Nice restaurant, good atmosphere and good service. The left corner by the window was blowing hot air out the vent at foot level on a hot day which was a little unpleasant. A little disappointed they did not have ANY vegetarian options that had a veg protein. Plenty of chicken, steak, shrimp, etc but no option for tofu, tempeh, chickpeas, etc even after asking the hostess. Don’t understand why in 2024 restaurants still can’t have an even 1 or 2 vegetarian options with decent vegan or vegetarian protein. Opted for a salad with egg. Overall nice place though.
We ordered the dolce vita pizza 10/10, shrimp allá vodka over linguini, grilled chicken and a blue cheese salad, every single items were delicious. The server was so nice and the place peaceful to have a date. Can’t wait to be back again
Very fine dining. Foods were amazing. I would highly recommend it. For a dinner date or a small party, it’s perfect.
Had dinner in here, waitress was very nice. And the food was yummy! Tried the angus burger and chicken wings!
Stumbled upon this cute restaurant on our way back to nyc want to say that food is so good as well as service!

Elegant casual atmosphere. Great place to share a small pizza with friends. Take out orders are always done right 👌🏽plus friendly staff
I’ve ordered 3xs from there and I love it! The food is filling and decent prices! I love it there and everyone should try it! I definitely want to try the pastas and salmon next
So yummy we stopped in by chance so glad we did! The pizza was amazing!
Great large portions for a great price, tasted amazing and the service we got was timely and generous. All around great experience!
Their veggie pizza is THE BEST I’ve had! And I’ve been vegetarian for 10 years!
I went with a group and everyone said the food was great, including mine! Definitely authentic and delicious!
The sauce on the blackened shrimp special was phenomenal! All food was absolutely delicious. Would 100% recommend!
AMAZING pizza!! Very fresh taste, perfect crispness! The garlic knots and boneless wings are also sooo good!
Wow! Go! My wife loved her eggplant & spaghetti dinner; my chicken parm was amazing.
Good food at a fair price. Love the atmosphere. We will be back.
Nice little place that was quiet when we went. We are from out of town and it was a great place to stop and eat while hanging out in Hudson.
Good food, cozy restaurant and friendly staff. I would definitely come back.
So good and the staff is lovely!!! Thank you! Definitely coming back.
Great takeout experience! Highly recommend and it’s a great addition to Hudson!
Food was delicious! No alcohol liquor license yet.
Tasty food, generous portions, good service!
Food at this place is unreal, so good. Fine cuisine.
I happened to be working installing 3 garage doors today at a building directly behind this place. Me and my Co-worker were hungry for lunch and not being from Hudson we weren't sure where to eat. Honest to god I seen the OPEN flag from the side flapping in the breeze and decided to walk up to see "What Exactly was Open" hoping it was a deli to get some food. Well turns out its a PIZZA/Cafe perfect. We go in for a few slices. They dont sell slices put sell whole pies. Okay give us a Small $12. She tells us 10mins. We go back to work and I go back in 10mins and grab the pizza. Well here's the best part of the story. Pizza was 10/10 nice crust, sauce and cheese was just the right amount. NO GREASE dripping. Pizza looked wood fired cooked had that nice toasty crisp. If your in the area I strongly recommend you stopping by. The inner decor was nice an inviting to dine and eat.
First time we tried it and it was excellent. Truly terrific vegetable pizza with eggplant and artichokes, that was probably the best upstate pizza we've had. Perfect crust. Golden beet salad also delicious. Really good grilled chicken and Bleu cheese salad.
Camila's is genuinely very good. It's new to town and there aren't many folks eating there at a given time, but don't let that deter you. We haven't actually eaten there, but order from Camila's 2-3x/week at LEAST. The food is really really great- always hot, really fresh, super flavorful and well-seasoned, and reliable. Give them your business!
