The staff is always so friendly and have the best energy, even when it’s super early in the morning! The atmosphere is 10/10 and so are the drinks! 5 STARS ALWAYS ❤️

Dutch Bros on Lake Houston is pure happiness in a cup! From the moment we rolled up, the vibe was electric! Smiles, good music, and even better drinks. I treated myself to the Picture Perfect, and wow… silky, chocolatey caramel heaven with every sip. My husband went for the strawberry horchata and it tasted like summer and comfort all at once. Drinks were flawless, service was top tier, and honestly, it felt less like a coffee run and more like a mini joy break. Can’t wait to go back!

BABY, let me tell you! I stopped by today for something cool and refreshing so I ordered the OG Gummy Bear Lemonade and the taste. The flavor. It is/was amazing! You could taste each flavor separately and the blend was perfect! I’m going to go down the list and try each one! You need to go by and tell them Fefe sent you!😂

I got my usual drink and they make it write every single time, it’s always a double shot over ice with the customization I like because I like to get it zero sugar. I ordered it in a medium cup, and the broista repeated my order in a medium cup so then when I got to the window I got a small cup, I told them if I could please get it in a medium cup like I asked, and they just dumped into a medium cup, and I had asked for caramel drizzle around the cup and they didn’t add it. When I got both the drinks they were both watered down with extra ice.

Come here all the time since they opened and they’ve never failed me on the drinks. TODAY I went early morning, had my window half way down and this employee(big back girl) says “I’m not doing her drinks until she puts her window down”. I had my window down about 6 inches because I was cold, I clearly heard her so I proceeded to roll the window down all the way and I told her that I could hear her because I did have my window somewhat down but she also didn’t approach the window AS SHE SHOULD. All she said was “OH”. She bearly wanted to hand my drinks to me, they almost fell (I had a cup holder), and didn’t say anything else. Not even a have a good morning, nothing because she had a whole attitude the whole time. She still got out drinks wrong but whatever. What’s funny is that my daughter and I were admiring how she did her job and she wanted to be rude. This has never happened. The girls are always so sweet and cool, I literally always carry a conversation with all of them.

This place usually have good service, but today I encountered a rude young lady at the walk-up window. I originally ordered in the drive-through, but my drink was incorrect, so I walked up to get it fixed. Totally rude! Those teenage girls acted like they hate their job today, they Really need a mature adult in there to supervise them. The whole crew were rude when I walked up and I overheard her being rude to someone else as well Just because the lady asked about her online order that she had been waiting 30 minutes for. Hopefully they will fix the problem. I will find another Dutch bros for now.

Chaos Love

I love Dutch Bros. It's out of my way but I still make the drive once a week or so for a drink or 3. Today however, it was a disappointment. I ordered a Mistletoe Rebel, Campin' Cold Brew and a Bacon Sandwich. The rebel was half melted and no kind of sprinkles or glitter. The sandwich was small, squished and sad looking. The cold brew was good enough for my daughter. I'm used to good drinks and happy employees. I have no idea what happened today but it was definitely not a good visit at all.

Very poor service. I had to wait far too long just for a simple drink while the two employees were more focused on laughing, chatting with each other, and checking their phones than serving customers. A total lack of professionalism and respect for people’s time.

Service today was terrible! Everyone around me recieved smiles and greetings at the front counter. When it was my turn I recieved emptiness. My order was taken and never received it. I noticed about 9 different orders being taken or pickups being made other than mine. I FINALLY decided to ask what was going on with my order and the lady tells me my payment never went through, but was about to make it now. Why wouldn't this employee let me know this info while I waited 15 minutes outside watching everyone go about there day? All I recieved was a empty sorry?! What happened to consideration for others ppls time and money?
