Best supreme pizza I’ve had in a long time

Great Job ! Absolutely amazing crew!!! Open on Christmas day and made our dinner for our guest! Hope this crew gets a raise ! Thank you so much for being awesome.

Fantastic. When they say your pizza is going to take 9 min, it’s going to take 9 min. Fast, good, and always good service. In terms of taste, culture, good management, cleanliness inside and speedy no pizza chain comes close. Don’t waste your time at any other pizza place anywhere near bandera 1604, go to macros pizza. It’s here to stay for a long time.

This is a great little pizza shop. The crust is amazing. You have to drop in and try it out. Great place to go for small group gatherings. There is carry out as well as delivery. Call your order in ahead if you want to avoid the relatively short wait. All pizzas are made to order. My only knock is the lack of pizza stands for the small ish tables. Otherwise, I recommend dropping in for a bite.

Picked up a to-go order, and it was ready at the time set. The pizza was quite delicious, and the employees were very attentive. They were even nice when we asked for cheese and crushed red pepper! Yay!

This was our first time at a Marcos pizza. The online ordering was a little difficult to navigate but not to shabby. The store was clean, staff was helpful and friendly not only.wkth customers but also you with each other. Food was good a d something different other then the usual places we get pizza at.

This location sucks. The menu on the wall cycles too fast and is unreadable, so I used the printed one. But they're old and don't reflect actual prices - my small pizza was 2 dollars more than advertised. The dining room looked clean except there's a ripped open box for a giant basketball game/station just laying under the assembled one. It looks like it's been like that for some time. My food came out reasonably quickly, but I noticed on my way out that the front door was filthy. When I got home, I was disappointed to find they had given me Cesar dressing for my Greek salad (???) and the lettuce and banana peppers didn't look great. I don't have any dressings that would be good with it, so I guess I'm not eating my 9 dollar salad. Not about to drive 20 minutes to get them to fix it, either. The pizza was good though.

I've just moved in to the immediate area and was in need of a local pizza delivery place for all of the times that I'm too busy to cook. I ordered via phone from Gabriel at 7:16 on July 12, 2021; 40 minutes ago. The quickness of delivery was amazing! The accuracy of the order was 2 of 10. I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza and 10 wings with huge Emphasis on both the pizza and the wings to be cooked overdone. My pizza came with chicken on it... My wings were soggy and came in a bowl of sauce poured over oven-warmed wings. A waste of $33. I'll be giving this pizza to the neighbor kids when they visit and complain they're hungry...

Placed my order at 3:52pm. Arrived 4:56pm. Guess Marcos no longer delivers but outsources. Pizza arrived cold, crust had ZERO garlic/parm. Requested no contact delivery due to my dogs. Door bell rang .. had to answer .. dogs got out. Doubtful if will use again.

Ordered cheese pizza at 8:55 online, and it arrived at 10:12 pm. The pizza was cold, burnt, and dry! This location is ruining the "Marco's is America's #1 Pizza" advertisement or joke of a ploy! The $41.00 I paid for the horrible pizza makes me feel robbed! See the pictures.

I ordered 2 XL pizzas. One of the pizzas was supposed to have extra cheese. I barely received any cheese on the pizza. I see the crust. (Picture attached) When I called the store to complain, there was no manager working until later - maybe. I told the worker about my pizza and was told the workers were told to use less cheese than before. WTH!!!! IT'S A PIZZA!!! If I just wanted bread, I could have gone to the store.

I ordered a meatball sandwich, it didn't take me even 5 minutes to open it and I realized the bread was toasted but the sauce and the meatballs were cold, it seemed like they toasted the bread and took the sauce and the meatballs out of the refrigerator and that's how they gave it to me. I've been going to this place for more than 2 years and it's the first time this has happened. The only good thing was the soda.

Ok I called and got fantastic customer service!! I came in to place my order and this guy was extremely rude, kept contradicting the information the phone guy gave me and the least helpful person ever!! Wish I could have finished my order but man... in person customer service is really lacking

Ordered a large pepperoni w extra cheese. Got home to find out they left off the pepperoni and there was definitely no extra cheese. When I called to ask if I could exchange the pizza, they said they couldn't remake it, but if I wanted to bring it up there they could put pepperoni on top and run it back through the oven. Worst costumer service I've ever received and I'm a frequent costumer there. Didn't get his name, but it's the kid that always has his hat on backwards. I've also heard him talking rude to costumers on the phone while being there to pickup in the past. I never do reviews, but this was ridiculous!
