He is a genuinely kind, down-to-earth guy who goes out of his way to be helpful and friendly the moment you walk in. The staff is always super friendly, and it feels like a welcoming place every time I go. Whether I’m grabbing my morning coffee or just relaxing for a bit, they make it a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is cozy, and it’s a great spot to hang out or get some work done. Over the years, it’s consistently been a go-to for me, and I always enjoy stopping by!
The Manor Starbucks is always busy but they are extremely friendly and fast in the drivethru and indoors! They do run out of items like honey or breakfast sandwiches but the early bird gets the worm. The inside is super small but I always feel welcome. The outdoors is great for fresh air and people watching, while you sip on your favorite delights. I love both coffee and tea, as well as the banana bread. I'll definitely be there tomorrow for the pumpkin spice coffee and looking forward to the cranberry treats! My grandson loves the cake pops, so it's cool that they have something for the little people too.
Update over the last few months not sure what is going on here. Request same drink and its just whatver they feel goes in. Grande matcha with 4 to 5 scoops of matcha and no syrup since I dont want just milk. Always end up getting just milk. Quite irritating especially when you get charged for additional items and they dont make the drinks correct. Photo for example. Grande size 5 scoops of matcha and soy milk with non-dairy cold foam. Which turned into extra cold foam and more milk, same drink a few days ago no cold foam minimal matcha and all milk I always usually have a decent experience at starbucks with certain emplpyees. The majority of the employees are very nice and they always admire my sailormoon car. They always greet you within the chaos of taking orders and are generally happy to see the regulars. 🤣 i usually order in the app to make it easier, but my matcha drinks are always made consistently as well. The parking lot is a little chaotic, but honestly, that's every starbucks.
I found myself in my old stomping grounds, and stopped into this, my old home Starbucks. My original barista rang me up, and, after 4 years, she still remembered me! Remarkable! We had a great conversation and it felt like I belonged again. There was a bustle of work going on behind the counter, with drive thru customers and dine in customer orders being taken care of. My cold brew came out shortly, and, with my bakery items, I was on my way. I am so glad I stopped in for coffee here again!
Nice cafe located next the 290 toll in manor. Open until 9pm. Features: *Has wide parking space with wheelchair accessible parking in front of the store *Has Outdoor seating area with sofa and well-lit in the evening for a family dine-in *Friendly staff and quick service. *Currently both dine-in and curbside pickup is available in the store. #HappyCafe
While the service was friendly, the building itself was very unkept and dirty. There was no toilet paper and either restroom and from the looks of the sink, my hands were already cleaner than they would have been touching it to wash them.
Their drive through is always busy and every car waits at least 5-7 minutes per car to move.
I had a pick up order yesterday morning and even though the order was correct, it was cold (only a few minutes). BUT the most disturbing thing was that I found a piece of plastic in my drink. I have never encountered this at a Starbucks and am very hesitant to go back to this location.
They get two stars because they’re always very nice. However, my coffee cup leaks on me every time I order from here (I don’t know why. This doesn’t happen from any other Starbucks but it gets all over my car), and my food is messed up half the time. Today they thought this completely burnt bacon Gouda was acceptable to send me on my way with. I’m breaking up with you, Starbucks.
I’ve always purchased drinks from this Starbucks and I’ve always had a good experience but today I door dashed my order and while I was drinking my beverage I felt something weird in my mouth. IT WAS A HAIR, I thought it could be mine but my hair is in a ponytail my hair is long and blonde, the hair was short and brown. Threw the drink away and called it a day
This location really missed the mark. The team behind the counter seemed irritated and short-tempered, especially during the morning rush. The vibe was more dismissive than welcoming, and the way they interacted with customers felt inconsistent — friendly with some, cold with others. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, and it’s not what you expect when you stop in for coffee.
Unfortunately, the experience at this Starbucks location was quite disappointing. The staff seemed consistently grouchy and unwelcoming, especially in the mornings. There was a noticeable lack of warmth and courtesy, and it felt as though certain customers were treated better than others. Overall, the atmosphere came across as unprofessional and definitely impacted the overall experience.
I put in a mobile order for a sweet cream cold brew, water and egg bites at this location, which I have done several times. I got a notification from the app that my order was ready so I went to pick it up. When I got there the egg bites were on the counter but no water and the cold brew cup was empty. I tried getting a baristas attention to ask about the drinks and the barista said they didn’t want to fill it until I got there (they have never done this before). I felt like the barista was rude about me asking about this missing drink and then she proceeded to make the drink wrong. The cold brew was primarily cream and hardly any coffee. It was also warm and there was no ice in the drink. When I have had it before, they fill it with the cold brew first and top it off with sweet cream. The drink was so bad I had to throw it out. Most of the time at this location everyone is nice and they are quick with orders but every now and again when I order there is a barista that works here that is really rude. I just need to stop going to this location.
Why is this location always “sold out” of earl grey tea?? Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!! If it’s on the menu it’s your responsibility to always have it stocked in store. I haven’t had this issue with other locations. This one needs to step up
