They never disappoint me. The taco salad was great. My friend got tenders and they were so fresh she had to wait a minute to eat them. Also my peppermint cocoa blizzard was the bomb.

Best Dairy Queen experience I have had. Clean store, for the most part, and excellent customer service. Nikole was polite and efficient, and the food was great. The only thing that didn't impress me was the Texas toast that came with my meal; it didn't have that light crisp to it. Outside if that, I highly recommend a visit to this location.

This has been my third time experiencing this fast food restaurant and all three times I have been exzuburlenty overally satisfied!!! Just when I'm feeling some type of way DQ comes to my rescue. Real talk. I ordered their nachos with all the trimmings and for dessert a Butterfingers blizzard mixed with chocolate chip cookie dough and it was mmmMM good!!!. I dinned in each time and even though their customer service wasn't what I expected at least they gave me my order in a timely fashion. Not to say that their customer service wasn't pleasing it just wasn't very cheery. It was not alot of people in the restaurant, heck maybe 3 to 4 customers including myself but maybe their were more customers just going through the drive thru. Make me no never mind. At least the restaurant was clean and tidy. The outside was clean as well. It was a calm, quiet afternoon when I went in. My overall experiences were decent. The food was hot, fresh, made to order and my stomach was not touching my back anymore. The price was reasonable. I left out with my endorphins soaring to the sky! D.Q. that's what I like about Texas!!!

I love this place reminds me of when I was growing up. Chicken and dumplings are a must if you can get them before they sell out. I have never been disappointed. This location is newer so its still nice, some of the really old DQ's look kind of scary. The staff here have always been very accommodating.

Today I ordered the steak finger basket and it went extremely smooth !!! The professionalism and courtesy from the guy José was impressive. Very good attitude and polite!! In fact his customer service was so good it actually made the bad day I was having change my outlook for the better!!! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE !!!!! I'm even willing to come back up there and speak highly of him to the supervisor!!! In this neighborhood Good customer service is rare and to see it is a blessing .Thank you Sincerely .

We received great customer service here. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with friendly faces. The cashier (may have been a manager there) was so kind and friendly. When our ice cream cones were ready, she happily brought them to our table & served them to our 4 little kids. She was so nice. I don't eat at DQ often, but I'd definitely go back to this location just for the awesome customer service alone.

Everytime that I order from here. They meet my expectation!!! If I had a wig on they would blow my wig back!!! LOL!!! The service be on point. You don't wait long for your order. They are precise when you order your food! They go above & beyond Customer Service Satisfaction! Always a smile on their face. I be thinking to myself what what are you smiling for & I just come in the door! I'm not over exaggerating when I tell you that they are really Friendly! It warms my heart because I always be the one smiling first. They beat me to the punch per say!. Keep up the great work you guys. It really does pay off! Ohh by the way I ordered a Oreo Cookie Blizzard, 🤪😜😛🤔Which might add was scrumptious!!!

Food was good...however, everything was locked up or removed so no access to refills napkins or even frozen cakes...staff even had to unlock bathroom for us to use...we ate in house but food brought out as to go

The front counter as well as the grill person are very aware and also concerned to the customers needs. Also the porter checked on our table to ask if there was any further service we needed. Everyone made us feel welcomed and very comfortable. They were very hospitable. They were prompt and the food was hot, fresh and good.👍👍👍👍😀

SLOW. It took a very long time to get our to go order, 2 small blizzards & a chicken sandwich. Staff was friendly enough, restaurant appeared fairly clean. I was impressed with my blizzard tho; I asked for extra cheesecake & they actually did it. A lot of times they (anybody) charge you extra & you don't notice a difference, but here I did.

I really like coming to this location and ordering me a burger and a blizzard at this place. My only disagreement for this location is that is in a middle of a busy area in which one of the establishment on that strip where Dairy Queen is located is a gas station and Wendy's. I went to this location today and the burger was delicious as always however they missed the mark with fries this time. They were not as hot as I normally expect them to be. However it was quickly Satisfied by having a large drink. My daughter ordered the chicken tenders at this location and they are good, typical food that you would normally eat. The only reason why I did not order the blizzard tonight was because I had ice cream at home however, I will gladly come to this location again just to get a blizzard.

Visited this location again after 2 yr break because last burger was cooked by microwave. Lettuce was soft and wilted from heat of burger. Manager confirmed she cooked by microwave and I never returned til recently. Asked employee if the burgers were still Microwaved, he said yes. I left, will try again next year. It's obvious why its usually empty. Why not take the time to cook your customers a burger for their money? In all fairness the dairy products here are ALL good like other Dairy Queen.

