P.F. Chang's - Goodyear

First off our server John was very pleasant. He helped us decide on a appetizer of steak lettuce wraps which were amazing! He made us cherry cokes with real cherries 🍒 in our cups! Our food came out and was beautifully presented and delicious to our taste buds lol. We ordered sesame chicken served with brown rice and the best California rolls with Umami sauce!! The ambiance of this restaurant is beautifully decorated! The light setting is dimly lit with candles at each table. The restroom was clean and kept up. Overall the workers here are friendly and attentive to their customers! They were all wearing their face masks and did a great job! I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Date night with hubby 🙌!! The atmosphere was dimly lit, with small candles on the tables. So fun! We had hot and sour soup...one our favs! It was really good! For our main course we had PF Changs spicy and Kung Pao chicken! No disappointments! Fantastic server and food! Delicious!

We sat on the patio for happy hour and had such a great experience! Everyone we encountered was so friendly. Our waiter took great care of us and the food was delicious. Definitely coming back here for our date nights!

My wife and I enjoy PF Changs. Food is always hot and fresh. Employees seem to like their jobs and are happy while working. This is a place where I definitely like to try something new every time. Highly recommend this location.

Nadine was absolutely amazing!! My mom and I took my 1-year-old daughter to lunch and Nadine was sooo sweet! She made sure to include her and even brought out a bubble gun to make her experience fun!! 10/10 recommend her and will definitely be back again!

Naidine was the best server we’ve ever had! She made my daughter feel right at home. She pulled out ALL THE STOPS ice cream, bubbles, and laughter all around. We will be back again

Very good food and drinks. The appetizer and the entrees came out hot and beautifully prepared. We enjoyed great service from Virginia. She was very attentive to our needs and requests, checking on us throughout our dinner, and even chased us down in the parking lot afterwards to bring the leftovers containers we forgot.

We love their $13.99 lunch specials. Choice of soup (hot & sour!) or salad, accompanied by an entrée over your choice of rice. Tasty and just the right amount for lunch!

Excellent service from the entire staff!! I brought my fiancée for a celebration dinner and they went above and beyond. Food and atmosphere were also a 10/10. Thank you so much Arielle and Jeno for making it special (:

Really had a very enjoyable experience tonight at PF Changs in Goodyear. Our server Virginia was amazing. Super friendly and her service was impeccable. PF Changs always has great food and great service.

Angela took great care of us after Janette or janet however you spell her name was extremely rude to me and my girl friend on her birthday !!!! She also had an amazing staff who was very helpful and their names are Marissa who helped me put the review in for the location , Ty who offered to take care of us on our table next time and Adrian who was helpful with giving names …. Food was great once management got involved and Angela was awesome on handling a bad situation !!!

Ty was everything you would want as a server. Listened. Made sure order was correct. Talkative. Tells you what he is doing with the bill. Came back to check on us the right amount of times. Just well deserving of a great tip.

Everything is suberb!! Adrina was our server and she is the Goddess of Waitressing! She is very uplifting, attentive, and goes the extra mile. We were very well taken care of.

We walked in and the host greeted us right away, letting us know there would be a wait. He was so attentive and friendly, and ended up getting us seated much quicker than expected—really made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Big shoutout to him for starting off our visit on such a positive note! Our server, Joshua, was also incredible—super kind, professional, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Amazing service from the front of the restaurant to the table, and the food was just as great. We’ll definitely be back!

Jeanette was great- super kind, helpful, and responsive. Always love their happy hour specials. The food was enjoyable- we’d come back for the black pepper chicken and the dynamite roll again. Thanks for the great experience!

We were greeted immediately upon our arrival. The restaurant is very clean. Virginia was an amazing Server! She was attentive and quick! She fulfilled all of our needs and made our dining experience a pleasure!

The food and atmosphere was nice. The best part was Devon our server! So efficient, friendly, and knew how to be attentive, but also give us space to enjoy ourselves in private. We will definitely save room for the butter cake next time Devon!

I had an amazing birthday dinner, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waitress, Virginia. From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She was efficient, fast, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu, making the entire experience feel effortless and special. I truly can’t say enough pleasant things about her…she is the epitome of a perfect waitress. She went above and beyond to make my birthday memorable, and I will absolutely be requesting her again when I return in the future.

