he made sure we were well taken care of. Even the other staff members very nice when they dropped the food off, and as we exited everyone we passed by told us “have a great night with a smile”! This was the best experience I’ve had eating out in a very long time. Thank you all so much! See you soon!
Visited this location last night and I wanted to brag about how good my sirloin steak was. It was cooked to perfection, the char on it added so much flavor, without any overpowering seasoning. S/o to the cooks!!! Def will come back, everyone was very welcoming.
Texas Roadhouse was great! Our server Zane, demonstrated amazing customer service. He was timely with taking my party's orders, checking in with us, and delivering food. Zane offered suggestions and clarified our questions regarding our meals. Had 2 orders of catfish with seasoned rice, mashed potatoes. Also order salmon with sweet potato (cinnamon sugar, caramel, and marshmallow topping). The food was delicious hot and satisfying. Ordered a Hurricane margarita (1 frozen/1 on the rocks), island cooler (on the rocks) and Jamaican cowboy (frozen). All drinks were good. But the frozen one were better.
My server, Allison and her manager Tara were amazing. Literally phenomenal customer service I’ve had overall. Gave me recommendations for my first time coming and even giving me suggestions on what to try. Food was to die for sirloin with the loaded baked potato was breathtaking. Most importantly Allison made me feel seen and checked up on me when needed. Felt very welcomed to the roadhouse family all because of their immaculate hospitality and service. A memory I will never forget ❤️
The family and I come to this location often and always have a great experience. The wait staff always tends to our requests super fast. We always get a table within 20mins of arriving and the food is always perfectly prepared. In the past 5 years, I have yet to have a less than perfect experience! Keep up the great work! Cant wait until our next visit!
They were absolutely packed on the Saturday night we visited. Everything went pretty well, the food was very good, but for some reason our server kept bringing us unsweetened tea when we were all drinking sweet tea. Aside from that, it was a great visit!
Texas Roadhouse came in clutch for our Friendly Chevy potluck! We put in a big last minute order for their legendary rolls. Because let’s be real, it’s not a potluck without Texas Roadhouse rolls. They hooked us up perfectly. Fresh, warm, and absolutely addicting! The team was super friendly and made the whole pickup a breeze. Our whole crew was hyped! Thanks for saving the day, Texas Roadhouse! 🥳🍞🤘
Sept2025 5⭐: Update: I would recommend this restaurant location and the workers today. The service was really good. The food the food came out correctly prepared and was the food was served hot as expected. The food and drinks were served in a timely manner. July2022: 4⭐: I have been to this location on multiple occasions (about 6) with my family and I found that the service and personnel have dramatically improved at this location. My visit today was a decent one with a pretty good server. We were seated right away, we received our drinks quickly, we were served food that was hot and ready to eat without much delay. It seems as if the restaurant is on a new found mission of capability. Update:10April19: 1 ⭐: I visited this location today & was seated in the restaurant area with my family. We did not have a decent visit this time. It seems to be a pattern starting here. Service was lacking in a few areas also. The female manager came to the table after I advised her we were waiting for our food. She brought the food to the table and said can you cut into it? I cut a piece from the side which was ok, but when I cut further, it was rare, not medium well. Again, no comment from her about me having to ask them to do their job appropriately by cooking our food. Update: 31March2019: 1 ⭐ star visit; I visited this location today, about 3:15pm, and my family and I were seated in the bar area as a result of chance. Eventually the bar tender or server came over to the table and took our drink orders and food orders. The food arrived as ordered. The bar server did not come back to refill drinks, check to see if we needed extras, or follow up. My (8) ounce medium well sirloin steak was not good and arrived at the table as a triangle cut of meat. It was (3+) ounces of fat and tough ribbony like rubber throughout the cut...#disappointed This was the first time I have ever received a bad cut and we received even worst service. No manager came by to ask us if all was okay, because I was going to make sure that they knew it wasn't okay. Our glasses stayed empty, the dishes stayed on the table, and we had to ask a server to get the bar server to get our check. My family had an issue with their specific meals too. No one came to talk to us. This whole visit was not what I expected for my Sunday routine. Feb2018: 4⭐: This was a very good meal and overall experience at the restaurant. Server was great. We visited the restaurant today for an early meal. The people at the front were friendly and greeted us upon our entry into the restaurant. We were seated and the server came over within a few minutes to ask us for drinks and appetizers. We already knew what we wanted but we were convinced to get the early arrival meals which were not as expensive as a regular menu item. We enjoyed the early meals as they came quicker and was just as good just in small portions. We snacked on the bread butter and peanuts while we waited. I enjoyed being able to select my cut of beef steak from the window upon entry into the restaurant. We have also enjoyed the pork steaks while dining here at this restaurant. My spouse has enjoyed the salmon steaks that she get on a regular basis. I did order a steak that came out quite small even though it was supposed to be 14 oz cut. It did appear to be more like an 8 oz size steak. I brought it to the attention of the server they brought out an additional 8 oz steak of the same size. Okay....saved by the beef steak!! I haven't had a bad experience at this restaurant and each of the people I've come in contact with have made the experience that much better.
