Dutch Bros used to be a West Coast tradition, so it’s honestly a big thing that it’s carried its footprints down to the South. This location on Northwest Highway in Grapevine is no different, and what made me visit this location was the grand size that differed from the ones I usually go to in the Central Valley in California honestly. Shoutout to the Dutch Bros team in the Northwest Highway one who took our order promptly, and made our drinks in an early fashion. I got my usual drink from the secret menu — my favorite Banana Bread breve, with less ice, while my friend got a Vampire Slayer with the green tea base and regular ice (in order to create enough balance). We were in and out of the Dutch Bros line very quickly — and in an efficient manner. There were enough parking spaces for us to sneak in a quick photo. We will definitely be back soon!

We came to Dutch bros and had no idea what to order. Our barista, Sarah Rowland Was so helpful and patient with us. She gave us advice on what to order and we liked it but wanted to make some changes. She stayed with us and gave lots of tips until we loved the drink. Such a great experience with her, we’re definitely coming back (:

I had such a fantastic experience at the Dutch Bros drive-through on my birthday! I mentioned it was my special day, and the baristas were so friendly and energetic—they really made my day extra special. Not only did I get my favorite coffee for free as part of their birthday perk, but their positive vibes and cheerful service made the experience unforgettable. The coffee was delicious (as always!), and the team went above and beyond to make me feel celebrated. Dutch Bros, you’ve gained a loyal customer for life! Highly recommend stopping by on your birthday—you won’t regret it

Let me preface this by saying I do not drink coffee, so unfortunately, I can't speak to their offerings; however, the service is phenomenal! Our business was affected by the Grapevine tornado on 12/13, and the sweetest group of young ladies came by to deliver coffee and enough add-ons to serve numerous people! This was their way of saying they're thinking of us, etc. It's such a small gesture for the company, but truly meant the world to our employee that sadly lost her home due to the storm. Thank you, Dutch Bros, for your involvement within the community and your thoughtfulness during this disaster! I'll encourage my friends/family that do drink coffee to frequent your establishment!

2nd time going to Dutch Bros Coffee and I'm loving it!! It's so good, that it touches your soul, so to speak. I got the Pumpkin Caramel breve iced latte with sweet cold foam & raw sugar sprinkled on top. Being new to this coffee experience, I don't know the correct name, but it's one of the fall beverages. Can't wait to try something else very soon!

I like that you can build your own drink here and often you can get stickers with your drink, but I wish the guys working here would give out a sticker with your drink on a special sticker day, instead of having to ask every time - "can I get a sticker too?" or "Hey, you forgot about the sticker, can I get it?" - after I got my drink

Delightfully tasting coffee. We enjoyed the cold Annihilator with dark chocolate and mocha. Flavorful and rich. The fellow who greeted our car recommended it. He was upbeat and made a great choice for us. Isn't it nice to see people who love what they do? Starbucks used to convey that fun, but our recent experiences suggest they're complacent and are expensive. Dutch Bros in Grapevine delivers a great value, and so we plan to return soon.

I used to love coming to this dutch bros and now I just go here since its convenient. The guys that have taken my order in the morning are never friendly and just seem like they hate their lives. I get it its hot and your probably tired but not only do I go to dutch bros for the amazing coffee but I go for the service. The interactions I used to get would put me in a good mood for my morning. Now im just in a hurry.

Just putting coffee in a cup. Stopped by here a couple times on my break but today will be the last time because that’s exactly how I feel when I attempt to indulge here. I never go thru the drive thru and one once or twice have not felt rushed or on an assembly line and im the only one ordering from the walk up window. Coffee never hits like it supposed to and I feel like I’m bothering someone if I think to go ask for a replacement or attempt to fix my drink. Shouldn’t feel like a hassle to try a get the taste im paying for.

I ordered a Med drink with light ice and they gave me a half filled cup. When i asked if they could fill it up for me they told me no and that it was normal to fill the iced drinks cup with ice to the top. I go to this location all the time and i never had this happen when i ask for light ice.So I basically paid 7 dollars for a small drink. I really could ask again because most of the employee look like they were celebrating something inside. So I just sucked it up paid for my drink and went to work. Loved this location because its so close to my job but I won't be coming back.

If you like running on sugar and not coffee, this is your place. I ordered less than half sweet and I still couldn’t taste coffee. My husband order a plain black coffee, flavor was not good. This place is like 7brew- crappy coffee that’s loaded up with liquid sugar and milk.