Great and affordable American-Itallian food. The space itself is nice and welcoming for sitdown dinners. Their website has an option to order ahead for pick up, which is great for getting lunch while at work or grabbing some dinner on my way home. The subs are delicious, personal favorite is the Chicken Cutlet one. Their quesadeas are also really good, large portions and comes with fries...my only complain on them is I wish they came with pickled jalapeños! Over all this place is a welcomed addition to Hudson and a great place to get quality food.
The best pasta that i ever had in town, Highly recommend to try seafood pasta from them.
A lovely place to enjoy sumptuous meal with your family and friends. The server was extremely courteous and friendly. Food was absolutely delicious. We loved everything we ordered for kids and adults. We will always visit this place whenever we are in town
The food was delicious: I had the fisherman stew. Really great plate of sea food, perfectly cooked. The person who took care of us was really nice so really great enjoyable dinner.
Best pizza in Hudson NY, every where else is super overpriced but these guys keep it affordable for the locals and care for the people in the community, they got some awesome pizzas to try especially the BBQ pizza and great Cesar salad and cannoli's. Would highly recommend coming here for a bite!
Had a great lunch. Excellent carbonara, delicious vodka sauce, and very tasty pizza made with high quality ingredients.
Got a Bolognese to go and this is some of the best food Ive had in years.looking forward to sitting down here and spending some time . We needed a spot like this thank you The catering menu looks awesome and really good prices glad we finally have a spot like this great job chef
I have gotten take-out from here several times now and I'm confident that the pizza is some of the best I've ever had. Very nice interiors. However, I do feel bad for the staff in the front who appear overwhelmed. They definitely are trying their best and are doing all they can to get the orders out. Overall, really great experience!
Camilas was absolutely amazing! The food was incredible full of flavor, fresh, and definitely worth every bite. My kids and my nephew loved everything they ordered, which says a lot because they can be picky! The service was just as good as the food. Our waitress was beautiful inside and out, super friendly, and had such great energy that it made the whole experience even better. We felt welcomed, taken care of, and left completely satisfied. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Happened to be in Hudson and really wanted some pizza. Ordered an Arugula salad. It was delicious. Perfect portion. Ordered small pizza and almost ate the entire thing. Next time I'll order one that has more cheese. Very nice atmosphere. It was a weird time I went. End of a holiday weekend around 4. Food was fresh and well thought out. Will definitely go again.
Stopped here for an afternoon lunch. Really quiet we were the only table the entire time. I tried the blackened chicken Alfredo and my husband tried the wings with a side of the hand cut fries. We both liked what we got and would probably try this place again especially since they are open more often than a lot of the other places in Hudson. They have a big menu and it seems like the pizza is a popular takeout item!

Had the gluten free pepperoni pizza today. Good size and delicious.
Great service. Always good food
Nice place. Good food. Good service. Check it out.
Good pizza. Told to pick up in 15 minutes, then waited another 20 at the shop,
Dropped in for a quick bite but it took at least 30 minutes to get a bowl of the soup of the day and an order of cannoli. It was tasty though.
First time ... Thank You K.B..Burgers where good ..pizza okay ..
Food was great but way to expensive
Food was mid, not worth the price. Presentation was poor and missing toppings in pizza. Barely any sauce on the boneless wings. I’ve had better pizza and wings from Dominos.
Nice restaurant in a cool area. I ordered a pizza with a drizzling of fig syrup. The pizza was slathered with so much of the fig syrup it was sickeningly sweet. Once I removed the top layer of my pizza I could eat it and the rest was good.
The staff are great, the hours are posted wrong. The menu is interesting, the place in general is spotless. Have had 8 menu items some have been superb, others not so much, and special request generally don't turn out well. I advise you try them enjoy !
Now, we visited on a day when they seemed a tad understaffed but there was no sense of urgency. While the food was correct and decent, I don't think it was worth the price we paid. The visit was filling but a bit frustrating. Hopefully we caught them on an off-day.
The food was pretty good except we got a shrimp quesadilla and they left all the tails on… it was a shame because it had so much potential!
