Love Dunkin donuts in Geneva this one has the best coffee amazing staff that are fast to get your order ready got a free box of donuts from them before they closed id definitely recommend this one over Ashtabula Dunkin donuts who's staff is slow and also not very nice to costumers

I could tell the guy working the window was new but trying his best to learn quickly while they were very busy. Great job new guy! There was a small issue with him accidentally charging me for another order but the manager resolved the problem quickly and with a smile on her face! I can tell y'all are working really hard and appreciate you! Great job everyone!

I've never gotten a messed up order from here. The people who work here are very sweet and high energy. I always make special requests almost every time I'm here. Ex. "Can you make me something sweet with as many expresso shots you can give me". They always listen and communicate well. I genuinely enjoy stopping here. I live in Madison and my apartment is like 14 minutes away from this dunkin, but I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive. They definitely make it worth it.

We ordered online during the afternoon. The selection was slim when we went to pick up and they had to greatly modify our order. Then we were greatly disappointed to find they were not fresh when we went to have one for dessert 😕

Always fresh and good. Need better selection of Munchkins though. I would like to see cinnamon/sugar available. Seems they only have glazed and chocolate. Otherwise it's good. Always very busy but the line moves quickly.

Everyone there is always so kind to me and my little pug. My favorite thing from there is an oreo cappy blast and sometimes it seems like an earth angel might have made my coffee. If I don’t get one each day I dramatically believe my day was ruined. But they genuinely bring me so much joy ♡

The girls who worked here on December 1st were so nice! 5 stars to them. It was basically the only place in town that was open. They had no food available due to staffing but they sure had a bunch of donuts.

I do mobile order n go through drive thru to get my order. The only thing Co.needs to change is to let customers know that order does NOT get put together until the time you've put in for pickup time. Crazy. Good food n coffee's.

I'm mad they don't have toasted coconut donuts anymore. Those were so good and they always ran out so why stop???

My ice coffee wasn't what a ordered, but I was a hurry and didn't have time to ask to have it remade. The breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious.

Tried to order with my app, but there was a glitch with the payment so I had to go inside. The store and employees get 5 stars, the company does not until it works out that glitch.

Went thru the drive thru. Ordering easy. Went for only two items; Vanilla Lattes and Cream filled donuts. Lattes were very good! Donuts okay but a little stale. Tasted like day old donuts... Which I don't mind if I'm told about it. Felt a little ripped off.

If I could do zeto stars I most certaily would! It took them 13 min to make a coffee and munchkins. My son was late for school. The cashier Melody was extremely put out when I asked a question about the Machiato my son ordered and gave me a snotty answer! Then the just plop the coffee down and dont tell me its mine so im just standing there. Its unmarked so I thought it was the guy behind me drink. When I asked if it was mine they again had an attitude. The lady after me is sifting through the different bags because she has no clue whats hers either. No good morning when I come in and say it to her..no thank you come again..not a smile from either one of the front cashiers. NOT a way to start your day!!! If you dont like working there then get a job where your not ruining other peoples day with your bad attitude!!! I will NEVER go in there again!!

The last 6 trips my frozen is liquid, my sandwichs are burnt the drive through staff is rude and most just standing around while the line is to the street. Only 1 employee truly stood out in a positive way and I think her name is Lorelei. This store has been this messed us since for the last 6 months.

The people here are friendly (most of the time…) but the thing I don’t like is the fact that they can’t keep a decent staff. The turnover rate at this place has to be insane!! Every time we go there there’s different people. Some days, they aren’t even open because they’re understaffed! Now on to the Food and Drink. The food is pretty good and all of their menu items are good for people just looking to stop, get a quick bite and go, it’s not really like a full meal. The munchkins are my favorite snack! The drinks are always good, and are very flavorful! As of writing this review, the Iced Irish Crème is my favorite coffee. It’s limited time and comes back around every St. Patrick’s day!

Very kind staff at the morning drive through. The egg bites tasted fried, not sous vide. The cream sticks/long John's barely have any cream in them. The other donuts never taste fresh. The iced coffee is always great, though, and the avocado toast was very good. They don't skimp on the avacado.

