Absolutely fantastic experience! The Chicken Dum Biryani was bursting with flavor - tender chicken, aromatic rice, and perfect spices. But the star for me was the Mutton Ghee Roast - rich, buttery, spicy, and incredibly well-cooked. Srinivas was very friendly and suggested me the best dish the whole vibe of the place made the meal even better. One of the best Indian meals I’ve had in the area. Will definitely come back!

I had a wonderful experience dining at Hyderabad dum biryani. The food was absolutely delicious — full of authentic Indian flavours and beautifully presented. But what really stood out was the hospitality. A special mention to SRINIVAS !! , who made our visit truly memorable. He was attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to see such genuine care and professionalism

Ordered the chicken curry with biryani and it was really good. Garlic naan was full of flavor. Also got their lamb special (picture below) and it was okay. Sadly it took 30 mins to come out. I prefer the chicken curry instead as the lamb meat wasn’t as tender. Unfortunately I got a chicken dum biryani and it was 95% rice. Hardly any chicken and it was disappointing.

I went to this restaurant with zero expectations after seeing some negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the fry piece chicken biryani (medium spice—I don’t usually eat spicy, but you can adjust it to your preference), and I absolutely loved it. For the first time in the U.S., I felt like I was eating an authentic Hyderabadi wali dum biryani. Also tried veg paneer and Gongura paneer, they were both good too! The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the chicken was perfectly cooked. Definitely a must-try for biryani lovers!

Apollo Fish was very tasty. Chicken 65 Biryani and Mandi biryani were also good. Haleem could have been better. Naveen took our order and served us. He was thorough with the menu and dishes, polite and respectful.

Happen to randomly find this gem! Being a Hyderabadi, I was super skeptical of how close the food would taste to authentic Hyderabadi flavors. In the end, this place has not disappointed. We got Lemon soda, Apollo fish and Ghee roast mutton biryani. All 3 orders were amazingly delicious. If you happen to be in the area and crave for Hyderabadi Biryani, this is the place to be! Highly recommended 🙂 Restrooms were clean and overall ambiance was average at best. Update 1: We later had Goat Dum Biryani and Chilli Chicken. Both were pretty average. For some reason, the rice was not cooked thoroughly and the chilli chicken had no spice at all. Totally disappointed for a repeat customer! Update 2: It appears their Ghee Roast Mutton Biryani is the biryani to eat at this place! Amazing taste consistent with our first try. Also, ordered the Goat Haleem which was very average at best.

We were the first customers and we noticed most customers do take out. Service is quick. We ordered mutton and chicken biryanis and samosas and did not wait too long for our orders to come. Portions are sufficient. Biryani is just ok. Samosas are good.

I ordered Mutton Dum Biryani (spicy) from Hyd Dum Biryani in Fremont, and the experience was very disappointing. The biryani had no flavor at all—it was basically oily rice with very little taste, nothing close to what you would expect from a proper dum biryani. The spice level was also completely off. I have attached images as well to show the condition of the food. What made it worse was the customer service. When I called the restaurant to inform them about the issue, the response was very rude and dismissive. They didn’t seem interested in addressing the concern or helping in any way. Overall, poor food quality and even worse customer service. Definitely not recommended.

I came to this restaurant thinking it would be great due to the big number of reviews it has which are positive. Sadly, the food was very low quality, and the naan was probably the worst I ever had. I asked him to please make a new one. He did made new one. He was rude about it. However if I am paying for my food the very least I want for it to be fresh not left over or reheated items. I don’t think I will be coming back here again.

I will give you my honest opinion, this place was far off from my expectations. Starting from the rice quality, aroma, the chicken, serving and overall experience, nothing fits well. Also, please note that they charge 10% extra for dining in (tips are on top), extra charges for raita, salan, etc. which is still acceptable if communicated ahead, but I would really expect them to step up on hygine - biryani with hair sticking to the rice is can upset many. I had to throw away the rest.

Mutton Dum Biryani was a total disappointment — dry rice, undercooked, and completely bland even after paying extra for “extra masala.” The mutton was tough, dry, and even had burnt pieces. Absolutely not worth the money. Chicken Roast Pulav is no better — just plain tasteless rice with dry chicken thrown on top. Don’t waste your money on it.

Worst biriyani ever and the quality of food was very bad and salty and they charge you 2$ for dine in charges and loot money from you. I won’t recommend going here for anyone who wants to have a decent meal.

I went to this restaurant yesterday and was very disappointed. The Haleem was spoiled and burnt, and it seemed like it was old. In the chicken Mandi chicken was not cooked properly and had a feather on the chicken and a small stone in the mandi rice. I had liked their food a month ago, but now I don't think I'll go back. However, our server, Naveen, was very kind and helpful, which was a positive note in an otherwise unpleasant experience. I am not sure what’s going wrong but this is very bad experience, I usually do not give reviews but for this experience I had to!!!!