My wife and I went here for our first time on valentines and we had the best service we have had in years ! Jeano was on it the entire time we were in our seats . Food was also amazing, will definitely be attending this location/restraint again. Keep it up jeano !!!

We had an amazing experience at P.F. Chang’s thanks to our server, Alexis! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome. She gave great recommendations, kept our drinks full without us ever having to ask, and made sure our food came out perfectly. Alexis really went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable, and her positive energy made a big difference. We’ll definitely be asking for her next time!

Went here for a bite to eat. The food is always great and service was fast and friendly. Our waitress Stephanie was wonderful and very attentive. The Mongolian beef was bomb, but the fried rice and egg drop soup were missing a little seasoning. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

Good Asian restaurant with a a lot of the possibilities for who loves this type of the chinese food. The sushi, Singapore noddles and the dessert are my personal suggest.

Had to unfortunate privilege of dining next to a very large table. Totally distracted our waitress from us.

The wait is worth it if you want to eat good asian cuisine in a beautiful environment. The seating is great and spacious and allows everyone to view the room and share plates easily. Food comes out hot and adult drinks are mixed well. Great for a date night and not too expensive.

We had a really good experience at this location. The food was great and the server was friendly as always. The only thing that stood out was that one of the employees who brought our food had a noticeable odor, which was a little distracting while as we were trying eat. Other than that, everything was great.

Ordered delivery via uber eats. I give 5 for service because they do package the to go meals well and secure the bags closed which I love. Also the cheesecake I ordered was good. 👍🏾 They also followed my instructions by separating my orange chicken sauce so that I could add it myself (don’t like it too saucy). So I gave points for that. BUT re the food… My main craving was for the rice which was disappointing. The fried rice was dry with barely a trace of eggs, veggies or taste. And the chicken is just your run of the mill flavorless nuggets uncovered but the orange sauce was pretty good so it camouflaged them well. And the portions a a bit small for the price. If I tried them again, I’d go in person to dine in so I could have the option of sending it back if I’m not satisfied . With paying extra for delivery I’d definitely want to enjoy more than just the service.

We got a gift card for our anniversary and ended up choosing this location. We haven't had the best of luck here but decided to give it another chance. The food was okay. The prices were not anything I would choose to pay for an okay meal. Over $100 for two people, and the water and soda were disgusting! They clearly don't use a water filtration system. It was somewhat romantic even though we were seated by the main entrance. It's not the best spot for sure. Our waiter was nice and got our order correct. He could not be found when we needed to change our drink order or get our to go boxes. Honestly, I wouldn't return unless I got a gift card or their prices were reasonable and only then.

We went in for lunch on a Saturday. We were seated right away at a table. The service was incredibly slow. I felt the waiter forgot about us and focused on the booths. The customer service was below what I expected from this restaurant, especially considering their prices. It was $113 for 3 adults with no alcoholic beverages. I found the price to be a little steep for the quality of food and low customer service quality.

I thought this was a high end place. By myself, sat at the bar. Constantly had to flag down the bartender for service. Ordered 2 app and 1 main dish. This was buffet quality. Tasted good, but buffet quality food. Very disappointed.

So as most of us foodies know.. Changs has become overpriced in my humble opinion and honestly lesser known Chinese restaurants have caught up as far as good food.. But not as expensive. Im ex military and I've experienced food in other countries.. But my wife still loves Changs.. So I ordered 3 items to go for 52 dollars.. I got my order home to my wife.. And there were only 2 items in the bag for her.. So to be kind as a small business owner myself.. I won't continue the description of the experience...

Sat there for 15 Minutes waiting to even be acknowledged...nothing. couldn't even get a glass of water. Servers walking to and fro and no-o e even asked if we had been seen yet. So unacceptable. We left as it approached 20 minutes. Told the girl at the desk we are leaving cuz we couldn't get served and all she had to say was okay. Didn't even ask what was wrong or try and resolve the issue she just said okay. Okay I left.

The location design is pretty. The rice was dry and the tofu tasted like flavored rubber. Ordered for several people and the other orders were described as bland or tasteless. Also when I asked about portion sizes the response was a half portion is just a single portion and a full portion is a full portion (you are expected to have foreknowledge of the portion sizes)

Go to the other location. The staff here don’t have a care in the world about your experience. My request on my reservation was not fulfilled and were i asked about it they still didn’t accommodate. The manager was even rude when passing her to go to the bathroom. I told them it was our anniversary, still got the minimum, the vibe here was just no effort in making the customer happy. I would drive to the Glendale location before coming to this one 10 min from my house! No a great night or happy anniversary, nothing. Absolutely disappointed in the service of this establishment.

