A favorite local shop I frequent regularly. Their basics are solid and they have a seasonal menu that offers fun and fresh flavors. Parking can be difficult, but their drive-through staff are always fun and pleasant.

I was in the mood for coffee, as always, and came to this place which I am glad I did. It has a wonderful design on the outside of the building so you can't miss it and there is some parking in the back. The staff are really friendly and helpful. This is a great place to hang out and drink coffee and catch up with friends. I tried their Southwest burrito and it was delicious with a tiny bit of spice. The coffee was also delicious and hot unlike other places where sometimes the coffee may be warm. I would highly suggest for people to come and try them out. They have an assortment of pastries and sandwiches and breakfast items.

Love this place, their Turkey pesto sandwich is amazing and same with most of their other stuff Their wraps though, my god are they tiny! The few times I’ve ordered their wraps they are this size. They’re comically small. I would avoid the wraps and order anything else

PARKING IS AWFUL. Everywhere says police parking, or private parking. I suggest the drive-thru unless you want to park a few blocks away. They said the sandwiches are premade so they can’t make changes to anything?? The prices weren’t bad so we tried it out.. They literally just toast a bagel and give you a side of cream cheese, which is annoying. I got a bacon egg and cheese wrap which was good, but tiny. We got a mocha iced latte and a caramel iced latte. Quality espresso but just poured over ice and milk with barely a shot of flavor. Macaroons were $3.50 each. But the staff was pleasant!

This place has so much potential and it is so aggravating to write this review because I cannot express how many times I’ve given them a chance thinking I would have a different experience. Their food & drinks are good HOWEVER ordering is a nightmare. COUNTLESS times I’ve ordered a coffee, with clear instructions, and they get it completely wrong. And this happens 99% of the time. I ask for a large, I get a medium. I ask for caramel latte, I get a honey bee. Additionally, the drinks are SO inconsistent. One day my drink will taste good, the next it’s watered down and flavorless. There was also one time I ordered an egg wrap and they got the wrong wrap so I told the lady at the window. She demanded that I give the wrap back, that I already took a bite out of. (Which doesn’t bother me btw I just wanted what I ordered) but the manner in which she did it was rude and not polite AT ALL. And food safety they should never take food back. Also, ordering and waiting is so extremely long for coffee. It takes over 20mins sometimes to get through the drive through. I want to love circle house but EVERY visit is so disappointing.

El lugar es bastante acogedor, la pasamos muy bien en un día de lluvia, tiene muchas mesas dentro y fuera generan un ambiente muy ameno. Sin embargo, las bebidas dejaron mucho quebdesear, pedimos tres distintas para probar y las tres no nos gustaron, tanto el grano del café, la leche y la combinación de jarabes. Tuvinos que dejarlas. La repostería es muy básica aunque no es mala. No volveremos.

Beware of the parking scam. SmartPark by Professional Parking Management is sending automated parking tickets based on entrance into a parking lot that Circle House is directing customers to park at. The tickets are given based on time entering and exiting the lot, not the time when the car is actually parked. They offer "complimentary 15 minute parking" but do not state how they count the 15 minutes. This is fraud. PPM has over 1500 complaints for these tactics, which has been described as "an intimidation and extortion racket". Plaintiffs of any class action against PPM are welcome to use this post as evidence for deceptive practices involving fake or predatory parking tickets, unauthorized charges, or misleading enforcement tactics.