Food was so good, and have the best ranch! Service was so fast and amazing. It was quiet because we came in at an earlier time, everything was amazing!

We were seated quickly by the hostess and the pretty waitresses was getting our drink order. She brought the drinks and took our appetizer order.. She confidently answered our questions was up beat And a pleasure to interact with. The appetizer of fried pickles and meal of Fort Worth style rib eye steak, mashed potatoes and gravy ,and string beans.. My dining associate had the sirloin steak loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. came promptly and perfectly prepared. The service was quick efficient and yet not rushed. Overall the lunch was enjoyable and relaxing I highly recommend this place it is a little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.
Overall, it was a good experience, one person had to send their steak back to be cooked more. Ordered medium but came back rare... they were nice about it and cooked it can little more.
Always great food and drinks. We have eaten at this location several times. The service is always good and the food is great. The wait time doesn’t seem to be as long as it is at other locations. We’re usually seated in 15 minutes for a party of 2. This is a great place for dates or casual dining. I enjoy the filet the most but they have many choices of cuts for any taste.
Half BBQ, half steakhouse. The bread service was interesting with cinnamon butter. Kind of strange to start a meal with what tastes like dessert. Ribs were both tender and dry at the same time. Jalapeno balls were unique and pretty good. Onion bloom is similar to the onion mum at that Australian themed steakhouse. Drinks were good but I don't like the hidden prices. I would have ordered more but hidden prices are such a turn off that I kept it to just one. Service was very good. Trinity gave us extra attention. Not my favorite place but I would try it again because of good service.
It's Friday night so of course a wait is to be expected. The issue with that is they having a small waiting area inside & it was cold & rainy tonight. We were told 25 to 35 minutes but a spot opened in the bar area after about 15 minutes so we took it. I had never sat in the bar area so it was a new experience. We missed out on the hot rolls & honey butter but Casey the bartender was great. The food here is usually perfect & while tonight it was great, the loaded mashed potatoes were a little off, but other then that everything was excellent.
Stress less God bless The only reason why I’m in Denton TX is because my cousin graduated UNT. We are so proud of him. So we get out of the ceremony at 9pm. We call ahead and they said they can seat us at 10pm when we get there. Table for 9. They close at 11pm. Thank you for that. Kate is our server. Just the most sweetest most beautiful person in the building takes perfect care of my family and I. Keep it up. I do appreciate everyone’s patience at this establishment. Thank you, we had such a great time.
Stopped here for dinner. There is an early dinner special from M-Thur 4-5.30pm that is $10.99 which you can pick from 11 entrees and comes with your choice of two sides. Most of us ordered the 6 oz sirloin dinner. The rolls provided were soft and tasted great with the cinnamon butter. I asked for my sirloin to be medium rare, however from first cut there was no pink. Others at the table also had their steaks a bit more cooked than requested. However, steak tasted fine and since the place was getting busy felt was best to leave as is. Perhaps was an off day for steak.
Great atmosphere. Friendly and quick service. Kiosk at table to expedite menu selections and easy pay without having to interact with server. You still have option to pay server. Lots of menu selection and combinations to select. The only true steakhouse in Flower Mound. Inexpensive, real value for the cost. Not high end steaks, but good quality that won’t break the bank. Filet is flavorful, salads are excellent as are the rolls. Sweet potato is a must try. Nice bar area. Overall, a fun spot to gather with friends and family.
Okay, so I know this is a steakhouse, but I ordered the grilled shrimp. It was Ash Wednesday- no meat day. However, I was very pleased. The shrimp was very flavorful along with the sweet potato- green beans-side salad - & the great rolls. Their cinnamon butter is amazing! They have great drink specials. Their staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend this place! Oh, their steaks & ribs are very good. I just didn’t get any on this trip.
