I stopped in and ordered onion rings and whataburger with jalapeño. It was busy lunch time but drive through was moving well.When I reached into my sack I found the onion rings and ate them because they were hot and delicious. But my burger was stone cold as in not even warm. It was made correctly but so cold.

We stopped in here on the afternoon Jan 2nd. We were pleased to see the drive thru was completely empty as we had a long drive ahead and hoped to be back on the road quickly. NOPE We placed our order and when we got to the window, we paid and were asked to pull up and wait. Understandable, I guess since it was about 4:30 and not a usual time to have a lot of food already going. As we sat, I told my wife that at least our food would be nice and fresh. NOPE We waited almost 15 minutes and were just about to go in and see what the hold up was. When our food finally arrived, it was a disappointment. Both of the burgers were lukewarm at best and had obviously been sitting for awhile. I had asked for no lettuce on mine, but there was plenty of lettuce on it. The fries had just been dumped into the bag rather than placed. They had been turned upside down and we had to retrieve them from the bottom of the bags rather than their cartons. This was annoying, but not all that troublesome because they weren't hot either. I'm not sure what it is we were waiting on other than our food to cool, apparently. Quite irksome because we had almost 5 hrs still to drive and really wanted to get in and out of a FAST food restaurant. I have stopped at this location several times and it has been better, but never stellar. I'll likely give it one more time, but if the results are similar, that will be the last time. Plenty of other Whataburgers, or I can just find some other place entirely.

Average family of four ordered a basic amount of food, nothing crazy. Many other guest came and went while waiting for our food. Had to check in multiple times. Then our daughter wanted another burger so we had to place a second order and got the same experience. Well over 15 minutes to get our food. At one point we were told it was waiting on fries but…we didn’t order fries. Food wasn’t fresh or good even. Pretty disappointing.

Get rid of the drive thru VIP spot. You guys took away the singular parking spot that is acceptable to park in, and its already cost you. I was going to eat here today, but not anymore since there is no place for me to park. Between the drive thru backing up and people inventing spots to park in, the rest of the lot is too much of a hazard (and not to mention, was full).

They have once again left items off my order and got it wrong. I stopped counting after the 10th time this happened and I only keep coming back in a naive hope that they flush out this apparently incompetent management and staff since I know Im far from the only person that this happens to at this location. Have they just been ignoring every occurrence of customer complaint? There's no other explanation for it. I pay for items I never receive, and I don't want my money back because if I wanted my money I wouldn't have given it to you in the first place in exchange for the single damn sandwich you manage to leave off every time. Shrinkflation has gotten out of control. I visit WB several times a week at other stores and have never received these anywhere else. My order contained 8 chicken strips. I received 1 normal chicken strip and 7 of these new mini chicken strips that I’ve only received at this location. Hopefully this isn’t a corporate wide change.

UPDATE: Rating taken down to 1 star because I have ordered a honey bbq chicken strip sandwich several times, and subbed the BBQ sauce for buffalo only to have nothing on it. I get it, you hate that people found a work around to order the buffalo chicken ranch sandwich when it's not on the menu. It's still an option to sub sauces so just put the buffalo sauce on the sandwich. From now on I'll be checking the sandwich at the curb so if you think this stopped me from ordering the sandwich, you just made it worse. ORIGINAL Ordered curbside and we arrived a few minutes past the time the app said it would be ready. It was around lunchtime so I did not expect it to be ready right away, but we waited for 30 minutes and no one came out to let us know what was going on or anything. My wife finally went inside and they had the food on the counter just sitting there. Once we got home my wife said her burger was wrong as well.
