Moretti's - Hoffman Estates

Nice atmosphere, good food and the wait staff were so nice. We had our Annual HomeSmart Connect Real Estate Elite Luncheon here. What a great venue it was for that!

Great food and friendly staff

Wonderful food, our server was super great (Damien) thank you boss! The atmosphere is just a bit loud. I didn't realize it was more of a sports bar than a simple restaurant.

We were here for a private party and the food was delicious. The room was comfortable and had its own bar. I would come back for dinner here.

Brought my 3 kids here for dinner after a full day of back to school shopping. The food was delicious, but the best part was the staff. My toddler was a little rambunctious, but ALL the staff were kind to her. I really felt like I was at home with family. Thank you Morettis staff for your kindness!!! We will be back for more pizza soon!!!

We were there following a funeral service. It was very comfortable in the room we were situated. The food, beverages, & service were excellent.

Just so happened to celebrate my deceased cousin's Bday , who'd just recently passed... the same day Judson Brown Band was in!! Though only one member was there , he was pretty much a one man band!! Played a bunch of classics , had our kids dancing ! Great guy and also great place to come for live music and pizza. Hankering for a steak? Try the "steak and bake" ... amazing!

We had lunch here. Our waitress was fantastic. Very personable and just a fun person. She made our dining experience more enjoyable. She said her name was Lindsay I believe. The food was great too. Very fast service. The atmosphere is very nice. I would recommend trying this place.

Loved this restaurant and location. Great staff and food. I met my friends I haven't seen in awhile and we didnt feel obligated to leave or feel rushed.

Food is very good here and at a decent price. It is a huge place and always very busy. It is often too noisy for us. Service can be off but they are nice. Would recommend, plus great pizza!

Happy Hour with Friends. First time at this location...very nice & enjoyable. Appetizers, Pizza and Drinks...Delicious!

We ordered pizza to be delivered to our hotel. They told us it would be about an hour and it was exactly that. The pizza came and it was delicious. Everything about it was delicious. We also had cheese bread that was really good as well. Overall I have no complaints and I was very happy with the food. It was exactly what I wanted after a long day being a tourist.

We ended up sitting at a high top table in the bar area even though we didn't drink ... Adam the bartender was our waiter as well as the waiter I think for all the high tops in that area. He did a phenomenal job running around bartending and serving as well as being personable with small talk every time he came around. He was attentive, kind, quick and it deserves a lot of credit for the performance of his job. Thank you Adam. And thanks for bringing out the little chocolate sundae for my sister-in-law's birthday 🎊

The funeral buffet luncheon I attended at the Hoffman Estates Morretti's on 1/5/26 was outstanding. Not only was the food great, but our waitress did a wonderful job taking care of the ENTIRE room. Wish I had her name because she was very sweet too.

We held our family night for our Palatine high school girls basketball feeder program. Crystal, Kim and Lilliana along with the chef were great, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Kelly did a great job helping to set up the event. I highly recommend Moretti's Unique Events for your next outing.

Carter was fabulous. Full of energy , very polite. He kept asking if everything was good and even suggested drink menus. He was definitely a fantastic waiter for us.

I had my daughter’s Bridal Shower here this past weekend and everything was amazing! From the moment I walked in to book the party, the party planner was so very helpful and answered all of my questions. The food was amazing and the table linen and napkins were perfect. The two servers were so great! They were kind and communicative with everything. I cannot recommend Moretti’s enough if your looking for a venue for a party.

The good took over 20 minutes (the place wasn’t busy), but it was surprisingly good!!! Negative— long wait; too much sauce.. The server didn’t seem to be so interested in checking in with us or informing us about the long wait. The place is nice; a bit dirty. And seems like they never let you sit by the pond side… Overall, not bad. I will be coming back.

Typical of the moretti layout. Food is regular. I guess I keep thinking about the original on northwest highway or the mount prospect oneBut still worth quick eats and consistency

We ordered two thin crust pizza, one was tuscan vegetables- asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, and tuscan herbs it was good and the second one we ordered was cheese pizza with custom toppings. Ample parking space. Vegetarian and gluten free options available.

I ordered 4 pizzas for carry out. It turned out great and delicious. My family enjoyed it a lot.

Nicw restaurant....there tuscan vegetarian pizza is just amazing...my kids loved it. We also had spaghetti with olive oil sauce, Burrata and Tomato vegetarian salad 🥗 and french fries. The highlight was pizza. Staff was very humble yet very attentive. Overall very nice experience.

I had the buffalo chicken wing pizza...the first few pieces, it was good, but the chicken seemed to be a little dry after...it was still good for the most part

Moretti’s in Hoffman Estates is a solid spot for casual dining, whether you’re in the mood for pizza, pasta, or American classics. The menu has plenty of variety, and the portions are generous for the price. The atmosphere is lively, especially during game nights, and there’s usually good energy with both families and groups. Service can be hit or miss depending on how busy it is, but overall the staff is friendly and accommodating. A dependable choice for a fun night out with friends or family.

