My mom and her twin love this place, so my son and I went with my mom today to try it. Ronnie was our server and he was wonderful. My teen son can’t eat pizza without ranch. We asked for ranch and he said they didn’t serve any since they are trying to keep it authentic Italian food. My son was a bit disappointed but he was okay with it. Later, Ronnie came back to the table with his own version of ranch he put together with ingredients he found in the kitchen. He didn’t have to do that. He could’ve just said they don’t have it and left it at that. He went above and beyond to make sure my son enjoyed his lunch. We are so grateful that he did. And my son said he did a great job. The crab cakes were great, they had a lot of crab. The habanero aoli they come with was so good also. Not spicy at all and went well with the crab cakes. When we saw my mom’s twin later, we told her about the experience and she asked who our server was. When we said it was Ronnie, my aunt said how great he always is and that he’s a really nice person.

This is a wonderful place. Excellent food, generous food portions, clean and great atmosphere. We have been patrons here for eight years and it has always been a pleasure spending time here. Very well managed and friendly we especially appreciate the owner always greeting you. She always is seen on the floor making sure it’s ran correctly and efficiently.

We were here for a rehearsal dinner. In defense of our water, there was close to 40 of us... The front courtyard had music and the overall atmosphere, both inside and out, is elegant and romantic but also family friendly too. A must try!

Best Italian restaurant I got the cremini shrimp It was delicious had 5 shrimp they could at less put the 6 shrimp And my wife got the tortellini shrimp it was also so delicious it also had 5 shrimp they could of put the 6th but so far Food was so delicious I will go back again for appetizer we got the calamari and the spicy meatballs So delicious they Had a man singing outside It was so awesome can't wait to go again 🎃🎃🎃

This was our first visit. We stopped by far early Saturday evening dinner. I was very hungry, which may influence my review. This spot cannot be judged by the exterior. It's an older building, but the interior is spectacular. It's clean, spacious and inviting. The hostess had us to our table within minute of arriving and zero wait. The tables are cozy. Luckily, they weren't too busy at the time with plenty of seating options. Our server didn't keep us waiting long and took our drink order. We opted not to do an appetizer and save room for dessert instead. Shortly after, she returned with our drinks and to take our dinner order. She was polite and professional but not overly friendly or suggestive of options as first timers. Nonetheless, we decided quickly. Our wait for our entrees was no more than 15-20 minutes. Our plates arrived to order, presented well and cooked perfectly. I had the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. The pasta was high quality, the Alfredo was creamy and delicious. The chicken was tender and seasoned well. My only disappointment is that it seemed more of a lunch portion. I also had a glass of the house 🍷 Merlot and it was yummy. My son had the Mediterranean Chicken and loved it. We both devoured every last bite. After clearing out entree dishes, we shared a serving of their amazing Tiramisu. This was the highlight. It was perfect in texture and taste. I highly recommend. I would gladly drop by again when in the Harlingen area.

A wonderful experience. Amazing decor; great food. Elegant dining; authentic Italian dishes. Drink specials throughout the week 3 to 7. Entertainment some nights, including piano player/vocalist inside and bands outside on patio. Rich, majestic interior with beautiful hi-gloss tiles, burgundy curtains, substantial chandeliers, authentic looking gas-fired sconces, paintings and old-world photos. The spaghetti and meatballs was terrific as was the chicken saltimbocca. Italian almond orange cake made for a perfectly unique and satisfying dessert. Lemon drop cocktail was Thursdays drink special. Full menu including soups, salads, steaks, seafood, pastas, and especially Italian entrees. Lunch menu too. Authentic Italian desserts. Beautifully decorated inside and out on the patio as well, with old fashioned street lights and classy wrought iron tables and chairs. A must when visiting Harlingen. Family owned and operated.

First time visiting and we will definitely be back as this place is a hidden gem! My husband and I stopped by for dinner on a Friday. After reading the reviews, we made a reservation for 6:45pm but it wasn't necessary because the place wasn't busy yet. The restaurant is beautiful, service was quick, attentive, and thoughtful - and the food....oh, but the food is amazing! I started off taking pictures but as the meal progressed, I forgot all about it because I was super enjoying the meal. I ordered an Italian margarita (which was huge and only $6!) and my husband ordered a 5x5 draft beer. Both drinks were tasty and on point. We next ordered their goat cheese appetizer and it was an explosion of flavors! I didn't remember too take a pic until after we'd finished. Next came the chicken saltimbocca that we shared because the portions are large! It was so very well prepared and positively delicious. We ended dinner by sharing a very generous portion of tiramisu, which is truly the best we've tasted. Please don't hesitate to go. This is a stellar establishment in every way!

My husband & I are in the area for a couple of weeks on business. We visited Coletti's based on it's excellent online reviews. It did not disappoint! The atmosphere, food & service was excellent! We had a wonderful evening. They have a fairly extensive menu with many delicious sounding dishes. However, we were really craving their brick oven pizza which was very good! We started with the fresh fried mozzarella & ended with the espresso gelato. Everything was perfect! It's a place you can dress up for or go casual in shorts, jeans, etc. There was a mixture of all types of attire. It's a great atmosphere for anything, honestly... Family outing, GNO, business dinner, etc. Very nice atmosphere for a romantic night out as well. It's quite a large restaurant with ample seating indoors as well as a fairly large patio. They also have live music on the weekends. We were very impressed & felt that the prices were surprisingly low compared to other similar type restaurants. The quality of food reflected a much higher price than what was listed on the menu & that's always a pleasant surprise. We definitely plan to go back before we have to leave!

If you're looking for a top of the line dining experience that pairs delicious food with an amazing ambiance, Collettis is the place for you. I recently had lunch there and was blown away by the combination of flavors in their crimini and shrimp dish. The seafood was perfectly cooked and seasoned, while the crimini added a delicious earthiness to the dish. And when paired with a lovely pinot grigio, it was truly a match made in heaven. But it wasn't just the food that impressed me at Collettis - the atmosphere was equally amazing. The chill, laid-back vibe of the restaurant made it the perfect spot for a relaxing lunch. And the attention to detail in the decor was simply stunning. All in all, I would highly recommend Collettis to anyone looking for a delicious meal in an amazing atmosphere. It's truly one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time.
