So Cool. The little sister store of the best known store situated on prince street. Just get your daily Green Boost with their special Kale drink which is just a beauty to kick start the day with some loads of Vitamins and veggies all blended together. It is obviously my favorite but their menu offer a wide choice of teas not to be missed either. Great location for travelers going to the 7 line station nearby. Open space sort of disposition, Benches along the walls makes it very welcoming and casual for a easy conversation while your beverage is being prepared. Very fancy cups are used to take away your hot&cold teas. simply said : Not To Be Missed

HeyTea Main Street is one location in the heart of Flushing, located a little further down from their Prince Street location, but close enough that this can serve as an alternative location if the other one is crowded. The store is quite spacious on the inside, but there isn't much seating within the store. They do sometimes have props up for photos, but the space is quite empty. The drinks were top notch. We got the grapefruit slush, Supreme Brown Sugar Boba, and the Mango Grapefruit Slush. The slushes weren't too sweet, had a nice taste throughout the entire ice, and was good for the price. The drinks kept cold for a long time, though it could just be because of how cold it was that day. The Supreme Brown Sugar had milk foam, boba, and a nice milk tea. The boba was pretty warm, even after 30 minutes. The boba isn't too sweet, and the brown sugar included wasn't that sweet either. The milk foam is a bit sweet but not overly sweet, and paired well with the milk tea. One of our newest favorites is the green grape boom, which comes with fresh fruit at the bottom and a nice slush of green grape juice.

Large Hey Tea location that serves the best tea drinks. They have regular teas, milk teas, matcha and fruit teas. Something for everyone or a drink for every mood.

Heytea is the best bubble tea in NYC! The moment you enter, you're hit by this heavenly scent and then the tea itself tastes angelic. You can adjust the sugar on drinks but make sure to order something with their signature cheese cloud, it's delicious!

Heytea is def worth the hype. I got the coconut mango blue, and it was bussy. I like the bits of coconut and mango inside. Can't wait to try a different flavor next time.

My absolute new go-to spot! I'm completely hooked on the Coconut Cloud Blue, and my roommate raves about the Supreme Matcha. This is truly a weekly craving and something I genuinely look forward to! Plus, the pricing is very reasonable considering the generous sizes and extensive menu variety.

Hey Tea is a bubble tea place. The smell inside reminds me of my China Trip (where they have Hey Tea in China as well). They were able to replicate the drink from China. Recommend to order beforehand using the app as the wait times and lines can be atrocious. Arguably one of the top bubble tea chains in NY in my opinion.

First time coming to nyc flushing this trip was 7/26/25 I was meeting with my friends to go on concert on that day and she brought me a drink, not a tea person but I still love matcha 😆if you like tea you should stop by here. It’s yummy and good drinks here!

-Get the matcha, it’s Soo good and different from the other places especially with the matcha cream on top. -the brown sugar boba tastes ok, but nowhere near as good as tiger sugars brown sugar bobba. -cute minimalist interior

Absolutely love this place! One of my go-to bubble tea shops and it never disappoints. Today, I ordered the Could Mango and WOW—this drink is next-level. If you’re a mango lover like me, you need to try it. The flavor is incredibly fresh and vibrant, with real mango chunks and a perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess. It’s refreshing but still rich, and the texture is super satisfying. Every sip is like tasting summer in a cup. The presentation was also beautiful—bright mango layers with fluffy cream on top that blended so smoothly when mixed. It’s not just a drink; it’s an experience. Easily one of the best mango-based drinks I’ve had from any tea shop. The shop itself is clean, modern, and well-lit. Service was friendly and quick, even though it was a bit busy when I visited. They handled the line efficiently, and I only had to wait a few minutes for my drink. Heytea continues to impress me with their unique flavors and premium ingredients. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu, but the Could Mango will always be at the top of my list. Highly recommended!

I got the Coconut Mango Boom (large, regular ice, 50% sweetness) and Cloud Coconut Blue (medium, regular ice, standard sweetness). Both drinks were refreshing and not too sweet, with fresh toppings! I’m obsessed and definitely coming back.

When you walk into the store it smells like green tea. I was craving a not too sweet tea and the green tea hit the spot. It has a good flavor where you can taste the bitter tea and just enough sweetness. The brown sugar bubble tea had a bit overcooked tapioca but tasted good otherwise. The only thing is that there’s no bathroom.

Mango Grapefruit Boom was great, the wait was an hour so not sure if it's worth, but it's still a unique experience. We forgot to mix the drink at first, so was confused. Make sure to mix it well because it actually tastes really good that way!

