I just ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash. Although it was their closing time but still waited for the doordasher to pick up the order past the closing time. Harpreet was Amazing. I really appreciate his efforts. I would definitely recommend to visit this place. Thank you guys.
I’m not one to take pictures of food, but was pleasantly surprised. From the authentic taste of each dish to the fresh ingredients used, it was all very delicious. Will definitely go back.
Very authentic indian dosa . Owner is also very nice caring. I tired masala dosa and pulugulu . Both were good .
This place has more variety on there menu, lentil deep fried balls or dosa. Usually we make one hour trip just to go to this place. Is never disappointed. We always love the food and service.
I’m new to Fresno, and I’ve been to this spot now 3 times already I believe, and every time it’s spot on. They got one of the best Indian lunch buffets in town, good selection of appetizers, entrées, drinks, rice, condiments/veggies, dessert, and it comes with naan! It’s also the only restaurant in the Fresno area that has dosa and other South Indian delights! Also the service is really friendly and the interior is nice and clean. This is my go to for whenever I’m craving dosa or buffet. I recommend their masala dosa or their special Brahma bull dosa
First time going in over the weekend and I was very impressed. Food was delicious and the staff was attentive. There is also the nice atmosphere and prime location.

We stopped by Brahma Indian Cuisine for dinner on a late Sunday evening and were warmly greeted by the owner, who was very welcoming. Despite the restaurant being full, the service was fast and the food was excellent. The lamb curry was the best we’ve had anywhere—the chef even personalized it to our taste and served it as his special signature dish called Rajwala. It was truly outstanding! Highly recommend visiting with family and friends for authentic food and a wonderful dining experience.
I tried different dishes and I can’t wait to come back! Everything is so delicious. Good atmosphere, nice staff.
We loved it. We ordered masoor masala dosa and onion dosa with sambar. Amazingly delicious!!
The food was SO delicious and not greasy at all. They have the best vada I’ve ever had, so flavorful and crispy. I’m not sure why they have a decent amount of negative reviews but this is my new fave Indian food place, I loved everything I ordered (that being vada, a few different types of dosas, chicken 65, chole bhature, and mango lassi). The staff seemed friendly too! Nothing we ordered had artificial coloring either like most places
We have been to Brahma for quite some time now and every time, food and service have been very good. We get Masala Dosa every time and always good. Sambar tastes good and all their chutneys are tasty. They recently added Lamb samosas - sooo good. I just wish it is made with regular samosa dough instead of roti wrap >_<. We always end our meal with their yummy Mango Lassi- best in town! Highly recommended Brahma if anyone wants to try South Indian food for the first time.

Excellent service with Harpreet. Food was amazing!! Best dosa in town. We drove from San Fran.

Good food and good service with smiling staff . They didn’t serve any chutneys with idli sambhar but provided when asked. They should be serving chutneys with the combo at first place as Idli always comes with chutneys. I went after long time and was expecting little change in the ambiance after the new management but it was all the same . It will be nice to see them updating little bit . Good luck to them .

Ordered masala dosa - delicious, flavorful, crispy The dosa - crispy, perfectly cooked and browned The potatoes - flavorful with the perfect amount of spice The sambar and chutneys - sambar has a great deep flavor and several vegetables. The coconut chutney is a perfect combo with the dosa, the orange chutney is great for dipping dosa or combining with everything in a composed bite. Overall - great dosas!

We were 2 families that went to the restaurant. We ordered the Mysore masala dosa (which was bad), paper dosa (which was ok) and idli (tasted weird and definitely was made hours ago, probably not fermented enough??) The other family ordered idli, dal makhani and rice.. I tasted the dal and 1 spoon had at least 4 slices of garlic Odd part -- The sambhar is considered as a "combo" with idli or vada They served the 2 orders of idli (1 order from each family) in 1 plate When the host/server came to check on our table, he asked only how the dal makhani was, didn't care about the idli and dosa

Food was okay, but its soo unfortunate how they try to surcharge you for every possible thing. We got 2 dosa and got only one chutney and they charged us extra for another, just for something like a dipping sauce that too at a restaurant. It doesn’t make any big difference in your bill but doesn’t give customer a good and welcoming experience. I would rather give 20% tip to the place where they keep transparency. Been there several times but this happened only last two times, maybe under new ownership.
Had Dosa last time was awesome, ordered butter chicken tikka masala this time, it was raw chicken n cold put in gravy n served. Would not recommend eating butter chicken masala at the restaurant.
We visited the restaurant about 30 minutes before closing, after calling ahead to confirm our arrival and the items we wanted to order. The staff were accommodating and assured us they could prepare the dishes. We ordered a mix of dosas and idly. The rava dosa was flavorful and enjoyable, and the punugulu they provided later was also good. However, the experience with other items was disappointing. Both the mysore masala dosa and lamb dosa had batter so overly fermented that they tasted sour and spoiled, which was very unpleasant. The idly was also stale and tasted rubbery. When we raised the concern about the mysore masala dosa, the staff replaced it with punugulu, which we appreciated. It’s concerning when basic staples like dosa and idly—items that define a South Indian restaurant—are served in such poor condition. Overall, while the service was polite and the rava dosa and punugulu were tasty, the quality and freshness of the dosa batter and idly need serious improvement.

I was ordering because there isn’t to many options in this area and I just wanted to order online the guy hung up didn’t ask if there was anything else we may have needed I called back and he said I thought you were done they need to improve their customer service skills because this was never my experience in the past.
They people are making fool they dnt know what is the Receipe of payasam and sambhar they are making fool of people Payasam is a South Indian dessert made with jaggery and coconut and they people serve you sabudana kheer, and sambhar is made with various mixture of vegetables and a special kind of lentil but they make fool and serve it as a soup of carrot and onion Won’t recommend this place especially if you are American and dnt have knowledge about how delicious South Indian food is
This place had been such an amazing place for our family for any occasion to go get some quality south Indian food specially dosa, it's what we always go there for. It pains me to write this review but the quality has worsen since the new owners have taken place. We we're really close to the previous owners of the restaurant and we had been there costumers since late 2000s, sadly they sold the business last year and we all had been seeing some changes in there quality of food and sadly it's not very good, some of the items are ok but the final nail in the coffin was when me and my family visited last month and there was no such thing as south indian taste to any of there food items. you see there was a reason why we loved going there for more then a decade its because it was unique from any other indian restaurants that me and my family loved going to because they offered something different, but this has became one of your "usual" indian restaurants with "same food" items served in any indian restaurant you would go to anywhere. Fresno is open for opportunities for south Indian food

I tried their onion masala dosa and it came with sambar and chutneys they charged us more than the price was listed on the menu online. The subtotal was $5 extra and they did not even include the receipt with the food! Overall very bad experience food was not seasoned well and tasted like nothing. Never going there again! Not recommended at all!!!