Food was average to good. Steaks were tasty and cooked to order. No malt vinegar for fish. Getting anything that wasn’t already on the table was troublesome. Asked for sweet and low and ketchup. Both arrived after most of us were halfway thru with our meals. I don’t understand why condiments aren’t on the table all the time. The delay ruined the meal for 2 of our 6 diners.

Steak was good ,. Love the cin butter, but y'all ran out of it. Not fair,!
Met another party and not terribly busy at 2pm on Sunday afternoon. They would not let my wife and I be seated until all in party were present despite no inside seating on a hot afternoon and me with bad knees. The lady at the seating desk seemed authoritative and bossy not having concern for the customers. The chicken fried steak was extremely thin and dry. The waitress was great and my wife said her salad was wonderful. Other than the lady at the seating desk. It was a good experience.
I'd never been to Texas Roadhouse before. I decided to give it a try on a random Friday. I ordered a small margarita, which was very bitter and gave me a headache as I was sipping it. Which is fine, it was only 5$. We had to ask for the rolls, which eventually showed up, around the same time as our appetizer (the cactus blossom). Rolls weren't great, but also a weren't terrible. I've heard them get hyped up so often so maybe I just expected something better. The cactus blossom, we weren't even close to being able to finish it. We had a couple plucks at it and asked them to haul it off. Another thing I'm not so sure on why it's overhyped. For my entree I ordered a chicken salad. The waitress instead brought me a giant plate of chicken tenders. I apologized and explained I had ordered the salad and not the tender entree. She went into the back and cut up the tenders to toss them over a bed of lettuce. The salad was huge, figuring to accommodate the massive amount of tenders. Couldn't even begin to finish it, brought it home in a takeout bag. Since the lettuce was iceberg, it didn't fair very well in the fridge and had to be tossed out, which made me feel bad. All in all, the place is comfortable and cozy with a nice atmosphere. The food is okay, it's essentially Chili's or Applebee's grade. I'm just not sure what the hype is about this place or why it's packed shoulder to shoulder every single evening. Maybe the ambience? It's not a great place or a terrible place but it's definitely not a place worth being packed like sardines to get inside of.
One meal NY steak was great. My ribeye was to be cooked medium. And it did not have any pink at all. They offered to cook again. It was medium rare., on the second try. See pic. Potatoes were dark …

Fattiest tenderloin I’ve ever seen. Manager just grabbed the slip off the table, looked over her shoulder and said “we good?” Before turning back around and walking off. Not great. But
The server was lacking. Food was okay. Would’ve preferred to pay a bit more for better service and quality at a better restaurant.
I don't usually do this. But I was so disappointed in the food. My family love going to Texas Roadhouse. And I always love the 8oz sirloin. I always order mine medium rare. This time however was different. My steak came out medium well. I asked our server (who was absolutely lovely) to have it remade. I waited 10 minutes only for it to come out Medium well again. I gave my steak to my husband to eat cause I didn't want the meat to go to waste. Great service but I was disappointed that I didn't get to enjoy my steak.
I stopped going to any Texas Roadhouse several years ago because three different roadhouse restaurants in three different cities served me an absolutely way over well done prime rib. Reluctantly went to this one because they all seem to be pretty consistent with ruining a prime rib I always order prepared medium. This time they did a bit better, I got a dry more on the well done side of medium well, rather than full blown well. Still over cooked. Everything else was fine, service, sides, drinks. I would think the cooks would lean more towards under cooking, at least that can be remedied. Roadhouse should just remove prime rib from their menu in my opinion, they don't seem to be able serve one any other way but dry well done. Pretty disappointing, I'll not go to a Texas Roadhouse again. Too many other choices.
The waitress when I asked about a military discount after I had a coupon for Veterans Day discount doubted my military service until I could show my military ID. No restaurant that I’ve ever eaten at doubted my service because of her tip. I not only served but I’m designated as a disabled Service member and I really took offense to her horrible attitude. I love eating at this restaurant but may consider finding another steak restaurant. The server also tried to get us to leave before we were ready, probably wanted another couple to take the table. She never smiled only pushed. Bad experience!