My Small Chocolate Dipped Cone Looked Nothing Like The Menu Or The Ice Cream I Remember Receiving As A Young Girl. The Chocolate Was Not Settled & Ice Cream Was Already Melting Before Even Leaving The Driveway. My Dilly Bar Was Soft & Cracked, As If It Was Sitting Out Too Long. Coke machines have been down for forever now. They should just have it removed already. The ice cream cakes are jailed up as usual. Something about it just feels like a shell of its former self. 😢 The employees were super nice, but I feel they were overwhelmed with customers. We love their blizzard, so we'll be back.

The young @#$%& at the drive thru with the unnatural pastel blue hair is actually not friendly at all. No service with a smile... I understand everyone has a bad day sometimes but we had nothing to do with that. I actually have a few extra choice words but ill be nice. This MUST be the 1st EVER DQ Texas because it was not well kept, YYYYUK!! The taco meat was not fresh at all, look like and taste like it had been sitting there for days, it was very dark and very greasy. Will NEVER return to the OST location. And it does not seem safe over there. And on top of everthing. They claimed their scanner does not work to get the "spoons", which also is a major pain, because there was no bar code anyway. And the app would not allow me to input my receipt. This app is worthless and DQ TEXAS should be ashamed of themselves. I will delete this app it's not worth the hassle, PERIOD!...

This place seemed to have no mature adult guidance. The whole place was being run by 'kids.' I do believe in youth having opportunities to make a living/their own money. They should not just be thrown to the wolves though. When I arrived, I heard a couple of employees speaking of 'the 🍔 in the microwave.' Why though?? I was not in view, so they did not notice their conversation about giving the man ahead of me the wrong order, and ther plans to just switch it out with the next order. The man had already left the restaurant with the food!! How could they just give it to the next person?? When I received my order, I realized that there was no cheese on my burger. The cashier told me that it does not come with cheese, then looked at my receipt and saw that I had paid for cheese. She passed it back to the kitchen; and they added a slice of cheese. After about 7 minutes in the microwave (unbeknownst to me,) they remembered me, and gave me my NUKED 🍔. I was about to miss my bus, so I rushed out of there. When I got across the street is when I realized what had happened. Needless to say, I had a horrible experience, and a horrible burger that had to be thrown away. I have since deleted the pictures.

The food was okay for fast food during the lunch hour. The price was competitive. The restaurant was clean. There was only three people running the restaurant. One on the window serving the drive through. One at the counter serving those of us dinning in. And one working the grill area. Service was polite..but slow. The slowness ruined the lunch.

Went there about 10:15p on Friday night. Asked if they had the 2 for 4 special advertised on TV. The counter girl had no clue what I was talking about. Then I ordered a small cone and medium blizzard. After paying they told me they were out of cones but could give me the medium cone. They then proceed to change the order to charge me. I was like seriously? You are out of small cones and want to charge me the difference after you already rang me up? To top it off, they close at eleven. Once we got our order we ate in the car. A van full of people pulled up. The clerk closes and locks the door like they are closed... at 10:30p even with the sign right there saying 11p. NEVER GOING BACK! Use to be a great location. Sad! UPDATE: Been 3 hours since this experience and saw the TV ad twice now. Ridiculous they did not know about the promotion going on now.

I meant to post review yesterday 😏! I visited on yesterday around 3:45pm. My order placed was 4 pc steak finger basket only no drink. I get to the window and a young black girl around maybe 18 or so states your order will be around $13. I said, " I only ordered a 4 PC steak finger basket". She states you didn't order a burger meal? I said, no🥴! She gets an attitude not sure why but anyway. I say, "I just told you what I order no attitude is neccessary! So the manager Eva comes to the window and asked what did I order? Again, 4 pc steak finger basket only! The little girl with the braids takes my credit card out the managers hand and begins to say giver her card and have a great day 😡! Where do they do that at? I told the manager she should not be working at the window with an attitude like that! It's very sad how young adults act. I'm definitely old enough to have been her mom! And the food was horrible! The manager said it was fresh which I doubt that very serious and one of my strips had been either bitten or something! Definitely want be going back. It's sad when the manager can't even control the workers. It was not worth the $8 I paid!🙁

Website said open but the store was closed. Sat at the drive through for about a half hour in total, a whole line of cars collected there, tried to walk in and it’s just locked. If I could rate it one star I would.

Don’t order here. They’ll mess up your order and make you pay for them to fix it. The Hispanic girl they have for “manager” is the worst choice for a managers they could’ve made. She will argue back until she wins the argument and not accommodate you for the mistake her and her team make. I see why this Dairy Queen has terrible recent reviews. It most likely has to do with this cheap manager. One thing she’s really good at is losing customers. My family and I will never be coming to to Dairy Queen again. Hope the extra $2.45 was worth losing three customers over. Worst service in a good facility we’ve ever experienced.

Not happy the young lady at the window taking cash and handling food with the same gloves on. My Icecream cone was melted by the time I got to the window. It was smaller than what paid for. I was stopping every other day but not impressed with service at this location. Management lets practice safe food handling practice. No cross contamination when handling money and food. We have enough out in the world going on. Let's be safe.