Always good coffee made correctly. One question. When using the app to order ahead and pick up inside. My drink is always waiting and ready, but if i had a donut on the order it is NEVER ready to go. I wait and wait untill i have to stop someone who is extremely busy to grab it for me. May wanna work on that.

This place can be good, depending on when you go. The morning staff is amazing, Donna, Morgan, David, and Melody do great work and I love seeing them so positive so early. The night staff does horribly. They make drinks incorrectly, they're rude, slow, they insult you, and talk on the monitor about customers when they think you can't hear them. I make it a point to avoid this place from 4PM-530AM.

Coffee is definitely hit or miss like any Dunkin but usually my coffee is made well. I never get the right donut though lol (psst Boston Kreme is the one with custard, not regular cream)

The donut selection is decent, but classic donuts like sugar donuts were missing. The focus was on Valentine's and most of the donuts were themed to that. We had 7 people in our group and everyone found at least one donut they enjoyed. The place was clean, but the teenagers working there were slow to step up and clear out the line that formed. The thing that shines about this place is the convenience for everything here. It has a basket robbins, circle k gas station, and donuts all in one place. Dunkin has a drive through as well and it moves pretty quickly.

The worst doughnut I've ever had! I haven't been to Dunkin in a long time, I could hardly wait. But as with everywhere,the recipe changed. I don't know what was in that cream filled doughnut, but it was disgusting! It'll be a cold day in.... before I go back.

I enjoy the bagel bites it would be nice if they came in other quantities. The iced latte was really good. Be prepared to expect a long line and not be in a rush. The lobby area was closed at the time of my visit.

This will be the third time in what seems like a month the lobby has been closed, drive-thru only. Not sure it’s staffing issues, I don’t know. Tried walking up to the window once since my company vehicle is well over size for the drive-thru, I figured with the pandemic and like every other fast-food chain, they would be a little more welcome to walk-ups at the window for trucks. They weren’t, manager was extremely rude about it. Other than that....coffee is good

I used to love coming to this Dunkin the third shift crew was so nice! I work first shift now and its okay. I was disappointed the other day though bc I ordered a larger iced latte with a turbo and the drink wasn't full. So that was annoying.

We had a pleasant experience. Our order was not completely correct, and two separate orders were placed side by side. The hot coffee has sugar (not asked for). The server was lovely and overworked.

I ordered 2 Bavarian cream donuts and my daughter ordered 1 vanilla cream donut and when they were put in the bag I asked how we would know which was which because they're identical so the guy at the register says "I'll leave this 1 on top because we don't even know them apart when we stock them and we have alot of complaints from customers" well needless to say I didn't get my Bavarian cream!! They were ALL vanilla even tho he took them from 2 diff trays!! I don't think I'll go back again. 1 upside is that the guy did give my daughter a watermelon donut to see if she liked it because she was curious. Thank you for that kind gesture and YES it was delicious! I recommend the CARAMEL ICED COFFEE!

We stood in line inside for more than 5 minutes and nobody offered to take our order. The manager even looked at us and didn’t even bother to say anything.

Everyone is friendly, but it's amazing that I get the same coffee every day and it's different every single day, and only good like 20% of the time.

Hit and miss with this one. Always run out of flavors. Usually our coffee order never taste the same twice. Last time our coffee tasted like just creamer. Have had good experiences though. The food is pretty decent

Pumpkin spice latte was not what i expected. Prices too high. I also waited about 3 minutes for someone to come take my order while 3 different people were working behond the counter with donuts. Seems they wouldve acknowledged me but they didnt even though they were all right there directly in front of me.

