I come here quite often for work orders, and always go inside to make it easier for employees. It's not a huge order, usually three coffees and two breakfast wraps. The staff is always fantastic, but I came in today at about 10:45 and placed my usual order. The blonde woman named Bre, took my order and made it very obvious she didn't want to be there. She made my drinks, and one was supposed to be a large but she gave me a medium. I asked for it to be a large and offered to pay the difference since she didn't charge me correctly. She was EXTREMELY rude and made it very obvious that once again, she didn't want to be there. If you make a mistake, fix it and move on. Do better miss girl, or get out of customer service!!

It's a fast food chain donut shop, so there's not much in the way of atmosphere. I like their coffee better than Dunkins. Their donuts are very good.

I love their birthday cake Tim bitts. They do often run out of things. I know it isn't the employees faults they're probably only allowed to make so many items. The owners need to step up their game and better serve it's customers. Other than that I don't have any problems. Their items taste good. Employees are nice. Place is clean.

I think Tim Hortons is very overpriced for the coffee and some of their donuts. I think the stuff is generally very friendly and the donuts are not really fresh and they always taste a little bit too bright for my taste. The coffee is fantastic and good for the mowing money tea as well good nothing really much more to say about this Tim Hortons set for it’s one of a kind place with a doughnut and ice cream shop in it as well Tim Hortons and cold stone creamery has made a pack in the last several years making Tim Hortons and cold stone creamery a chain stores. I had like the cold so creamery park more then Tim Hortons

I hadn't been to Tim Horton's in a long time as I prefer Dunkin. The drive through line was so long at the latter this past Sunday that I opted for Tim Hortons (as there is rarely any line). After my experience there on Sunday, I'm reminded why Tim Horton's business pales in comparison to Dunkin. The drive through window service was extremely slow despite there only being a handful of cars in line. In addition to the slow service, the cashier was unfriendly and practically rude. When she finally handed me the 2 coffees, she didn't even thank me. Also, she didn't bother to even stir the added flavor in one of the coffees. It was at the bottom of the cup so, as a result, the coffee had no flavoring until it was stirred. Speaking of flavoring, Horton's charges 39 cents to add flavoring. It is provided at no additional cost at Dunkin. Lastly, the coffee wasn't even very good. In the future, I'll stick with Dunkin ... even if it has a long line.

I really feel bad for the owner of this location who spent a lot of money to reopen "under new management"....sadly the employee (young heavy set lady) had a bad attitude and doesn't belong in customer facing position. Zero customer service skill, no greeting and anything we asked for if they had....her response was "no we don't" as if she was inconvenienced to see us, the only customer! No tip for her obviously! Please hire customer service oriented pleasant employees.

4pm and I was looking to get a frozen coffee.. the guy at the front told me it was just cleaned and it would be awhile. You close at 7:30.. Just close the store. You are a waste of business space.

They never get my order right and haven't for the past few months. I called down once already and they explained that it's new staff.... It's been over a month since then and they continue to mess it up even before the new hires! It's a shame because I prefer their coffee and the breakfast is good if they get the order right. Don't order breakfast from there because you'll be disappointed when it's wrong. I was told in the comment below to contact whether via email or by phone call..... I have tried calling 5 times for long durations of time and the link you sent doesn't specify the store and will not suffice in fixing your problem. Order the sausage farmers wrap again and they messed it up again and yesterday ordered a BELT sandwich and ended up with no tomato....

I have frequented this location quite a number of times and I always get the Sausage, Egg & cheese on a bagel. Can you please retrain your employees on how many Sausage patties go on it. They have NEVER put the 2 it is supposed to have. I mean the picture of it behind them has 2 patties and they still have no idea.

I was just at the Geneva location and ordered my coffee 1 cream 2 1/2 sugars when I got to the pickup window they gave me a mobile order coffee when I asked if it was the same as mine I was told it was fine just take it. I got home and poured it down the drain not anywhere near what I ordered could not fix it because it had so much cream in it it was almost white. So I wasted $3.32.