They cashier was getting off and didn't listen to nothing I was saying my order was wrong and when I told the manager she told me she didn't charge you for that (with a attitude) and I had to give them my card again for a dipping sauce. Fries was cold. I have never experienced such a horrible visit at this Dairy Queen before I don't know what was going on maybe everybody was stressed out because it was the pandemic but I don't know what it was horrible I would not let this be my last time visiting but I just wanted to let you guys know that I was really upset when I did pull off and got home and my order was still not right

I wanted to give a zero. This was a very disappointing customer service experience. Occasionally, I allow myself to have a treat. My favorite cheat is a turtle pecan blizzard with hot fudge in the middle. I ordered at the drive through. The lady that took my order was polite and said she had me. They charged me extra for the hot fudge. When I pulled up to the window, I was telling the lady how much I like that they still have real hot fudge. They served my blizzard and I left. When I drove away and began eating my blizzard, there was no fudge. That is the main reason I drove there. When I attempted to call them, no one would answer. I tried several times. I tried later, hoping someone else would answer so that I can tell them what happened. Someone did. Once I started explaining what happened, they hung up in my face and did not answer again. Maybe to them, this is not a big deal. As a person who has been in customer service 30 plus years, this really upset me. That is the only thing I wanted after work. I drove out of my way to get it. I was the only one in line and we talked about the fudge at the window. This bad service seemed intentional. The disrespect on the telephone made it worse. If this is how they treat customers outwardly, I would hate to know what we cannot see. This was my goto when I craved a treat. Now I can never return to the Dairy Queen on OST.

Don’t eat/drink here!!! They dropped a moldy lid into my drink. I dranked almost half of it until I felt my straw hitting something. I dumped the liquid in the sink to find this inside my cup!!! Unsatisfied. This place is so unsanitary, not safe!!!

When I got to the window, the employee (Tiffany) had a regular cone in her hand. I reiterated that I asked for a dipped cone. She rolled her eyes and walked away with the cone in hand. It was starting to rain so I rolled my window up. After a few minutes, another employee came to the window to give me my total. I asked her where my cone was. She picked up a dipped cone that had been placed on the counter near the window. It had visibly started to melt so I asked for them to make a fresh one. So now she gets an attitude too and asked me what was wrong with this one. I told her I didn’t want that one bc it had already started melting and I wanted a fresh one. Then she said they were refusing to serve me. I asked for the manager; and this worker claimed that the previous employee (Tiffany) was the manager. My daughter who was in the passenger seat started recording them. Next thing I knew, it turned into a shouting match between the two DQ workers and my daughter. The employee who called herself refusing to serve me also refused to give her name when I asked. Then she threatened to break my daughter’s phone. Soon after, a Hispanic lady came to the window who said she was the manager. She was calm and much more professional…she ended up fixing a fresh dipped cone. She was going to give it to me but I paid for it anyway (I already had the money in my hand - wasn’t trying to get anything for free anyway). Bottom line: A simple dipped cone order should not have taken all that headache, hassle and attitude with the ignorant unprofessional behavior from their employees!! HORRIBLE customer service!!!

I craved ice cream today. Stopped by two McDonald's and one location the machine was down. The second location didn't mention the reason. I didn't give up and headed to DQ. I ordered two large ice cream cones. The cones were stale as hell. 😡

This location doesn’t honor Veterans. The manager said that the GM said they were not honoring Veterans on Veterans Day even though ALL Dairy Queen’s were participating. I came to get the blizzard and was told no twice by two people. Like it’s not that deep over a blizzard! I see why people are reviewing this location negatively

First time at this location. The ice cream that was served to me taste spoiled. Be careful. Guy name Leony had poor customer service. He didn't want to give me my money back until I stated that I will call the health department. He was arrogant and should not be working the drive through. Never going back!!

05/12/25 @ 9:30pm I and my wife order Taco's and the Hunger Buster with cheese, our order came out so fast the only item hot was the fries both our orders was COLD 🥶 I would not recommended this location. I should have known when the line was just 1 vehicle ahead of us, they was probably ordering ice creme.

Ordered grill chicken sandwich and this is the wordy thing I’ve ever tasted at fast food. No taste and the bread was 😑. The lettuce and tomato were soggy. Just a bad experience. The icecream was good but that’s it. It’s a no for me on the food

Horrible service. Went through the drive thru twice. Both times I waited at least 15 minutes in line since I couldn’t go into the lobby because it was closed. I repeated my order no less than 5 times, and they still got it wrong. I wasn’t willing to wait another 15 minutes in the drive thru for a third time. Such an irritating experience.

I craved ice cream today. Stopped by two McDonald's and one location the machine was down. The second location didn't mention the reason. I didn't give up and headed to DQ. I ordered two large ice cream cones. The cones were stale as hell. 😡