I've had more miss then hits with this one. Drive thru is a battle their speaker must be hard to hear from because I am constantly repeating myself and I don't speak soft. They are always out of things...they never make a consistent coffee it's too much creamer or sugar or not enough..don't stir it..good thing is they haven't changed their prices yet... employees didn't have proper training and most of them are young so it's sad

This was one of those combined fast food slash specialty stores attached to a gas station. Dunkin Donuts and Baskin-Robbins shared an interior lobby, and a drive through. The lobby was closed, seemingly because of covid, but this makes no sense to me due to the adjacent gas station lobby being open. At the drive-thru we ordered both Dunkin Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. The person taking our order sounded like she was chewing something and was hard to understand. She also could not understand us very well. Dunkin Donuts order went without incident, but Baskin-Robbins did not have hardly any flavors, certainly not 31 like they are famous for. They had 12 flavors listed on the drive-thru window, but every other flavor they said they were out of.

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst Dunkin’s I have been to. Almost every time I go through the drive-thru one part of my order is missing. A lot of the time my coffee is not made correctly, they are super inconsistent even though I get the same thing. The younger staff is extremely rude too. No “hi, how are you?” Or “thank you have a nice day”. I don’t need them to be overboard but at least a hi and thank you would be nice. I’ve been going here for years because it is the only one by me and sadly it has never gotten any better.

Every time I go, the employees are too focused on messing around with the people next to them instead of making sure my order is correct. Which in fact, I haven’t gotten the food I ordered the LAST 3 TIMES. I proceeded to call so i could get my food and my money’s worth and they continued to tell me this happens to me too often... They customer service is a 3/10, coffee is hit or miss.. either really good or really watery.

It was closing time, the sky was dark, and the store was winding down. The sweet girl behind the counter, with a smile that could melt a Frosty (oops, wrong brand), handed me the very last chocolate frosted donut, free of charge, for my daughter. It was a moment so sweet it could give you a toothache. Dunkin Donuts, you not only fuel my mornings but also fill my heart with little acts of kindness. Dunkin, you've dunked your way into my heart forever! Even though I once given an iced chai tea instead of a hot chai tea by mistake. I was mad at the time (mostly because I didn't have enough time to ask for a hot one instead) but a month has gone by and since then, I have forgiven you and realized my poor time management was more likely the reason for my frustrations.

This place has gone downhill they have gotten rid of all their workers who know what they are doing and replaced them with young kids who simply don't care my order is wrong 4/5 times now and they have almost doubled their pricing so your getting a crummy product at double price now used to be my favorite location but cnt keep coming back and having my $8 coffee be wrong 4 of my 5 visits a week

First time here. Probably won’t be back. Walked inside to pick up my mobile order. Stood in line where it said “pick up here” only to be told the mobile orders are in the corner of the restaurant. How was I suppose to know that?🤷🏽‍♀️Ordered a cold brew with sweet foam. There was NO sweet foam on top. Had to wait another few minutes for my drink to be fixed. Flies were everywhere. Workers seemed overwhelmed & irritated. I will go to a different location next time.

We actually visited the gas station next door Mapco. Used to be Circle K. Place was dirty and cashier was very rude. Told me people annoyed him that couldn't make up their minds about what lottery tickets they wanted to buy. As im buying lottery tickets. He couldn't have been talking about me! Lol

Just arrived back into town for the summer and stopped at Dunkin to grab my favorite iced coffee. There was no line, I could not believe it on a weekend. I went back today just to double-check because the coffee was so horrible over the weekend. There is no line again. The coffee was even worse, no more Dunkin' for me this summer..... also remember you need to give yourself 20 to 30 minutes because you'll be sitting in the drive through barricaded by curbs and no way to get out

Very rude person...cashiers name was Hannah....the wait was extremely long, and I wasn't given a reciept so I asked for one and the girl gave me one and had a attitude...I took the receipt and was about to drive away and I saw as well as the two other people in the car, she slammed the next over down on the counter in anger. This was a very unpleasant experience and question if I will revisit again. This made me give a star rating but I wanted to give no stars.

Employees are not wearing face masks properly or at all. Wearing a mask below your nose renders it completely useless. When I asked the woman making my coffee to pull the mask up to cover her nose - she refused and said she didn't have to. This is a violation of the state mask mandate and Dunkin corporate policy. Do they care about their customer's safety at all? I will never return to this Dunkin.

