We've stayed away from Wendy's the last few years because of the type of service we've always received at ever other Wendy's we've been to. The girls working at this location were unbelievably nice and friendly. Will definitely be back!

I'm really not big on fast food at all, but today in a hurry I ran into Wendy's in Greenville Tx. Ive been to Wendy's and never had a great experience. Today I was pleased and presently surprised. This is an older location but very clean. My food was hot, fast and tasty! Ate what we wanted for 2 people with a frosty 10.89 total. Burgers fries and dinks. Thank you Wendy!!

Oh, you know how it goes with Wendy's It's got that familiar vibe we all love, with the same tasty menu and classic look we're used to. Plus, the prices? They're pretty much on point with what you'd expect! And let me tell you, it’s nice and clean inside, and the staff are super attentive and friendly. You really can't go wrong! 🍔😊

Went to Wendy's and got food a couple of days ago and the service was so exceptional that I had to come on here and leave a review. Allie, working the drive-thru, had such exceptional customer service. She is definitely a gym. I honestly have just gotten used to mediocre service at fast food places but Ali really was so sweet and kind and made it an exceptional experience. Thank you Allie

We were helped by the manager who was very friendly and professional. The one small hiccup with the order was quickly fixed with no issue. The food was good and I will have no qualms eating there again in the future. I recommend the chicken BLT it was very good.

To the team member who took my order @ 8:16 PM, a Triple Baconator LG Combo, she was very speedy with taking my order, sweet, efficient and funny. April deserves a raise, she made my day, after a long shift at work, to whichever manager that reads this, I also give applause you for training great team members, at this location and lastly Happy Valentine’s Day! I will definitely be coming back to this fine establishment. Wendy’s never disappoints :)

Nate is absolutely amazing!! I'm new in town and came by here to eat, then returned today because of him and his excellent customer service. Such an amazing person, and he even remembered my name. I will always come back just to see his smiling face. Such a good kid that was raised right. He definitely deserves all the praise. He even changed the dr pepper for me so i could have dr pepper!! Keep up the amazing job!! It is noticed :) The food is always great as well.

This is another place I absolutely love. The staff here had treated my family and me so well. My wife recently had to undergo an emergency surgery and has had a few hospitalization afterwards as a result. My kids and I have had to rely on fast food more than I would care to admit lately, and a constant favorite of their's is our local Wendy's. The staff treats us so well. There was a new trainee there the other day and was so patient with me. The managers on duty are always so pleasant and seem to do their best to make sure each encounter with the public is as genuinely welcoming as can possibly be. I don't know if it's more training, better hiring, or what, but whatever they are doing, it's working. This is one of a couple of fast food places in town that is really going out of their way to seem to want to really make a positive image. And it's working. We love our Wendy's! Great job to the WHOLE staff! Thank you all!

I ordered the baconator meal today. They were very fast that’s because the burger had already been made way before I got there. The fries were hot and crispy and very good. I wish the burger wasn’t dry and pre made sitting under some heat lamp before I got there. Wish you would take the time to make the burgers fresh when ordered.

Purchased a double cheeseburger and it was great. Freshly made. Only the drive-thru was open. 4 cars full of at least 4 people each and two walk ins left because the doors were locked. The drive thru already had 4 full cars ahead of me. They need more people or at least open the doors.

Well, their app is confusing when using an offer and the cheeseburger I got was wrong. I ordered the burger with meat cheese and mayo and tomatoes. It came with lettuce and the cheese on it was cold nowhere close to melted, it tasted like Individualy wrapped slices of American. I seldom eat here. There chili is good though. The only thing I like.

The food was good a personal favorite is their chili with extra cheese and onions poured over one of their baked potatoes. It seems that they were having a rough day whenever I stopped by. I first stopped around 5:15 in the Drive-Thru trying to pick up a snack for my son. After waiting 20 minutes and seeing that it was probably going to take at least 10 minutes longer I was in danger of being late to the daycare and had to leave. After picking up my kiddo I returned hoping that the rush had passed or that they had fixed whatever the issue was. This time we went inside to order. It was probably about 15 minutes before we could order and it least another 30 before we received our food. However I really wanted that chili and baked potato so I ordered a cookie for my son that way he could start on that while we waited on the rest of our food. Once we received it everything was delicious but I think they may need to hire some extra help or something. In the end I really just felt bad for them because I could tell that they were trying but you can only do so much when you're short staffed or fully staffed but with very new employees.

