Super disappointed they discontinued my favorite sauce, Spicy Garlic. That's been my reason to go to Hooters over the other wing joints for close to 20 years. The wings are good, but I'll probably opt for another wing place now. Service is usually good and fast. Nothing to hate about the place, but they lost the #1 draw for me.

Our favorite order of the past 20 years has been changed to junk. It was good while it lasted. The Buffalo shrimp were the bomb, now it is near naked shrimp because the new way they batter doesn't let any flour stick to them, then they're covered in the new super thin butter based buffalo sauce which doesn't stick to the shrimp. So we end up with poorly battered shrimp w no crunch smothered in greasy thin sauce that ends up on the bottom of the plate. Night and day difference to the bad side. Won't be ordering them any longer and really no need to go to hooters now.

Normally I wouldn't pay attention to the music so much, but what they have playing is so loud and awful that I got the app for their digital jukebox thing. When you search songs, they have many songs blocked so you can't play them. I guess like parental controls or something. It's so annoying I may not go back. The waitresses, service, and food are great.

Trinity was the saving grace of our experience. The kitchen was beyond slow. Wings came out after our burgers were already eaten. Plus we waited along time on just getting the burgers. The place has gone down hill over the years. And a friend told us to go to twin peaks just before going in. But we wanted the cheese and pretzel bites. Absolute terrible service. I came into this location to get my birthday wings that I had ordered for pick up and I stood at the pick up desk for a good five minutes just waiting not even upset or anything and I’m turning to look at the TV and then literally, a few minutes after I turned my head some black skinny girl with long gold braids comes up and she’s screaming hello hello Behind me not excuse me, ma’am did you need something? Nothing screaming hello like I want her kids or something ! Very rude terrible service ! I turned Surprised and confused around and look at her and I’m looking at her like what is your problem and she’s like what did you need? I was like it’s a pick up order and then I give her the name she’s like oh here you go and , and then she was all rude and just kind of like threw the bag at me in the walk right past me for me not to say anything after I’m sitting up there waiting and you’re being rude as if I’m not in the right area you don’t need to scream at me and I’m standing right next to you. Terrible service don’t ever come to this location!!

To remain in business, Hooters needs to revamp their staffing strategy by hiring experienced waiters rather than solely relying on young, inexperienced servers. I've visited multiple locations, including Cedar Hill, Grand Prairie, and Benbrook in Texas, and the service has been consistently subpar. Upon being seated, it takes at least 20 minutes for a server to arrive, during which time they often socialize with single men, or they just walk from one way to another passing by your table and ignoring it like is not her table. When they finally attend to your table, they apologize for the delay, claiming your server is "backed up," but she will be taking your drinks (don’t get fooled, they say it so you can be happy she is helping you, it's clear they're your assigned server because she will be the one taking your order and bringing you check). I've witnessed this same scenario play out in different locations, with servers often gathered near the host stand, chatting instead of attending the customers.

My family and I were sitting for 20 min and never got service. I flagged down 2 waitress and they would say yes one second & never come back to the table. Not one person tried to stop us as we were leaving to ask if everything was ok. 1st time to this location & will be my last time.

Run, do not walk out of there. The service is horrible unless you're one of the five to ten normal drunks that frequent that place daily. The authoritarian bartenders are trashy and you better double check your tab before you leave. Don't expect any help from the GM because she appears to back that sort of service. In 2025 there's simply too many other establishments where they value customer service and great you like they care. Stay away from Grace if you don't want to get over charged. Pathetic! If you want to have a pleasant evening, that place ain't it. The food and service socks too. Pluckers or Twin Peaks actually want your business. Don't listen to me, go find out for yourself.

This used to be a good location and the waitresses were always very nice to my wife and she knows the menu well from having worked there. Last couple of times they've been dead on a Saturday Night and the waitress just can't seem to be bothered to keep my tea filled or check on the table. Food is still decent, but that's about it.

So we got seated and waited 15 minutes before a server acknowledged us. Meanwhile servers are walking past us acting like they don’t see us. Finally a server came by and asked us if we have been helped. We say no, she says how long you been waiting, we say about 15 minutes. She claims this isn’t her section but I’ll help us. She takes our order. We get our food, some food was missing. We order wings to share, no plates given to us, no silverware. She never mentions plates and we end up ending wings on our napkins. Meanwhile another waitress in the background is fighting with her lesbian girlfriend. That was probably the highlight of the night. Won’t come back again.