UPDATE 5/28 went there again drive thru is closed... Update your hours or open on time so people don't waste their time!! It says they open at 5:00. However I go through the drive-thru regularly about 20 after 5:00. Their signs usually not on nobody answers to drive through. Today I pulled around to the window sat there for a couple of minutes before somebody finally opened the window. Got attitude like I was doing something wrong. When I said I wanted to order but their sign wasn't working and nobody was answering they told me they were still on the process of opening at about past 20 after 5:00. Quality and service is usually mediocre at this store. If I had another option in my local area I would go somewhere else. 5/28 went there again drive thru is closed... Update your hours or open on time so people don't waste their time!!

The food was all luke warm when we got it and was generally disgusting. It tasted like it had been sitting around for a long time. They tried to hand us drinks we didn't order then when they handed us our bag of food the guy asked us if they forgot anything lol. This was our first time trying Dunkin and will definitely be our last. They probably should have stuck to just donuts.

One of the bad ones, half the time I get Luke warm coffee and one time even had a fly in it! Night shift staff kinda rude. I don't know what on God's green earth takes so long in this drive through. You can spend 30 minutes in this line before getting your food. The lobby is closed so how can you possibly take so long to serve 1 customer at a time. JOKE

Wow. I didn't realize I'd have to count my donuts when leaving. I ordered a dozen and apparently 11 is a dozen now. Definitely been trying and trying to give them more chances and the fail here each time. I was wondering why the girl was looking out the window weird. She knew what she did.

Why stay open 24 hours? They run out of 99.9% of donuts by 6pm! The other evening the shipment showed while I was there. When i ordered a dozen donuts, they told me they only had a few jelly donuts. Really? I just watched the shipment come in the door. Anyway, it is poorly managed and they NEVER have a good selection of donuts any time of the day. Dont waste your time.

Lobby was open people behind counter had friends ordering ice cream I went to counter to order a coffee and was told sorry we're closed but your friends were still deciding on what ice cream to get but you were closed I guess you have to know someone there to get served

So I don't know where my comment went from earlier. But here it is again. I had to wait 15 minutes in line only two cars in front of me. 5 minutes was waiting to be acknowledged that I was at there speaker. I ordered a lg ice coffee and a lg hot coffee that ended up being in my lap. I got I'm sorry I didn't know the lid wasn't on. So I now have burn marks on my hoohoo. Red marks all over my thighs. A car that has it all over...what little of it missed me. And they got paid for doing this to me. WTH They have messed my order up more than once...I never complained. Just felt with it. But this is an outrage!!!

Please train your staff on what a Chai Tea Latte is. It isn't coffee. It isn't just foamy milk. I'm just kind of tired of going places that mess this up. If you offer tea products, which I appreciate, employees should be familiar with them. Thanks.

Slowest place. Saturday at 1112 I pulled up with 2 cars at the drive through. It took me 10 to get up to the speaker to place my order . Really!!!! Your weekend crew suck. Time for change

Very unprofessional.....sat in line for 10-30 minutes in the drive threw with nothing being said. After I called they said they are doing change over and that I and the three other people in line had to wait. After pulling up to the window the girl decided to talk about me to her co-workers and tell them I was being dramatic!

I am a regular and have been for 3years now. This past year the coffee has not been the greatest and Sometimes when you ask them to remake it you get the eye roll and the common huff and puff. Well today tops it all I had just got off work ( I live about 20 mins away so I pretty much live on Dunkin) my coffee tasted horrible and I mean horrible. Was so mad and already on freeway but the coffee tasted like the creamer had spoiled. Really disappointed on how much this place has gone downhill in 3 years. Think I am going to have to start getting my "fix" elsewhere from now on....