Wait staff friendly. Place clean. Food Delicious. We were in a hurry and something happened to our order. It took forever and it made us late to our speaking engagement. Only go there if you are not in a hurry. Maybe it was a one time thing.

It's not the location. It's not the city. It's more of a staffing issue, more trainees than trained staff, costumers, and wanna thugs that are rude and highly disrespectful. Granted I was there when a costumer thought he had the right to openenly yell and call out the manager during an interview. Was balidgerant and vulgar towards all he came across. The staff handled it rather well as did other costumers and by standards waiting to see the conclusion. I like Wendy's. Don't get me wrong but I sure wouldn't put an entirely untrained staff on lunch rush hour....

It's decent for fast food. It's always slow, no matter how you order. If you go at night it's the slowest. They only take two orders at a time in the drive thru, and you sit waiting at the menu speaker.

I order my food and paid for it was going to meet my trucker son that was in town there was no one in the restaurant or in the Drive-Thru when I pulled up to the to get the food had to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes to get my food in Denton order very much food to begin with having lunch while my son was in town

Went to this location on 8-11-25 at 6:15. Saw nobody in the drive-through. Went inside with my wife and kids and found one person waiting for their food. We ordered 2qty 10piece nugget meals with frosties, 1 apple pecan salad and one chicken asiago club meal. I was then given 3 cups (only had 1 drink as the other 2 were substituted for frosties. About 5 minutes later they called my name for my order but only gave me the nuggets and 3 orders of fries. I gave that to my kids and continued to wait. A moment later the 2 frontier were put on the counter and 5 minutes later the salad. She then called my name again. I retrieved the food and asked about my chicken sandwich. She said they missed it, so I took the melting frosties and the salad to my family and came back to wait for the sandwich. 5 minutes later they handed me the sandwich. I then sat down to eat with my family only to find they were almost done and my fries were now cold. So disappointed in the service people provide these days.

The Freestyle needed a simple pot of hot water to clear the ice but the manager was too lazy. I'd wonder about any other areas that customers can't see. Braum's is across the street. Manager did come by and ask if lunch was good. Only thing that saved this review.

Not very often I leave a bad review, but trust me when I say this place deserves it. The last few (read: 3) times I've been to this location, it's been nothing but disappointment. Order is always wrong, employees are always rude or incompetent, and the area near their drive thru window smells like raw sewage. Tonight, we waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes with one car in front of us, got attitude from the woman working the drive thru (smart remarks for no reason, tried arguing with the entire car full of people, and then when we pulled up to the window she snatched the card out of my husband's hand and pretended like she didn't hear us asking for sauce for the nuggets we ordered), and of course the fries were cold. Do yourself a favor--if you're craving Wendy's, take a 45 minute drive to the next closest location.

Bathrooms are disgusting. Counters and tables are gross and sticky. We were the only ones there, so it's not like they were busy. Stood behind the counter gossiping instead of cleaning. Order was correct and hot.

I ended up coming to Wendy's after a very long drive, I was starving and ready for one of thier burgers. I had to wait 11 minutes which honestly wasn't that bad because I really wanted a Wendy's burger, I get my food and once I'm home realize it's a chicken sandwich instead and I was not happy!! But seeing as I was home already I said oh well it is what it is now and took a huge bit only to find out it was some kinda ghost pepper nonsense that totally overpowered any chicken whatsoever. Sooo my whole dinner was trashed.

Ordered delivery using an offer for free delivery. Order totaled $16.58 and was charged $28.28, this included a tip of $3.10. What else was the approx $9 for. Never again Wendy's you suck! You have a phone, therefore answer it, not go to full mailbox that is probably full of complaints. Delivery driver was right on time.