Today, I tried two new drinks: Mango Grapefruit Boom and Mulberry Strawberry Boom. The Mango Grapefruit Boom had a nice balance of mango, coconut milk, jelly, mango juice, puree, and jasmine tea. However, the grapefruit flavor was barely noticeable. The second drink, Mulberry Strawberry Boom, mainly had the earthy and slightly bitter taste of mulberry. The strawberry flavor was faint, and the combination of the two fruits felt a bit odd. It wasn’t exactly bad, but it wasn’t particularly good either. But I don’t understand why it always takes so long to get drinks at Heytea, no matter which location I go to.

Very likely 1 of top 3 emerging bubble tea shops in New York. Very popular in China. 👍👍 After passing by 3 times, finally decided to give it a try since no line today 😮😮. I think it’s not busy because they opened a 2nd location only 1 block away? Whatever the case, need to take advantage of my luck 🍀. Asked for a recommendation of top sellers. Made a quick choice & got the drink in less than 5 minutes. Easy ordering & pickup process. Digital menu is a fuss. Need a large poster in big print for faster customer decision process. I didn’t want to hold up the customers behind me as I browsed the digital display. A good refreshing drink which I don’t mind paying $8 plus. I’m not on Molly that’s for certain! 😂😂 Well done “HEY TEA”. A restroom for customers would have garnered 5 stars ⭐️

This location of Hey Tea is definitely a busy one! If you didn't find a crowd during your order, then you're lucky! The store is spacious but in a weird way: there are some seats but they are planned in a way so that there's more room for people to stand/move. I do understand that they're primarily a to-go spot. One thing that bothered me was the accessibility of the menu. They only have the menu on a tiny digital screen which is really at the cashier's desk and you're only able to take a proper look at it when you're close to the cashier. In other words, you can only read the menu by holding the line. Now this is a very busy location, and doing that slows up the ordering process. There are a few bigger digital screens, but I think they're a waste because they only show one or two images of selected drinks and only display their name. They really need to use those bigger digital boards to display their full menu. Sometimes it's hard to hear the cashiers because of the crowd, they try their best to call your order number as loudly as they can, which made me feel really bad for them. The cashiers could be given a mic or maybe customers should get text notifications when their order is ready. No cashier should be yelling and hurting their throats. There's a board that displays the order numbers once they're ready, but then it's hard to see your number when you have 20 other order numbers alongside and if you're standing away from it. Since this was my first time and I didn't want to hold the line, I just ordered the Coconut Mango Boom that was advertised on the bigger digital board. The cashier was sweet and helpful, asked me if I wanted to customize the order, I was so confused as I took a look at that tiny screen menu and anxious, I just requested to have zero cal sugar in my drink while keeping everything the same. The drink tasted alright, it also had sago. It's worth a shot if you want to try fruit-based milk teas.

the drinks here are really really good but i can't justify the wait time. mind you the store is next to empty and it's been nearly 40 minutes since i ordered two drinks? these drinks are good but not 40 minute wait good. if you want to order here, go for it but you better clear your schedule for the next hour or just order from the prince street location.

Edit: before it was mixed it was way too watery, the one that is more blue was mixed as well but it did not show up green, it was more like a slushee. Your location gave me a big mango pulp at the top with a watery mess, that’s why it looks like green water when mixed because it wasn’t made right. I had this specific drink many times and never got this green mixture, only from this location. It was definitely not made right. When I received it , it was so watery that they had to give me a bag so I wouldn’t see the mess. Worst experience. Great location just don’t get that specific drink. I don’t even know what I’m drinking right now. I’m just gon let the pictures speak for itself. I ordered a coconut blue mango and got this green coconut water drink. The green shade drink is from this location, whereas the more bright blue drink is from another heytea location. Need a refund heytea! hmu. Undrinkable.

This will be my last time visiting this branch. I ordered a drink through the app, and when it showed “ready for pickup,” I went to the store—only to find my tea wasn’t even started. The line for both orders and pickups was extremely long, and the whole place felt chaotic. The staff looked overworked, especially with complicated buy-one-get-one matcha drink orders. I didn’t even use the deal, yet my time (and everyone else’s) was wasted. If the store is this busy, the app should be turned off instead of making customers wait endlessly. I had to stand in line again just to ask for a refund, and the cashier told me they couldn’t process it—I had to contact the app. After reaching out to the app, they said to call the merchant for verification. A painful back-and-forth with zero accountability. I’ve never had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple drink. Completely unacceptable. Wuxian Tea makes my order and delivers with a smile in under 5 minutes. That’s where I’ll be going from now on. Bye bye HeyTea Main St branch!
