This place is great. There is a quick staff that is fine with custom orders and allergies. The burgers taste better, the lines are shorter, the tables are cleaner, and they respect the sanctity of the dollar menu unlike that clown across the street with his "value" menu of McLies and disappointment.

This location allowed Kell Boys Soccer to,set up the car wash for fundraising. I also ordered a whopper meal with cheese meal. Service was very awesome considering how busy they were . Some of the empty tables were very dirty. Restrooms could've used a refresh

Wow this place so good I had to review it when I got home. Its been a really rainy and nasty night and the drive through is busy so you’d expect the typical slow and drab service. Stephanie was amazing. I have a large commerical truck that does not fit in the drive thru and she, while off the clock even, took my order and brought my food out to me while the lobby was closed. It is much appreciated and she is a wonderful lady! She made my visit to Georgia that much more special

I have given up on expecting good fast food restaurants, because the food is never freshly cooked and the service is usually bad. However, at this location and time, we received excellent food and service! My wife tried the Impossible Whopper Burger and it was a little dry, but good. I got a Double Whopper, mine was better, more juicier! The guest section was clean and all employees were very nice!

Wasn't busy when we came in, except there were 18 of us that made it busy. The lady who took the orders did so pretty quickly and accurately. The manager and workers were very hospitable. The restroom was clean, and so was the inside. Great experience overall. Thnx.

This is one of the better Burger Kings in the area in my opinion. Other places always serve old nuggets that have been sitting and are stale. This place seems to always have decent fresh food. Love the Burgers of course. Decent prices in this economy even though the dollar menu is long gone lol. Nice drive through lady always positive and upbeat.

Pulled up around 6:35 was out by 6:43. I got 2 Original chicken sandwich and 2 medium fries were all hot and fresh! The guy at the window was pleasant. No attitude like usual fast food spots even when I needed him to repeat hisself Twice. AND THEY HAVE KETCHUP WITHOUT HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP so I don’t need to eat this sandwich dry🫶🏾😩 I appreciate it. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

2-3 times a year, I gotta go through the drive-through, forgive me, I grew up in the '70s and '80s. Last year, I stopped at a McDonald's, a sucker for a double cheese. I thought, it's been years since I had a Big Mac and boy was I disappointed. Little Mac is more like it. 5 bites, gone. Today, I pulled into Burger King. Again, I thought, years since I had a Whopper. Wow! It's about the same size as I remember. Cool 😎

This is one of the best Burger Kings in the area. Is my go-to location, always good food and servce. UPDATE 3/6/25: Stopped at this Burger King's drive thru in the evening. The wrong order was handed to us, a mistake, but caused us to drive back to pick up my original order. The onion rings had unusual aftertaste this time, definitely not as good as in past visits. I had 5 stars, now 4 stars.

I really like the Impossible Whopper but what I don't like from this particular location is that they are extremely slow. You would think your food would be piping hot since it took so long to get it but it's not. My food is always lukewarm to sort of warm and the french fries always appear to have been under the heat lamp for an extended period of time before I get them.

I ordered food at 11:20pm and got there at 11:30pm. They said they were unable to make our order because they had closed. Online it says they close at midnight along with a few other locations. We never have issues with the food or our service when we go to this location. I'm only leaving a review for those who do what I did.

Had to wait for a Spicy chicken sandwich, which was ok except the Original Chicken Sandwich we also ordered was missing from the bag. Had to go right back through the drive-thru to get it and it was not even warm. Neither of the chicken sandwiches set well on either of our stomachs and tasted more like licking cardboard. Onion rings were greasy and barely even warm. Iced tea was still warm and didn't have enough ice to be called "iced tea"... Also, the person who took our order made no effort to even seem happy to help us. Obviously didn't care if the food was accurate or edible, either! Definitely won't be back.

Ok it seems strange to me really I used there app to order something which I assume is supposed to be quicker or something and it took longer than the wait in the drive through. Just for clarification this is the closest one to my house and I have been through there drive through several times. I have never seen anything special about there speed. There not slower than any other drive through to my experience but also no faster.

They usually get my order wrong whenever I go. They once tried to give me food from someone that received it at the drive-thru, then took it inside when they realized it was not their order. I asked the cashier was she going to give me the food the lady had just returned and she responded, "no," but proceeded to give me the returned food. I called her on it and told her how unsanitary that was and asked to speak to her manager. I eventually got fresh food.

I love the Wopper over the years here at this same store. Today at 5.00 PM it was so "cold", but so hungry I just did not return it or complain , I just ate it. Thinking a bit, they could be preparing a bunch of these in advance, but not keeping the right heat on them.