Going here during the day is a better experience than at night. Must have better crew during the day. I ordered on doodash just a burger, fries, and cookies. Fries were cold as cold could be. Probably had been sitting there for awhile. Definitely not freshly made and they completely missed my cookies. When I order on doodash during the day though I have no issues, everything is good, but at night they really mess it up. Do better.

Asked for fresh food 3 different occasions and was given heat lamp food. First 2 times manager was rude and acted as if she didn’t want to approve of my request. The last time food was given to me and I returned the food for fresh food and it was just dropped in grease then returned to me. 3 strikes your out. I went in to this Wendy's the other day and stood there waiting for someone to take my order. One of the workers was 3 feet from me. I finally asked if there was someone that could take our order. He explained to me that they weren't taking anymore orders until some of their big orders cleared out! We just turned around and walked out. He hollered after us "Sorry for wasting your time!" So rude! I will not be back!

I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and the bun was hard as a rock. When I called about it and asked if they check for food quality before handing it out through drive thru, the person replied that they check every order before handing it out. Why did this one miss inspection of person making to person handing out?!? Quality of food and customer service at this location is very poor. I will not eat at this location ever again.

Walked in at 5:30 PM on Friday, 2/25/22. You would expect them to have sufficient people to service customers during this time of day. You would be wrong. I know of at least three people that got tired of waiting to order and left. From the time I got in line to the time I got my food, 20 minutes had passed and they had two orders wrong during that time. Definitely will not go back! Yes, I understand how COVID has messed up so many restaurants, but to keep customers coming back you have to be doing better than that.

WORST customer service. Waited in drive thru lane for 17 minutes on food. 5 cars behind us got theirs. Then when she FINALLY brought ours out while rolling her eyes and sighing it was all cold. So it wasn't that anything was being made she was just lazy. The bacon burger was drenched in so much sauce we couldn't even tell if it had bacon on it.

I went through the drive-thru yesterday (in Greenville TX) around 3pm, and the person taking the orders was talking so fast. I felt like I was being rushed to place my order, and not to mention, he seemed to get frustrated with me because I didn’t place my order in the manner he expected. I have been going to Wendy’s for years (my cousin manages one in Texarkana) and I know exactly what I want when I get there. Also, they need to teach the young lady at the window to say thank you, don’t come back, or kiss my “you know what” instead of not saying anything and closing the window. I’m sure there are other businesses who would gladly take my money.

Was there around 2pm today, walked in and stood there @counter for 5min to order. Nope, that didn't happen, not even the possible manager acknowledged me and my daughter. We were literally the only customers inside. Walked out and went to Wataburger. To the owners of this place, you really need to see what goes on here.

It took 30 minutes to get out food it’s supposed to be fast. Fries where soggy, employees did not now what to do, lady before us got her food 10 minutes after us and her family was done eating. When she tried to talk to the manager they all look at her and turn around and ignored her

Ordered 5 burgers. Two of them had buns as hard as rocks. The girl manning the drive thru grabbed all of our cups by putting her fingers inside the rim, and she touched the undersides of the lids. Gross. I did appreciate that the girl was very polite, and the employees were wearing masks.

Unfortunately I am frustrated. There supposed to open at 10 am I'm in parking lot at ten am. At 10:12 am they still have locked doors. 2 different employees have seen us. As I began to pull out at 10:15 they come open the door. I went to Jack in the box. Update this is 3 years later I finally go to give them a second chance we are standing in the lobby for 18 minutes and no one is taking our order and the employees have seen us multiple times...... That's last time

Out of probably 8 or 9 employees working, only one gentleman wanted to work today at Wendy's. I wouldn't recommend doing mobile ordering from this Wendy's unless you want to wait up to 30 minutes after the pick up time for your order. Many of the employees were walking around not doing anything.

Where do I start? First of all 20 minutes in a 3 car line. Food? Incorrect and colder than hell. Lady in drive thru confirmed my order twice and still didn’t give me ketchup. My sandwich didn’t have bacon even though I paid the extra for it. My drink had ice even though I said no ice. Every thing tasted stale already. Will never return to this location.