The place is really nice, comfy seating. $15 lunch special. Basically a panda bowl + a small salad. $5 sodas, so your lunch special is $20. I would normally rate panda pretty low but this made me wish I went there. We had a variety of food, none of which was very good. Just good enough to be edible. Spring/pork rolls were really greasy. Was still starving so got a sushi roll, was worse than frys. The 4 of us spent $100 before tip on lunch to leave still a little hungry and wishing we spent $40 at panda instead. Your paying for the building not the food.

We picked up food since my kiddo and I are sick. What I was ordered vs what we got. It tastes great, but the portions are off. Especially when we paid extra. We also only ordered GF good and requested 6 GF soy sauce, but received 4 regular soy sauce instead. This concerns me as to whether or not we actually received gluten free food.

This is my to go order!!! Half of the bowl is empty. Y’all serious?? And no chopsticks no fork or spoon even my drink doesn’t have straws. And $16.99 only for half of the bowl. Unbelievable!

This place isn't good anymore, there are way more negatives than positive. Ridiculously high prices, the brown rice and fried rice didn't taste good, the orange chicken was decent flavor but mushy, the honey chicken did not taste good and was mushy, the California roll was terrible - it was like eating sushi from your home fridge that you bought at the grocery store the day before, the decor of the building and seating is just so dark and heavy and stuck in the 2000's... P. F. Chang's is the last resturant I would ever go to, especially if I wanted Chinese or Asian food. I haven't been since 2 years ago, and before that was 15 years ago in Los Angeles, CA. I tried to give it a chance again but no, never going there again. Positive was that our waiter was nice. And I guess another positive is that their resturants are consistant across locations, and even consistsnt with their freezer grocery store items- which we tried once but never bought again.

Worst service ever!!! Been GOING TO this location for many years... NEVER HAD AN ISSUE UNTIL NOW ...horrible COSTUMER SERVICE ... waiters were rude!! Waited over an HOUR & half just to get my chicken with no sides mind you by the time my side came it was cold!!! They had THE AUDACITY TO give me TOGO BOXES with CURLY LITTLE HAIRS INSIDE & MIND YOU THE MANGER DIDNT CARE AT ALL ONCE I TOLD HER!!! SHE JUST LAUGHED IT OFF & DIDN'T CARE WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!!!! NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN & I PAID A MANDATORY TIP FOR A CRAPPY WAITRESS!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! JUST VERY HORRIBLE!!! DONT LET THE REVIEWS FOOL YOU!!! THEY SUCK!!! MOST HONEST REVIEW!!! & by the way THE COOKS & WAITRESSES ARE PLAYING AROUND IN THE BACK...NO GLOVES & DIRTY FINGER NAILS!!! DIRTY SPOONS & CUPS!!! I HONESTLY WISH I TOOK PICTURES BUT I WAS SOOO UPSET!!! I ALMOST ENDED UP FIGHTING THE WAITRESS!!! HONESTLY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY LIKE I DID!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the level of customer service I received from Nadine. During our interaction, my concerns were not adequately addressed, and the response lacked the professionalism and attentiveness I expected. Following this, I escalated the matter to a manager; however, no meaningful action or resolution was provided. This experience has unfortunately left me with a negative impression of the company’s commitment to customer care and accountability. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to ensure that future interactions reflect the high standards of service your organization strives to uphold.

Update: we both are pretty sure we had food poisoning. His stomach started to act up immediately and mine bothered me throughout the night. The only thing we had consumed abnormally was the P.F. Chang’s- actually it was the only meal we had that day. Service was fast and friendly. Nice they have a rewards program. Place was clean The entree of edamame was good and so was the egg drop soup The issue was the entrees. The white rice was instant rice or atleast tasted like it. The sesame chicken tasted off. The real problem was I ordered honey chicken - it was room temperature at best and the rice was stale. It did not taste even remotely like a hint of honey was used anywhere in the dish. It was kinda gross tbh but we already sat down and waited.