We have been here countless times and each time we request a booth near the TVs. Every time we are told there's a long wait and offered somewhere else to sit to accommodate the staff. We thank th…
I recently dined here with my family and observed an incident that raised concerns about the establishment’s customer service. A nearby party was asked to leave after expressing dissatisfaction with the food and questioning the restaurant’s policy of limiting tables to two drinks. In this instance, each person had ordered one drink, and when they requested wine with their meal, the waitress declined, citing the two-drink-per-table rule. While I respect the restaurant’s right to enforce its policies, I was troubled by the manner in which the situation was handled. The owner approached the table, asked the patrons to leave, and insisted they pay their bill. I offered to settle the tab and inquired if charges for items not received could be removed. Initially, the owner agreed but then demanded full payment, becoming increasingly agitated and eventually involving the police. As I was departing, the owner incorrectly informed the officers that I had not paid the bill. After reviewing the situation, the officers confirmed that I had indeed settled the full amount, including charges for items not received. This experience left me deeply dissatisfied. The food quality was subpar, with dry filets, and the overall service was disappointing. I hope this feedback encourages the restaurant to address these issues to improve future customer experiences.
First off the waitress was horrible. I work in the industry for 20 yr and this Asian lady here is just horrible. Ask for a Tito, cran, lime. She gave me a smart remark about the lime. 2nd off a party of 6. She threw the straws at the kids and adult. Mind you we have table manners. But it get worst a table of 5 behind us which is white. She politely ask if she can throw the straws. After we got our drink from her never have she once stop by to ask about food etc. mind you she had two table behind us. The. The food I’m just going to let the picture do the talking. But this waiter who had tables next to me I ask him about this burnt food. He polite told my girl that he will get another one. I was so mad about the situation I ask him to pack the food Togo before it came out.he didn’t mind and I ask him to give us Togo box for the table. He came back with it within a few min. So instead of tipping my waitress a good tip for service I should’ve tip her nothing but still tip her 8% but I tip the gentleman almost 40% . Maybe next time don’t judge a book by its cover. I’m Asian as well. Our whole table look young with three child so maybe that’s why.
Complete disaster of a dinner tonight. Started by being sat at a table that had a large liquid spill underneath including broken glass. My son slipped on the wet floor and bumped his face on the table. We requested a move to a different table which we ended up regretting. Our new server Xavier was in way over his head. 23 minutes from being sat to getting drinks. I had to go find my own bread because it never came. Salads were delivered by a different waiter before we had even received silverware. When the food finally showed up my wife’s steak was extremely under cooked and mine was we barely warm. We had to send hers back. She got it back 58 minutes after being seated. On top of all this the restaurant the last couple visits has been disturbingly dirty. I get it’s a “roadhouse” and going to have peanuts on the floor. But last visit there was a dead roach and today trash and smashed food all over the floors. Also table across from us was left dirty for a very long time. We visit this location weekly and it’s really gone down hill in the last month. I hope they can turn it around.
Ordered a medium rib eye steak with shrimp. came out as first picture. Told the lady this doesn't look like a medium. She took the steak out back to have it "up-cook". Came back as the second pic with still the same red in the middle but just more cooked on the outside. Steak was too salty along with the shrimp. My wife ordered the shrimp and her shrimp was very salty also along with the rice that came with it. FAILED!!
This place is my favorite steak house and I come here at least once a week! Sorry if I had to leave a bad review, it is not just about food but about the manager Courtney when we comps emailed about the food he just apologized without any action. Time to switch FLMO to go to different steak house!!!!!!
I’m truly disappointed with my recent visit to Roadhouse. When we arrived, the host asked if I needed a high chair, and I said yes — but she never brought one. Instead, she gave us a regular chair, so we had to put my baby on it just to make things work. Rather than acknowledging their mistake or offering a proper solution, the manager came over to complain that we were “in the way.” This made me feel singled out, embarrassed, and discriminated against, especially since the issue started with their staff not following through. If they had provided the high chair they asked about — or seated us somewhere more appropriate — none of this would have happened. No customer, especially a parent trying to manage a baby, should be made to feel unwelcome or judged. This experience completely ruined our visit, and I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and trains their staff to treat guests with more respect and awareness.