I’m honestly shocked that this place has such a high rating. For my taste this place should be at a 3 rating overall at best. I’m a local in the area and have always driven past circle house. We finally decided to try it especially after seeing the good reviews. We only went through the drive thru and ordered two coffees ( a horchata and toasted marshmallow) and an egg and bacon croissant. So we never saw the inside area. The patio area looked nice when we drove past. Anyways we order and get to the window and the guy working was extremely nice and friendly (honestly he was amazing, he said he started 4 weeks ago). Now here is where the downfall starts. Both coffees taste like water. They literally have no flavor what so ever. The egg and bacon croissant was cold and just didn’t taste good. We had already pulled off but desperately needed coffee (we have a newborn) and we turned around and went through the drive thru again to see if one of the coffees could be remade and if we could swap out the croissant (eating cold egg tasted gross). The manager (a woman with brown hair) comes to the window with an attitude and says this is how we make our horchata it’s with macadamia nut milk not rice milk. We felt totally dismissed. We were never told how the drink was made when we ordered it and we honestly felt like the drink had no flavor and didn’t taste anything like horchata. We couldn’t tell you what milk it was made with. Actually when we ordered the drink the person asked if regular milk was fine which we said yes. Again we saw reviews that said the horchata was the thing to order. It makes me wonder if those reviews were honest. Anyways to make a long story short we really wanted to like this place to support a local cafe but unfortunately to pay $20 for two small mid coffees and a cold small croissant not worth it. If the manager was nicer we probably would have felt more inclined to come back but unfortunately she ruined the experience completely. I forgot to take photos of all the items. I am including the one photo I took of the toasted marshmallow drink. The coffee looks better than it tastes. It was flavorless and watery.

The first few times I went here it was great but the service and quality has gone down tremendously. Specifically the young girl who works at the window with blue/colorful hair has the worst customer service attitude I’ve ever encountered. Not only does she get my simple order wrong every time I’ve dealt with her but then gives attitude when I ask her to fix it (which I don’t think is an outrageous ask when I already paid for it). I ordered a large lavender cold foam matcha and she gave me a medium, told me she’ll fix it and dumped the medium matcha into a large cup and added milk to fill it the rest of the way. The “fixed” drink I got is basically a large cup of iced milk…it’s not even near the color that matcha is supposed to be (it’s white).

SCAM Business --- ...... The owner of this company ENLISTS AND PROFITS FROM USING a very shady company called Professional Parking Management. Feel free to Google, but for some context: PPM have ignored compliance with the Broward County ordinances that ruled against them and their predatory actions on citizens. PPM has likewise had lawsuits against them for these very same opportunistic and predatory practices. They have a F rating and nearly 1000 complaints recorded against them with the Better Business Bureau. Moreover ---- to even enter their website to file an appeal -- you need to Agree to their Terms and Conditions -- which basically states that you are agree you are liable for the fee you never agreed to in the first place. They have no brick and mortar business, just a PO Box and threatening letters. For my situation: PARKING WAS PAID (via PayByPhone) to park in the lot owned by Circle House ---- after seeing the threatening ticket in the mail with images of the car I realized the lot is also being surveilled (by PPM) and photos of vehicles are taken as you enter and exit the lot -----the ticket (after also paying to park there) was for 55-90$ issued to me (I was not even driving the car). The threat is -- pay or we are sending this to collections....To give benefit of the doubt, I called Circle House and was given an email address, which I wrote to Twice with no response to see if there was someone reasonable and a fair person to speak to this. I also went back to try and see if there were signs that were posted... its conveniently in small text and painted over with graffiti...(I do have pics now). The assistant person who answered the phone at Circle House mistook me for another phone call -- same complaint. Bottom line ----- Circle House is MAKING A CUT and would clearly rather PREY ON CUSTOMERS than rely on their product actually being good or worth going there for. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS Bullshit predatory Company!!!!

Circle House uses a professional parking management company. But they also have meters at the parking spots. I paid the public parking meters and was still charged by their professional parking company. How can you charge someone who pays the meter? The professional parking company has no way to communicate with them but only to pay the bill. I complained to the Circle House manager who is a white male with dark hair. I gave him the invoice from the professional parking company as well as proof of my payment for parking those days. Circle House is 30 minutes from my home on a good day. I drove that far to support this business only to be fined $50 two days in a row for parking I paid for. The manager took the Information and promised to share with the company. 1 year later I’m still being harassed by their parking company. The owners need to check the manager because he might be in cahoots with the parking company. Why do you even need the parking company when there are the paybyphone meters?? They’re going to say to pay by phone but I did. Why would you still use this company? They can’t track if you paid by phone or not because it’s owned by the county. What’s the purpose of this company??
