Absolutely love this location!!! Despite it still being in its grand opening phase (where it has its challenges) they have the most genuine customer service! I had the pleasure of being one of the first in line on its first day of operation and let me tell you the owner is doing a great job! I encourage everyone to come by and show support to such a fun refreshing place! We need more places like this with this hot summer weather coming. I will definitely keep bringing my grand babies to enjoy! Thank you for putting a smile on many peoples face!

I had the sweet hurricane which is like a tropical punch flavor with condensed milk and really liked it. We also have tried the Smurf flavor and a rainbow. Their ice is soft and the syrups are tasty!

Decided to stop by after grabbing pizza since it's so super hot outside and it was the best decision! From the outside, the space does look small but trust it's big. There was lots of seating and table. The staff were super sweet and kindly explained the menu gave us some recommendation. I order the strawberry cheesecake delight and orange dreamsicle delight. Both snow cones had a scoop of vanilla blue bell ice cream at the bottom which was a nice surprise. The snow cones were packed to the top and covered in the syrup so there was no need to worry about the ice at the bottom being plain. It was to where the worker had to put my snow cone into a bigger cup cause the cup was overflowing which caught me by surprised. Overall, I definitely recommend if you want something to cool down in the Texas heat.

She was so patient telling me the different flavors and what she liked the most and what she sees people reordering. This place is very clean and full of color too!!! Perfect. I can’t comment on the atmosphere/inside as we hit the drive thru; that said, these sno cones are banging. I’m writing this as I head up there to get another, after (shamefully admitting) that I went 5 times last week. My partner enjoys the sugar-free/thin ice while I get mine regular. The Hurricane and Strawberry Cheesecake are top tier. The Oreo was good, but would be a much better milkshake. The Princess and Sonic ones are cool too but not top tier. However, the ice is always super soft; the thin ice options aren’t as soft but are still really good and soft. Thin Ice Pina Colada and White Coconut hit! My son enjoyed the oasis in his sippy cup (drank over 3 days due to the sugar content). Leaving this review because on the last trip I asked for a “Sugar-Free Mango and White Coconut”. So I received just that (White Coconut was regular, not Sugar-Free). Admittedly my mistake as I figured they’d know I meant both of them to be Sugar-Free. I explained it to the gentleman at the window, and he didn’t trip. They remade it with both sides Sugar-Free at no charge even though my partner had smashed on the White Coconut in the 2 mins she had it 😂. Nonetheless, I found the service to be top-tier and appreciated him not giving us any static. 5 Stars from me. Welp, off to get another fire sno cone! Edit: this one is smacking too; found out they also have a Sugar-Free cream. Pro-top: Get the sno cones with a “flat top” to ensure you have no spills.

The ice was so soft and neither the watermelon nor the nerds flavor over powered the other.. it was literally absolutely perfect!!!!! Thank you so very much!! I was super thirsty after working out and all I wanted was a snow cone.. y’all were 15 mins until closing time and you made the perfect snow cone with a smile on your face!!! What to get: Shaved Ice Delicious and very convenient that they have a drive through. A little pricey $5 for small. Refreshing and lots of choices for flavors. Interesting: You can order snow balls to have a snowball fight with your kids!

Snow cones are good and fairly priced. Seems like every single time I come here the wait is extremely long. There’s been multiple times where someone has ordered after us and still got their stuff before us. Kids behind the counter are sweet but work with no haste.

I’m a frequent visitor of Bahama Buck’s and have always enjoyed their signature fluffy snow cones. Before this location opened, I used to make the drive to the Katy Freeway spot whenever I had a craving. While this new location offers friendly service, a welcoming staff, and a more convenient location, the snow cones themselves haven’t lived up to the standard I’ve come to expect from other Bahama Buck’s locations. Unfortunately, the texture here has been consistently disappointing. The snow cones tend to be partially melted by the time they’re served, lacking the light, fluffy consistency that sets Bahama Buck’s apart. I’ve given this location multiple chances—more than a handful of visits—and the results have been the same each time. I hope this feedback helps improve the process or helps this location figure out why they can’t match the fluffy consistency the other locations around Houston deliver. The staff and atmosphere definitely make this a place I want to love, but for now I’ll be driving to Katy Freeway to enjoy a true Bahama Bucks snow cone.

Cute little local business. Didn’t know there is a drive through until we found out the store was closed. Lines at the drive through can be really long, make sure to order online for pick up waiting sitting in the car. There are a variety of flavors and kids loved them.

