We had an incredible night from start to finish. The service was top tier, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and every dish exceeded expectations. The food wasn’t just delicious — it was beautifully presented and completely Instagram-worthy. The interior design is stunning, and even our booth was next-level comfortable. Everything about the experience felt elevated. We’ll definitely be back!

We visited to celebrate our anniversary. The ambiance felt romantic and intimate with the dimmed lights and starry forest setting. The music was a bit loud, since we had to speak louder or get very close to have a conversation, but other than that, the food was delicious and the wine we had was perfectttt. I want to give a special thanks to Andrew — if our night was special, he made it 10 times more special with his attentive personality. I think my boyfriend and I can agree that every restaurant needs an Andrew. Thank you so much!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Timbr in Fort Lauderdale and had an absolutely fantastic dining experience. From the moment we sat down, our server Dani was exceptional. Attentive, friendly, and perfectly dialed into the vibe of the evening. The ambiance is spot on. Stylish, energetic, and still intimate enough for a special night out. The wine list is seriously impressive and thoughtfully priced. We were thrilled to find our favorite Daou Soul of a Lion at nearly half of what we usually see elsewhere. Huge win. Dinner was just as memorable. The lobster appetizer was loaded. Honestly more lobster than some main courses we have had at other restaurants. Every detail felt intentional and elevated. After 9pm the upstairs lounge opens, which is a great bonus. Perfect for an after dinner drink or meeting up with friends without leaving the venue. Overall, an easy 5 stars. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

The atmosphere and service at Timbr was fantastic. Dani was our server, she was tentative and even though she was serving multiple tables, it felt like she was only serving us. She made our visit so special as we were celebrating my in-laws 40th year anniversary. The cocktails were all delicious and the espresso martini was a fantastic desert cocktail. We had the steak, chicken, and duck plates. All of them had great complementary sides. The ribeye was a standout and the fingerling potatoes was my favorite side personally. We had three dessert plates and all were great. The standout were the passion fruit tart and the incredible crème brûlée. Thanks again to Dani and the staff for making this such special night!

I took my girlfriend to Timbr for her birthday, and we were treated amazingly. Our waiter (I wish I remembered his name but he had a man bun) went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When I called ahead, I mentioned it was her birthday and asked if they could put a cute candle on her dessert and they did not disappoint. Not only did they bring out the dessert with the candle, but our waiter surprised us with birthday shots on him and sang a special birthday song for her over the most uniquely made cheesecake. After dinner, he spoke with the manager and arranged for us to be taken up to the second floor and that was also such a vibe. The waitress and bartender upstairs immediately wished her a happy birthday where they gave us another complimentary drink and treated us with so much kindness. They were incredibly sweet and added to the whole experience. The fact that everyone made my girlfriend feel like a VIP on such a special day truly shows how much this restaurant cares about its guests. And the atmosphere? Stunning. Both the Flower Room and the Dark Forest Room are absolutely beautiful, the pictures are chef’s kiss! I’ll definitely be coming back and will forever recommend Timbr. Thank you for making her birthday unforgettable!

We had a wonderful experience at Timbr today! The Valentine’s Day special menu was absolutely delicious — every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The atmosphere felt warm and perfect for the occasion. Andrew, our server, made the experience even better with his attentive, friendly, and professional service. He was knowledgeable about the menu and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and we will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for a romantic dinner, TIMBR is truly a dream. The moment you walk in, the décor is breathtaking — elegant, modern, and so thoughtfully designed. And the Flower Room where we ate? Honestly every girl’s fantasy. Soft lighting, gorgeous blooms, and the perfect ambiance for date night, girls night or a special celebration. Our server Bradley gave us outstanding service. Super attentive, friendly, and on point with every detail — he made the entire experience feel VIP. We tried several dishes and everything was delicious, but here are my top must-order items: – Octopus (perfectly cooked) – Salmon (so flavorful) – Mac & Cheese (creamy and addictive) – Cheesecake (a must if you love desserts) And the Mango Lava Rita… 10/10. Refreshing, fruity, and the perfect cocktail for the night. The music and ambiance were also perfect. Great vibe, amazing playlist, and the volume was low enough that you can actually enjoy your conversation without yelling — huge plus. Overall, TIMBR is the full package: beautiful décor, exceptional service, incredible food, and unforgettable ambiance. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone looking for a top dining experience.

