OMG. Their deep dish pizza with mushrooms is perfect. Yummy mozarella and perfect crisppy crust.

Our first (!) time getting Gatti’s Pizza! Ordered/picked up large Vegetarian @ Williams Dr. location! When we opened the box the pizza was beautiful pizza, I should have photographed it - a virtual work of art and so delicious! Love the pizza crust, too! The two young ladies at this location were gracious, friendly and welcoming! The young man there was very kind and carried the pizza out to our car! Gatti's Williams Dr., Georgetown location will now become our go to first choice for pizza!

Mr. Gatti's is my all-time favorite pizza place in Texas. Good pizza and comparable prices. There are some great prices if you utilize the coupons they offer!

My family loves Mr. Gattis pizza. I'm glad my kids enjoy it as much as I did when I was their age. I really think the sauce, dough, and cheese all have a unique and robust flavor, without being overwhelming. They compliment each other very well. Their ranch is also incredible and a must with all of my family's orders. The only thing I'd change if I could is the price! Everything else is perfect.

My family loves Mr. Gattis pizza. I'm glad my kids enjoy it as much as I did when I was their age. A good place to get pizza last time I was there they were little short-handed and they were really busy so it took a lot longer I had to wait for me 30 minutes to get my pizza. So that meant it took really 50 minutes because I drove there and it took me 20 minutes to drive there and I already had it over

Mr. Patti's pizza is always a good choice and this location has never disappointed. Wish this one was close enough to deliver but I'll go with pickup until another location pops up closer.

Good pizza. One of the few places that still does a decent thin crust pie. Pick up only location with storefront that could use some sprucing up. Crew was backlogged and rushing a lot but pizza came out fine.

Ordered delivery which was picked up by door dash driver. After receiving a text that order was on way and would be delivered between a time frame shortly it was canceled by the driver. I contacted Gattis and the manager Chase was understanding and promptly apologized, refunded and offered to remake my order. Definitely will continue ordering but never for delivery only pick up.

The staff was very friendly, however, 1 of my pizzas had 3 slices without any cheese at all, and it was missing one of its 2 toppings. My other pizza was made perfectly though.

It is 7:30 on a friday night and you cannot park in front of Mr. Gattis in Georgetown because all the front spaces are take by the delivery drivers.

Update: I tried to order but the website would not allow me to do so because my zip code is showing incorrectly. I tried to edit - didn't work. Called the Georgetown Mr. Gattis and was told to install the app. I did this and once again, couldn't order for the same reason. I call back and am then told I am outside of their delivery area, which I know is not true based on the many many orders we have placed. At this point, 30 minutes after I originally tried to order, they offer to take my order (even though it's past the time to place an order over the phone is what the person tells me as if they are doing me a favor). When I ask if I will still be able to use the coupon I am told no because that can only be used online. I then tell the guy that no thank you and hang up. It's definitely the last time I am ordering from Mr. Gattis. This is ridiculous Mr. Gattis has always been my favorite, probably biased based on my youthful memories. Yes, the quality has suffered greatly. However I have hung on .... BUT the franchise as a whole must have changed vendors for the pepperoni. It has a very different flavor and texture. Not a fan. May be the end of the road for this die hard fan.

I love Mr Gattis pizza. I grew up on it. But I am completely disappointed in the delivery service with this location. It has taken a little over an hour for them to deliver both times we have ordered. We will continue to eat Mr Gattis but not from this location.

Very average pizza. Got 3 toppings, one of which was extra cheese, yet such a thin layer of cheese it looked like we had a marinara pizza instead of cheese. Staff was very friendly, but I will not be eating here again.

