There's no reason for Coffee to be that expensive especially even if it was great quality coffee. I had to walk out and go to another location where the price is reasonable. I say we boycott.

Just watched how the employee said she doesn’t know what she is doing while preparing my iced cappuccino. I would make them redo that but I need to work.she has added so much milk it is a milkshake at this point. Do not recommend

If I could give zero stars, I would. They never get the order right....Royal English Breakfast is not Earl Grey... even after I confirm that they can make a London Fog Latte with Earl Grey they still make it with Royal English Breakfast Tea. Like whyyyy? And then they never pick up their phones either. Such a shame because the Baristas are always nice but they cannot get this drink right...

The Honest Review

Note that all in-store sales are final. EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO DISCLOSURE OF THIS FACT (verbal disclosure at point of sale OR any physical signage) FROM A LEGAL PERSPECTIVE, businesses are generally required to disclose that a sale is final as to allow the customer to make an informed decision. This obviously was an issue for me, so I want to warn others. And, no it wasn’t about the money it was about the failure to disclose which didn’t allow me to make an informed decision in spending my money. The ability to return is DEFINITELY a deciding factor for most people when making a purchase. It allows most of us to also shop with confidence, leading to us spending more…. That’s a lecture for another day though….. moving on…. SO, be sure you want the item (even if it didn’t work or is defective they don’t take it back) OR better yet, stick to the drinks and food, skipping buying anything else outside of a gift card…….

Worst service ever. They had zero food and the lady at the counter was unhelpful, grouchy and rude. Seemed like she didn’t want to be there, and didn’t want me there. I won’t be back.

Had great experiences in the past, but staff yesterday was so unpleasant, talking about how “disgusting” peoples drink orders were right in front of them, and complained nonstop for all customers to hear. Overall extremely unprofessional.