I don’t always give restaurants five stars, especially if they don’t deserve it. However, this restaurant is exactly how a nice restaurant should be. The service was incredible. Every little was thoughtful. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary and I booked on OpenTable. I let them know it was our anniversary and as soon as we arrived, we were a little early and the hostess asked if we would like to go ahead and be seated or have a drink at the bar. We decided to go ahead and be seated as we were super hungry. The host has asked us if we wanted a boat or a table. We sat in a booth right in front of the kitchen. The view of the kitchen Was really cool. The decor was simple, but elegant, and the booth was made out of some sort of sofa that was so comfortable. As soon as the server came to our table, she congratulated me and my boyfriend on our anniversary and Offer offered us to complementary glasses of Prosecco. I was surprised by the gesture and of course we agreed. We ordered two drinks two appetizers we split a salad and two entrées. I would highly recommend the scallops. They were absolutely delicious. Oh, I completely forgot. We also had a raspberry cheesecake. That was amazing. This gem is totally worth checking out. Honestly, one of my favorite restaurants now in Fort Lauderdale. We will definitely be back. And if you get a chance, try the timbr Old-fashioned they use some type of maple syrup different than most that just makes it super delicious.

The new menu is absolutely delicious! You can see the chefs crafting your plates into artwork through a glass panel near your table. The surroundings are gorgeous, with one room having starlights and trees for a moody, romantic vibe, and the other room being covered in flowers for the perfect girls night out. The food was as beautiful as it was yummy. I recommend the empanadas, of course, and the bolognese was amazing. The creme brûlée is a must have!!!

William at TIMBR was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out perfectly. His timing was on point, drinks were never empty, and he checked in just the right amount not too much, not too little. You can tell he truly cares about giving great service and making sure guests have a memorable experience. If you’re dining at TIMBR, I highly recommend asking for William. He definitely elevated our night. Exceptional service all around!

I went to this restaurant for my birthday dinner, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, the décor took my breath away—beautiful, elegant, and the perfect setting for a special night. The food was absolutely AMAZING. Every dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. You can tell the chefs put real passion and care into their work. It was easily some of the best food I’ve had in a long time—so delicious that I’m still thinking about it! Our waitress, JR, made the experience even better. She was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and helpful the entire night. She took great care of us and added such a warm, personal touch to the celebration. Overall, this restaurant deserves all five stars and more. The atmosphere, the service, and especially the food were just outstanding. Thank you for making my birthday dinner so special—I will definitely be coming back!

Atmosphere for romantic dinners, walls and ceilings are covered by roses. Delicious food, we ordered different appetisers, each of them was presented and tasted marvellous ! Lobster dish was just perfect. New chef came to us and explained most of the dishes and ingredients . All the cocktails, that we ordered from a list and not, were phenomenal. Highly recommend this restorant!

I came here last night for the Turquoise Takeover Ambassador Kickoff and stayed for dinner. I was impressed with the restaurant aesthetic and service. As soon as I arrived, I was guided upstairs for the event and given a beautiful key for my drink. During the event, we tried a few hors d’oeuvres and a Tito’s lemonade, which were very good. Once we went downstairs and asked for a table, we immediately got one. I tried the burrata appetizer, which was delicious as everything paired nicely. For the entree, we tried the braised lamb shank, after the server indicated it was the best plate on the menu. I usually don’t like lamb but decided to give it a try and it was delicious. The lamb was seasoned to perfection and the grits was so tasty. At the end of the dinner, the server surprised us with two small chocolate macaroons. Those were a bit stale but I absolutely enjoyed the small thoughtful gesture. Next time I come, I will try the mushroom risotto.

