We love a revolving sushi bar. It was our first time to this location and 10/10 recommend. We went at a not so popular time in the afternoon but there was still an amazing selection of sushi from the belt. We ordered extras that were delivered quickly and the servers were all so kind and wonderful!

We Love the place cuz the gimmicks, rewards, trinkets, and collectibles make the relatively expensive food more fun and more worth it for the family and friends. Great for all ages. Never been to Kura Sushi before, just went for the Hololive collab. I was very surprised at the sushi selection and quality! Didn't expect any otoro or other fatty cuts of fish. The conveyer belt system was enhanced by the gacha aspect, which was pretty fun. I also was amused by the robot cat server. The human staff were really nice too! Definitely want to come back!

I had been looking forward to coming here to experience the conveyor belt sushi, and it did not disappoint. The hostess kindly explained the process because the tutorial video was not working. The process is very easy to figure out, though. I ended up having 14 dishes, and all of them were enjoyable! The only negative is that if you are looking for a specific, popular dish, you may have to wait quite a while for it to reappear on the belt. Highly recommend, and I will try it again with company.

Only big negative was the strong bleach smell in the restaurant! Otherwise had a really fun time. The revolving sushi is cool and fun to order whatever you want, then watch it zip down to your table on the conveyer belt. The robots are funny too. Friendly service from staff. A little expensive, but would recommend for a special occasion if you don’t feel like doing something fancy.

I'm torn because the staff here is fantastic but the kitchen has been inconsistent. The staff working the front desk have been exceptional and SO nice, as have the servers. They're always so accommodating and attentive and I couldn't speak more highly of them. My husband and I are closing in on 2000 lifetime plates across our accounts and the staff here are better than any location we've gone to. Unfortunately, the prices have been going up while the quality has been wildly inconsistent. We've had mushy rice a few times. Not just a little soft, but almost congee-ish. The fish portions have also been all over the place. Sometimes they're really generous and other times you get a halved sliver (literally cutting a piece of sashimi in half if it looks a bit oversized for one piece). The vegetable tempura we got last time was swimming in oil with all the batter having fallen off. The quality control definitely seems like it's slipped since opening. When we went today, we finished with a piece of Bluefin Toro. These are usually hit and miss - sometimes they're super marbled, sometimes they're not. This time, we got a piece that looked downright gross. It was sinewey and full of oxidized bloodline. This is usually because the tuna wasn't trimmed properly and might have been sitting for a bit. It didn't look appetizing at all and we asked if we could have it switched. The server was INCREDIBLY nice and accommodating. He went to the back and returned (without the dish) to let us know that the kitchen said the tuna "was like that", but they could swap it out of we wanted. We said sure. The kitchen then proceeded to send back out the EXACT same piece. We didn't want to bother the wait staff agajn so we just dropped it. As expected, the piece tasted bad (weirdly metallic). Honestly, we'll keep going back because the wait staff is so nice, but this kind of stuff leaves a bad taste in our mouthes - literally this time.

Overall the food was really good. The shrimp sushi was especially fresh and delicious — definitely my favorite. The wagyu sushi, however, was a bit tough, which was a little disappointing. Still, the place was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff were friendly. I’d like to come back again.

This was our second time at a Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, and our first time bringing our two young kids. The robots that bring drinks are fun, and the kids really enjoyed pulling plates off the conveyor. That said, I was disappointed with how many empty plates were left on the belt. It was easier just to order from the touch screen to actually get what I wanted. Prices also felt higher than before. We spent over $100 for a family of four (and our kids only had chicken and fries) and still left a bit hungry. Overall, it is a fun experience, especially for kids, but the sushi itself can be found better elsewhere.

It was a fun place for sushi lunch and very busy restaurant when I was there. Overall sushi quality was okay and enjoyed my lunch there! One time visit was enough for me and service wasn't friendly at all, but I understood!

As a party of 2, we were seated about 10 minutes after our reservation. Service was slow due to there being a full restaurant, which can be improved on. It can take 15-20 minutes for an order to arrive, even if it was small. The conveyer belt was essentially useless since it travels in one direction, so if you sit near the second half of the conveyer belt, almost all dishes have been taken by customers ahead of you, which subtracts from the dining experience. One mistake happened where we ordered the snow crab hand roll but received the snow crab regular roll instead. My favorite dish was the tonkotsu ramen, although the ramen came in small portions. I wouldn’t recommend the American wagyu if you don’t enjoy rare beef, because it was cooked very rare. Overall, the portions seemed smaller compared to the DC location, so I would prefer to go there instead.

I visited around 5:30pm, and most of the conveyor belt sushi options were already empty. For nigiri, I had to place an order directly, and special menu items couldn’t be ordered at all — you just had to wait for them to come out on the belt. Unfortunately, because of my seat location, I never had the chance to try or even see them. Another inconvenience was that wasabi wasn’t provided per person. Instead, it was only delivered by robot if you ordered iced water, which forced me to place an unnecessary drink order. Also, the soy sauce was also empty.......nothing was prepared. On a positive note, the scallop nigiri was truly delicious.

The fish felt like it was freshly thawed instead of fresh. So many of our rolls with over salted and barely had filling. Also I think the oil may have been old bc anything fried had a bitter/stale taste to it. I've been to other kura locations but very disappointed in this one.

Quality was amazingly poor. It’s a quality you get from walmart which means unsafe. Also be aware you will get full just waiting for the proper ones to come out. We have been to other Kura but this one is just… pure sad. Also Their restock speed is -10. Will never be back.
