I get a high ratings because their diet coke is the best I wouldn't say other food is the best but I'm giving a higher rating because it is usually a place you can go to get some cheap drinks
We Had Quite A Big Order with many variations and drinks,not to mention the sauces. The place was Jam Packed inside and out. Employees were bringing orders out to customers cars and the flow at the drive they was constant. So While making sure to look out for themselves and not get hit by a car, Employees Hustled to get food out in a timely manner. Surely if the order was gonna be Wrong and the Employees Rude, This was the place for it was gonna Go Down. But you know what... Everything Was Right, Nothing About Or Order Was Wrong. All The Sauces Where Even There. And They Even Threw Plenty Of Napkins In The Bag. Even in the Cold, Each Employee I saw was extremely polite when approaching customers vehicles. No Bitterness or Callus was seen Or sensed by me. I ridiculously had this rated at 4 for some dumb reason, but after reliving the experience in my mind as I wrote this review, I will be making it what still isn't a high enough score. 5☆s Oh, in case you're wondering, I was in the car waiting while others I was with went in and ordered food. That's how I was able to witness what I did.
The girls that work the drive thru in the morning at this location are the bomb. They have great attitudes and are polite and cheery despite being short handed and super busy. It's a nice way to start my day and I can't help but go to work and treat my customers the same way.

I don't know why this place has such bad reviews. it's 10:30pm and the drive thru is PACKED. we still got our food very fast. the person taking our order and the person who gave us our meal were both very friendly. food is fresh too. thanks y'all!
Had Isaiah in the window and he was absolutely great. Made sure we had everything and was super nice. 😁
One of the better McDonald's that I've been to. Always fast, even when they are extremely busy. Not only is it fast, but the order is always accurate. Staff is extremely friendly.
I can’t remember if the ladies name was Alicia or Alexa working the front register but she was amazing! Super sweet and helpful. Above and beyond customer service!!
The manager from today/tonight, all my cards were not working therefore I could not get my son something to eat. She overheard my son say “momma, what are we going to do for food tonight ?” I said quietly “son hold on, I’m trying to. None of my cards ain’t working.” At this point, I have been dealing with life and have been under so much stress. She overheard what my son said and paid for his food. I automatically was fighting the water works. I believe her name was Shannon ❤️
This is our go to McDonald's. service is always great. The staff are friendly and look happy.
Dinning room was open and was busy. Seemed a little understaffed but still pretty quick. Black cashier was not friendly but white manager was working his butt off and was friendly. Food was done correctly and was fine. The dinning room was very clean and behind the counter appeared to be very clean. This McDonald's is just off I-85 and always seems to be busy.
I frequently visit this location and my experience is usually average and what you expect from the majority of fast food chains. This time, however, the employees at both windows were super pleasant! Only reason I rated 4 stars was bc my fries weren't hot and barely like warm which happens almost every time we go here. Other than that I was highly satisfied!
It's hard to give an accurate review with this particular McDonald's. I have had some horrible experiences here and some good ones. The staff is always changing so sometimes you get rude people, sometimes you get nice ones. But the indoor play place is really nice, and cleanliness has never been a problem. I frequently bring my own kids here to play
McDonald's is always nice and quick for a bite to eat. Always enjoy the hot fries. This place wasn't heavy with the mayonnaise and I loved that. My sandwich was much better and not so messy.

When others wouldn't make eye contact, he paused what he was doing, even though he was the furtherest away from me, and came to ask what I needed help with. A young man with great customer service skills made an alright visit memorable.

Mcdouble ordered with no ketchup or mustard with mac sauce and shredded lettuce added and it was not prepared well. There was a couple chunks of lettuce which looked like it belonged in a salad and the mac sauce was probably about 1-2 teaspoons. Definitely not like usual and definitely not worth the added charge. Fries were good as always. Drive thru ordering was a very slow process as well. I feel like the entire crew was new and was just struggling.
I've dined in here twice with my family, and both orders had multiple errors. Special requests were not followed for sandwiches. Standard requests weren't followed either. On both trips, our cheeseburgers had no cheese. I had to bring the food back to the counter and have it prepared again. By the time I returned back to our table, my food was cold. Both times. Management was apologetic and polite on both occasions. On another note, why is the play area so dark? It's really drab and dreary when it is dark outside. The lighting is depressing and makes everything look dirty, which it is not. This McDonald's is cleaner than most I have visited.