We made a reservation for TIMBR for Tuesday, Oct. 28 at 6:15 pm. We were warmly greeted by two hosts and were seated right away within good view of the kitchen. That alone, to me, speaks volumes for a restaurant's calibre, that the chefs are willing to be observed as they engage in creating what we learned to be culinary masterpieces. Not quite a "chef's table," but we had a bird's eye view into the transparency of the kitchen and camaraderie of those who were engaged in preparing the dishes for that moment. We observed a clean and well-organized kitchen with chefs that seemed to enjoy their work and each other in a professional atmosphere. The restaurant had an ambience that reminds you of a courtyard on a summer's evening. There were four trees in the main dining area, which had low lights accentuated by the suspension of fibre optic twinkling lights intended to simulate stars overhead. It was quite lovely to dine under the "stars." The dishes we ordered were two appetizers: the Beef Empanadas and Octopus Papas Bravas. Perhaps I've lived a sheltered life, but the empanadas were nothing like I've had before, with a filling of braised teres major, which Chef Tom explained to us is the muscle of the upper limb and full of flavor. Of that there is no doubt. The octopus was grilled and served over smashed fingerling potato with garlic aioli. For our entrees, I decided to go with the TIMBR Burger, which was two 4-oz. patties made from a chuck blend and topped with a most delicious bacon-onion jam, Gruyère cheese and truffle aioli. Each of these flavors added up to the most delicious burger I've ever had and I'd say I'm somewhat of an expert on burgers. The burger was garnished with shoestring crispy onion rings, and served with truffle fries to create an outstanding integration of flavor across the dish. My husband opted for the Braised Lamb Shank which carried a depth of flavor and tenderness that exceeded his expectations most likely due to the expert accompaniment of the demi-glace and gremolata dressing. The meat was served on a bed of cheddar grits, which we thought unusual but added another layer of flavor. We shared the Crispy Brussels side, and really enjoyed the crispness of the bacon and sweet-hot tones from the hot honey and togarachi. We were so stuffed we decided not to have dessert. Oh wait, did we see Crème Brûlée listed on the dessert menu? The garnish of chocolate tuille shaped as a "tree of life" was mine, as were the macaron cookies, while hubby savored the caramelized, hardened layers of sugar. For drinks I had two TIMBR Old Fashioneds and hubby had a Mojito which, like the food were incomparable. Throughout the evening, we were greeted by managers Julian and Pete, who wanted to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. We were served by Monty, who was able to explain the menu to us, make pertinent recommendations, and provided the right amount of attention so that we felt appreciated as guests. The next time we find ourselves in the Fort Lauderdale area, we will surely visit with TIMBR again.

I wanted to treat myself at a high end restaurant in my downtown Fort Lauderdale neighborhood that I've never been to before. I chose Timbr at random and arrived as a walk-in with no reservation. I was going to do the Happy Hour menu that requires you to be seated at the bar; however, both their bar areas up front and in a second back room of their restaurant were full, as this was a Friday night. One of the floor managers attempted to find me a spot around the bar, but after the attempt, I decided to opt for regular dining. The floor manager formally introduced himself to me as Angelo and from that moment on I was treated like I was royalty!! After getting some information from me at the front desk by Aniya, a very pleasant and professional young lady, I received first class treatment from start to finish!! Angelo seated me a great booth with a glass wall behind that looks into the kitchen area where you can observe the kitchen staff preparing every order!! Angelo then introduced me to my server named Paul Alexander, touted by Angelo as one of their best...and he was!! Paul was cordial, professional and 100 % dedicated to ensuring that I had a top notch first experience!! As far as drinks, I had my favorite cocktail, an Old Fashioned and Timbr offered their Bulleit Old Fashioned, which my server Paul graciously asked if I wanted it smoked...which I opted for. Timbr's Bulleit Old Fashioned was so good that I had a second glass!! The food was excellent as I opted for the Roasted Duck Breast with a side of Fingerling Potatoes and their plate presentation was fantastic!! Both my server Paul, Floor Manager Angelo and even the kitchen staff that brought me my plate commended that I made a great choice in the Roasted Duck Breast!! For dessert I opted for their delicious Lux Chocolate Cake which I thoroughly enjoyed!! I was even introduced to Chris, who is Timbr's Culinary Director and I commended him for the Roasted Duck Breast of which I enjoyed every bite!! The atmosphere and ambiance of Timbr was very inviting and calming including relaxing Down-Tempo Deep House music playing in the background, which created such a chill vibe amidst the nature-inspired decor of small trees darted around the main dining area as I enjoyed observing the both the bar staff work their magic with the drink orders as well as the kitchen staff through the glass wall behind my booth whipping up the food orders!! I got to know the team that catered to me the moment I walked in, from Aniya at the front desk to Angelo my floor manager to Paul my server and other staff members who took care of me and ensured that I had a great first time dining experience! Both my floor manager Angelo and my server Paul went above and beyond to give me a top notch dining experience!! It's not just me either, the Timbr staff go out of their way to ensure that every patron who enters is treated like someone special the moment they step in. Definitely highly recommend this great restaurant and I look forward to dining here again!!

