Reagan made me the BEST Italian I have ever had here. It was perfect! You could taste all the meats, plenty of mayo (❤️) and timely. I’ve been here many times before but this was the best.

Food is always great, place is clean and service is always impeccable. You can never go wrong with firehouse subs!

Had the Steak & Cheese and New York Steamer sandwiches. Both were delicious. However, the sandwiches we got were not like the photos. The ones we got were relatively small. This is always the case with the chain photos vs. what you actually get. The staff was friendly, and the food was ready quite quickly.

I have been going to this specific location since they opened. I always receive excellent service. They have never made mistakes on with my order. I applaud the leadership team and the employees working there. Please go visit and enjoy the experience for yourself.

It always smell bad in there. They constantly mess up the simplest of orders. The associates are nice, space is clean (just smells) and the sandwiches are good.

Sandwiches are normally fantastic. Reason for three stars is this location always forgets to include a pickle spear when you have one on your order. This time they really messed up my Steak & Cheese. No cheese and no onions and less meat than normal. Will need to start again checking what is in the bag when I pickup an order that I use the app to place. The other sandwich on the order was fine. The receipt stapled to the bag shows no modifications to the sandwich and lists pickle spears for both sandwiches. Used points to pay for one sandwich which is the one that was correct. Did not eat in, but every time we go to this location it is clean.

Not to mention I saw the delivery van they use to deliver orders and catering. It was GROSS!!! And the owner was in it!! They had filled boxes with a huge order just spread out throughout the dining area taking up most tables. No concern. But the kicker is how disgusting the inside of the delivery van was!! I took a video of it and am sharing it! I will never return there or to any other firehouse subs. I will be calling whoever I can to complain

Customer service is horrible!!!!!! One of the cashier was not very respectful, very mean! they messed up our order, no cheese in the sandwich, about 30 min waiting! Very expensive to eat bread! This is the last time I will eat in this place!!!