My daughter likes the play place; otherwise I wouldn't go. Service isn't great, but it's better than any other fast food including other McDs in the area. I once went thru the drive thru at this location and my total was $4.85. I gave the cashier a $5 and a dime. Next thing I know, a heavy set, male manager is handing me my order and two dimes and a nickel and telling me I should be ashamed trying to mess with his employee. They got my order wrong. I had to pull into a waiting spot and wait for 10min to get the correct order but it was cold. I have a microwave for a reason, right?
Drive thru. Ordered 2 cokes. Both had a chemical taste in them. Number to the place is linked to a cell. With no answer on vm. Generic. So I texted this.
This McDonald’s is a hit or miss. There’s times when the food is hot and fresh and other times it’s not cooked all the way. I wouldn’t chance it so I suggest to go to another location. Plus if you head inside, it’s best to order at kiosk and pay with card to get your order fast. If you order online, it’s best to pick up through drive thru. If you are a dasher or working for any delivery apps or just simply want to place an order/pay with a cashier, be prepared to wait for a very long time unless you flag them down to get their attention.
This place is so nice inside. Little odd theres no where to refill your drink and you have bother the workers. Drive through is slow and takes forever. They run out of items and don’t take it off the menu. So you get an annoyed response from the workers when you ask for something.
This location is so hit or miss it would be laughable if not frustrating. Selecting curbside is a gamble as to whether or not they'll actually bring your food out. Doesn't matter if its busy or not. Also, I guess the salt budget has been cut because damn, the fries have consistently been bland the past few months.
This time we used the drive thru at 9 PM on Halloween night which was hectic to say the least. It took us 30 minutes just to get to the order screen. The restaurant couldn't serve sodas for an undisclosed reason, so that was probably why the line was so long. Other than that, it was the typical experience.

Customer service could be better. A lot of the staff seem to be have a bit of an attitude. The service is fast and food is good. Haven't any complaints on the food.
I’m shocked at how horrible the service is at this location. I was passing through town and ordered a burger and a soda in the store, it took well over 20 minutes for my order to get served. I saw a number of employees messing around, sticking receipts to their fingers and generally not doing their jobs. I’ve literally never had a fast food experience like this before, and this location needs some real work from a management standpoint.
Mc Donald's use to be a place where the rest rooms were cleaned and you feel comfortable . the rest room nasty. the counter person was not stellar. I didn't get my hashbrown with my order. I didn't get butter or syrup with my hot cakes and food was cold. I am a stock holder and to see how the quality has changed is disturbing .
Not the best experience I've had at this location. Even after using the kiosk to order more quickly than speaking to an actual person, It took 17 minutes. For my son to get his Happy Meal while we played in The Play Place. Thankfully, they had just cleaned the play place. And his order was correct, other than them forgetting to bring the milk with it. . Customer service was lacking, but clean facilities and Dang the order, correct got them two stars.
Very nasty fish sandwich and they didn't put tartar sauce or cheese on it. When I went back to return it and received another fish sandwich the tartar sauce tasted tainted. It was not at all good 👎🏽👎🏽 That's the one in Graham NC. Never again will I go there 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽🤔
So I go through the drive thru my order consist of a 10 piece chicken nugget combo a chicken sandwich and a quarter pounder with cheese combo and I get a chicken sandwich with sauce on it and cheese but I paid for a the quarter pounder with I didn't receive instead they slapped chicken on there bet they won't see me again
Ordered my food via the app and selected curbside pickup and after waiting for 15 minutes, I decided to go in to see where my food was. The layout of this place is an absolute mess and I cannot believe McDonald’s signed off on this layout. The employees were slower than turtles. The food was okay. The sweet tea was trash.
Went through drive up at 3:10. The window attendant gave me the kids meal and adult lemonade w/o straw and asked us to move to a wait space for kids lemonade. We waited 16 mins for the lemonade. Lady had 1 straw, so I gave it to little guy. I got home and got a straw from my pantry....my lemonade must have come from the bottom and last serving. AWFUL! I have had their lemonade before....so was very disappointed
This location has the double drive thru lanes. Always use left otherwise good chance you will sit and wait in the right lane as people come and go in the left. Then never fails to be told to park for something. Faster to park and go inside vs drive thru. I hàve spent 30 min before in drive thru on a regular basis.