I visited the Burger Kingon Wade Green Road yesterday. The service we received was quick and pleasant, which we truly appreciated. However, once we arrived home, we noticed that the Junior Whoppers we ordered were poorly executed. The portion size and overall quality were below the standards we’ve come to expect. We have visited this location several times in the past and have always been satisfied with both the food and service, so this experience felt unusual. It may have been an off day or a temporary decline in food quality. While this won’t prevent us from visiting this location again, we wanted to share our experience in the hope that it can help maintain the high standards we know this restaurant is capable of delivering.

First off, the restaurant was very clean and the workers in the back seemed to be working very efficiently. Now, here's my issue: I ordered online and came inside to pick up my order. Several employees came up front to get icees and things, but NO ONE asked to help me or even recognized me AT ALL. No, "We'll be right with you" or anything. A group of 3 other customers came in and waited for a while, too. They left because the counter customers were totally ignored. I know you're trying to keep the drive through moving, but you can't ignore the customers who take the take to come to eat or pick up orders. Lastly, the brisket Whopper is fire!!!! Try it with a few onion rings on it.

Every time we order an impossible whopper, they always come out under cooked and taste nothing like they should. How is it that an impossible whopper looks like it's beef cooked medium rare? Burgers at these places aren't even supposed to be red in the center at all let alone a non meat patty. The staff are kinda friendly, friendlier than the typical Popeyes or the McDonald's across the street

Slow service; ordered their Steakhouse King and actually watched as it sat under a heat-lamp after its completion. The people who ordered after I did received their food first, and by the time I got my sandwich, it was cold. They need more people assigned to work the Front-Registers and have dedicated Drive-Thru window handlers - that way neither two sections will get entangled.

Food was the usual BK food BUT, the lobby was closed before 10:00. Not sure why or what time. It closes at 10:00. I arrived around 9:30 and there were 8 cars in the drive thru JUST SITTING and WAITING. Two more cars arrived drove around and left. One person tried to go inside but the door was locked. Two more cars came and waited behind me in the drive thru. The person in the car before me was yelling that it was not 10:00 yet. The lady at the window just gave her the food and ignored her. I got my food at 10:03. I hope the higher ups hear about this and provide an explanation.

Today, I used my t mobile Tuesday code to get my free impossible whopper with my family. So I had ordered mine and then used the code from my dads phone to order it(my dad is in the car), then the lady at the cashier spoke with a aggressive tone at me said I can only order one. I had to then had to clarify that the order was for my dad. She still had a aggressive tone like she was mad at me for some reason(even after the nonsense from her,she still got my dad the burger).Restaurants or wherever, should always treat their customers with good hostility even when they feel agitated. Fyi, I didn’t even raise my voice or show any annoyed/agitated emotion the whole time, I was just speaking in a regular tone. I always loved this place because there was an older lady at the cashier who was always nice until this lady came in for the morning shift I think. Thanks to this lady, my whole day feels ruined and the manager for this place please tell your staff how to treat your customers. I don’t know the shifts but this is the date and time, Tuesday,September 24,2019 and it was around 11:00 AM.

Usually we love coming to this Burger King. However, we had a big order and we went through the drive through. We had four meals and added some onion rings to our order. They gave us three fries and an onion ring. Wouldn’t have been a problem if they didn’t charge us for four fries and a an onion ring. We called the place and told them but the lady we talked to definitely didn’t care if her tone was anything to go by. Very disappointed.

Shorter, white lady is a sweetheart. Love her to death. But whoever was at the drive thru just now round 10:30pm on October 14th 2023 needs to do a better job. Only accepting cash? Say it at the speaker or put a sign up. 20 minute wait to then not get food because cash only? I'm sure some people were upset behind me. Got a whopper and it was just the patty between bread. No lettuce or toppings. The blonde girl supervising/training the black boy in short dreds tonight seemed to enjoy the mess of a show they were running. Like it was funny. I'd reconsider her. This BK is known for good service and food — don't let it become like the others in the area!

Breakfast Pick-Up Order 10/14/25 - Earliest p/u time shown on order was 9:51am. Not ready until 10:05am. I placed a drive-thru pickup order thru the app, and a couple minutes later went up to the drive-thru and let them know I was there to pick it up. I was told to drive around the loop for at least 3 minutes so they have time to prepare it. I truly don't understand the difference between someone ordering at the speaker and someone that gave you a several minute head-start already by placing the order in advance. There were zero vehicles ahead of me. I complied, and came back to the speaker a few minutes later - I was immediately told to wait a moment at the speaker in-lieu of a greeting, and then had to wait behind 3 other people in the drive thru that placed orders after me, whom they apparently had plenty of time to prepare food for. Food tasted pretty good, and the order was correct. I was not asked if I needed any condiments for my items, and the hashbrowns were cold. Trash receptacle was overflowing. 2 Stars because she at least apologized for the wait, even though the delay could have been avoided if they had prioritized my order - placed and paid for in advance.

