Best breakfast around and the mocha ice cap supreme is a game changer. It actually taste's like a coffee not a syrup sugar smoothie! Softest english muffins around.

It actually was the Cold Stone creamery I & my girlfriend went to. Never been to any of their locations before so obviously never saw the amazing presentation of them 'assembling' an ice cream sundae!! It was so cool to watch and every spoonful included chocolate ice cream, walnuts, sprinkles & fudge!!

Great place to stop any time of day - whether in a hurry on the way to work (drive-thru is exceptionally speedy) or a leisurely respite among locals. Service is great (though now that less of the products are made in store, once they run out, they are out till the next delivery).

We love this place!! Staff was kind and knowledgeable and cared about our orders. We had searched for Dunkin but it was closed so we went here. We do not regret this decision and will definitely be returning!! 7/12/2021

My Mom and I take our family dog for a ride in the car every day. As part of our outing, we stop by Tim Hortons for our usual XL Decaf Triple Triple coffees. Every time we go through the drive-thru, the girls at the window greet us with a smile and a kind conversation. They all take the time to acknowledge our dog and even know her by name now. They make it a point to give her a little treat each time we go. It's the simplest of gestures, like remembering our dog's name, to making her feel special with a treat, that make Tim Hortons stand out above all the rest. A special thank you to the staff of the Geneva location for making our daily adventure with our pup even more special.

Very nice staff. Older lady in the drive thru window took the time to tell me I had beautiful eyes ( bearing in mind that I'm an almost 30 year old, full time student, 38 weeks pregnant and perpetually exhausted mother of a toddler, so the compliment meant a lot and made my day) Never have to wait long in the drive thru. Very fast and efficient service. Go there often and they never mess my order up. Overall great place to grab breakfast on the go.

First time trying Tim Hortons. We each got the chicken and cheese panini. Also tried their donuts - some "Tim-bits" and a couple full sized donuts. I had the pumpkin spice glazed cake donut, which was So fluffy and light but full of flavor. The sandwiches were Yummy! Large size for the price. And well made. I could eat them every day! We'll have to go back to try their coffee - my sister says their iced coffee is the Best. Think we finally found a fast food place I'd enjoy eating at!

We have been to Tim Hortons before. This was different because we had a coupon for their breakfast sandwich. I enjoyed a bacon, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. While my husband got the same only on a biscuit. They were both very good sandwiches. I would deffinately recommend either one. I would also like to add, although they were very busy, the people there were very friendly and accommodating. I did ask for some extra attention on my order and they did all this with a smile and left with "have a good day". Thank you Geneva Tim Norton's.

This was my usual stop in the mornings because the staff was so friendly. My dog LOVED coming here too because he always got a timbit. Not sure if they don’t do that anymore and also haven’t seen some of the staff I used to all the time. Nonetheless, a good stop.

We love Tim Hortons when we are in the area. Breakfast sandwiches are better than the usual fast-food items at other chains. Good coffee, nice selection of pastries, and reliable friendly service. Wish there were Tim Hortins in our part of the USA!

It's a tim hortons. Not any better or worse than any other I've been to. The coldstones attached to it didn't have chocolate one day. I've never been back for ice cream.

The building, specifically the exterior is an eyesore. The asphalt is in serious need of repairs. The main street sign is all rusted, the rear of parcel near the dumpster is a disaster. It certainly doesn't compliment Hamilton St.

I like the food. This location makes a lot of mistakes. Today they mixed up which toppings went with which sandwich. This is a common problem here. I go back because the food is good. Good hot chocolate.

I was not very impressed with their breakast sandwich, but my travelling companion did say the made one of the best cups of coffee she had ever had.

TH dropping the ball today. Order was supposed to be ready at 11:03. We didn't get our completed order until 11:23 (there was no one else really there). We ordered a frozen lemonade among other things and got a regular lemonade instead. When shown the receipt, the lady said hers showed a regular lemonade and didn't seem pleased to have to fix it.

