Had an extremely pleasant experience at Dairy Queen today (2/7/26). Was warmly greeted by Dinity (not sure if thats the correct spelling of his name 🫣). The service was quick and the ice was great, per the norm. This gentleman was so efficient at his job he was able to decipher what kind of ice cream my nephew wanted, meanwhile I'm scratching my head & calling my sister trying to figure out what he was asking for lol. The friendliness didn't stop with me, every single person that walked through the door was greeted like an old friend. It was refreshing especially at a time when it seems like customer service has plummeted. Awesome job Dinity & DQ Team 🥰😍
Delicious mint cookie parfait and dip cone. Rewards free fry came with ketchup. Happy employees. My favorite location.
Absolutely friendly people! Especially Divinity! I recommend a raise for the man! He's one of the best guys I've ever encountered!
Me and my kids had ice cream. The cashier was so patient and sweet with us .I had to do a review because her customer service was so awesome she was so great ....Thank you team as well .
This Dairy Queen displays appreciation letters from customers for various employees and their diligent customer service and while that is subjective it always seems to be very pleasant here.
Quick in and out service, and employees were helpful! Lexie, made sure she did the flip test on my blizzard and wish me a good night. Great customer service. Would recommended this location!
WOW! I just left this DQ and had to leave an immediate review. Lexie was AWESOME. Customer service was on point! She was friendly and extremely helpful. Food was also very fresh and can out in a timely manner.
I ordered in the App and got there sooner than the time it said my order would be ready. Dining Room was nice and clean even though they were kinda busy. Sara the lady up front went the extra mile for me. Without me asking she provided a Cup Holder. What made it even better was that she also bagged my drinks for me which made it easier for me to carry. I made sure to ask her for her name so I could leave a review.
Thank you, Torrian, for your fantastic recommendations! The New York Cheesecake Blizzard was absolutely delicious! While I might not enjoy it every day like you, it’s definitely a delightful treat. Coming from Miami, where we don’t have many DQ’s downtown, this was actually my first-ever visit, and it was worth it! Your attention to detail, exceptional service, and hard work truly stood out. Management, I hope you recognize and reward this incredible team member! Torrian, you and your team are appreciated more than you know. That said, I was a little disappointed that my Blizzard wasn’t served upside down, by another team member, as I’ve seen in all those TikTok videos. When a brand is known for something like that, it’s a small touch that makes a big difference. Hopefully, next time I visit, that signature DQ experience will be part of the treat. Thanks again for the great service!
The past couple of times we’ve been here it’s been busy with not enough workers, but they are very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. Kenneth especially did an excellent job serving us!
Very busy location at 8 pm on a Sunday night. Several people were waiting for pick-up orders. The young man (and only one) at the register was working his tail off! The food was very fresh & delicious. I had the Kid's burger meal. You have to ask for the dessert included. Our food was hot, but there was no communication on the Blizzard my son ordered, which came later. Don't forget to ask for napkins and ketchup. The dispensers were empty. Before we left, I went to the register and asked for the Kid's meal dessert. A choice of a dilly bar, small soft serve cone, or a DQ ice cream sandwich. Dilly bar dee-licious! The dining area was clean and not crowded. There were two flat-screen tvs with two different channels on them. Both family friendly. Recommend!
im sorry to whoever was working tonight.. completely got out order wrong :( wife and i ordered a choco dipped strawberry blizzard and a red velvet cake blizzard and got a choco brownie blizzard and a vanilla blizzard. ruined the munchies.
Ordered a peanut buster parfait, usually one of my favorite items. The one I was served was completely filled with salt, making it inedible. When I walked back into the restaurant to let them know that I would like it remade what I’m assuming is the manager was leaning over-the-counter on their phone. He then brought the item back to another employee who began to very loudly say “what she’s complaining about this that’s how it is” And started using extremely foul language. I let her know that I could hear her, and she began insisting that this is how it was made And there shouldn’t be anything wrong with it. After asking me in three different ways, if I was sure that I wanted it remade, she finally did.
I keep trying to give this Dairy queen a chance. I received rock hard, cold steak fingers and fries. The food is always cold from here. The customer service is subpar. Depending on the day you go you may get someone that's hospitable or you may get someone who's a jerk. I'm done wasting my money at this Dairy Queen. I ordered hot food not ice cream.