What has always irritated me about Texas Roadhouse in general is the fact they are never open for lunch during the week. So, you would think that on Saturday and Sunday they would be very prepared for a busy lunch hour rush. This location doesn't have a clue as to what preparedness is. Yep! it is ALL on management. We decided to stop in for lunch on Sunday. Walked in the door at 11:55 am. Wanted to sit in the bar area so we could watch football. I see zero people sitting AT the bar and there were four open booths. The gal with dumbface at the hostess area told us there was not anything available in the bar area but we could sit AT the bar. "But I don't want to sit AT the bar, I want a table. I see four open ones over there" Well she said, we don't have servers for those tables. Why is this now becoming my problem? Is the bartender too lazy to walk around the bar and take our orders?? Weve been to this location two dozen times over the years and sat in the bar area multiple times. The bartender has always been our server whether we sit at a table or the bar. My wife didn't want to sit at the bar, so we left and took our green money elsewhere. This type of laziness and unaccommodating service is what drives customers away. We went o Marty B's instead where they have plenty of servers and three managers on site at any given time. And the food is WAY better!! No.... We won't return to this location, or probably any location for that matter. The corporate greed has taken hold of this establishment, and the food quality has suffered because of it. Terrible service on top of bad food will end this place.
Last two times I have ordered Togo from here either the steaks are not prepared the way I ordered and the baked potato were not even edible. Literally shriveled up and brown inside and that means they were old. My husband always has his steak cooked well done and it's still red in the middle and he had to cook it more in the microwave. I order medium rare and get well done. Girls on Togo are repeating your order back talking so fast I almost just hung up and went somewhere else and now I wished I had. 65 dollars is a lot of money when you don't make that much.
Just sat for 15 minutes with no one coming to my table. Watched others around me be seated and served drinks. Finally, I asked for the manager and waited a few more minutes before deciding to leave. Only go here for the rolls because service is usually bad and have had to send steaks back on numerous occasions. Thankfully, I had some rolls before leaving.
The restaurant will not allow tables to use coupons accordingly but will market to families. They will not seat you if one person from your party is not present even if table size does not change with or with out them. The servers are always kind but management is poor and rules and regulations not serving to customers. Mangers are not welcoming or friendly though they are in appearance continually.
Flower mound tx I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the front entrance of your restaurant. The host who was responsible for welcoming guests was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I arrived, I kindly informed her that I was waiting for my family to join me. Instead of a polite response, I was told that if my guests didn’t arrive within 30 minutes, something else would have to be done with the table. I explained that they were just a minute away, but her attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming. Her tone and body language made it clear that I was mandatory to wait and she wont guide me to the table. I work hard and was looking forward to spending quality time with my family at your establishment. Unfortunately, this experience at the door left a very negative impression. First impressions matter, and I hope you address this issue with your staff to prevent similar situations for other guests. The food is awesome and the service of the table was awesome and friendly. Thank you. Sincerely,
Food was not hot but we did have a large party, but our waiter was awesome, our only problem was this manager who was not willing to allow our party to take over another table to fit more of us comfortably. We were a large group. This manager said this table (the one we wanted to put more people at) had different wait staff which since we were all paying separate checks this would not be an issue. Made us move out. She was extremely rude and not very accommodating. We did move. Also to mention the place was not busy or full. She then went to the table behind us, yes ease dropping, and the family was asking why they didn't get early dinning discount, she told them they were not able to get there order cheaper due to it was now 5:02, so rude and unfriendly manager I have ever met. Hope that her corporate family reads this because no one needs an angry manager who make customers never want to come back to this particular establishment. My family loves Texas Roadhouse but not this place ohh so rude. My son and new wife celebrated their marriage here because my son loves the food. The managers photo is also displayed here.
When you come into a restaurant one hour before close, you need to be prepared to be respectful of the staff and be efficient and courteous. We came prepared to do that. The staff didn't reciprocate the respect. No prioritization of prompt service, product preparation, or quality control. Cold rattlesnake bites, lumpy brown gravy, overcooked ribeye (manager refired an extra piece of prime rib which still wasn't right?), a disgusting restroom, and single handedly the worst customer service experience I have had in the last 5 years. I go to Texas Roadhouse and Bubba 33 regularly because I receive a quality experience and product. Not sure when I am going to next visit a location at this point.
Very bad experience here. I hate to even say this but we experienced racism here. I do not pull the race card often and try very hard not to. But this is what we experienced. Management please take action on this review I know your corporate values are not this. This location is doing a disservice to Texas Roadhouse’s brand. As I have had many wonderful experiences over the years. This location is just not being run properly and they should look at a management shake up.