While the food was decent (I had the eggplant rollatini & a vegetarian antipasto salad), it could have been better. The eggplant was very good (I like that they use fresh spinach ), but there was too much cheese smothered on top. It needed marinara sauce instead imo. Also, the antipasto salad was a joke with how small it was, AND they actually charged the same price with NO MEAT! I didn’t mention it to the waitress because I was not paying, but I thought that was a bit ridiculous. I am used to antipasto being a nice size serving, not a chintzy salad. Plus I had to ask for bread; really? The service could have been better, but I understand that serving is almost a lost art these days. I might go back there, but probably just to try the pizza.

Camila's pizzeria & cafe 7th street Hudson N.Y. I decided to give Camilla a try for lunch. Ordered lasagna which was offered on menu and wait staff came back and advised there was no lasagna available after I placed order . Now wait staff should have pre knowledge of what available or not. Then I ordered the chicken parm sandwich and rigatoni with meatball. Camila's was a miss, the chicken was too chewy ( undercooked) mozzarella with balsamic was cold and Sandwich was dripping, wow what a disappointing simple sandwich. Rigatoni with meatball was awful, the sauce was not rendered ,too acidic, seemed the kitchen opened sauce and added to pasta,no seasoning, extremely bland ,the meatball was awful,no texture at all, extremely bland. I advised wait staff about the food, she went back to kitchen, I wasn't offered a solution which was offensive in itself. Poor customer relations. Poor food, perhaps Camila"s need to hire a cook with more experience. In this day of inflation or no inflation food should be exceptionally excellent if you want returning customer's which is a restaurant bread and butter of survival. Since there are many other restaurant to choose.

Meatball parm was dry, barely any sauce, and not well seasoned. Was just three meatballs cut in half. Not worth the price
One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. The pizza crust is clearly frozen and I think the broccoli on the Bianco pizza was microwaved in a bag.
Nice little restaurant. I only ordered the pizza which was amateurish at best unfortunately.
Well, I really wanted to like it. I really did, but this isn't gonna be one of those reviews. My wife and I stopped in on a Monday around 3pm. We were seated quickly (it was empty), waitress was polite, however she was less than attentive during the meal and especially getting us our check. Did I mention is was empty through out our visit? We ordered "artisan" pizzas and some garlic knots ($7). The knots had decent flavor but were not very soft. The Margherita ($18) and Bianco pies ($18) were overpriced and well, not very artisan. The pies were soft and not very crispy. No mention of them being wood or coal fired so I assume they are just put in a standard pizza oven on pizza screens (the marks on the bottom crust gave it away) The sauce on the Margherita was lacking oomph, and the Bianco was so weak on garlic my wife had to ask for extra garlic (they brought garlic salt lol) just to make it have some taste. There is a lot of places to get pizza and Italian food in Hudson, especially on Warren Street, so the competition is steep. We hoped Camila's would stand out in a positive way, but it didn't. Would I recommend it? Unfortunately given there other places with better pizza, I have to say no.
Hudson location.. first time. Not really impressed with the food, burger was dry.. Fries were cold. None of the prices matched up.. we have a menu.. and when we called to place the order.. the prices the cashier was giving were way more than what the menu stated. Menu shouldn't be wrong.. they just opened not too long ago. Definitely not returning.
I have ordered take out a couple of times now from here and each time something different. I really wanted to enjoy this place as Hudson really needs a good Italian pizzeria. The “artisan” pizza was disappointing, the crust is the same thing as the regular pizza, and the ingredients are low quality, these are just regular pizzas. Each one really lacked something. The white pizza was bland and underwhelming, it really needed roasted garlic and seasoning or something acidic in the flavor profile . The “veggie pizza was veggies that had been canned or fried (sun dried tomato, breaded fried eggplant, canned artichoke hearts..) and it was overwhelmingly salty and had no distinct flavors or real fresh veg on it. The bbq chicken pizza was cut up breaded fried chicken fingers with bbq sauce, cheese, red onion and no fresh sage to be found. Again no real flavor or seasoning…it’s just been underwhelming to say the least. Their menu seems like they have the right idea it’s just the execution isn’t there. They need a better thin crust/dough for their artisan, to use a better quality of ingredients, and create better flavorful combinations. With saying all that though, their staff and customer service is AWESOME! Every time I’ve been in they were extremely kind and friendly. Their delivery is FAST and on point! They even went out of their way to deliver a whole meal that I had picked up that they had made wrong. I’m hopeful that they will work out the kinks and be a successful new option here in town!