Wendys here has always sucked. It still does. Dont ask forno salt on your order because they will dump a lot on it if you do. The manager is disgusting. Dont believe me just go inside and lock at the area your food is prepped and made. Gross.

I placed an order for 3 small items, took 5 minutes for them to correctly take my order at the menu drive through area, got it wrong multiple times when asked to repeat order back to me, manager had to step in and help, got in line and waited over 25 minutes for 3 dollar menu items when I had somewhere to be!!! Ridiculous! They only brought out my food when I asked for a refund! Food wasn't even cooked the way it usually is and thus they werent even following company instructions when cooking!

Yeah don't go here. Ordered on the app, pull up to the speaker and they ask me to go to the mobile parking spot and they'll bring it out. Cool okay. I'm there over 30 minutes no food. So I go to the window and they say "someone picked it up I don't know what to tell you I can't even see it in our system". I ask if they can remake my order since they put it in the door dash pick up instead of bringing it to the mobile parking spot where they told me to go, and I'm told they're basically out of everything because at this point it's 35 min to close. Poor management and poor efficiency.

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever had the pleasure of dining at they hardly ever have menu items ready and when they do it taste like it was made 3 days prior. New management please 🙏. The workers care more about fingernails than they do the food industry.

Do not go here! We waited an hour and a half in the drive thru while they gave our order to someone else. They had to remake it. When we finally got home the order was wrong. We contacted the manager for a refund and they gave us $20 in credit (we spent $50). They took the credit back a few weeks later. They've lost our business permanently.

I went to this location 3 times within the last two weeks. Every time I got back home the order has been messed up. I let it go the last 2 times but this time I've had enough. I ordered the #11 spicy and strawberry sweet tea. Lucky I saw a difference right away with the drink. But when I got home and opened my sandwich its a burger and not the spicy chicken that I asked for. I tried calling the store numerous times but it just rang and rang, no voice mail set up either so that's why I'm on here leaving this review. Next time if I go back I'm going to sit there at the window and open every thing that's wrapped up and if they tell me to move my car like last time when I was trying to put my money up in my purse, I'm not moving an inch till I check every thing. Corporate needs to come do a surprise visit and see what's really going on.

Requested a burger without mayonnaise. Seems like they put extra on it. And asked for a baked potato and they never seem to have any. And the fries were old. If you eat here you need to check your food before you leave. Will not be back.

Upsized my meal without me asking, made it a double without me asking. When saw receipt and asked about it they said it's policy that you have to specify if you want it downsized to a single or a small. I have never heard of something that ridiculous. And to top it off the price they charged me wasn't even the price on the menu.

Went November 9th around 2:40 in the afternoon me and my girlfriend placed an order and we wanted medium French fries so that’s what we ordered . We get to the window to make sure the girl heard us right . And I’m assuming he’s a manager he’s a fat white man with brown or black facial hair . He was nasty at the mouth for no reason then proceeds to tell us that we didn’t order medium French fries. As a manager myself that was uncalled for and rude . Management need to do better and have more respect for customers.

Did not get everything we ordered. We ate inside. Asked 2 times for the rest of our food and did not get it. Noticed the cook grabbing chicken nuggets and eating them as she cooked and filling orders. Ordered something else. After receiving my order u asked to speak to the manager. I told the manager that I saw the cook sneaking the nuggets and opening up the bottom of her maks and eating them and that I had counted a total of 10 I personally saw her eat. Manager went and told all the staff what I said and were I was sitting. All the staff took turns looking around to see me. Now I have been on the phone 55 minutes to talk to someone about this and I'm still on hold. Fine customer service

20+ minutes to get through the drive-thru is unacceptable. Ordered a 50 piece nugget party pack and it only came with 46 nuggets, unacceptable. The BBQ sauce and ketchup as ordered was not included, unacceptable. 3 strikes, I guess we'll go to McDonalds next time.