We absolutely loved our experience here. Our server, Andrew, was incredible. Even though we were his last table of the night, he treated us like we were his first. His energy was great, he was attentive, and genuinely engaging. His positive vibes elevated the entire evening. The food was amazing. Andrew recommended the Bucatini paired with the lobster tail, and it did not disappoint. From the service to the food, everything exceeded our expectations. It was picture worthy as well. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we can’t wait to come back. Don’t forget to ask for Andrew. ❤️

My husband opted for the Braised Lamb Shank which carried a depth of flavor and tenderness that exceeded his expectations most likely due to the expert accompaniment of the demi-glace and gremolata dressing. The meat was served on a bed of cheddar grits, which we thought unusual but added another layer of flavor. We shared the Crispy Brussels side, and really enjoyed the crispness of the bacon and sweet-hot tones from the hot honey and togarachi. We were so stuffed we decided not to have dessert. Oh wait, did we see Crème Brûlée listed on the dessert menu? The garnish of chocolate tuille shaped as a "tree of life" was mine, as were the macaron cookies, while hubby savored the caramelized, hardened layers of sugar. For drinks I had two TIMBR Old Fashioneds and hubby had a Mojito which, like the food were incomparable. Throughout the evening, we were greeted by managers Julian and Pete, who wanted to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. We were served by Monty, who was able to explain the menu to us, make pertinent recommendations, and provided the right amount of attention so that we felt appreciated as guests. The next time we find ourselves in the Fort Lauderdale area, we will surely visit with TIMBR again.

I came here last night for the Turquoise Takeover Ambassador Kickoff and stayed for dinner. I was impressed with the restaurant aesthetic and service. As soon as I arrived, I was guided upstairs for the event and given a beautiful key for my drink. During the event, we tried a few hors d’oeuvres and a Tito’s lemonade, which were very good. Once we went downstairs and asked for a table, we immediately got one. I tried the burrata appetizer, which was delicious as everything paired nicely. For the entree, we tried the braised lamb shank, after the server indicated it was the best plate on the menu. I usually don’t like lamb but decided to give it a try and it was delicious. The lamb was seasoned to perfection and the grits was so tasty. At the end of the dinner, the server surprised us with two small chocolate macaroons. Those were a bit stale but I absolutely enjoyed the small thoughtful gesture. Next time I come, I will try the mushroom risotto.

Wow wow wow wow. I honestly have no words. My husband surprised me for my birthday and took me here and I was beyond impressed. From the atmosphere, walking in and my jaw dropping from the beauty of the lights and trees to walking into the back room and being amazed of the floor to ceiling flowers. The service, our server was Ali and he was incredible. Attentive, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and timely. The manager Junior came by and asked how our meal was. He was so kind and knowledgeable as well. The host recommended the lamb and she was honestly the GOAT for doing so because it was DELICIOUS. the food was some of the best I’ve ever had. My husband and I split the braised lamb, the octopus, the tortellini Mac and cheese, the broccolini, and a crème brûlée and we didn’t leave a crumb behind. The lamb was tender and flavorful, the octopus was the most tender octopus, the Mac and cheese was OUT OF THIS WORLD. OH MY GOD GOOD. And the crème brûlée was warm and thick and so perfect. I couldn’t complain about anything if I tried. It was truly a perfect dining experience. Can’t wait to return!

This new restaurant is a gem! Everything from the atmosphere to the service to the food was outstanding. We had the Beef Wellington, which was perfectly prepared—tender beef, buttery pastry, and full of flavor. The pizza had an incredible crisp crust with fresh toppings, the Caesar salad was perfectly balanced, and dessert was absolutely delicious. I also had the pleasure of meeting the chef, who, as it turns out, comes from the same town I do. What a fun surprise! She is clearly passionate about her craft, and it shows in every dish. Highly recommend—this is a spot we will definitely be returning to!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here. The service was truly outstanding — everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were seated next to the kitchen and getting to watch the chefs cook was such a fun and unique experience. Chef Chris was incredible, we loved him. He was so kind and engaging, and he even gave our daughters a personal kitchen tour, which completely made their night. He was genuinely sweet to them and to us, and you could tell he really cared. The food was delicious from start to finish, and our server Monica was so sweet, attentive, and thoughtful. She made sure we had everything we needed and added to the overall warmth of the experience. This was one of those meals where the hospitality truly stands out. We can’t wait to come back!

We had great food, service a+ and the ambiance is breathtakingly beautiful. Aside from all of that, I was so impressed by the little extra touches that each dish came with. The Burrata had balsamic pearls, the carpaccio had crunchy scallions, the pork chop dish, which was outstanding had gooseberry relish the most amazing flavors beyond anyone’s expectations. I’ve been dying to come here since March so happy we finally made it for our anniversary dinner. Pal our amazing server was great! She helped us through everything! And her suggestions were magnificent. The head chef was at the entrance and kept checking on everybody, super sweet. Honestly can’t wait to come back and try their new menu 🩷 Also, you should come and see the restaurant the decor alone will make you come and the delicious food will make you stay forever 🥹