Absolutely the worst service in this location. It has been convenient for us to grab breakfast here during the weekdays because we are often grabbing breakfast on the run due to our busy morning schedule. We ignore the poor service most of the time due to the convenience factor. But today when their system went down during our order, we were told to leave and go to the bank to pull out cash before they could serve us breakfast. Not "here is your breakfast, it may be a moment before we can run your card while we get our system back up" or "so sorry, please enjoy your complimentary breakfast". We won't go back there again.

Went there to get a nice Oreo Shake In this hot weather and they said "the shake machine was down and not working". Its a very bad practice that alot of these fast foods are doing when they don't want to service the customers. I will be calling their Corporate office and filing a complaint. I always thought that the customers are always right, and these bad practices are not right. I understand they don't want to clean the machines late night, but 2 hours before closing Is way too early. Burger kings have higher standards than that!

They got my order wrong after I sat in drive thru for 30 mins. My food was cold. The kicker was I could tell something was off because the girl acted as if she didn't want to give me the food. She looked in the bag twice, plus the skimmed on the fries. I get they may be short staff but this was no excuse

I ordered a whopper meal with no ketchup and no Mayo, I hate ketchup and I’m allergic to raw eggs so I can’t eat Mayo. I got my food on Uber eats and the sandwich was COVERED in ketchup…. Like I had asked for extra or something. It clearly read on the receipt “no ketchup” All of my food was cold. Not room temp but cold. It completely ruined my mood and of course no one did anything to try and fox the problem. I guess next time I’ll have to tell them I’m allergic to ketchup too for someone to do their job correctly??? I’ve worked in the service industry so I know mistakes happen but with the amount of ketchup, this had to be deliberate.

I ate here 06/01 and I am still suffering the effects of the nastiest food poisoning ever. This place should be shut down for hygiene purposes. I have never been so sick ever. Never again, be careful with this place. A burger and sandwich aren't worth the hundreds you will spend going to a hospital because you got poisoned by a fast food. HORRIBLE.

This was such a letdown today. Let's begin with food. Absolutely the worst food I've had in a while. No flavor, bland, just not good. The workers were very nice and helpful but we had to wait a while on our food. I love the drink machine but the restaurant was very dirty. The bathrooms were clean though. I will not be back here.

This BK restaurant got my order wrong...again. That's the 3rd time. I ordered a Double Whopper with cheese and got a single Whopper without cheese. The Dr. Pepper was flat and my fries were cold. I love BK, but won't be back. Once is mistake. Twice is a coincidence. Three times is a pattern.

Store hours say midnight, however the attitude i got was rude. I know at certain locations you can turn off your order via doordash at least 15 mins priot to closin. But 2330 vs 0000 then turning off mic mid sentence while tryin to ask questions its sooo frustrating.

Good food fast service that was 2 years ago So I went yesterday February 21st and I had horrible experience I ordered through the app I receive my food and try to order a milkshake the manager Samantha told me that she's receiving the shift and she cannot take my order at that time 2:30pm I said okay I'll come back later going to my car I realize that they can order through the app. I'm walking back into the store and for my surprise not even 30 seconds there's a guy ordering for my surprise when I've been told that I can't order. A few customers later than being helped I'm still waiting for my milkshake the lady asked me what I'm waiting for milkshake she said I wanted to give it to you I said no you didn't and she tried to argue with me while she almost threw the receipt for the milkshake away. I'm not sure why those people were rude to me maybe because I'm a foreigner I'm a payment customer like everybody else I was nice with them they're hostile for no reason this place used to be good unfortunately I have to go someplace else.

The manager today at the time of 4:00 pm, was extremely unprofessional. As a dasher, I approached her for my order and she rudely told me that it was not there and I was at the wrong location. Then after verifying that it was, she fixed the order and sat it on the pick up counter without acknowledging that it was mine. She watched me wait until I inquired if it was my customer’s order on the counter. I also watched the employees and the manager, stare at the only black girl there while she was taking her break. I used to live in this town and I can always sense when I’m not wanted or just extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t expect such disrespect from a manager. Sad.