My food was so nasty, the fries taste like they were sitting for hours and my dude burger was so sloppy. Wilted lettuce, way to much mayo and the cheese look old. I usually don't even bother with reviews but when I tried to call DQ and let them know my food wasn't right nobody answer. So I figured somebody in charge would read this. Manor is growing a lot now, DQ you can't afford to put out poor quality food, With chic-fa-la across the highway and bo jangles up the street y'all need to do better frfr. Re train your cook/prep staff if needed but get it together over there RT
It took them a total of 17 minutes to get me two medium fries. The staff was rude, and completely apathetic toward the customers waiting in the store. It's understandable when things take a while sometimes, but to be rude on top of that when not one complaint was made. It really just didn't make sense to be honest. Definitely will not return to this location in Manor, TX.
The worst experience! They made us wait 10 minutes to order and then they my ice cream was a liquid and the worker was super rude and with an attitude when I said my ice cream was a liquid would give it zero stars if I could!
Worst DG we've ever been to. They were out of gravy, so I ordered a burger. The burger was terrible. Cold, cheese not melted and overall taste not like every other DQ burger I've had. Floors were sticky, no ice in the soda machine, soda was flat with little carbonation. Overall it was the worst DQ we've been to in 40 years.
Horrible experience. Waited more than 30 minutes at the window the other night while I watch their whole staff prioritizing their closing duties over customers. I decided to pull off while at the window waiting and watching. Fast Food is suppose to be exactly that. Gave them another shot today and another 30mins in line again plus my coupon expired for my blizzard because it’s only good for 30mins. I will no longer visit this location again. Update: Visited today & no Line in drive thru waited 4mins no one asked to take order. After waiting that long I said hello. Finally some girl answered rudely we will be right with you. Waited some more and nothing. So I pulled off. Only to see no one in the kitchen and the employee outside chatting it up.smh I’m done with DQ in Manor. Not worth the head aches and waste of time.
Stopped in while traveling through the area, and honestly, it was one of the more uncomfortable fast food stops I’ve had in a while. The place was busy, which I expected—but the real issue was how chaotic everything felt behind the counter. There was a loud argument happening in the kitchen—full-on shouting that could be heard clearly from the front. It dragged on for a while, and it seemed like nothing was getting made during that time. Staff at the front looked tense, almost like they didn’t know whether to jump in or just keep their heads down. The person who seemed to be in charge wasn’t doing much to calm things down—in fact, they were more focused on telling others what to do than stepping in to help. I saw one employee trying to juggle drive-thru and lobby orders on their own while the manager hovered and then disappeared. Eventually, the same manager started blaming that employee for the long line, which was bizarre considering what had just happened. I get that fast food isn’t always perfect, especially during busy times, but the problem here wasn’t the rush—it was the lack of leadership. Felt more like a power trip than a team effort. Definitely not the kind of stop I’d recommend to other travelers.
M sorry but may be it’s Sunday and they instead of throwing rebraide the chicken but I almost have to use binoculars to find chicken inside the breading , please guys it’s food . The tenders combo hahahah . And it’s rock solid hard hurts jaw and may be review doesn’t matter for you guys who work there but it’s our daily food so plz pay attention
This Dairy queen does not deserve any stars at all. My ice cream is all melted and they gave my order wrong. The banana split is not even a banana split. They took forever to give us the ice cream. A lot of people left because they were taking for ever. The other day it took 30 minutes for me to get my order out. The manager needs to do better in training these kids with attitudes and making sure the ice cream is not melted and learn how to serve customers. This is insane that there is no manager to run the buisness to fix the issue. They need to train better.
Got there with no one in front of us and ordered a 6 piece tenders and a burger, along with 2 blizzards, we go to the window and get the blizzards and pay, then we were asked to pull forward to wait for our food, which is reasonable. After about 5 minutes I went back around and asked about the food time and was told once again to pull forward, meanwhile 3 other cars have pulled up and we're now waiting also, after another 4 minutes they came out and gave us the food, but still proceeded to give us the wrong meal. I would not recommend this location.
It’s a sad experience whenever we decide to get ice cream in Manor with not many options available since we live 3 minutes away. Dairy Queen charged me extra for banana which I expected…I got 3 slices for $.69. Also they charged me $.69 for vanilla when I asked for whipped creamed and got none. My ice cream was pretty much melted already when they handed it to me. This is the same employee we had the last time that was rude when I brought back a hot fudge sundae because they put chocolate syrup instead. I feel like this was done on purpose this time. No one should go to this Dairy Queen. Their employees are terrible and they always get orders wrong. I’ll just go to Walmart and buy hot fudge and ice cream next time.