Last 2 times I went there they made my coffee wrong and I figured if give them a second chance but I wont go back. Plus at another Dunking in mentor they also didn't make coffee right added nothing to it.......so they need to hire people who can follow directs of putting cream and sugar in a coffee

The good reviews must be people related or friends with the owner. Everytime I go here they mess the order up, forget something, or the drink is off with what it’s supposed to be. Every single time

This place needs proper management. My iced coffee the past 2 times tasted like sugar water. The "kids" working the drive thru are nonsense. I got called a "fella" as he handed me my food and then upon arriving home, I had the wrong food in my bag. Not sure how this place stays open. Good riddance in my opinion.

Rude asked very clearly multiple times for a cookie butter latte with the cookie butter foam on top. At order screen they asked do you want whipped cream or anything on that we replied no thank you just the cookie butter foam. When at the window, they handed out my husband's drink then asked if we had anything we again replied just waiting on the cookie butter latte with foam on top. Another employee tried to hand us a latte and I told her we just needed the foam on top. She then put whipped cream on it and handed it to us, even though they are not the same. The sticker on the cup didn't even read cookie butter latte she gave us a regular latte.

After standing in line for almost 10 minutes I got PISSED OFF AND LEFT!! I should have known better to try them again but my niece bought me a gift card so I need to use it. HOW CAN A BUSINESS OPERATE THIS WAY?? WHOSE IN CHARGE? WHY WEREN'T 2 EMPLOYEES WORKING UPFRONT?? WHY DOES IT TAKE 7 EMPLOYEES WORKING THE DRIVE THRU?? I know I'm through going there and I'm sorry but I will NOT recommend this place to anyone

While waiting for my coffee and food to be finished, couple had a bearded dragon sitting on the food pick up counter. The workers let this happens as they were talking to them the whole time. That is completely unsanitary as these animals can carry salmonella. It is a risk for food contamination. The employees talking to them and in the back were loudly cussing with everyone in the lobby to hear. Completely inappropriate and disgusting. This isn’t the first time I have been in there and have heard inappropriate conversations from the employees.

Ordered a large Vanilla Cold Brew with cold foam - no foam and coffee tasted horrible. I also ordered the grilled cheese and it tasted like mold. The employee? (Wearing an Aeropostale shirt but I'm guessing worked there because he took my payment) at the drive thru window was hollaring and cussing with other employees while the window was open. Never going back again. Starbucks has better customer service and products (and never screwed up my order) so I'll just spend my money there.

I’m amazed at how they can both take 10 mins to make 2 coffees and still make them wrong. I have no clue who is giving this place a good review cause my lord they are the slowest Dunkin Ive ever been too. If you ever want to pay for something and get the wrong thing this is the place for you.

So I come to this dunkin quite a bit and order the same drink every time Iced Carmel Macchiato w/ extra expresso and cold Foam. The inability to make this drink the same everytime is mind numbing. I watch the same thing happen every morning. They fill the cup to the top with milk, go to add the 2nd expresso and it doesn't fit so they pour out a little bit of the first shot, then they forget the cold foam so when I remind them about that they pour out more of the expresso. By the time I leave, I have now been handed the weakest macchiato on the planet. This happens almost everyday. Just quit filling the cup with milk to the top. I pay extra for more expresso and yet I never get to enjoy it....... I should probably just quit coming here.

This is quite possibly the worst Dunkin in the country. Always backed up, drive thru, inside, and mobile orders are all backed up. Funny thing is there are 10 people back behind the counter and 3 actually working. It's pitiful! The food is either not cooked or under cooked and you are lucky if they get your coffee order right. I have given so many chances to always be let down. Never again. Get some decent management and try to be open the hours you say you are. 630 on a Saturday morning and closed??? You need some help!

This place is a joke. Good thing Starbucks is right down the road. Every time I order a coffee it’s never the same and this morning. I ordered it and they put cream in it. I can’t have milk. If I would’ve drank that… The employees need to listen better, if they can’t hear through the speaker than they need to ask at the window. Maybe they should repeat the order. So before I pay now I want my order and I want to taste it because if it’s not right they’re not getting paid.