It's a fast food chain donut shop, so there's not much in the way of atmosphere. I like their coffee better than Dunkins. Their donuts are very good.

I think Tim Hortons is very overpriced for the coffee and some of their donuts. I think the stuff is generally very friendly and the donuts are not really fresh and they always taste a little bit too bright for my taste. The coffee is fantastic and good for the mowing money tea as well good nothing really much more to say about this Tim Hortons set for it’s one of a kind place with a doughnut and ice cream shop in it as well Tim Hortons and cold stone creamery has made a pack in the last several years making Tim Hortons and cold stone creamery a chain stores. I had like the cold so creamery park more then Tim Hortons

I love their birthday cake Tim bitts. They do often run out of things. I know it isn't the employees faults they're probably only allowed to make so many items. The owners need to step up their game and better serve it's customers. Other than that I don't have any problems. Their items taste good. Employees are nice. Place is clean.

I come here quite often for work orders, and always go inside to make it easier for employees. It's not a huge order, usually three coffees and two breakfast wraps. The staff is always fantastic, but I came in today at about 10:45 and placed my usual order. The blonde woman named Bre, took my order and made it very obvious she didn't want to be there. She made my drinks, and one was supposed to be a large but she gave me a medium. I asked for it to be a large and offered to pay the difference since she didn't charge me correctly. She was EXTREMELY rude and made it very obvious that once again, she didn't want to be there. If you make a mistake, fix it and move on. Do better miss girl, or get out of customer service!!

Dirty, always out of menu items, unfriendly service, being given the wrong things... That's the typical experience at Tim Horton's American locations, sadly.

Love love love the donuts, food and drinks but the customer service from their own manager was terrible and never said their name but I did end up talking to Krista about my issue and she was very polite and helped fix the situation.

The service is seldom quick and seldom friendly. The wait times tend to be outrageous, and it is always very hectic both inside and in the drive thru. I don't recommend going here unless you have,at least twenty minutes to wait.

The low posts are due to the false advertizing. As you can see, the sign says Coldstone Creamery ice cream. Grandkids had the day off and we were blessed to have the grandkids, girl 10yrs and boy7yrs. We had a great morning with pancake breakfast, going thru a Haunted Skeleton and WesternTown and Cornmaze. As a former teacher and indulgent grandma I planned the best kind of lunch a kid could want.... fancy ice cream. There was no ice cream.....there was no Coldstone. The clerk explained that they took out the Coldstone several years ago. We were tired, the kids were ready to burst into tears, and I was ready to boil over. When I asked why there was a sign that clearly said "Coldstone" she replied, " they said it was cheaper to leave it than take it down". That is a very cheap, lame, and money hungry answer. So obviously they care more about their back pocket than the public........... and children who were very disappointed. My answer is, "Get a ladder, a bucket of paint and a paint brush...lazy owners!!!!!"

First time to a Tim Hortons in years. Coffee was terrible, it was water for all intents an purposes. They were completely out of all doughnuts besides the Tim-Holes. So sad that I didn't get that awesome Canadian coffee I remember and a maple glazed. Sometimes the simple things aren't so simple.

I hadn't been to Tim Horton's in a long time as I prefer Dunkin. The drive through line was so long at the latter this past Sunday that I opted for Tim Hortons (as there is rarely any line). After my experience there on Sunday, I'm reminded why Tim Horton's business pales in comparison to Dunkin. The drive through window service was extremely slow despite there only being a handful of cars in line. In addition to the slow service, the cashier was unfriendly and practically rude. When she finally handed me the 2 coffees, she didn't even thank me. Also, she didn't bother to even stir the added flavor in one of the coffees. It was at the bottom of the cup so, as a result, the coffee had no flavoring until it was stirred. Speaking of flavoring, Horton's charges 39 cents to add flavoring. It is provided at no additional cost at Dunkin. Lastly, the coffee wasn't even very good. In the future, I'll stick with Dunkin ... even if it has a long line.

