Ohana Hawaiian Barbecue

Katsu Chicken. I don't know what it is about this place, but theirs is the best, Ive ever had. Every time it's fried to perfection. Not the most inviting place in the world; decour is dated, seating isn't the best, but the Katsu Chicken more than makes up for it. My guilty pleasure

Most reasonably priced food around here

Placed a phone order, and asked if it's possible to be picked up at a specific time/made at a specific time and was told that is completely fine. However, I stated that if they were busy or didn't have time to do specific time/pickups, it was not an issue to drive down at that moment to pickup the order. Yet I was reassured that it was not an issue at all and was told "that's what we are here for". Customer service was excellent and hats off to the chefs, because the food was delicious as always.

Pretty good food at a decent price, a little cheaper than the other Hawaiian BBQ at PAC. Service can be pretty slow at times and it seems like they have less options than they used to.

My order was a plate of ribs, but the meat is just chewing and never untie, it stays like gum.

Out of all the Hawaiian barbecue restaurants I prefer this one the most. The food is always fresh and they get your order right. If you are looking for a new Hawaiian BBQ restaurant to try you should give this one a chance!

Food is good. Service is quick. Friendly staff that runs this place. Clean and no stress place to eat, conveniently located at Pacific Common with lots of parking. Even the smallest portion is more than adequate to fill your hungry belly. Go visit sometime.

Ubereats : Seafood plate The fried fish was very well seasoned.i would order that alone next time. Fried shrimp was not good. BBQ beef was ok .. just basic flavor. BBQ chicken bowl: chicken tasted dry .. it’s really hard to overlook chicken thighs so not sure what’s going on there. Portion size fair. Pricing fair.

Good portion size, but the meat is chewy and slightly bland. The veggies side were bland and slightly sour, which made me concerned it was spoiled. When reported to the staff to check the veggies for freshness, the woman became defensive and said that they cook it differently and will taste different. Recommend eating somewhere else.

It's always a red flag when a restaurants doesn't let their customers use the restroom. They said the restroom was out of service but in reality they jusy don't want customers to use it. I ordered a chicken ramen. It was flavorless and greasy. Also, the floors and walls were absolutely filthy. I will pay good money to never eat here again.

Cockroaches at this location, yuck! Ordered in and once I seen the bugs crawling on the floor that ended my stay real quick. Never again, place is dirty. Walls and floors disgusting. Customer service was wack. Never again.