6 out of 7 steaks tonight were overcooked. On my husbands refire the color was way off, obviously showing it a) was either old or b) they rushed the cook and this is why it was so pale, but in reality it was probably both. When he cut into it, it was literally blue. I touched the center and it was still ice cold. Tired of waiting, we just took it to go, where I will go home and cook it to the proper medium rare. My sisters refire was also cooked poorly and uneven and when she said this, the manager asked what her expectations are for a medium steak as the steak was cooked correctly… Heavily insinuating that we are the problem and don’t know the proper cook of a steak. Here’s a tip: when one part of the steak is pale pink and the other is deep red, we’re not the problem, your cook line is. On top of that, add the terrible attitude of the waitress and the fact that we were ignored for other tables that arrived after us, and you have the perfect recipe for us never to return here ever again after years of coming to this location. I’d rather drive all the way to The Colony than come to this horrible place ever again. P.S: Attached are photos for the manager in the black shirt to see that WE aren’t the problem and “don’t have proper expectations” of what a steak temperature is, rather your staff is the issue. Please take extensive note on your attitude and pride for future reference so you don’t have it as your hubris is not justified.
Ordered carryout and I got to say that was the worst steak I've ever had. The steaks where cooked uneven, one side looked a bit burned while the other side looked like it only saw a couple seconds if that. Medium well on one end and rare on the other end of the steak. I honestly would have preferred an overcooked steak at this point but got something that could be considered both undercooked and over cooked, how someone manages to do that is beyond me.
Our family loves Texas Roadhouse. We usually go to our nearest location in The Colony which is always on top of everything. However this time we went to the Flower Mound location as we were in the area. We have never been caught off guard as we did by the wait staff. Our waitress was extremely rude. She really ruined our initial experience and we were so upset. It took a long time for her to get to us and when she did, she came and asked us what we would like to drink, we told her we were ready to order and she very rudely with an attitude said “WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DRINK”, we were caught off guard and didn’t know if she was going to take our food order or not and her tone completely made me stumble and I couldn’t even say what I wanted to drink. My husband and I usually share a steak and when the food came out she didn’t bring us an extra plate when they usually always do which was just weird. I had ordered a side salad that always comes out before our steak and it hadn’t come out, when she brought us our food I asked if my salad was still coming if not to please cancel it. She gave me a look and then proceeded to check the tablet on the table almost as to wanting to check that I did order it or not, when she saw it had been rung in, she said it was probably packed to go and that she would check. She brought the salad even tho I said to cancel. We’d asked her for more bread and it never came out. Her attitude was just not it. We’re really understanding people but this was just a bad experience for us. Please do better. We know that wait staff depend on tips, whether you’re having a bad day or not it is never acceptable to be rude or have an attitude when you depend on tips. Tipping culture has become an entitlement and it has become a guilt trip if we don’t tip well because service was rude or unacceptable. We still tipped 15% even tho I didn’t think it was deserving of a tip at all. We always love to make our wait staff’s day but service made that difficult therefore we did the minimum.
What a disappointment after going there for years - spotty service, mediocre steak, and an owner with an attitude! First, I would like to thank them for hosting Tip-A-Cop! My steak was lacking in the usual seasoning and was tough, but not that the server would know. 1st, he walked away after setting it down but then came right back to ask me to cut into it. I had my phone out to take a photo because it seemed small so I said "one second" - he walked away and never came back. My 3yo granddaughter got ahold of the pay machine and apparently in 2 clicks bought games without knowing what she was doing. She didn't play and and when it was time to pay asked the server if the $1.99 could be taken off. He said it happens all the time but he couldn't and sent over the manager. Explained to her and she said it happens all the time but she couldn't take it off but could send the owner. So when she showed up, she was the third person I had to talk with for a stupid $1.99 charge (principle, not the money) and I got straight to the point. She said sorry, wasn't going to take it off. I said "so you are going to lose a long-term customer over $1.99"? She said that if I hadn't come at her and "yelled", she might have done something. Let me be clear, there was no yelling - no raised voice at all - just was straight to the point after having to go to the OWNER for such a stupid thing. She said "I keep the box away from young kids" (so she KNOWS it is a problem) but it was the first time I had been in with a child old enough to start clicking away. Will be interesting how she will try and slant a rebuttal!
