So happy to have found this little gem 💎The man & woman who work here are incredibly friendly & extremely helpful. The service you get here is beyond amazing -its truly phenomenonal. My husband bought 2 syrups & I bought a RAE DUNN mug that says "CAT MOM" I cannot express how lovely this store is ....if you love coffee, then this store is for you!! The best coffee in the world “Jamaican me crazy” I purchased the largest bag sold , fast forward 6 weeks later I call at 830pm they answer and are willing to ship the best coffee to me to my home. What a great atmosphere and best customer service !!! I will continue to support this business from many miles away and stop in anytime I am driving through the finger. Lakes region.

Awesome coffee. Husband had the Carmel iced latte. He is a cold brew lover but this totally beats any cold brew. The gentleman made me a hot peppermint latte that was just perfect. The flavor, the temp everything just perfect. The orange poppy pound cake was so tasty. Two gentlemen behind counter were so nice and professional. The suggestions they made are spot on. Totally recommend.

Superb coffee and superb customer service. I don’t stop at the mall too often but this place is a must when I go! Run by two guys who seriously know what they’re doing when it comes to the customers. I have never felt more welcomed than I have at this place. I come here maybe once a month, max, yet the owner still remembers who I am and makes a point to check in with me. Great prices, amazing variety in products, and some of the best iced chai around; what’s not to love? Definitely give this place a visit if you’re in the area, it won’t disappoint.

Sam's is the place to stop for breakfast if you're shopping at Finger Lakes Outlet Mall in Waterloo. Sam is super friendly and helpful. The coffee is hot and amazing. The breakfast bagels (with eggs, sausage and cheese) are big, hot and delicious. Loads of bakery options. And the store is bright and sparkling clean. Prices are very fair and reasonable. Lots of tables out front. We'll be back next time for sure!

The drinks are fantastic and the staff is incredibly engaging. They have no problems letting you sample a drink they've been mixing if you're standing there (assuming you intend to buy something, don't be THAT guy haha). It's a shame we live so far away I'd love to go back frequently. Regardless, we sure will return whenever we drive back north to those outlets.

We stopped in on a spur of the moment stop. Everything was brigh and looked/smelled amazing. Service was outstanding. Frappuccino and smoothies were on point. The only complaint we have is that they are to far away to make our permanent coffee shop!! 10 stars YUMMY.

Friendly staff! Good deals on coffee. Has Finger Lakes coffee ground and whole bean. And other coffee varieties. Has seating area to enjoy coffee and a treat in the middle of outlet shopping. So happy that there is finally a coffee place at the Waterloo outlets!

Best frappuccino I've had in a long time! Strong coffee, smooth texture!

This friendly family run cafe is the perfect spot for a smoothie and a snack! They greeted me politely as soon as I walked in. I had a breakfast sandwich ($4.99!) prepared by their older son and a delicious fresh fruit pina colada smoothie prepared by dad while their younger son ran the register. There is plenty of seating under shady umbrellas outside their cafe. Best wishes for this family run enterprise.

Lovely little place! Started coming here after Wegmans quit carrying Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters whole beans. And I can even get the beans in a 5 lb bag. Update 2/2/26 : We were disappointed to come here at 6:30 only to find they had already closed when the sign said open till 8.

Sanjiv recommended the Vanilla Caramel Chiller. One word DELICIOUS! I particularly liked the fact that it wasn’t sickly sweet. Made just as I like it. The shop is well laid out and all items are clearly marked. Next time I will have to try their baked goods.

Sam's is becoming a tradition to end our day at the outlets. Our boys typically get ice cream. My wife & I opt for the chilled green tea. Absolutely delicious. You simply cannot say enough about how wonderful the service is!

Sam's coffee lounge.... this is not a lounge. It is 80% convience store. I googled a coffee store in hope of a place to relax over coffee. This is not it. They do have a proper Italian coffee machine, so it might be good. I left because I wanted to relax
