Our food order is so far 100.00%, repeating of course, correct. Our orders are also completed very quickly. THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAVE IS THE MUSHROOM SWISS BURGER IS NOT AVAILABLE. The Mushroom Swiss burger needs to be a permanent item 🙏🏼

The quality service we received was amazing. The dining room and restroom were clean and stocked. Our order was taken and food arrived quickly and correctly. The food was fresh! No old oil tasting fries here! While eating I was also able to see how well the drive thru line was moving, and that was impressive as well. Overall, this was how I want all Whataburgers to run. My first Whataburger experience and it was great. The food was all fresh and hot. Where I live we do not have Whataburger but now I wish we did. This chain has fast and fresh down and know how to deliver. My only hope is that this is not just an isolated experience. After talking with the locals I kept being told to eat here. I am so glad I did. I could not rate the atmosphere as I got my food to go through the drive through.

This is the best Whataburger I have ever been to. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. Loved the blackberry Dr. Pepper shake, too! I will definitely come back. And the onion rings were so delicious I will get those instead of fries when I come here!

Great service, I even left a tip! It was late at night but good and service did not fall short. We had pretty amazing burgers with great sauces.

It was a decent place to stop quicky and get some grub. Food was fresh when delivered service was a lil behind and confused but got us our food in a timely matter.

The food was great! But, the dining room was very unclean. Too many flies to count. I had to fight them for my burger. All tables needed to be wiped.

The location was clean, spacious and the indoor lighting bright. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the salad I ordered; I'd come back again here just for salad. My husband said his burger was dry, maybe just a bad batch, because they usually have good burgers.

Very busy. Waited awhile before order was taken and began to think they forgot our order. Came slightly warm, but fresh. Lettuce was too wet which led to a soggy burger.😥 Restroom was not clean at all! Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile.

Tried the new steakhouse burger and really wasn't impressed. I couldn't taste the sauce and the cheddar cheese looked like it was 3 hours old. May try again at another location before I rule it out completely.

Normally Whataburger would get 5 stars. When we stopped somebody did not do their job earlier in the day. The manager on duty explained the problem: the fry oil had not been changed. Any of it. They had one small fryer that was barely usable. Barely. Fries were edible, barely. Ate one pie, the birds got the other. Do you job, people. Changing fry oil is not too difficult. I witnessed at least 3 baskets of fries, 2 pies, chicken being discarded. Not counting what had been refunded.

I give it a 3 because the restaurant was filthy and the restroom were disgusting. We even saw a manager go in there and come back out. She didn't look like she wanted to be there anyway. She walked behind the counter and came back out then left. Don't know if she told the employees to clean it but the whole 30 minutes we were there not one employee went to check the restrooms, come out to clean lobby or wipe off tables. The trash was overflowing and tables were dirty. We had to clean our own table to sit. They definitely are slacking on cleaning services. We almost didn't eat there but it was easy to pull in and park for our truck and trailer. On the plus side the food was good and the service was quick.

My double hamburger combo meal was decent. The fries though tasted like they sat for awhile. The Coke I ordered went flat quickly, and seemed like a such waste. But the burger was tasty and fresh. You're going to have a long wait even if there's just one ahead of you.

I went through the drive thru; I ordered the whatawings, I was never given napkins or a fork to eat them. By the time I got home, they were soggy... Typical. Since going corporate, the quality of both the help, and food has tanked.

They slapped my burger together. The hamburger bun looked like it was stepped on, the flavor unseasoned. McDonalds is better. What a Burger has lowed it's standards.

My fries and sandwich were cold and it took a really long time because I was stuck behind someone who hadn't gotten their order after I got mine.

Service was ok. But the burgers were cold and the cheese wasn't even melted I didn't cut anything and there was no onions or tomatoes on my burger my wife's burger was like it was just taken out of the fridge. It's not ever usually like that until yesterday around 3pm. I guess it was shift change and the worst food I have ever eaten from any Whataburger. Was really disappointed in the drive thru. Will never use it again in Hillsboro.