Worst experience I have ever had at a cold stone. They literally spread the ice cream out, put my toppings on, folded it back together, and threw it in a cup!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and some friends went here on our way to some stores, they took their order and then I was completely ignored as if I wasn't there, so I stepped out of line. Soon after other customers started leaving too because no one was paying attention to the counter. Absolutely ridiculous, will be just going to Dunkin doughnuts from now on. NEVER coming back.

Not sure if can go here again. We decided to treat ourselves in way home. We couldn't even finish out drinks. Both taste like medicine/bitter . Almost like something want bad. I live 30 minutes away from the Geneva Tim Hortons. After my sons doctors appointment we went through the drive through to get our family breakfast. When we arrived home we opened the bag to find that they had NOT put all our items in. They charged me for food I never received. No omelet bites that we had ordered. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

They no longer serve the mixed berry smoothie here, and that is EXTREMELY disappointing to me. The absolute only Tim Hortons in my area that has that problem, why can’t the machine be fixed? I’m confused 🤔

Tim Hortons if u cant tell by driving by an barley seeing customers cars in their parking lot... the staff has no idea what they are doing at all. I ordered a cream cheese bagel an got no cheese cream on it... and its over a dollar for cream cheese. . Also the bagel was put on the s andwhich press not toasted. There is always something broken or not working there. The owner is very rude and seems as if she could care less about the place. Thats why there is alway broken machines and such. There was a time that the store was amazing but that was about maybe 5 years ago. But then it went to crap. The employees almost all of them look like they are on drugs, they have employees making out behind the counter... I dont want to see that and im sure thats not what they are getting paid for. The coffees are always cold by the time u get it if u go through the drive thru.. and they never stir the coffee. It now just tastes like burnt old coffee with nothing of what u asked in it. And it u ask to stir some employees get mad. Its very unorganized. Employees are very loud talking about their personal lives swearing and such. Customers dont want to hear that at all some come in to relax with a coffee ... I used to LOVE tim hortons but now I will never go back there again. And I dont recommend it to anyone. That building is a waste of space. Nothing u order is fresh... if the employees dont care about their job do u think that they will do their job properly such as change meats that are old and sauces and such. No most likely not. Disgusting and not worth your money.

The drivethur takes forever and they can't make a coffee right to save their life. They also never have any tim bits the guy that is supposed to be the manager is always on his phone and has no care to do his job!!!! This place is a joke

I was just at the Geneva location and ordered my coffee 1 cream 2 1/2 sugars when I got to the pickup window they gave me a mobile order coffee when I asked if it was the same as mine I was told it was fine just take it. I got home and poured it down the drain not anywhere near what I ordered could not fix it because it had so much cream in it it was almost white. So I wasted $3.32.

I have frequented this location quite a number of times and I always get the Sausage, Egg & cheese on a bagel. Can you please retrain your employees on how many Sausage patties go on it. They have NEVER put the 2 it is supposed to have. I mean the picture of it behind them has 2 patties and they still have no idea.

They never get my order right and haven't for the past few months. I called down once already and they explained that it's new staff.... It's been over a month since then and they continue to mess it up even before the new hires! It's a shame because I prefer their coffee and the breakfast is good if they get the order right. Don't order breakfast from there because you'll be disappointed when it's wrong. I was told in the comment below to contact whether via email or by phone call..... I have tried calling 5 times for long durations of time and the link you sent doesn't specify the store and will not suffice in fixing your problem. Order the sausage farmers wrap again and they messed it up again and yesterday ordered a BELT sandwich and ended up with no tomato....

I really feel bad for the owner of this location who spent a lot of money to reopen "under new management"....sadly the employee (young heavy set lady) had a bad attitude and doesn't belong in customer facing position. Zero customer service skill, no greeting and anything we asked for if they had....her response was "no we don't" as if she was inconvenienced to see us, the only customer! No tip for her obviously! Please hire customer service oriented pleasant employees.