I've been here twice this week and I'm very disappointed because every time I come all I'm looking for is a ice cream cone. The machine is always broken and they never have an idea of when it's going to be fixed so for this I will continue to give them a low rating. Why not get a different machine altogether instead of Taylor brand so that you can have something to service your customers on a regular basis. Customer service is horrible when you go inside and I understand they are teenagers but you still have a business to conduct. Chick-fil-A would never hire someone with bad customer service
They really need better management it's ridiculous when you stand at the register so you can order and all these employees and even the manger and doesn't say anything to you and finally after standing and waiting for a while you get your order taken and then it still takes forever to get your food so really they need to step up their game cause it's very frustrating and they have a lot of employees working so why does it take forever?????? Ordered for curbside but when we arrived, we couldn't submit our spot number. I went inside and waited around 30 minutes for my order. Food was still warm but we didn't get straws, napkins or our sauces.
This location used to be absolutely wonderful. Always had quick and great service. Lately though you're lucky to show up even on a day where it's not busy and not wait 20+ minutes for your order. Currently sitting in my car baking in the heat waiting over 30min for a curbside pickup order. Nowadays they just forget about curbside ordera. They need new management.
McDonald’s used to seem like a good standard for fast food but a lot of people are under the impression it lost that shine a while ago. I agree. I never got to experience its rise but I’ve been here for its stagnation. I got the egg mcmuffin today, and per usual, I wasn’t impressed. This isn’t to say it’s bad food, but it doesn’t offer anything special. The food and service are both average. Even saying that, I do like their zero sugar vanilla iced coffee. Not many fast food places offer zero sugar coffee this good, but it’s coffee I could easily best at home (I know nothing about making coffee, I throw random stuff in).

Will never go here again. One of the longest wait times I’ve ever experienced. 35 minutes in the drive through, 25 minutes parked until I finally went in and asked what the deal was. Another 10 minutes inside before I had my food. If I hadn’t already paid online I would have cancelled.

Went to the drive in and ordered a drink via mobile. Three people got served before me. No one checked on my order. Went inside and girl said I did it for the inside which I didn’t. She then asked what I ordered. I said I ordered an iced mocha. She brought out an iced caramel mocha. At this point 25 mins have went past and I just left.
Me and my family decided to stop here and dine in for dinner. This is our first time eating here. We paid for our food at the cashier at 5:03 pm. We did not get our food until after 5:30pm. We were stressed out for waiting so long. I told my husband we could have gone home and cook dinner. We were planning to cancel our order but because the food was in a bag. We decided to wait and not cancel. Then after getting the food we had to wait for the drinks. We want be back. The wait is too long. I left with an headache. NEVER GO HERE. Waited 20 mins in drive through to be given the wrong food. I ordered two double quarter combos. They parked me and I realized no one was making it. When I went back in i was right. A woman asked the manager to make it and instead he gave out multiple refunds to other angry customers and made fries twice. When I was visibly upset and asked why with multiple people is he the only one to make it the woman told me “to come make it myself”. At this point I’m livid. It takes the manager who clearly was trying to go slow and waste my time another 5-10 minutes to even make one sandwich after asking MULTIPLE times what I even ordered. Oh and it was an allergy issue by the way so they REALLY listened. All of the employees were also snickering and laughing. I’ve worked at McDonald’s when I was younger and would’ve been IMMEDIATELY fired for saying/doing anything that young girl did. She was also on her phone. Manager was saying the right things but visibly trying to waste my time. I’ve never EVER had such a terrible experience and I was served raw chicken once. This place is BAD and needs an entire overhaul of workers. I counted 3 refunds asked for and was told before I even went in “good luck” by another patron. Not to mention the food and filth all over the floor.
Raw food! We were passing through and needed a snack. We ordered through the mobile app for convenience. Once we got our food and back oh the road we started eating our burgers. Two bites in and I noticed the meat is way undercooked. Definitely too undercooked for my liking, especially for fast food.
Drive through Order taker was playing on her phone.only took her eyes off phone to receive and hand back payment. Didn't get anything I said correctly. Asked for no whip cream on my frappe. And only pickles on my quarter pounder. Ended up with whip cream and a sandwich with no pickles but everything else that I didn't want. When i was handed the whip cream frappe. Told them I asked for no whip cream. They then was trying to just wipe the whip cream off the top instead of making a new frappe. They did make a new one but then asked me to pull around to a waiting spot for the food. Fries were old and nasty. I won't go back here.
Girl at drive-thru handed out bag with three burgers in it. Bag was leaking so bad it was all over my pants, immediately told her that the bag was leaking everywhere and she just shut the window, had no napkins or anything to clean it up with. The reason the bag was leaking was because the burger sideways
If you’re going to offer curbside pick up then cancel it then maybe you shouldn’t offer it in the first place. This is the second time this have happen. Clearly by the mutable negative reviews and lack of response y’all don’t care about customer service.
Can’t tell who is a worker and who is a customer…. Why are the employees playing on phone and wearing GAP behind the counter? It’s not cute.. they are more focused of showing off their underwear and talking about the newest albums over getting the food out…. If we’re hurting people to to the absolute bare minimum and wear whatever they want I think I’ll apply. …. Please contain your staff. Shame on the management…
Staff is more concerned about food times then ensuring the order is correct, you get parked for anything taking more than 30 seconds and after being parked they hand you your order with the correct slip but wrong food inside, I ordered a quarter pounder with rewards points and added extra cheese and a extra pattie no onions no pickles, I received a double quarter deluxe with extra lettuce and extra ketchup, I just don't understand how someone can miss the slip on top of the food before bagging the order.
We don't eat at McDonald's because they are the top of the food chain. It is a consistent problem at this location for accuracy. Don't expect any order changes to be followed without excessive follow up