If I could give 0 stars. I would all the employees are disrespectful no matter what time of day you go. They NEVER have all the ingredients they need to run this fast food restaurant and many other time they do not have working registers not sure how they are still in business. Finally when they do have the correct inventory the food is cold, burned or not well done.

When we got there, a table full of managers were talking loudly in the corner about the next day's lottery. This wouldn't have been so bad if the drive through wasn't being slammed at the time. The girl behind the counter forgot to tell them to start our food and both managers (who had returned to working by then) both decided to jump her case and critique her in front of customers which, in my opinion, is super unprofessional.

I remember why I don't come here anymore , I get to the drive thru and wait 5 minutes before someone offers to take my order and they tell me they are only accepting cash but that they take card inside so I go inside and try to order and I guess I was interrupting a txt message because the lady taking orders couldn't put her phone down for a minute I had to repeatedly tell her what I wanted to order because she was so caught up in her phone she didn't know what was going on around her , then a lady comes in from the drive through and her food was ice cold. I finally get my food and had to ask them to get me drinks because the machine only had diet coke available . I get home and ready to eat my food and guess what it's cold as well , trash service trash food I know I won't be coming back , it's crazy to think your getting paid to take orders and run a business and your too invested in ur phone to take 1 order ..... . * Update * my drinks are all diet when I said I didn't want diet and I called them 5 times and no answer I guess they only know how to text in front of customers and not know how to just pick up a ringing phone

Came here tonight for the first time in years and it will be years before I come back. Cashier wasn’t polite at all. Didn’t greet us at all. Just stood there with an unpleasant look on her face until we said something. No thank you after we ordered. NOTHING!!! Drink machine was disgusting. Every table was dirty. Along with the chairs and floor. Our fries were cold and the chicken in my sandwich was green. Went to order frosty’s before leaving only to be told they weren’t frozen. It was such a terrible experience.

Horrible customer service. Lady at the window is so rude & totally hates her job. Had attitude the entire time we were trying to pay and get our order. She kept slamming the window on our face. Gave us one honey mustard for a whole kids meal. 2 bbq sauces for 10 nuggets. Food was cold and tasted old. Don’t even waste your time. Taste nothing how Wendy’s normally taste. Staff is so unprofessional.

Don't take your service dog to this facility they will will make you provide documentation that your service dog is a service dog and then they will make you take your service dog out of the store they think they're above the law but legally they cannot refuse you service

Red head girl needs to be nicer and actually let her costumers talk when taking the orders. Rushing you is not the way to go. Then having to wait 25 minutes to find out they gave our food to the wrong people. If I hadn’t gone inside, yall wouldn’t have noticed. Everyone tapping on the screen talking about “oh yeah that’s the order” and not coming up to tell me what happened and leaving me standing and having to ask the manager what happened just for him to be like “sorry” and walk off is also not professional. Do better.

Just came from here and got home to ice cold fries, and my order completely wrong after I was asked to pull forward to make my burger fresh. The Coca-Cola tasted like it was mixed with lime juice as well. No receipt to complain and the weather is too bad to go back and get it right. I hate spending 20+on 2 combos that are almost inedible.

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had. Food took 20 mins, manager sat on his phone staring at my bf after fries were not added to order. My bf stood at counter about 5 mins before being acknowledged as manager looked at him while on his phone and he finally had to yell EXCUSE ME. The food was old and tasted like it had been re heated 30 times. Definitely do not plan on going back there

My wife and I are in the process of moving to Greenville and stopped here cause our kids really wanted it. She pulled up in the drive thru in her van and I pulled in right behind her in my car. My wife forewarned the lady working that we had a sizeable order and the woman said to my wife "Well, lady you're gonna have to work with us...we aren't even fully staffed tonight. It's only three of us here!" Nevermind that we are the ONLY people there and it's around 8pm. My wife responds with "It's totally fine we usually exp"..... ---was cut off right there with ..."Ma'am!!! You gon' have to hold on just a second!" Soooooo...we just left and now I'm leaving this for everyone.