I'm tired of them locking the doors early. They're hours on Google are open until 1am, which is mirrored on their marquis, but the door says 10pm. Either way, the last 2 times I've visited they've had the doors locked around 8pm, which is ridiculous. The first time they blamed a spill (just put a wet floor sign up...), but this time I didn't bother trying to figure out why; I just left, and I'm not likely to return.

Service here sucks. I just ordered an 8 piece nugget and whopper jr w cheese. She tells me to pull around in the drive through. She just gave me my total, then I paid for someone else order. I ordered 2 sandwiches here and they were poorly put together, nothing about both burgers was correct. In today's hard earned dollars 💵 they could at least read the order sheet and make sure the sandwich is correct. One of the reasons I've changed my dining experience. I know there if something is wrong they will fix it. There is nothing that can be done once you are gone. Oh I almost forgot one of my burgers was tossed into the bag it was all opened when I picked it up. Terrible experience.

Seems the workers make their own hours. Sometimes they're closed an hour before closing, sometimes 30 minutes. Sometimes they're open but turn all the lights off to dissuade people from coming. The reason is they're "short staffed". Just seems like they choose not to do the job they were hired to do.

As I stand here waiting to order several employees continue to carry on personal conversations and not address the people at the counter. They clearly see us but no acknowledgement what so ever or attempt to take out orders. I’m unsure of what shift has happened in american workplaces but if people don’t want to actually work where they are employed they should quit and let people who truly want to do a good job have the position. Burger King is no exception. Their customer service is atrocious and their food has become subpar with the orders being wrong most of the time. What happened to “Have it your way”

This is the worst BK that I have ever been to. It was a Sunday evening around 8:30. There were 4 employees and we were the only ones there. It took over 10 minutes to get our food. The burgers were not made the way we ordered them and the fries were stone cold. I brought my burger back and waited over 5 minutes to get it back. The guy taking orders was trying, but the guys in the back seemed to care less. I will never return to this particular BK again.

Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this place on Uber Eats. They are incompetent and can’t even get an order right ordered two double whoppers and got one whopper with nothing but extra ketchup and mayo they don’t even answer the phone tried numerous times will definitely be contacting corporate!

Dining room closed 5/31/25 at 3:30 pm. Guess they are bringing back Covid era nonsense with drive thru only. Will not give a nickel to businesses that won’t open their dining rooms.

I pulled up at 5:30.. one person in front of me in line in the Drive-Thru.. I sat there for 10 minutes and no one came to the radio to take my order so I just left.. this is not the first time.. I don't know if they can see me and they don't want to take my order or if they're actually as lazy as I think they are.. no worries I won't be back

I've been sitting in the Drive-Thru now for 25 minutes the same exact car that is two cars ahead of me at the ordering station has been sitting there for 25 minutes as well. This is completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. And because of the way your curb is set I cannot get out of line now to go somewhere else when I'm on only a 30-minute lunch break. Do better or get better employees who are quicker and know that fast food is supposed to be fast.

Gave me the wrong order after I drove all the way back from Alpharetta and yelled your card was declined. I gave them a hotel key card because I was so tired I just needed food. I said sorry long day, here is the correct card politely (not yelling, "here try my Amex black card not a Marriott key card") Absolute disrespectful and didn't know what a plain cheeseburger is. They put everything on it and the receipt says "Heavy Cheese" I hope that guy loses his job because if I wasn't tired and he yelled out your card is declined so everyone could hear it when it was a Marriott key card to begin with. I was respectful in not flaunting the black card and saying sorry about that. Answer your phone so you can deliver the correct order to me. Either way just avoid them, I'm going to report it to Amex who will reverse the charge and I hope it comes out of his pathetic paycheck.

I've been placing mobile orders at this location for a while now and haven't had too much trouble. However, this time, I placed a mobile order and when I got to the window, I was told they were out of my drink. I really didn't want a replacement, and I just wanted a refund instead. They told me that they can't do it in store, which seems like complete bs.

Welp, that didn't take long. Over the course of the past 2 years, my previous 5-star review has now been forced down to 1 star. The mention I made of business hours routinely shifting as the late crew "feel like it" and rarely getting orders right have only gotten worse, and now they are playing a game where adding ANYTHING to a sandwich costs extra, no matter the situation. You want onion? Pay for it. Pickles? Pay for them. What's that you say? You don't want the lettuce and mayo the sandwich comes with, and would rather trade those in for those pickles and onions? Too bad, we'll pocket the savings for the condiments you passed on and still charge you for anything else you want. Fortunately, there's a good alternative option nearby, a nice little place called "every other restaurant in a high-competition area". No frigging wonder Burger King is on the way out.