Slowest location in alamance county. Last few visits I've had to wait 20+ minutes just to get food. Then it's not fresh so why the long wait??
There is a woman at the drive thru who is very rude, she doesn't write down your order correctly, she doesn't even put straws for your drink. I ordered an order of nuggets and 3 happy meals, no one put sauces on them and every time I go it's the same thing and when you ask her it bothers her to do it. If she doesn't like customer service, she should look for another job where she doesn't have to provide service to anyone.
Sooo... I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes being blatantly ignored. And all I wanted to do was ask a question. Just walked in. No greeting. Nothing. 5 people looked me right in the eyes. No one addressed me or asked if they could help me.
Maybe one day the fries will be fully cooked.
I'm so disappointed with this place. Few weeks ago the manager agreed to let me have my sons birthday party here. She was so helpful and was going to reserve the tables for us and allow me to decorate the tables. My kid was so excited. We had the invitations and everything. Suddenly she lets me know she's no longer thete and I needed to contacted the new manager. It's taking me 4 days to get any answer on the phone and some guy proceeds to tell me they don't do birthday parties. He said I just show up and that's me celebrating my sons birthday. So what about the people I invited and decorations. I won't even know if there Will be tables to accommodate, and this guy just gave me a bad feeling about it. So I'm a week away from my kids birthday and loss if what to do. Just terrible.
went in to try to get a refund on a past order that was cancelled by the store and I never received. The manager that I spoke to (had an orange brow piercing) was incredibly rude and clearly had no interest in helping me, and as a restaurant manager myself I’m honestly just shocked at the lack of manners. Not the first issue I’ve had with this store, wait times are always insane, just go to another store down the street, don’t waste your money here.

I placed a mobile order at 12:30 and went and got in line at 12:33, I waited about 20 minutes while I could see that there was a car (worker) In the parking lot and tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. I waited longer and ended up canceling my order. Close earlier if you cannot keep your staff alert or switch this person off of night shifts who worked on 8-22-24 it was beyond ridiculous.
First McDonald’s that required me to go inside to pick up a drive thru mobile order. The experience was not convenient. I do not recommend this McDonald’s and I will not be coming back.

Would not recommend. The manager would not give us 2 drinks and she wasn't helping us with our food but arguing about the fact she didn't see the drinks we ordered on the order. Assumed my father was angry at her. Then proceeded to threatened to call the police on my father because he was trying to reason with her about the drinks. Wouldn't recommend AT all. Don't waste your money here.
This is the SECOND time that I have been given a single fish sandwich after ordering AND BEING CHARGED for a DOUBLE fish sandwich! I wasn’t going to leave this review, but I called to politely inform them and nobody answers! I understand it’s fast food and you are busy, but it only takes an extra few seconds to slow down long enough to READ people’s orders carefully!! After all , I paid my money so I would appreciate it if I received EXACTLY what I’m paying for!! Especially when you’re forced to wait for something that you DID NOT even order! Your concern is “time”.. slow down and give people what they’re paying their hard earned money for! Simple!

