Quick in and out! Very helpful staff, $5 Fridays on 32oz and scan the app to earn rewards! I feel so much better when I get the nutrients my body needs without a bunch of empty calories! The best part is that it tastes delicious!!
Recieved excellent service at this location! It was clean and well stocked and staff were extremely kind and friendly. The cashier even reminded me about the app and I always forget. And of course my order was perfect! I look forward to returning to this store!

Every time I come here I feel there employees are young and often confused. They also never seem to be able to do rewards from the Smoothie King app. This is my closest location, but I often find myself driving to the Murphy location just for better service and consistency with the rewards program.
Horrible customer service. I walked in there this morning with both the man and women was having a conversation in their language. At no point did they acknowledge me they continue to have their conversation I finally said good morning then the mail answer and the woman look like she had an attitude from hell. I will never go back to that location ever again in Garland off of 190 and north Garland Rd.
Giving the Naaman location 2 stars instead of my 0 stars for the SK around here. These guys are a bit more consistent the other locations in the area; but still not great. Been a while since I've been here, won't return, given it quite a few tries and complete waste of my money. SK is NOT cheap either, we spend more there than we do on dinner. For all the terrible SK I've had in this town, I really should have called and gotten my money back! I'd have HUNDREDS of dollars in my pocket. COMPLETE waste! BTW Smoothies are NOT a health food drink. They're sugar, NOT healthier than candy, don't fool yourselves people! We now have to drive an excessively far distance to get our fun dose of sugar!
Drink spilled on the counter while they were making it. Rather than offering to remake the drink in a new cup even after I expressed my reservations (especially in the midst of the COVID pandemic), they sent me off with a possibly contaminated drink which was underfilled given the waste. Threw the drink away after I left so as to not be disrespectful in front of them. Not pleased.
Spend 13.00 on my smoothie just now, and it doesn't taste right at all. I get 2 smoothies a day from different locations for breakfast and dinner, and I understand they will never taste the same, but this one is horrible. I added extra Turbinado, and this thing tastes like it has none and no bananas very bitter, I will not be going back to this location. 😒 I did end up calling the location because I was so disappointed and I was very polite because I understood mistakes happened, the lady that answered transferred me another lady and she helped me. I will go back and give them another chance to make it correct if I am back in the area. The lady who helped me was very nice.

I want to please ask this store to PLEASE LOOK AT THE ORDER AND READ THE ENTIRE THING INCLUDING THE REQUESTS. MULTIPLE TIMES IVE HAD TO HAVE MY SMOOTHIE REMAID. I’m severely allergic to peanuts so i take all precautions needed. 2-3 different times (had issues at other locations as well so it’s definitely a smoothie king problem and not just a location problem) i’ve ordered and when i asked if this was made in the allergy bowl i get confused looks from employees that did not bother to look at the order. They can end up putting me or someone else in the hospital or even cause DEATH. PLEASE prioritize training your employees to read the orders and make sure there aren’t any allergies there, OR MAYBE MAKE IT MORE OBVIOUS THAT THERE IS AN ALLERGY. I’m really upset and just very annoyed that this keeps happening because it is a very dangerous situation.