For the average customer: Snow cones were alright for the price, the atmosphere was fun and clean, and the service was great. For the snow cone connoisseur: I think the ice was packed too tightly together and I didn’t really like the cream or ice cream they used. The syrup was okay but I can’t really judge because I tried the sugar free. I had a decent first experience but there are definitely better snow cone shops around!

The shaved ice was excellent as always. Place was nice and clean. The reason for only 3 stars; lack of customer service! EIGHT kids "working" and NO ONE actually working! We stood there for at least 10 minutes before someone took notice of us. And then at least another 10 minutes to get our order. We were the only customers in the place too! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Oh, and they're "Hiring" 🤣🤣🤣

Love this place but have to admit the service is quite slow even on a Sunday night with no line. Had a baby strawberry and coconut and a regular watermelon and mango which took almost 20 minutes to make for the first to come out and another 10 for the second. Amazingly the regular size was done first! Great place but they really need to pick up the pace.

Took 20 min in line for two snow cones. Asked for flats definitely was not. Very sloppy the cup was sticky with syrup all around with no napkins to give. The staff just stands around while one is working. The staff doesn’t seem to care to move the customers out the line fast enough. Oh and they didn’t even layer the syrup at the bottom. Pure Ice.

We ordered the tigers blood and the flavor was very minimal but the ice has a nice texture. In addition, customer service is poor. Two people ordered behind us and got their orders before us. When following up on our order we were told it was being worked on when we could clearly see it was not. There is definitely room for improvement for organization and a sense of urgency with the staff and quality of snow cones.

I visited this location in January because I was in the area. I had no clue this location existed and I needed to redeem my birthday sno. The staff was friendly but the quality of the product wasn't the same as my Bahama Buck's (the Atascocita location). The snow was dry, and I didn't notice it until I hopped back on 610 and started digging in. I got a flat top and once I took the first bite, I looked down at the sno and I could see white ice without syrup (the flavors I ordered were all red). I tried to let it melt a bit, but there just wasn't enough syrup to create juice. Thankfully it was free, so I threw it away.

When you walk in the decor is soooo cute! It feels like a vacation beach cabin. I love the colors and the accents of whole cedar wood. It’s a cool experience seeing the ice being shaved and looking at all the syrup flavors on the wall. It also smells very fresh in there. We both got Tiger’s Blood and it was a little bit different of a flavor than we’ve had before, but a pleasant surprise nonetheless! The ice is soooo soft and smooth. Downside: everyyythingggg was dirty. The window sills were disgusting, windows were “wiped” but extremely drippy and streaky where you couldn’t see out clearly sitting at the window. Every table was filthy. The floor was sticky and a large part of it was covered with water, pieces of food, sno cone juice or trash. Even the chair I was sitting in had drips down the sides and I don’t even want to know what was between the weaving. (see photos) I’d would ONLY be back if everything was cleaned properly, this is unacceptable for somewhere you’re buying things to eat.

first time here and won't be back especially at this location. long wait for them to make my drink and it was a small size too, no apology or acknowledgement or anything when I was standing right there looking at them making my drink, there was no other customers before or after me! yes the kid was in training but still he could have apologized for the mistake and long wait. he made my drink initially but supposedly it was wrong and I saw him make another, he could have told me and I would be more understanding but no I had to ask him what happened why did you not give me that initial drink. this should be a 1 star review but I gave 2 because supposedly he's in training from what I gather again this kid never said a word!

I ordered a Mangonada Extreme and this is what I received in drive thru. Just ice with chunks of mangos and drizzle over the top. I’m so disappointed I was embarrassed to reject it. I’ll keep making that extra mile going to the one on Katy Freeway…

Only the top half of the snow cone had syrup, the bottom half was just ice. The mom and pop snow cone places are way cheaper and better quality.

Great customer service!! I came by about an hour ago…..this is the most disappointing snowcone I have ever had. Thick chunks of ice ,the ice has a very funny stale taste…this snowcone cost nearly $6 I use to love this place the ice was extremely fine!

Tasty shaved ice but the whole shop smells vaguely of vomit and the açaí bowl was pretty bad. It’s really the vomit smell that ruined things… Edit: Downgraded from 2 to 1 stars after seeing the bathroom. Legit threw out the rest of our food. This place is a health hazard.

My smoothie shut up and they didn't even give me another one out of courtesy. The cashier didn't even know what flavors it had Anyway, I won't go back there. When they went to clean the map it broke at least that was fun well at least my children enjoyed it