We were well received from the entrance and our server Andrew treated us very well! The atmosphere was very chic and Andrew was very attentive and professional. For appetizers we loved the Baked Clams, the Wagyu Tartare and most importantly the Yellowtail Crudo. We didn’t get pictures of any entrees though, I got the Garganelli Bolognese! Had an awesome night out at TIMBR in Fort Lauderdale! There were four of us, and from start to finish, the vibe was electric. The place has a great atmosphere — trendy but still relaxed enough to enjoy conversations and laughs. The service was attentive, and the staff made us feel well taken care of the entire time. We ordered a mix of drinks and small plates, and everything was on point. The cocktails were creative and well-balanced, and the food came out fresh and flavorful. Yeah, the bill was on the pricier side, but honestly, the overall experience made it worth it. Perfect spot for a fun night with friends or a lively date night. Would absolutely come back again. Being in the food industry myself I was very intrigued by the design and loved that concept. All the staff feels very young and professional. From the moment we sat at the bar for our drink everything was amazing. Our waiter Andrew did a phenomenal job with our service from start to finish would ask for him as our waiter next time. If I could say one thing about ambiance was that I felt the managers were hovering around the rooms a bit more then I would like to see them especially when they were the ones passing by our table asking how we liked everything. Will definitely be back! Great experience

I'm giving 4 stars because my filet mignon was not cooked as requested, overcooked. Also the pasta was a bit too thick and/or undercooked. At this price point, you expect more attention to detail. Aside from that, the food was absolutely amazing. Waitress and staff were amazing. Beautiful location and ambiance. Would recommend!

Review based on 1 visit -waiter was phenomenal -presentation artistic -ambience incredible -bench seating was insanely comfortable. Makes you think why no one else does it like them. The octopus was a little slimey for me and the empanada tasted like a spicey ropa vieja, couldn’t even tell it was oxtail. We also got the pork chop and oxtail pasta dish. The pork chop was underwhelming and the beans it came with were slightly under cooked, and the flavor profile just didn’t work. The pasta was just…. not great either, why was it citrusy? Crème brûlée was good, probably the best part of the meal. Waiter was really nice and it’s beautiful in there, music was great too.

Walking in - you get a sense of a normal restaurant but thats where it ends - the back room is the best part of this restaurant. with the flowers on the walls - very nice - Service wasnt the best - we were a table of about 20 people with one waiter - took forever to get drinks - the drinks were okay - by the time we got them.. the food was ehh ... the apps were the best part of the meal - even tho it was very small portions. the steak was gray... they need to invest in a grill or broiler or teach the chef how to hard sear a steak in a SS pan with some butter.

This is going to be the craziest review ever. I’ll start with a simple don’t waste your time. I will move on to say Andrew was an amazing server with great knowledge of the menu and was very pleasant and informative. We also had the chance to meet Peter the manager and he was also very personable and helpful. Unfortunately I don’t know why but we also had the displeasure to meet the “chef”. So our dinner experience was going well, amazing service, amazing drinks, I will even say some really good appetizers. The hiccup comes in when we receive our main course. I ordered a Medium Rare Ribeye which is supposed to be featured item on their menu. This is a 16oz 30 day wet aged Ribeye to die for. The price point of $75 isn’t to crazy but definitely would hold high expectations for this dish. Upon arrival to the table I noticed the side of my steak had already been cut into. What seemed to be a temperature check by the cook. My steak was served swimming in a brown sauce that over powered any aging process that had been previously attained. Once I cut into my steak I noticed it to be overcooked. At this point I asked my great sever if that was their standards for a MR as I know that can vary depending on the establishment. Andrew agreed at the moment that the steak definitely looked overcooked but that the lighting could be the issue. At this moment Peter (the manager) got involved and offer to take the steak back to fix it. To my surprise a few moments later Peter and the chef sporting a cool red “not today satin” cap approached the table. At this moment the chef tells me that the steak was cooked to perfection. I obviously disagreed and voiced my displeasure with the steak and even pointed out the poor cooking technique used as the steak was only cooked on one side. To which he responded “it’s no way I can cook that steak to MR if I cook both sides.” I was left in shock and for a loss of words at the moment, so I just said thank you chef have a good night. I have no clue why they thought letting this guy do a table visit was a good idea. He was set so high on his ego that he could not see the poor cooking skills. This place would have gotten a 5 star review had it not been for the want to be Gordon Ramsay of Ft Lauderdale. Crazy part all the other food was great! But this dude messed it all up by thinking he had the people skills to come and deal with guest. Big disappointment. We will not be back.