I live in Geneva and I will say over the years the service at this place blows my mind. I can order something as simple as a bagel and one drink AND THEY ALWAYS GET BOTH THINGS WRONG… are we not reading the actual orders and just skimming over things??? I’m disappointed every time I order at this place. I surprisingly would rather go to the Dunkin in Ashtabula because they never fail to get my order right… do better Geneva Dunkin. Maybe re train some of your employees because your food and drinks definitely aren’t cheap….

I give up, we come in here every single day and this franchise CAN NOT follow a very simple 3 ingredient recipe to save their lives! We order 2 of the same exact drinks every single day and they will 99.9% of the time come out looking and tasting like 2 completely different orders. It really is a shame because we enjoy dunkin, but we are all done with Genevas due to the on constant issues, if your paying $6.50 for a coffee it needs to be done right and consistent!

I was very excited to get the brownie batter donut been looking forward to it. I go in there’s nobody else inside and I am waiting to be taken care of for like 4 minutes then they have a very very small choice of donuts no glazed, chocolate, strawberry, or brownie batter like nothing . So I just get a Swiss and ham crossaint. It takes forever to be done and it wasn’t even busy and then they throw it on the counter. I eat it in the car and it was still frozen in the center. Also the person who took my order was very quiet couldn’t understand them. I went at 2:30 and they don’t close until 8 so idk why they didn’t have anything.

Very poor customer service. No acknowledgement or eye contact when ordering. I ordered a black coffee, and expected an employee to call out the order since there was no name asked, and waited for minutes. I simply had to assume the hot coffee on the delivery counter was mine and walked out. Would have rather gotten gas station coffee instead.

I would get a drink from this store every night but stopped coming starting a little over a month ago. Something changed and it always seems dirty, my drink was not being made right, and the service i get is shameful. My last straw before writing a review was the tall unhygienic employee getting an rude with an old lady who was confused but she was still so sweet. I guess if you lack morals and hygiene, Geneva Dunkin Donuts is the place to work. If I was the Store Manager, I would be embarrassed to say "I run the Dunkin in Geneva" .... Yeah into the ground. Looking at these reviews seems a lot of other people agree which suggests this is not an isolated incident. Someone hold these employees accountable. It may be a minimum wage job but it is still a place of business. P.S. ... Someone get that employee a burger and a shower.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and there was a hair in it. Disgusting! I called their corporate and was told there was nothing they could do to help and that I would have to speak with the franchise owner and they would put me in contact with them. We'll see if I actually hear anything back from them. I seriously doubt it. I tried to call the store I bought the sandwich from and naturally "all circuits are busy" no matter how many times I try to call. Convenient. Seems no one wants to take responsibility for some rather disgusting food preparation habits.

Took extremely long for 1 item. It was just a lg macchiato, with almond milk and 2 extra double shots of espresso. Then I had to wait and they took forever to just make my drink and it's always busy, and the people behind the counter, laugh and joke around.And take their good old time

They messed up my order. Gave me a hard because I told them my order was wrong. Had family go an hour after me, they had the same experience. They messed up their order and were just as rude to them as they were to me.

Cashier was great, drive thru was backed up, took quite awhile to get thru the line. chai tea latte tasted like iced milk. Absolutely no chai flavor. Very disappointing

Waited in line for 15 minutes, had to ask hello twice before anyone talked back. Once I got my strawberry milkshake, it was literally just ice chunks and milk. Worst service ever.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for 1 large iced vanilla cappuccino. They tried to hand me a small and I said I ordered large and somehow they had a large made in seconds but it’s a complete different color than the first drink they tried to hand me. I don’t even think I got a cappuccino, tastes like they just gave me a cup of large iced coffee. No vanilla or sugar either so I can’t even drink it 😭 Tried to call them about 10 times and the line just rings until it cuts out… they had about 15 people working back there no reason for them to be messing up every single day and for the wait to be so long

The woman in the drive thru broke my debit card. The coffee here is never consistent, does Dunkin have recipes? It does not seem like it because one day my drinks will be good and the next it will be undrinkable. Most staff are not friendly either so it makes everything much worse. It’s clean-ish most of the time I guess.