Terrible restaurant. Cannot order from there without them messing something up or taking your money in some way. Just gave us the wrong size for our entire order. 70% of the times we order online we arrive for them to tell us they don't have the thing we have ordered. they have even forgotten full meals we have ordered. Save yourself some headache and drive a few extra miles to avoid this store. Most of the workers seem high or preoccupied and cant tell the difference between 8 and twelve.

I usually really enjoy Burger King, but this was by far the worst food I’ve had from any fast food location. I went with 2 other people in my car, we ordered a whopper jr meal, and 2 chicken nugget meals. The whopper jr. was good. The fries all tasted old and were cold, not room temp, but cold. The fries and the nuggets all tasted like they were cooked in dirty oil. The nuggets tasted burnt, they were gritty, and cold. The workers were not rude, but they were snippy at the window, and were obviously having a bad day. Everyone has bad days, but we were very disappointed in the quality of food that we left with. I will not be returning.

Normal fast food atmosphere, a.lot.of employees acting like they don't want to be there or talk to you. Cold melted cheese, no brisket, cold fries, sons whopper jr has more ketchup on the top of the bun than the burger. Anyways I decided to try that new brisket whopper. I guess they ran out of "brisket" lol. Anyways my whopper almost matched the picture perfectly which I thought was insane

I got the 5$ duo(one whopper one wrap), we agreed to wait the 6 minutes for the wrap to come fresh. We requested the burger first. As soon as I got it, it was stale cold! I requested a remake. We waited 5 extra minutes, got the burger back just to find out it was microwaved (lettuce and all) . The drive thru attendant remade the burger herself. Thank god for her ❤️ . We then got the wrap and head home. Tell me why we spent a total of 16 minutes in the drive thru for a piece of chicken smaller than the tomatoes? The drive thru girl was literally holding it down herself since the line cook was slacking and cutting corners to get food out. I understand being in food business but these corners were cut too short!

Order from here on drive thru . Order a " large whopper meal with no cheese, no pickles with extra mayo and onions. Got home and guess what was on it? Cheese and pickles with a gallon of mayo. Couldn't even eat more most enjoyable burger. I will not be back.

My family and I have been coming to this location for 12 years. It’s our favorite one. Outside of a few missing items or removed items on sandwiches we have a good experience. Yesterday, in the Drive Thru my mom asked for fresh everything and through the speaker Sariyah says “ugh! I hate when ppl do that. I want this fresh, I want that fresh.” At the window my mom asks if the young lady is the manager and she says no. My mom says “oh I wanted to know who said something about being irritated about fresh food.” The girl says “oh that was me. It’s annoying because if there’s a line we have to tell people to pull around and someone has to leave to take the food outside.” My thing is WHO CARES? Mind you there was no long line nor was it busy on the inside. Please make sure staff is being trained on SERVICE and not just the job. Sariyah if you have a problem with customers asking for fresh food you need a different job. As someone who has worked fast food this is not how u treat paying customers, especially MY mother!

Inspect your food before consuming. So disappointed. I needed to grab a quick lunch. I went thru the drive thru. I haven't eaten at this one in a long time and it seems nothing has changed but the staff. I ordered fish sandwich meals. I was told to pull into parking space to wait on sandwiches to cook. I waited about 5 min. I drove 1 mile back to my destination to find my sandwich was NOT cooked fresh as they indicated and my sandwich was made with clearly moldy buns which is totally unacceptable. Fries and onion rings...both cold. Very concerning that you all aren't checking and serving quality food.

I order food online. literally 2 sandwiches and that’s it. I ordered my food at 12:57am went to pick it up at 1:02am and they shut all the lights off and closed the store (they’re supposed to close at 2am) i watched a woman? with really short pink hair walk to the back. so i just wanna say to whoever was working, that was my last $8 and i hope you’re happy knowing you’re the reason my partner and i didn’t get our dinner. great work really lmao.

The staff members were very rude. They decided to do as they wanted even with requesting fries instead of hash browns. I was told that I cannot order fries because it's not lunch time yet. Furthermore, as I watched the woman who made the ham egg and cheese, she threw the croissant on the counter, threw the ham in the warmer and then slapped the cheese on the other side of the croissant, then put them together and sent it out. When we got the order, the orders were cold. So we left. I would never go back there to order. The manager was also Latino and because we asked for specific things, they began discussing us in Spanish. That was a huge turn-off. They have no formal training to be in the food amd customer service industry.

Ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers and large. Drink. Got home both sandwiches have 1 patty? How attempted to call store. 3 times no answer I used to work in fast food and I know it's hectic and staffing issues however I was the only car in drive through at the time so make it make sense. 1 plus 1 is 2 two bacon double cheese burgers