1st thing I'd like to mention about this place is the service. The service here is horrible. I was bystanding and heard...'' I'M GETTING IT!! '' after someone asking about blue cheese. I then stole a pen and ran. 2nd thing I'd like to mention is the food. The food is not that bad. Not as bad as the service. But I ordered a superoni pizza, it had hardly any pepperoni on it. 3rd thing I'm mentioning is the pizza sizes. Kinda funny actually I ordered an 'XL' pizza, it was a Large. Same thing when I ordered a large pizza it was a medium!! Last thing I'd like to mention is the price of the pizza I OVERPAID FOR THE PIZZA IT WAS 60$ for 2 pizzas and wings (it's even more if you order online.) Thank you. I'M NOT EATING HERE AGAIN! P. S. It is New Years Eve when trying to call in an order. On hold for 30 minutes as “first caller in line”, so my family drives to the store while on hold to see if they are open. And they are. It’s 7Pm. I entered and asked the front desk girl working (about 20 yrs old) if they are answering phones tonight. She says yes but they are waiting to get caught up. I show her my phone which had almost 30 min of duration on it, and said “well you for sure haven’t answered your phone once in 30 minutes, and probably longer! She said they had 3 people working only. Ok, so I place an order for one pizza. Wait 25 min for it, and in the meantime, I hear the phone right several times. Nobody ever answered the phone. As a current business owner, it seems this location has no management involved, and are fine losing thousands of dollars worth of orders. Pizza is good, customer service is lazy and could care less.

Rude pizza workers, simply asked if there was ranch in the bag and she snapped back, "I'M GETTING IT!!!!" Larges pizzas are actually medium sizes... $60 down the drain for 2 pizzas and wings. You call this a Superoni??? There's hardly any on here. Beware!

I order today 2 large that had 3 toppings and on one pizza for ovet 25 years I always order jalapenos on the side that would be my 3 topping the young lady named Brittany Disagreeing with me, I was very disappointed with service here in georgetown , Texas not sure if I will order from Georgetown, Texas location.

Gattis has now lost my business. No longer can you use the 'Save50' coupon. Sorry, but I'm not spending $16 on a take-out pizza. Domino's here I come.

The pizza they prepared was undercooked. When i went in person to try and resolve issue they gave attitude back like it was my fault that the pizza wasnt cooked right. The staff in the kitchen were dressed inappropriately with sandals and shorts. One of the workers was just puffing cigarettes outside. Gross. Do not come to this gattis location.

We will never come back to this place. My husband bought a pizza today, learned about the rewards program and getting a free large pizza, so he signed up thinking he could get the free large pizza "just for signing up" as the coupon states. However, there is a catch that is not mentioned on the coupon or the text. I didn't have a problem with the misunderstanding, what I had a problem with is the manner in which Peyton handled the situation (yelling at the customer?). I called and spoke to Gary, the store manager, he didn't seem to care too much that we were having such a hard time at his store. I then got to talk to the Area manager , James, he seemed to care a little more, but did ask us to leave. All the while, THERE IS A GUY IN SHORTS WITH HAIRY LEGS AND CRUSTY TOES AND FLIP FLOPS IN THE KITCHEN!!!! So I'll pass on that free large pizza�

We love Mr Gattis and living in Round Rock our pizza always came in fresh. We just moved and ordered from this location and I am shocked at what we received. Both pizzas were overly done and burnt. Hardly no toppings or cheese. As previous reviewers have mentioned below, I would use the round rock locations or order from somewhere else. So disappointing!

This review is for a delivery experience, not pickup in store. Recently I pre-ordered pizzas to be delivered to our house for a party. The pizzas were supposed to be delivered at 5:30PM. At 5:40PM I called to see if they had left the store, right as I called I received a text that Door Dash was going to pick up & deliver. The Door Dash stated pick-up at 5:50 deliver by 6:04PM. What happened, per the app. was the pizzas were picked up at 5:50PM but did not make it to my house until 6:40PM - I live less than 6 miles away. The people working for Door Dash did not respond to my texts. Once they arrived the drivers spoke zero English which now I understand why they didn't respond to my texts, and also I couldn't get a story to why 50 minutes to drive 6 miles. Bottom line I received pizzas that were cold and no explanation why. Would I buy a take out from Mr Gatti's "yes" but never delivery again.

Toppings aren't consistent and when you tekk then light sauce there is virtually zero sauce on the pizza. When you lift the cheese there is none. Don't waste your money. Go to round rock. Such a bummer. We normally order twice a month from this location. But when it's not good and the family hates it can't do it anymore. Btw we've given multiple chances. This is sad

Soggy, cold, and cut into strangely tiny pieces, barely any cheese, toppings just fall off....it was awful the last time we ordered from the Georgetown location as well. Not sure what's wrong with this Gattis but we won't be ordering again