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. The classic and artisan pizzas had identical, tasteless crusts. I ordered the Bianco artisan pizza and it had a few little pieces of vegetables scattered on top and it was bland. My wife pointed out that the classic XL pizza had 12 slices because the slices seemed to be about an inch wide.
We waited 30m for our food while the restaurant was empty. Stuff from the menu was unavailable at the time we went. I wouldn’t recommend this spot as there are many other great options around.
I hate leaving a bad review but this is absolutely wild to me. So, I was really craving dessert and most restaurants/ice cream spots are not open tonight. I went to Camila’s to get a tiramisu to go and two problems with my experience: 1) it’s not actually tiramisu. To my surprise, it was a chocolate syrup/drizzle on top instead of powdered chocolate. No coffee/espresso to be found. Also, most importantly, it’s yellow cake. How is this tiramisu? If it’s a “take” on it, then why is this not mentioned when ordering the tiramisu? 2) speaking of things not mentioned while ordering: I saw the “tiramisu”, all of the desserts actually, were $7 on the menu. To my surprise, the woman behind the counter gave me $10.25 back out of a $20. I was planning on leaving the extra $2 as tip but okay, weird. So I ask how much it was, and she informs me after that it’s $9.74 now and they’re eventually going to print new menus. 100% certain that’s not kosher per NYS restaurant and pricing transparency requirements. Speaking from the perspective of someone that has worked in the service industry for over 18 years, this is an issue of ownership and how they encourage communication from their FOH staff. Definitely won’t be back and super disappointed in this experience.

I’d like to start by saying the food is very good, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at the Albany location. Unfortunately, my experience at the Hudson location was extremely disappointing due to both poor service and what felt like an attempted scam. I’ve placed several large takeout orders at the Albany location and always leave a $20 tip for the staff, who consistently label the food, include silverware, and ensure everything is packed properly. None of that was done at the Hudson location. The front staff member was on her phone the entire time and showed no effort to assist. I was told my food would be ready at 12:00, but I didn’t receive it until 12:45, which caused my entire office to miss our lunch break. Even more concerning, the employee told me that gratuity was now mandatory for all orders over $100 and that an automatic 20% was added. I found this suspicious, so I called the Albany location directly. Their manager confirmed that no such policy exists. When I returned to inform the Hudson staff member, her face turned red—clearly realizing she’d been caught. I’m deeply disappointed and concerned that other customers may have unknowingly paid this “mandatory gratuity” that doesn’t actually exist. I would appreciate a call from management to discuss this incident and understand how something like this could happen.
I’ve been here several times but I don’t understand why it’s gone downhill so quickly… my delivery was valued at $50 and what I got.. cheese sticks and a burger that taste like mush.. so I ended up calling and I was just told that these were fresh mozzarella sticks, and that that’s probably why they’re coagulated all together…never again.. everything is soggy and not enticing in the least bit. Never again

Terrible experience. They messed up my food last 3 times I’ve taken out and won’t even give me credits the girl on the phone seem to not know what she was doing .
really weird service and the food was extremely overpriced my salad was full of brown lettuce and they never put in our main entree
Use the delivery service several times. Very inconsistent. This last time was the worst and it made it the last time eating here.
