This place is wayyy cool! The ACIA bowl with Nutella is sooo good! These girls r super friendly! Highly recommend!

Excellent spot for a great smoothie and snack. My wife wanted me to try their Chia Oatmeal Bowl... I'm glad she did because it was amazing! Super fresh ingredients that combined for a grade A snack. We also got smoothies since we were there. Mine didn't make it out of the car because I couldn't stop sipping. I'll be back for more!

No greeting when entered.. No acknowledgment from anyone upfront only the lady whom came from the back and took my order she was polite..Small tops for kids cups they leak over the side and on the child and keep sliding off

I used to eat Tropical Smoothie all the time in Virginia but have moved around a lot to places that don't have them. This is the first time I've had them in a few years and ordered my usual jerk chicken wrap and beach bum with white chocolate. The smoothie had too much ice and not enough fruit...it tasted very watered down so flavor was lacking. And the banana had the top ripped off so the actual fruit waas exposed. My order was door dashed without the bag being sealed in any way, so banana was exposed to open air for however long in someone's car. They should've immediately used that for a smoothie instead of giving it to someone as a side. Pretty bummed. The wrap was good though.

The girl told me the smoothie was only free with purchase, but I couldn't buy a cookie and get my free smoothie. She didn't mention ordering in the app. I sat down. I ordered in the app. When the order was completed, it was put in a cubbie, not handed 2 me. Y not hand it 2 me? I was sitting right there. What did those 2 think I was there 4?! I did enjoy the dragon fruit smoothie, at least.

Walked in and greeted the employees, staff rolled their eyes, no reply back. When taking our order, we tried to make small talk while doing transaction- staff seemed irritated, no friendliness was shown. When leaving, we tried to stay polite and said “y’all have a good night,” their reply “yeah”.

I had a dental surgery and wanted a smoothie the day after thinking that might help. I went in an ordered the PB protein bowl wanting something filling since eating has been difficult. I didnt realize it had granola and tried eating it anyway. I had taken about three bites and realized it was too difficult so I went to request a different food item that costed less. The manager on shift told me "not to be rude but you knew your teeth hurt after the surgery and you should have looked closer to see there was granola. Its against policy to take any food back after its been opened or eaten" so I had to throw away my $9 bowl and find somewhere else to eat. I work in food service currently and the way she responded was just uncalled for and disrespectful. They make good food but the employees could be more attentive and respectful.

The regular side that comes with the Flatbread is $1.49, thus the upcharge should be $.30. I tried to explain that to the girl, but we kept going in circles that she had to charge me more for a different side, she didn't seem to understand what "al a carte" means.....

The bowl was 2 days old and had molded strawberries. Did not taste good at all!!! The pineapples even tasted like it was sitting out and not fresh. Will not go back to this location.

The regular side that comes with the Flatbread is $1.49, thus the upcharge should be $.30. I tried to explain that to the girl, but we kept going in circles that she had to charge me more for a different side, she didn't seem to understand what "al a carte" means.....

So we told them we had one more drink they said they only charged for two drinks but why do two drinks cost 25$ so we had to pay for the other one (our fault for saying no to the receipt) but I know they could see it on their screen . On top of that the workers seem like they did not want to be there. We tired to give this location a chance but we not be coming back to this one. Make sure you say yes you want to receipt so you won’t get over charged.

I don't think I could get a worse expensive smoothie anywhere. You want to know what was bad. Two giant scoops of ice diluted the fruit till the smoothie had almost no taste. 7 dollars for mostly water... disappointing is the nicest thing I can say.

Husband ordered a smoothie and was freshly blended when we ordered it! I ordered a smoothie bowl and it was prepped prior and frozen and then topped with the toppings once ordered! Never in life have a received a smoothie bowl thats frozen?! Like how lazy is that? And to wait like your actually making something fresh is insane ?! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK! **JAMBA JUICE RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD WOULD NEVERRRR!!!

Never in life have a received a smoothie bowl thats frozen?! Like how lazy is that? And to wait like your actually making something fresh is insane ?! Really bad service on orders, this was morning time, plus management service ver poor on comunication he tray to explain how orders are taking but he have an accent that I couldn't understand. My advice is please don't go to this place.

I always come to this location when I’m in a rush but i regret it every time,…the smoothies are always watery and bland and the wraps are just never made right. They need some training over here!