Ordered online got 3 McFlurry went thru drive thru said they need to park us my boyfriend simply asked for a receipt because everytime they park us they forget about us and all we got was ice cream they didn’t even give us the receipt and gave us a McFlurry filled with different toppings. Horrible! Burned my quarter pounder bun to a crisp. Then they had an attitude with me when I wanted a new one. Check the pictures, the bun was black as coal. The manager (female with short hair) got loud with me because she wanted me to park and wait. That would have been fine if the other manager (male with long hair) hadn't just told me to meet him at the window. Total joke, no apology, just "go park and we'll get you a new one" I will not be back to this sub par location. After all this, they still forgot my ketchup packets and now I had cold fries, yay. If zero stars was an option, it would be zero.

I have made the mistake of coming back here multiple times since I live in the area. Not once have I had a good experience. There are always issues to be had. The drive thru is always slow, inside you can never get anyone's attention, and the app doesn't work well with this location. Not only are there issues with every form of ordering here the staff is so rude and mean. Don't come here if youre in a rush or want your food in a timely manner. Today I placed an order on the app. The app wasnt working when I tried to click i was here it just froze up, so i asked for help. The person at the counter pretended to do something bc no one had come to help me even 30 min later. I finally got the managers attention she said the order never went through. She had to press a button to make it go through and i got my order in about 3 min after that. Are you kidding me????? What the heck. This is why you shouldn't pretend to fix a problem because it can be solved in 2 seconds. I don't know what's wrong with this location they're not right. They didn't even apologize to me or try to make it better. She didnt even tell me have a good day. I am livid and can't get into contact with customer support. I shouldn't have to wait over 30 minutes for a mcdonalds order. I have never been this angry from a food place ever.
This has got to be the WORST McDonald’s in NC. My family and I came in for late lunch. Ordered on the kiosk. Waited almost 30 minutes for our food. My husband got a spicy mcrispy, I got the new hot honey bacon mcrispy with no lettuce or mayo and add pickles. There were no pickles or the crispy jalapenos that’s supposed to be on it. Both of our sandwiches were rubbery. I took one bite and threw it in the trash. Terrible service too.
Worse place in the world to door dash. The crew just stand around and play around with each other while the dasher and customers wait. The never have fries down and they are extremely slow. Especially the manager. There's where it all starts. You got a trash manager, you'll have trash employees. Simple. The owners need to do better.
I do not recommend this place. Please double check everything that you order. Ask for a receipt every purchase
The employees here forget that people still like to eat inside. I know they are timed on the drive through, but to only focus on that so people are standing in the dining room for 32 minutes just to place an order is ridiculous. Then waiting another 46 minutes for food just to get it cold!?! All while listening to the employees cuss and argue with each other! Head to the one near Target which is so much better!
Service may be ok in the drive through and lobby, I dont know, however it took 15 minutes to get a basic Mobile order while the were rolling cars through the drive through. Bottom line dont waste your time with a Mobile order at this location
This is the worst McDonalds around here 😭🙏We paid and got to the second window, they couldn’t find our order within the 2 seconds it took us to pull to the next window. I got pulled in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. So many cars pulled, others couldn’t get out. I went inside to order a shake while my boyfriend waited in the car. The kitchen was hectic and messy. Customers were complaining about the drive thru wait. A lady asked to speak to the manager and the manager walked away mid conversation. I lowkey feel bad for these workers and ive never seen a restaurant so out of place. Get it together yall 😭🙏🙏🙏
Mcdonalds needs to go out of buisness, they are nothing but pure greed !! Very Very Very Expensive and if you go thru drive thru, they screw you over, they forget items, give you the wrong order ! Drive thru staff are rude and have a bad attitude, you can tell they do not want to work! Management is worse as they just give you lip service telling you its hard to hore quality workers! You get what uou pay for when it comes to wages and work enviroment!
Just drove off their drive through, around 3:30pm They made me wait for way too long in one lane, while I was hearing them take orders from cars in the other one. I ended up driving around to the lane she kept taking orders from. When I mentioned I waited too long, she cut me off with amazing rudeness, like I am wasting her time! Why put someone with that kind of bad attitude in a that position? What's the point of having two lanes when you can't hire the right staff to handle them? I wish I could give a zero star review...
Picked up a mobile order tonight and had terrible service. Went through the drive thru to pick up the order and was asked to wait in a mobile order spot. 5 minutes later we got our order. Drink was missing, nuggets had none of the sauce that was ordered and the Big Mac was built with a top bun and two middle buns. Store was not busy during this time. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