Loved the pizza, meatballs and sausage dish. But the surcharge upsets me. It’s not necessary and shouldn’t be charged. People are going out now more than ever. My bill was close to $80!! Don’t carry cash anymore as most places don’t want it. Gave waitress 20% tip but wish I had seen this extra charge to talk to mgr. I know it’s not her fault but I wouldn’t have tipped so much. It’s very disappointing and won’t recommend going to Morettis for this reason we dined in.

While they did work with me on No Added Salt… the steak medallions were tasty also steamed veggies. Wish they had other No Salt options

Steak sandwich for lunch was good, pizza is always decent. Lunch service was a bit slow for how empty the place was. Service charge on bill for no reason👎, just ask to remove it and then will.

Placed an order online for a family get-together recently. When the food came, we only received half of the order we had placed, so we had to call the restaurant and inquire as to the whereabouts of the rest of our order, which was apparently not processed at all but was eventually delivered about 45 minutes later. It kinda threw off the momentum of our shindig when we were unable to sit down and eat together, as we lacked all of the components of our meal. Food was decent. The dogs were much bigger fans of it, however. Cheers.

they forgot about my pizza... was over baked. The texture of the crust and the cheese was off... The waitress did offered to make another one, but we were hungry and knew it would take a long time considering how busy they were. But at least the manager offered a discount. Still disappointed tho. I was really looking forward to the pizza. It was delicious the last time we visited...

There were maybe 8 tables occupied in the entire place, our food took near an hour to come out for our group of 10. Food was room temperature, my chicken was about half the size of a breast and my sons wrap was the size of a very small burrito. Fries were cold, beefs were dry and pizza was over cooked. It all was ok at best. My sister did say her half price burger was good. We didn't send anything back as we were scared as to how long it would take to get our food again and it was a week night.

We visited this restaurant for the first time. The hostess was not very friendly. We wanted to sit outside — there were no people at all — and we picked a table we liked. She told us we couldn’t sit there because that section belongs to a different server, which we didn’t quite understand. With kids, we had to move to another table, which was inconvenient. Later, someone outside started smoking marijuana, so we had to go inside with our children. The food was okay, though the pizza was quite greasy with oil literally dripping. The only truly positive part of the visit was our server, Damian — he was very polite, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of. His service was excellent 💪.

We had the goat cheese appetizer and the short rib ravioli. Both were good but I had a small bone from the meat in one of my ravioli. I know they just - like just - opened the patio, but our glasses of water had ants floating in them. 2 in mine and one way down in the water of the other glass. I'm incredibly sorry to report that. But yuck.

Although the food was good our service was not the best. First, I asked for a MAKE IT YOURSELF cheese pizza and our server (Sean) brought out a made cheese pizza. I also asked for bread sticks and he asked "pull or just the bread sticks". I asked for just the bread sticks, he also said he was bringing out six. He brought out more than 10 pull bread sticks. I drove 1 hour to make my pizza and he just said "Oh the make it thing". I am very disappointed. Don't come here if you are expecting good service.

The steak medallions were cold asked to be reheated the bar tender let a random customer hold my plate with my food on it! The potatoes gravy and steak burned I asked for no pink to be fair - long story short wasn’t looking for anything but an apology - only happened when I mentioned no one ever apologized - Thanks for nothing Tom And crew

Any place that increases their prices and decreases their quality is not worth it. Haven’t had pizza from here in a while and I was just reminded of how terrible this place is run. Had a family member visiting from out of town and they don’t get good pizza where they live. They haven’t had good pizza in a long time and they said this was one of the worst pizzas they’ve ever had. The sauce tastes terrible and the pizza was overcooked. Run don’t walk away from this sinking ship.

Extremely disappointed in this location. Second time ordering take out where they get our orders completely wrong. We ordered two BBQ Chicken Salads (both times) and both times they missed half of the ingredients that are supposed to come on it. The BBQ Chicken Salad was MISSING the main component: BBQ Sauce!! Also missing Onion Strings and Cilantro. So, so frustrating to see when trying to treat ourselves after a long day at work.

They change there special menus daily that they advertised to be for a month !! What's the point !! Happens all the time!! They should just print a pizza menu !! That seems to be there intent!! They have pizza.Make you order what they have not what they advertise

Stay away. Place is empty. Had to force management to put on Cub game on more than TV. Won't turn on the volume unless it is the World Series. Manager sucks. Sits in office all day. no help. WONT BE BACK. you shouldn't either

I had chicken Parmesan and mostly breading. The chicken wasn’t very good. My son had a steak sandwich and he said the steak wasn’t very good either we were very disappointed.

We frequently go to the Moretti’s location in Barrington, which has amazing service and food. Today, we decided to try the Hoffman location because it was more convenient for the group we were with. We were a party of 9. The hostess here was tremendously difficult to deal with. First, we asked to sit outside. There were a large number of empty tables and could easily be accommodated since it was only 5pm, before any rush. She made up an excuse that the server there could not support us. She then took us to a table in the inside which was awkwardly set up with a round table and small square, making it tremendously uncomfortable for people sitting in the middle. I told her this would not work. She was incredibly rude and was pretty much telling us to leave if we did not like the seating. The wait staff and manager seemed very pleasant. The hostesses were absolutely the worst. We ended up going back to Barrington. The service and food was great. Avoid this location at all costs.