Every single time I go to this location, they ALWAYS have some reason as to why the chocolate frostys are unavailable and cannot be ordered. Today's visit, however, truly was the worst visit I've ever had at a Wendy's location anywhere- and that was explicitly due to the staffing and how long it took to get to the drive thru speaker in line and let them know we were there to pick up our mobile order, and once we FINALLY got to the window- we sat there at least a good solid 5-8 mins waiting for our order- and it was 16 nuggets, 2 fries, 2 vanilla frostys and a dr pepper. Thats it. The manager was the one at the window and she was soo out of her element, and you could tell the employees had no respect for her and that she had no idea how to be the crew LEADER. It was horrible.

Went here 7pm on 12/31/23. Absolutely worst service possible. Manager was RUDE. They messed up one double burger FOUR TIMES before they could get it right. They put cheese on it and I have a child ALLERGIC to cheese. Wouldn't give my husband a refill on his lemonade OR let him refill it with soda- he had to throw away his cup. They also don't honor the meals or prices posted on their menu. The four for four is in the menu but they won't give you that. Then asked or the five dollar biggie bag meal and was charged $6 for it BEFORE TAX. That's not what the menu said. Also witnessed the manager being very disrespectful to another employee that was simply taking her break- in front of customers. Totally unprofessional. We will not be back. I was going to put the managers name on here but she was the only one NOT wearing a name tag.

Wow, they have got to be the SLOWEST "fast" food ever. The last 3 times it has taken 45 minute IN THE DRIVE THROUGH!! All i got were Fries and drinks!! They can't seem to get their stuff together. Pull up to the screen they have you hold till the person in front of you is at the window. Once at the window they have to pay and you'll forward. Like they can't multitasking. Corporate really needs to take a look at thenoperations

Had to take a late lunch, so went through drive thru at 2PM and order a Dave’s double, combo meal. Got back to work and discovered my fries were stale, and burger was overcooked and dry. We all know what that means. I got patties that had been sitting way too long, and fries that were not even close to fresh. Just because I missed the dinner rush doesn’t mean I deserve old food. I paid the full price. I’ve had a couple issues here before, but this was the last straw

It’s 10:00pm and your system is down. Nothing new.. During the day you can be the only person in line and still wait 30 min for 4 burgers. Nothing new. Not to mention the 5 min wait just for someone to come over the speaker. Nothing new. Didn’t think the food could get any worse, then you go again. Who’s being held accountable? Honestly I haven’t ever seen anyone resemble a manager in this place. Who’s the owners who keep letting these things happen? Corporate? Shift lead? Team lead? Do they all attend high school?

I order my food thinking when I got to Wendy's it would be done. these people took 45min to get my food done To make matters worse they gave me half a drink. At that point I was fed up.

The woman at drive through rushed us not only that she rolled her eyes at my husband because he asked for a frosty!!! This is a no no!!! No matter how fast or slow you are in fast food you still Maintain good service!!! Don't take the job if you don't like it! PERIOD! Waited for food awhile as well!

Me and my son's just went to Wendy's, and we went through the drive threw, and we waited for like 5 minutes we blew the horn and said hello no answer. Then someone said hello ,and my son told them his order and they never said anything and we waited and nothing was said. So we left as we were driving off we seen someone standing in the window look at us. Real weird behavior probably want be going back there for a while. 10/11/25 6:35 pm

I ordered 6 biggie meals from Door Dash. The delivery lady handed my order to me, all bags double sealed. When I opened the bags there were 3 sandwiches missing. I called the Wendy's, spoke to 2 so called mangers, both female, whose only solution was to blame the Door Dash lady and then all but accuse me of lying because the order weighed out right. They had no interest in helping in any way, were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They hesitantly told me I could come up there, but the whole idea of delivery is not making a trip. I would give the people who work there a 0 if it was an option. Get out of customer service.

I placed a mobile order at this Wendy’s and had a very frustrating experience. When I arrived, the worker Breanna could not find my order and responded with attitude instead of trying to resolve the issue. It was unprofessional and made the process more stressful than it should have been. Management really needs to improve how mobile orders are handled and ensure better customer service.