I visit this location at least three times a week. I never ask for my receipt cause the owner is usually nice and I get all my accounts and spending on my mobile banking app. Well last week Friday I go for the 32oz special he double charged me and when I asked him why he said sorry but then asked for my card again to swip it and charge me again for another one while the one he charged me for was pending. So maybe this whole time he have been over charging me. One thing I do know that he still haven't gave money back for over charging me. I won't never go to this location again
I had been craving a smoothie after a day of shopping, only to come to this location and be disturbed by what I saw. First and foremost, I walked in and was not greeted by the two young men who walked out from the back room. As I began reading the menu to decide what I wanted, I just so happen to glance over to the young man in position to make my drink...there was so much white particles, which could be dandruff or possibly lice, in his hair. I couldn’t decipher between the two. Immediately, I was disgusted and no longer wanted a smoothie. I highly advise management to have employees with long hair to wear hats or hair nets/coverings to prevent hair or particles from getting into customers’ drinks.
Jesus! Worst experience I've had in a while. There's no way to tell who's in line. There's no order sign. The manager, instead of telling me he had other people to wait on, just stared/glared at me. The other people there appearently had been standing for... probably ten mins. Bad. Terrible. I'm probably never going here again
Ordered a smoothie online and chose the curbside option, because we are in the middle of a pandemic. I was told when I arrived that I had to come in to pick it up, because they don't offer curbside. Upon entering the store, there were 2 employees not busy and standing around joking, which made me question why they couldn't take 10 seconds to walk my smoothie out to my car. I'll stick with my normal location in Richardson, from now on.
This is the worst smoothie king ever!! The employees are nice but the manager is just soo rude! I highly recommend not going to I’ll be sticking to the one in Richardson!! I wish I can give 0 stars.
Never again!! I ordered online and never got my smoothie when I called about it the manager was beyond rude and hung up in my face over 3 times and when I showed up at the store for my money back he stood there yelling at me causing me to yell back but I left with no smoothie or my money back. I will be contacting corporate and never spending money with this store ever again.

Went in the store this morning for two smoothies employee in there must have filled 10 online orders before looking over or speaking to me. I was the only one in the store. Finally ordered and she fills a few more orders before mine then hands me the one smoothie when I clearly asked for 2 if the same order. Waited 20 minutes and didn’t leave with what I came for. Completely wasted my time. This store will not see me again. Last time I was here I ordered a 20 ounce they made a larger drink and told me I was paying for the 20 ounce when I checked the receipt it showed they charged me 1$ more for the larger drink. If I could give half a star or 0 I would. 1. Take care of the guest e front if you ready to pay. 2. Take the time to listen instead of trying to do five things at once. 3. I know what I ordered and how I ordered it. Don’t tell me I didn’t say two of the same when I said it twice!
I ordered a watermelon strawberry 🍓 smoothie . He asked if I wanted pineapple added . I said sure some is fine . The whole smoothie was horrible and watery and tasted only like pineapple. No other flavor . Not enough fruit . The one in Rockwall was way better. Also the guy asked for my name for the order and then dosnt call out by name . There was a really rude customer that didn’t know how to keep his eyes to himself and kept giggling at us with the worker. Disgusting smoothie and behaviors . Never going there again!! We walked in and the place literally smelled so horribly like feet, mildew and just overall disgusting. It was very off putting. I ordered the guava strawberry lemonade and it was okay… but honestly the smell of the place was so disgusting I couldn’t enjoy the drink just thinking about.
Once is a coincidence, twice is a proof. Ive has enough good smoothie king experience to know this specific outlet puts too much ice in their drinks. Steal all you want, but know that all of your customers likely work very hard and this kinda service simply spoils their day. Another smoothie king is about 3 miles away. Strongly recommend to skip this outlet.
Customer service is poor and product is sub-standard compared to surrounding stores. I received a smoothie this week that was not blended thoroughly. I was chewing pieces of peanut butter. Disgusting! On another occasion an employee was smoking an e-cigarette in front of the building and attempted to come inside and make my smoothie. I asked if he was going to wash his hands and the other employee made my smoothie. On another occasion, I ordered two smoothies in the morning before work. I went to the register to pay and she only prepared one. This made me late for work and verified she wasn't listening or confirmed my order. What was more disappointing is I think she was the manager or owner. I've had good smoothies here, but the bad outweigh the good. Doubtful, I will return.

Service this morning was slacking.... I asked for a Acai bowl with no honey... got honey. But they didnt even make the bowl fresh.. it was pre frozen. Kinda gross in my opinion, would've saved my 12 bucks and just made it at home. Work on social skills also.