Cashier was rather indifferent, despite my efforts to be kind. But eh, whatever, so what the service wasn't great. Not the end of the world because at least the food will be good, right? Wrong. One of the first fries I grabbed from my bag was rock hard and still frozen. It 100% got added to my bag straight from the freezer, which I'm not sure how that ever occurs.. completely unacceptable. I do not feel like animals should be allowed in restaurants unless they are a guide dog or a monkey helper. The only reason I gave service 2 Stars was because after 15 minutes of standing and waiting the manager decided to come and help us. If I was not there with my acquaintances. The young lady handed the people in front of us, our food. She went through it, and said this wasn't her order. Handed it back to the woman in the drive up window. She sat it right near the glass. We pulled up, and she handed me the same bag that she gave the woman in front of us, that was already handled by the other person and returned. I said again, please make us fresh food. A young lady who I could not see, yelled out, It Is Fresh!!!. So I asked for my money back because they weren't going to get us fresh food. We won't go back, because now we know they will give your food to someone else, take it back after it's been handled by other people, try and give it to you after that. Which is illegal to do!! You aren't even supposed to take it back once someone takes it from you. Especially if they go through the food and open a package to see what it is. Very upsetting. So we have had to find a new place for breakfast and lunch during the week. I eat there or did eat there 4 times a week for breakfast and a couple of times for lunch for and with family and friends for takeout. Not anymore. Sorry so long, but still very upset for this!!!!

My husband ordered me a patty melt on a bun nothing else than his food and our daughters. We got half way home and I looked!!!! It was a honey bbq chicken strip sandwich!! His was right and our daughters but I did not get to eat.

Don't you hate it when there aren't any adults in sight and the kids are running the place horribly? That's this place. It's a huge pet peeve of mine at fast food places. I try to watch to make sure no one too much after me gets their food before me, but after 15 minutes, I complained, but no one jumped on my "missing order", so I had to go back 5 minutes after that to watch and make sure someone started the order. I don't expect that at a Whataburger.

In town for work and one can’t go wrong with good break from Whataburger. The cashier that took my order through the drive-through was rude. When I got to the window she was wearing blue latex gloves that were dirty. That definitely upset my stomach. The cashier gave me by food and closed her window. No condiments were given. Will not be stopping at this place ever again. Negative way to be so early in the morning! Receipt says Max M was the cashier. She needs to get better customer service training.

The food is great, when it's made correctly. The food prep at this location is hit and miss. Sometimes you get what you ordered, how you ordered it, and other times not. Sometimes it's little things, but when I pay extra for something, I typically like to see it added to my food. The wait time can also be a tad long, and would be a lot more acceptable if the orders were correct.

The night crew is awful. They played around more than being concerned about getting food out timely. There was no sense of urgency and our food came out after 30 minutes of waiting and was not that great

Around 12:30 today I went to get lunch wiyh my family through the drive through. The girl was very rude from the beginning. I was stiop very polite cause i don't believe in being a hypocrite. She was rude through the hole order and maintained a bad attitude. Her name was either Renee or Angelica. She has a stripped shirt and was a shorter Latina appearing woman. Her attitude was very unprofessional all the way through the encounter. Whataburger has been on a decline in service and employees like her are the reason why. Also food and frys where old and cold.

Had a pickup order and the bun was hard, but I barely edible. The person who made this had to know the bun was hard. I called and the manager did offer to replace it, but I a am visiting for work and not sure if I have time for a replacement. Not sure I want to go back for the replacement.

This establishment has gone so down hill. Food is never cooked right, ask from crispy fries?! You get barely/uncooked fries. When I have to bring food home and redo it there is a problem with that. Literally fried all the fries in tallow and chicken. Definitely tasted better then anything they do.

They can’t make a correct food order to save their life. Then want to argue with you over it. Every time I’ve gone something is messed up or forgotten. I ask for no pickles and sub for ketchup and they take EVERYTHING off the burger and all I get is a dry meat patty on a bun. Almost choked on it and had to drink the UNsweet tea I DID NOT order. Am I even in Texas? I’ve always asked for honey mustard, and it’s 80% of the time not put into the bag. When trying to correct it by asking for some I’ve actually been argued with about it, with them claiming it’s in the bag. It was not. Creamy pepper sauce? Nope. Here’s jalapeño ranch, or again - nothing at all. Also, who the heck eats a honey butter chicken biscuit with cheese on it?? Every single time they can’t get it right. I’m not angry over a burger , just the incompetency of the people working at this Whataburger. Do I need to play Pictionary for my order?