So late to make food bad behavior
Never again would I go there. Four of us went for lunch and I ordered a chicken bleau cheese salad which was $12. On the menu. When the bill came it was $15.99. The table next to us checked their bill and had the same problem. Our waitress called the owner who advised her that the new menus hadn't come in het but the computer was programmed with the new prices. Everyone of us were charged more than the price on the menu. Beware if you go there.
We ordered from Camillas for the first time and i hate to say it but it was not favorable The chickne parm was tasteless as could be!!! The wings are the reason for the one star tbh they were pretty good, the prices were absolutely incorrect from what the menus stated the cheesy garlic bread lacked garlic completely, the mozzarella sticks were oil mush ina box chicken tenders were three different types of chicken and we spent over 100$ We will not be ordering again
This is the worse piazza ever eaten! I brought my friend from Switzerland for dinner here, the food was so horrible it was nearly embarrassing. We could have had better pizza at Dominos and that’s saying a lot. 🤢
Rude personal and atmosphere and waiting 1h for pizza take away when she said 20min.
We order from here often as we work in the middle of nowhere... We always order extra cheese,we NEVER get it.. It's now a running joke.. Past few times pizza is very thin, over cooked and cold.. it's terrible.
Well, the food was not great, but not so bad. I ordered the rolled eggplant with ricotta and spinach as an appetizer this is 10$ and then the fisherman stew 28$ ( usually this type of stew is offered with a toast) and especially because it was spicy I requested a toast - then the bill that I paid came as 55$ instead of 38$ ?!!! The girl that served me explained to me that this is the for the bread?!!! Not happy at all
This restaurant honestly needs to do better. The boss at the restaurant in Hudson thinks his food is so good that he can over charge his food. I ordered a chicken Alfredo and it was so greasy i couldn’t eat it. They put too much oil in their food. This restaurant has lost me as a customer, never again. Then the boss is very mean to his staff. Today i was there he comes and slams down the ice and was very rude to his staff. If this doesn’t change, they will lose all of their customers.
⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve given this place many chances, and unfortunately the same problems keep happening. My son ordered a cheeseburger, and my dairy-free son ordered a regular hamburger on a baguette because the brioche contains milk. At pickup, we were told they didn’t have baguettes, and when we got home, both hamburgers had cheese and no bread at all. Since this was takeout, there was no way to fix it. Wait times are also consistently inaccurate—when quoted 15 minutes, it usually means 30 minutes.
If you love pizza with a nice cheese Pull. A crisp tender crust, flavorful sauce and quality mozzarella....this is not the place for you. Indifferent service Tasteless.flabby pie Overpriced..
We ordered two meatball Parm sandwiches to go. As New Yorkers, we know what a meatball sub is supposed to be like: Fresh crispy, Italian bread, chunky meatballs, lots of sauce (sometimes too much sauce). A generous topping of stringy, mozzarella cheese. Large enough to need two hands to hold, even if cut in half. Generally wrapped up in a large sheet of heavy aluminum and wax paper. Sloppy Heaven! Don’t expect that meatball sub experience at Camilla’s. Our bill was over $30 for two dinky dry-looking sandwiches in small boxes. I’d asked for a side of sauce, but did not get one. It wouldn’t have helped that much. Eating the sandwiches was more like beating the sandwiches. The bread was dry, tough, and a challenge to bite. The meatballs were virtually tasteless. Skimpy sauce and small slabs of cheese. Awful. We were both looking forward to the meatball sub experience! It was very embarrassing to offer my guest these sad stumps instead. It was raining and I was entertaining. Had I been able to, I would have brought them back for a refund. And an apology.
ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with side salad ( which is extra $) the wrap was HARD ( thinking it was last of the supply or outdated) the side salad placed in the box with the wrap ( let me say this too wrap small ) salad ruined the whole wrap with a strong onion taste NOT GOOD AT ALL . this is the 2nd order I had the 1st was a Caesar salad with crispy chicken that was AMAZING! but once again small portion . I don't think I will be ordering from here again.

It was raining and I was entertaining. Had I been able to, I would have brought them back for a refund. And an apology.
